Theo grinned and looked at Kirse beside him. "Behave." The wolf nodded its head and walked calmly beside Theo as he waltzed up to the store keeper and bought some small knives, perfect for throwing. Then some food and a new canteen.

Casey walked through the woods. She was alone, but she didn't particularily mind. She was afraid, yes, but what else was she to do? No one else dared walk through these woods, yet they were the most beautiful place in the villiage. She smiled and listened to the birds singing their song. She refused to go towards the darkness because it only emphasized just how alone she was. She was afraid to be alone... yet... here she was, alone.

Kirse growled slightly and grabbed hold of Theo's pants playfully. Theo chuckled and nodded. "Alright, we'll go." Theo pointed to the door and the wolf seemed to grin as to sort of trotted to the door and out as someone else almost jumped out of their skin when they opened the door. Theo smiled at the man. "Good day." Then followed Kirse to a patch of woods and smiled. "Ah. The woodlands are a good place to run, aren't they Kirse?" He made a noise that sounded like a chuckle and dashed off.

Casey sat down and looked at the river that flowed through the woods. She closed her eyes and imagined that she wasn't alone, it helped soothe her rapidly beating heart. She smiled and laid back, staring up at the sky. She loved how the sun comes down through the trees, it was simply beautiful. "I wonder why no one wants to come with me here? it's a great place. It's not like there are bandits that are just waiting to strike and do who knows what to us" she said to herself.

Kirse dashed off, enjoying running. But suddenly a smell hit his noise and he skidded to a stop then headed straight for the smell. It smelled like another elf.

Casey sat up when she heard the sounds of... paws? "Calm down, Casey, it's probably just a rabbit. Nothing dangerous is going to come after you" she told herself and laid back again, looking at the sky "There's nothing to be afraid of here. I'm in more danger in the villiage then I am right here" she mused.

Kirse sniffed and ran up to her almost soundlessly. Although, staying about ten feet back from her and growled softly.

Casey jumped and gasped when she heard the growl. She turned around and saw a wolf, growling at her. She gulped and dared not move, fearing that it would provoke the wolf to attack.

Theo laughed and ran after Kirse. "Kirse? Where'd you go?" Then he listened and heard him growling. "Shoot." Then sprinted towards the growling. He saw the girl, then Kirse. "Really, Kirse? Calm down, its a girl, not a rabbit." Kirse stopped growling and looked back at Theo, seeming to grin.

Casey sat frozen in fear calm down, Casey, everything's going to be alright. That Elf seems to be in control of the wolf so I shouldn't worry, she thought, despite the fact she felt on edge. I hope my family doesn't hear about this... I really don't want the "I told you so" lecture... she commented.

Theo eyed the girl for a moment, then looked at Kirse. "Look what you found." Then he looked at the girl again, with a grin. "Hello."

Casey swallowed lightly and nervously waved "h-h-h-hi" she squeaked. Relax, Casey, he's not going to hurt you, she thought. "Why is... um... Kirse... um... mad at me?" she asked.

Theo blinked, looking at her and then down at Kirse. He suddenly laughed. "No. Kirse isn't angry with you. He is just warning you not to 'try' anything. Its sort of a way he plays."

Casey scoffed "ha! yeah right! Like I would try anything when I have a wolf growling at me. I'm not that stupid" she said, her voice a little shaky. Truth be told, she wasn't completely sure she could trust the elf.

Theo laughed. "Yes, I guess you wouldn't." Then he sort of eyed her. "By the way, who are you?"

"Who are you to ask who I am? You have this wolf of a friend who decides to 'play' with me, said playing involves growling at me and all around threatening me, making me think that I'm going to be eaten if I breathe too much. Then you just demand who I am! It is polite to state one's name before inquiring another's" Casey argued.

((Internet was down for awhile.))

Kirse growled warningly at Casey, sounding angry. Theo peered at her for a moment then sighed and looked down at Kirse. "She has a right, I suppose, to be rude. You did scare her." Theo shrugged slightly, even though Kirse didn't stop growling. "By the way you refuse to say your name, makes me think you're some sort of fugitive....or a runaway." He studied her for a moment. "I'm Theo....and I no longer have interest in what your name is."

Casey raised an eybrow then sighed and shook her head. "Whatever, I'm out of here" she said ad headed towards the path that would take her home. Unfortunately, Theo and Kirse were between her and said pathway. "He asks my name then he doesn't care, he really needs to make up his mind" she muttered to herself before she purposely shoved Theo as she walked past him.

Theo took a step to the side to balance himself so that he wouldn't fall over when she shoved him. Kirse got angry and cut her off, growling threateningly and slowly walking closer to her, snapping his teeth at her, fully intent on biting her. Theo just watched.

Casey gased and jumped back a little. She gulped and stard at Kirse in horror "ok... I probably deserved that, I'll admit it. Sorry... um... can I... uh... go home now?" she sked Theo with a shakey voice, still staring at Kirse.

Kirse went on with what he was doing, slowly coming closer to the girl. Theo then sighed slightly. "Well, go on now Kirse. You weren't going to bite her in the first place." The wolf snapped at him, then growled at the girl again before sitting where it was. He still looked pretty pissed off. Theo walked up to the girl and gently touched her shoulder, giving a tiny grin. "Of course you can go home. Besides...being in the forest alone isn't safe."

Casey, for once, found herself agreeing with Theo. She looked at Kirse and stood frozen in place. She could feel his anger eminating off of him. She thught about pulling away from Theo, but it appeared that she couldn'tmove. She wasn't sure why, maybe she was frozen from fear of the wolf, maybe she was frozen because Theo was using magic to keep her there, maybe it was both. All she knew was that she couldn't move. She glanced at Theo, why she didn't have the slightest clue, but she did anyway.

Theo just grinned at her. "You're a very interesting girl." He said, mostly to himself. Then kissed her forehead, using the little magic he knew to make her fall asleep. He was ready to catch her. Kirse looked angry, but not so much at the girl anymore.
