Akio had walked into the kitchen with a little reddish face from bumping into Mea in the hallway today. While he was getting his food from the fridge, he had heard some people talking outside to each other and looked out the window seeing two men talking with one another. Hmm?...who are they?....what are they doing here?....

Mea sighed and walked around looking for another exit, there was a back door but there were some men there too. She thought about jumping out a window but the would see her for sure, she would have to stay in Akio's house if she didnt want to get taken away but how would she tell akio?

Once Akio had his food, he made his way to the living room with a little frown on his face wondering who the men outside were, but while he was walking; he accidently bumped into Mea again and almost spilling his food. When he realized it was Mea he looked up with a shocked expression and smiled a bit nervously. "Oh...h-h-hi...Mea....s-sorry again for that...I really need to pay more attention to where im going..."

Mea stepped back a bit and put her hand where her heart was "Oh..Akio...you scared me" she said with a smile on her face. "It wasnt your fault..." she said sweetly, she was really nervous she didnt want too tell Akio why she was still in his house but she was horrible at telling lies. She knew the guys were still outside and if she did leave she would be doomed but she didnt really care about herslelf she was just hoping they would leave Akio alone.

Akio smiled nervously and scratched the back of his head laughing nervously as well. He didnt even know that men outside were looking for Mea so it didnt occur to him to actually ask her about the men outside. Suddenly right before he could say anything one of the men outside threw a rock through the window right next to where Mea and Akio were standing. "What the hell!?" Akio asked picking up the rock and looking out the window. "what the hell are you people doing?!"

One of the men outside sighed and looked up at Akio. "dont play stupid with us boy! We know your holding her in there! Just give us the girl and we'll leave you alone!!"

Mea sighed and pulled Akio away from the window "stop yelling" she said closing the curtains as fast as she could hoping they didnt see her. She looked away from Akio and waited for him to ask questions or walk outside and talk to those men "Im sorry...maybe i should just leave..."

Akio looked at Mea with a little concerned exoression on his face as he leaned in a bit more toward her. "Whats wrong Mea....something troubling you?..." he asked with a little quiet whisper. After she looked away from him, he suddenly had gotten thoughts that maybe the girl those men were talking about was her. "Mea....do you know them?.."

Mea looked up and Akio and frowned, she stepped back a little so akio wouldnt be so close. "Sort of" she said in a low voice, she knew this day would come but she honestly didnt think it would come so soon. "I'll be taking my leave now...i'll see you tomorrow" she said with a smile as she opened a window and jumped out, she was on the third floor but she knew how to jump out a window without getting hurt. When she gracefully landed on her feet she immediatley started to run as fast as she could, she looked behind her and sighed when she saw those men were right behind her. She knew she would have to lose them befor she could go home, she didnt want them to know where she lived that would just make everything worse. Mea ran into the woods and tried her best not to leave foot prints or make loud noises, with no where left to go she jumped up into a tree and sat there waiting for those men to leave or fall asleep. She knew it was going to take a while though so she closed her eyes hoping to get atleast an hour of sleep, unfourtanetly she got about seven hours.

Akio looked out the window with a bit of concern as he saw the men run after Mea. He frowned deeply as he turned around and grabbed his coat from the rack and looked down at his hands seeing as how they were shaking made him scared that he was doing this for someone else. He quickly clentched his fists tightly and thought about how Mea could be in trouble and ran out of his house. ...I...I have to help her!! he thought trying to make his own body run even faster.

When Mea finally woke up she looked down and saw the men werent there anymore, she climbed down from the tree and looked around a few times just to make sure they werent there anymore. She looked at her maids outfit and sighed, it was all dirty and torn, she ran home and changed into clean clothes and threw the maids outfit out. Mea looked at the clock seeing it was almost time togot back to Akio's house.

Akio stayed outside running and walking around town all night and nearly all morning to find Mea. He couldnt ever seem to find her but he was determined no matter what that he'd find her. Sometimes he wanted to quit but he kept himself going with basically just pure determination. I will find you...Mea...p-please be safe... he thought as he was starting to begin to limp without even realizing it.

Mea sighed and walked out of her house in her black dress hoping Akio wouldnt get mad becuase he wasnt wearing her maids outfit. She walked around town for a little because it was a little too early to go to Akio's house. While she was walking she saw Akio limbing "What the heck?...What are you doing?!" she asked walking up to him, she had cuts and brusies all over her body from running threw thorn bushes and getting hit by branches but she hadnt realized it yet.

Akio looked up slowly at Mea seeing how she looked all bruised and scratched. He frowned deeply but still deep inside he was happy to see how she was at least still alive. "Th-t..thank god...." he said with his frown slowly disappearing and turning into a weak smile as he collasped onto the floor; falling asleep immediatly. At least shes safe....Finally....I..I take a nap...

"Akio?!" Mea yelled kneeling down and turning Akio over to see if he had a fever or something, she kissed his forehead and smiled when she realzed he didnt have a fever. She picked him up and sighed "Wow, hes not a light as i thought" she said slowly walking to his house.

As Akio slept, he felt Mea's slight kiss on his forehead making him smile and relax a little into her arms as she carried him. He didnt know he was being carried, nor did he even know he was even being moved at all. Akio thought that she would've left him there so that he'd wake up later on. Wh...why do I...I care for her so much?....when I....barely even know her....I dont know why...b-but I love her...

Mea smiled when the maids held doors open for her, when she got to Akio's room she laid him down on his bed and let out a sigh of relief "Either he's really heavy or im really weak" she said to herself as she sat down in a chair near his bed waiting for him to wake up.

Akio slowly began to wake up on the bed a few minutes later as his eyes opened slowly and sat up on the bed. He yawned and strecthed his arms out widely. "Ow....okay...that hurts..." he said, closing his eyes tightly and putting his hands onto his back then rubbing it. Akio didnt know that Mea was in his room so he felt a bit comfortable.

Mea looked at Akio and smiled "Im glad your okay, Akio" she said in a sweet voice. She stood up and walked a little closer to him, she leaned down and kissed his forehead again just to make sure he didnt have a fever because he didnt feel a little warm before. She pulled back and frowned, he did have a feverand a high one at that. "Lay down" she said gently making him lay down, she frowned when Akio's servant walked in and strated to take care of him. She shook her head and slowly walked out of his room, she actually wanted to take care of him but she was a maid not a servant.

Akio looked over toward Mea when he heard her voice, once she kissed his forehead his eyes widened as he looked down blushing a bit brightly red. Umm...wh-w-what was that for?.. he thought, he turned his attention quickly back at her when she laid him down onto the bed and gasped slightly. When the servant came into the room and Akio saw how Mea left the room he quickly sat up looking at her. "W-w-wait!" he yelled a bit too quickly causing himself to cough violently.

Mea quickly turned around when she heared Akio yell "What?" she asked walking over to his bed, when she heard him cough she leaned in a little closer and tilted her head "Are you okay?" she asked sweetly. A small frown appeared on her face when she saw hi servants lay him back down. She was hoping he would as her to stay but she knew thay probably wasnt going to happen,

Akio looked up slightly at Mea with a frown on his face, his breathing was a bit heavy since he yelled with all his strength. "Please....d-dont go...." he said reaching over and grabbing onto her hand. Ever since Akio was little he never really liked or cared for anyone besides himself; but for some reason Mea was different, not that she was a kitsune, but she seemed nicer then everyone else.

"But i need to clean..." Mea said looking at the door then back at Akio, she sighed and put a smile on her face "Fine...i'll stay with you..if thats what you really want" she said. Mea pulled a chair closer making sure not to let go of Akio's hand, she sat down and looked at akio still surprised he wanted her to stay.

Akio looked up at Mea with a little frown thinking that she said that she had to clean only for the money. Sh-she really wants to clean...huh...? he thought to himself and held onto Mea's hand a little tighter when she actually decided to stay with him. Akio glanced over toward the servant and shooed her away since all he really wanted was help from Mea.

Mea smiled when she saw all his servants leave his room "Maybe that wasnt such a good idea...I'm not good at taking care of sick people" she said with a little laugh trying to hide the pain, saying that to Akio made her remember her sick mother that died a few years ago. She looked down at her hand and smiled seeing Akio grip tighten a little.

Akio looked up at Mea with a little frown as he slowly began to loosen his grip on her hand. "I....I dont care...I just want...you here..." he said as his eye lids began to get heavy, wanting to close themselves.
