Eiji sighed as a few of the girls followed him around thinking he didn't know. This was beginning to get more and more bothersome, he wasn't usually the kind to get angry but when this sort of thing happened every day and every where you went he didn't know any one who could stay calm.
Eiji's cheek was a bit flushed with pink as he fastened his stride to get away from the fan girl horde. He backed away into a room and sighed when the girls looked around trying to search for him but -thank god- failed. After when he was sure that the girls were gone far far ahead he pulled out of the dark room. |
Kurama blinked a few times as he looked around the hall he was walking through. It was the middle of the year and his mother decided to move to a new town. He shook his head a bit as he adjusted the book that he was holding in his arm. He was just doing the general courses so it didn't bother him to much. What bothered him the most was the fact that he didn't know where any of his classes were and everyone looked so busy with there own things that he didn't want to bother them.
He brushed some of his blood red hair out of his green eyes as he took yet another look at the schedule of his classes. Room 300 he thought to himself as he looked at the next door and it red room 213. He sighed as he decided he would check upstairs. He started to look around for a stair case or an elevator. He didn't care which just one so he wouldn't miss his entire class since it was already five minutes into it. |
As Eiji walked down the stairs on his way to his next class he noticed a new student, he looked lost. Shrugging to himself Eiji walked over to the new student and decided to introduce himself, "Hi, there you look new are ya lost?" he asked raising an eyebrow. Eiji looked down at his watch and realized it was almost class time, he needed this new kid to be quick after all Eiji had a perfect attendance record and wasn't planning on breaking it so soon.
While Eiji stood there waiting for the boy to respond he extended his hand "Hi I'm Eiji Yamato" he said with a firm nod of his head. He quickly shoved his English novel into his side messenger bag with one hand, he realized he also needed to get something to eat because he hadn't had the chance to take a bite because he had gotten too entangled in the book. |
Kurama blinked as the boy approached him. He was unsure if he should run or not but decided to just watch him. When he asked if he was lost he laughed at himself. Great. You can kill a high level demon but you can't hid what your thinking from mer humans. Great Shuichi. he thought to himself with a mental note to himself not to look so obvious. "Yes, I am a bit lost." he said as he looked at the hand that was held out to him before shaking it a bit before retreating his hand. He didn't like much contact with other people since his horrible break up. "My name is Shuichi Minamino. I'm glad to meet you." he said with a small smile.
"This place is just so confusing. I'm not sure where I am or how to get to my stupid English class." he said noticing him messing with his English book a bit. His eyes just looked over Eiji a bit. He liked the color of his hair. Just like....He sighed softly when his ex popped in his head. He hated this. He wished he could get over him but he was just so...so...his. It was hard. |
"Hmm, well I can help you with your direction. Which English class are you heading too? What I mean to ask is, is your teacher male or female?" he asked the boy raising an eyebrow, because if his teacher was a female then he'd be in his class. "Nice to meet you Shuichi, just out of curiosity how come your here in the middle of the semester? I mean we don't usually get students in the middle of the year" he asked with a gentle smile, Eiji gently brushed his dark hair out of his emerald eyes.
Eiji laughed when Shuichi said this place was confusing, he knew how the new kid felt. Eiji himself had gotten lost countless number of times. "Don't worry its not so confusing once you know your way around! Just give it a week." he told Shuichi grinning. |
"Um, She's female I think...they only gave me a last name. Osuka...." he said as he looked at the schedule in his hands yet again for like the millionth time. He hated going to the wrong room. Even though he was a high level demon getting embarrassed was still embarrassing. "Um...Its my mom's work. She was transferred here a few days ago but we just got everything settled with the school. I would have been here sooner but...I was tied up with a few things from my other school." he finished as he looked away a bit. He'd been stopped by Hiei...He'd wanted to stay with him....but that wasn't an option...not after what he'd done...He couldn't go back. He sighed softly as he tried to keep thoughts of Hiei out of his mind and just put school work first.
"But I'm here now. And nothing else matters." he said softly to himself mostly. He looked up to see two girls giggling to themselves and blushing deeply at them. "Um...did I do something?" he asked the two girls who were staring at them and they blushed more before running away. Kurama watched them run and looked back at Eiji. "Did I do something wrong?" he asked really confused. Girls should come with...I take that back...all human's should he thought to himself when he noticed a guy blushing at them two before walking away. |
"Oh well lucky for you, I'm heading to her class too" he told Shuichi grinning, "guess we're both in the same english class" Eiji motioned for Shuichi to follow. As they walked down the hallway he felt eyes watching him and Shuichi, he clenched his fists and walked on knowing that if he acknowledged their presence it would only get worse. "Ahh I see." he talked on with Shuichi, "My parents used to get transferred a lot before too, but I've been in this town for a good 5 years so I guess we might be staying" he told the boy with a small grin.
Eiji sighed, "No you didn't do anything wrong, the students here..well you see...hmm..let me see how I can explain this. I'm what you call a 'popular and beautiful' student, extraordinary than most students in this school because of my looks..and to see some one else as...attractive as me with me..well girls and guys alike are going to be fawning over you..us..you'll get used to this." Eiji said rolling his eyes. |
Kurama couldn't believe it. He thought he was going to get away from all this when he moved here. But sadly its gotten worse. He sighed softly and almost ran into a kid that was walking the opposite way he was walking. He bowed. "Sorry." he apologized and looked at a really tall guy. "Yeah. Its okay." he said as he kept walking. Kurama sighed glad that he didn't have to not dodge a punch. "Seriously?" he asked already knowing the answer.
He jumped when he heard the bell for the first class to start. "CRAP! That was loud!" he said as he tried to calm himself before flowers started to spring out of now where. He didn't want to have to explain it like he did when Hiei had....before his friend annoyed him to the point of jumping him. Kurama was going to stop thinking about him. |
Eiji nodded, "Yeah, I'm afraid I am. Its pretty annoying having to face this, the girls and the guys alike" he said blushing deeply. Just as he was about to say they better hurry, the bell rang. He felt Shuichi jump beside him, he grinned and couldn't help laughing at him.
"Don't worry she probably won't yell at you since you're new, and since I was helping you find your way here she shoould go frankly easy on me as well." Eiji grabbed Shuichi's hand and dragged the boy as fast as possible the rest of the way to class. He opened the door quietly, Miss Osuka was just starting with the attendance. He pushed Shuichi in lightly, "go introduce yourself" he muttered in a low voice. |
Kurama blinked a few times then realized that he was going to have to introduce himself to everyone. So much for not getting the attention he got at his house. He walked forward and over to the teacher. "Um...hello.." he started and the teacher looked up at him and almost blushed. Kurama brushed some of his hair away and looked down. "I'm...I'm the new student...I just wanted to introduce myself." he said with a little bow. The teacher blushed a bit and laughed.
"Why hello. I was wondering when you were going to show up. I'm Mrs. Osuka. I'm glad to meet you...Shuichi Minamino was it?" she asked as she looked down at the roster. "Yes." he said with a light smile. "Anything you prefer to be called?" she asked as she looked back up at him. "Not really." he said as he turned to sit down and the teacher said he would have to introduce himself to the class. soooooo close~! he thought when he saw he was just a step away from his seat. "H-Hello. My name is Shuichi Minamino. I'm glad to meet you all." he said as he bowed then quickly sat. He could feel everyone's eyes on him and all he wanted to do was dig himself a hole. He hated this. |
Eiji watched as Shuichi took a seat next to him. He gave a half smile at the new student, "Guess you aren't a peoples person are you? You look kinda shy." he whispered quietly to Shuichi. He couldn't wait for english to be over then..their whole day would be over! He couldn't wait to go back to his dorm room and indulge himself in a book.
Eiji listened half heartedly to the teacher and with the other half of his mind he thought about food. Mrs. Osuka was doing a recap of yesterday's lesson and Eiji could already tell all the people that hadn't finished the assignment. When Mrs. Osuka asked every one to hand in their assignment he was the first to get up. Eiji swiftly searched his bag and pulled out a wrinkle free report, striding over to the teachers desk he slipped the paper onto the desk. It was a well researched assignment put together very well by the looks of it. [[Should we make them roomies? xD]] |
Kurama nodded as he listened to the teacher. They were a bit behind his other course and he sighed. He wondered who his new room mate was going to be. He'd set up his things while his room mate was away so he was unsure of the person. Just thought he was a bit strange to have a dress laying across his bed. He thought it was something like a gift for his sister or what not.
Class went by fast for him. He was worried about the girls that were eying him all period though. When the teacher said he was finished Kurama got up and stuck close to Eiji. "Save me..." he whispered with tears almost in his eyes. This school was just too much for him. He was sooooooo ready to leave. (sure.) |
Eiji laughed as Shuichi clung to him, "first are you staying in the dorms here or is your new house close enough that you go back every day and then come back?" he said chuckling softly. He patted Shuichi's head and lead him to the cafeteria, he blushed a deep red when she saw people staring at them.
Eiji coughed and pushed Shuichi a bit away from him. "Don't get too close...if people stampede us and hoard around us we'll need to run" he said with a grim face. He was serious about them getting hoarded, that had happened to him a couple of times this year. ---------- Eiji laughed as Shuichi clung to him, "first are you staying in the dorms here or is your new house close enough that you go back every day and then come back?" he said chuckling softly. He patted Shuichi's head and lead him to the cafeteria, he blushed a deep red when she saw people staring at them. Eiji coughed and pushed Shuichi a bit away from him. "Don't get too close...if people stampede us and hoard around us we'll need to run" he said with a grim face. "I-I moved into the dorms..." he said softly as he looked at the people. He couldn't help but to feel his heart almost jumping out of his chest. He wished there was some way to calm himself down before random things started growing everywhere. When ever he got to angry or felt threatened plants would come to his aid and he was feeling quiet threatened at the moment. He moved back. "R-Room 104 in the boys wing in Dixon hall..." he whispered softly.
When heard they could be attacked it didn't help him in anyway. He held his bag closer and got ready for the attack. |
