"I would like that a lot." Dr. Tik says.
"Should I put it in the fridge for you?" Marcus asks.

Jake looked at him and nodded "ok then, thank you" he said as he lead Dr.Tik to a hallway where it was quiet "so, what do you want to do?"

Marcus puts his name on the package and puts it in the fridge.
"I don't know. You know your the first person Marcus has taken to like that."

Jake looked back towards Marcus and smiled "hes a kind kid" he looked back at her "not even to you?"

"Not even me though I have tried very hard to connect with him. I think it's cause you are guy too."

Jake looked at her and chuckle "but im not the only guy" he corrected and chuckled

"The only one for me. And it seems Marcus.

Jake chuckled and hugged her "and what does that mean? and im sure marcus is just having a hard time"

"You are the first person I've ever felt this way about." She says leaning against him.

Jake smiled "you... well to tell the truth, your the second, the first was my wife" he said and hugged her

"What happened to your wife?" She asks leaning into the embrace.

Jake chuckled but was deeply sad "she wouldn't accept me back, she didn't beleive it was me"

"I'm so sorry to hear that. My problem always was I was so focused on my work. I had a fiancee. He just couldn't deal with being second in my life."

Jake looked at her and smiled "i suppose we have each other"

"Fate has brought us together." She says with a smile leaning up and kissing him soflty.

Jake blushed again and chuckled "well i must thank fate then" he said and kissed her back

Dr. Tik smiles and returns the kiss putting her arms around him.

Jake smiled "this will sound random, but do you have any kids" he asked and looked away while blushing

"No I never had time for kids. Do you have any kids?" She asks.

Jake shook his head "i would have if the explosion didn't happen, but now that life has gone, so now im alone and have no kids" he said ad chuckled a little bit but a tear dropped from his eye

"You aren't alone any more." She says reaching up and gently brushing the tear away.

Jake looked at her and smiled "i know... can i ask you something?... accualy... it doesn't matter"

"You can ask me anything." She says with a smile.

Jake looked at her and thought for a moment "do you want to start a familey... with me and you?"

"That might be nice." She says with a smile.
