By the time Noble had returned to the gypsy camp, his hair had almost dried. He was sure by now, everyone would be in their caravans, tucked away for the night. Including, Noble hoped, Amelia. As he moved inside, letting Kaya streak into the house first, he was suprised to see his bed empty. Amelia was curled up into the corner. The male's gaze softened, and he dropped the thick blanket he'd been using to dry his unruly hair. He stepped to the female, picking her slender frame up gently. He shifted to the bed, laying her down and tugging his colorful blankets over her body. He paused, sitting on the edge of his bed gently. From the moonlight slipping through her window, Amelia looked even more beautiful than normal, and Noble resisted the urge to kiss her. Naturally, he was a man. He wanted her... Forbidden fruit. Noble chuckled mentally, brushing his thumb over her lips before standing, taking her spot and calling Kaya to him. The leopard betrayed him once more, jumping on the bed and curling up with the female. |
Amelia was luckily a heavy sleeper so even as Noble picked her up, she only stirred to get closer to the warmth emitting from his body. She was going to be quite surprised to find herself in his bed when she woke. Wouldn't be to happy over what he did. He had already given up enough for her. When the furry mass of Kaya joined her on the bed, Amelia gently wrapped her arms around the leopard and rested her face into the soft fur. It was much nicer then a pillow.
~~~ From the light of the rising sun Amelia stirred awake with a little yawn and slowly sat up. Rubbing her eyes she looked at Kaya, still thinking she was on the floor and the leopard joined her. Gently she pet her on the head in thanks, till her eyes focused on the person truly on the floor. Holding in a cry of out rage Amelia grabbed his pillow and chucked it at Noble. He drove her mad sometimes. With that she quickly laid back down on the bed pretending to be asleep. Amelia could help but notice how much the bed smelled of Noble. She didn't want to leave the bed, it seemed to her this was the closes she would get to him, without assistance from her sister or she was asleep. Could not believe Kaya put her on the bed and covered her with the blankets. Her clothes had all practically shifted out of place, which told her she had been in the bed for awhile. |
"GAHWAK?" Noble shouted as a...pillow? Hit him. The male sat on the floor for a while, staring at it, before lifting his emerald eyes to the bed. They narrowed at the 'sleeping' form. The male sat up, tiptoeing to the bed. He leaned over it, without touching it. And tickled Amelia's sides. "Why'd you do that?" |
A surprised squeal came out of Amelia along with a fit of laughter. Then she tried to speak between each giggle and laugh. "Wouldn't you.. like to.. know." Amelia was in a much more playful mood since last night. The burden on her shoulders lessened and Noble was willing to touch her. Even if it was in such a cruel way, being ticklish was such a weakness. She just smiled at him amused, he wasn't yelling at her.

Noble laughed, a deep rumbling sound pulled from his chest. He continued to tickle her. "Oh, yes! I want to know! I'll continue this until you tell me! You forget, I have a little sister!" He grinned, Noble's emerald orbs twinkling. |
The deep laugh sent shivers down Amelia's spin. Luckily her blush could be hidden from the laughing. "You monster." Amelia said in a completely unoffensive tone, it was directed towards his tickling. "It was.. revenge.." Unwilling to be defeated Amelia gave him a simple non-descriptive answer. Plus why did she want his grin to fade or the twinkle in his eye that made her heart skip a few beats.

Noble inched on the bed to get a better angle at tickling her, and continued. "Revenge for what, little dove? What did I do now to make you wish you could pluck my eyes out with you sharp little beak?" He teased, laughing once more. It was intoxicating, having the giggling beauty in his bed, laughing and squirming under his fingers. It made his thoughts turn dirty for a moment, before he checked them. |
Amelia squirmed in ways she didn't think possible, the new type of dancing she learned allowed her to easily move her hips. Continuing to laugh, with a little pants for air Amelia put her arm over her mouth, unwilling to answer. Also she was trying to suppress the sounds she was making. She had never laughed or giggled this much in a long time. It got to the point her cheeks were a dark red, and from the constant laughing it caused her eyes to water. Giving in she gave him the answered he was looking for. "For putting me.. in your bed." For Amelia this wasn't over yet she was so going to hunt Lillith down and figure out where Noble was ticklish.

Right away, Noble released her, raising an eyebrow. "You don't really think I'd let you sleep on the floor, do you, princess?" He shook his head, before turning away and streching. He moved to a trunk in the corner, various colored items overflowing. He tugged out a pair of bright red pants and glanced around awkwardly. Finally, he grabbed a blanket and hung it from a few bird cages, changing quickly. When he stepped out, he threw a glance to Amelia. "You're free to move around camp, okay? I've got to head out and work on my chores, alright?" (Would you mind if I paid some castle guards or sommat?) |
If Amelia's clothes hadn't been messed up before, they really were now. She didn't even attempt to answer as she panted, catching the breath she just lost. All she did was slowly sit up and glare at Noble. Not like she would get him to stop, not with how hard headed he was.
As soon as Noble put the blanket up Amelia adjusted her clothing and fixed her hair. She was practically freaking out on the inside. How could she let Noble see her like that. It was so embarrassing... When he walked out Amelia quickly sat and acted as if she did nothing. "Really? You are letting me out of my cage." Amelia let her jaw drop slightly with a little snicker. Then she smiled at him. "Thank you Noble." [{Go ahead, I don't mind at all.}] |
"If you want a bird to sing, you must let it stretch it's wings." The male responded with another grin, his head reaching out, to cup her face. He stopped an inch away, and frowned, jerking his hand away. He turned, starting towards the door. "Let me know if you need or want anything, alright, princess?" |
The new side of Noble was easily ensnaring Amelia, she anticipated his hand to touch her, desired it too. Only to be let down and torn, as his hand jerked away with a frown. Why did he like torturing her so much? At least his firm ass was right in her view. She couldn't contain the smirk that came to her face. Noble truly had one breath taking sexy body, with a gorgeous tan.
As he stopped once again Amelia couldn't help but roll her eyes. "I want you to go do your chores before you get in trouble." With that said she gave Noble a kick in the ass, and it was just as firm as she thought. |
The male jumped, glancing behind him at his bottom, before raising his eyes to her with a puzzled look. After a moment, he simply nodded and moved out the door as if in a trance. This was dangerous...he needed to get away from her. He was falling into a comfortable state, seeing her, touching her. It would only hurt if he got too attached. Hence why he refused to use her name now. He frowned as he moved around the camp. How could the beauty make him feel like this after just one day in her presence? ~<3~ At the palace, a gypsy dressed as a commoner moved to the castle gates, handing over a letter. "For the King, concerning Princess Amelia..." As the guard turned to go into the palace, the gypsy girl vanished back into the woods quickly. The guards as still looking puzzled as he knocked on the King's study door. |
A puzzled look, that was new and amusing to the point Amelia had to giggle a bit. Once he was out of the caravan she laid back down on his bed resting her hands on her stomach. She questioned what she would do. Didn't have an chores. Would of offered to help Noble but he would of most likely said no. Lillith probably wouldn't, at least she hoped she wouldn't and the girl seemed interested in the relationship she had with her brother.
After a few minutes, Amelia sat up and rubbed Kaya's head. She was really going to miss her. It had been her first time around such a beautiful creature. The one thing that would pain her more was Noble. She had to forget him as soon as possible. The ways his hands felt on her body, the deep sultry laugh, his unruly hair that suited hims so well, and the enchanting eyes of his. Amelia put her hands around her head, she couldn't think about him. Quickly she left the caravan to find Lillith. ~~~ The King was a power hungry man, with a short temper, and a horrible attitude to people below him. It was how he could easily put a ransom on the gypsies head without losing any sleep at night. He wasn't the prettiest thing either. Old age was showing on his face as a few wrinkles were starting to form, his mahogany colored hair was streaked with gray, a beard that needed trimming, and dark rings around his eyes. It didn't help the King was losing sleep over his daughters disappearance. He could understand why she disobeyed him so much, he gave her a home to live in, dresses, and all she does is run when he asked for a small favor in return. So when the guard knocked on the door it wasn't well received. "What do you want? Have you tamed that unruly horse yet!" he said glaring at the guard. How they disgusted him. A simple horse seemed out smart them. |
Lillith was close to the fire pit, which had a much smaller fire than the night before. She held a rather sharp curved dagger and was skinned a deer; The results of Kaya's hunt last night. She was humming softly and smiling, her blond hair glinting in the sunlight. ~<3~ The guards flushed under his helmet. Damn horse was in the courtyard, kicking anyone who came near it...Should just [put a bolt into the stupid beast. "Uhh...n-no, Your majesty...I just recieved a letter concerning Princess Amelia..." He handed the items over, a simple thing stating that tomorrow at noon, two hundred gold coins needed to be dropped off the castle walls. The area it referred to was almost completely covered by trees. It stated that without the gold, his daughter was to be sold as a slave. If the action was carried through, the princess would be released the next day, completely unharmed. |
"Lillith." Amelia called out walking towards her, didn't want to distract the girl while she had such a sharp dagger. Touching seemed like the wrong thing to do. But the one thing that was probably surprising how Amelia was not sick from looking at the dead deer.
~~~ The King took the letter from the guard then gave them a disgusted look. "Why are you still here? Get back to work." He shut the door on the guards face. Walking to his desk he grabbed his glasses and opened the letter. After reading it the King crumpled it in the outrage. His insolent daughter got herself in this much trouble. Walking over to the window, that had a view over the courtyard, he watched her horse make a ruckus. It was just as wild as her... He couldn't help but think that his daughter should be thankful he found a use for her and the duke still wanted her. The man actually like an unruly wife. If it was him he would of stuck to his mistresses. He quickly went to work on getting the gold for the exchange. Not like 200 hundred gold coins would really be that hard to get. As long as his daughter came back unharmed. They didn't lock her away for no reason. He found pride in the fact his daughter had no scars and priceless ivory skin. Her beauty was irreplaceable. The offers for her were great. If she came back with anything wrong the King would have the captures head. She was apart of a large buisness transaction. |
Lillith stopped humming and looked up, grinning at Amelia. "Hullo! Did you sleep well?" Noble was a ways off, carting around a large crate. The gypsy children were around him, latching unto his legs and climbing up unto his back and such. |
Amelia smiled back at Lillith as she joined her on the ground. "I slept great, Kaya is a nice pillow. Only got rudely awaken, kind of. Do you know where your brother is ticklish?" She asked getting straight to the question she wanted to ask. Her attention though was taken by what Lillith was doing. Amelia wanted to help her. Being stuck doing now for awhile made her wanna do something. Getting revenge on Noble for tickling her could wait.
Unconsciously she couldn't help but scan the camp for him. For some reason she was just drawn to him. No matter where she was, she wanted to know where he was at. When she finally found him, she laughed slightly. The kids seemed to like him. |
The blond woman looked at Amelia strangely before answering. "I think he's ticklish on his feet and sides....Why?" The female was gazing intently at the carcass, carefully peeling the purple-ish meat from the skin. As she worked, she was slicing the meat open and carefully removing bones. She looked away as Amelia laughed, and followed her gaze, laughing as well. Her brother was yelling, though it was clear he didn't mean it. After a few moments, the boy fell foward, and was pounced on right away by the children, who were giggling and begging Noble to throw them in the air. "Everyone gravitates towards him. He's always happy. Unless he's fighting with you!" She teased gently, before returning to the deer. |
A dark smirk came across Amelia's face. She could work with that. "Oh, he just tickled me to death after I threw a pillow at him." Amelia watched Lillith work, it was fascinating to her how she could do that. The meat her family got was already cut and clean.
Amelia couldn't help but blush at Lillith's accusation. How did she know he was always happy? Met him a day ago with a dagger pointed at her. "I guess I just know how to drive him crazy. So if he ever does anything wrong just come get me." She laughed starting to accept how she caused him to act. Even if she preferred him smiling. The anger at least drove her away. Would be easier to leave him. |
"Threw...a pillow...at him?" Lillith paused in her work once more, laughing and shaking her head. "Did he deserve it, then?" She continued, musing, "I don't think it's that you push his buttons. He just got it into his head that you judged us like everyone else. It makes him mad..." She nodded towards her brother. "He looks around, at the people that rely on him, at the children, and know they face that everyday. He hates it. But we are gypsies. We can't change that, now can we?" |
"Very much so. That is why I'm trying to get revenge on him for tickling me to death. My sides still hurt." Amelia said with a pout but smiled when Lillith laughed, it made Amelia feel more comfortable around her. Which was a bad. If she got too attached to this place leaving it would be so much harder.
Listening to what Amelia had to say, she sighed a little staring up at the sky. They started off on the wrong foot. What was she supposed to do? Run up to him and give him a hug or kiss. Not that she didn't want too. "Well, tell him next time he threats someone with a dagger in had he shouldn't angry by the hostility he receives. You are right, just like I can't change that I'm a princess and since birth my life has been planned out for me." |
The female chuckled and shrugged, before tossing Amelia a sly look. "I bet...if Noble fell in love with you, we would take you with us. I bet it would be easy for you to do...It would be more diffucult, but I doubt he'd want you to go back...You like him, right?" Lillith nodded, "And you wouldn't have to marry my brother, if you didn't want to. But, then you wouldn't have to go back to the palace. You do seem to like it here..." |
The sly look made Amelia nervous, she knew well that the gypsy girl was trying to play matchmaker for her brother. "I would at least want to get my horse Eisa. He is my life and they would kill him if I wasn't around! And I would want to see my brother at least one last time. He would make it possible for me to get you a lot more gold..." She said not protesting to Lillith's idea or that she liked Noble. It would be best if she didn't say yes or no. Didn't want to know what Lillith would do. "But before i make any decisions. I would like to know how you live, and assist in your chores. Need to know what I'm getting into even if I like it here."

"...I don't know if that would be possible..." Lillith admitted as she stood, beckoning over a person standing nearby. Clearly his job was to cut up the meat for another stew. The girl froze, peering into the trees. When she turned back to Amelia, she was grinning broadly. "I'll show you some tomorrow, okay? Can you do me a favor, for now? If anyone asks where I went, say to the river for more water. We always need more water..." |
