Kisuke chuckled at Isabella's demand. As she began to drift off, Kisuke stroked her hair. He smiled. He kept on doing this until he couldn't fight slumber anylonger. He leaned his head down and fell asleep.

Yoichi looked down surprised feeling a tug and then smiled softly at Lilly. "Oh you want me to take you home? Sure thing Lilly." he said softly and wrapped her in his coat lovingly and kissed the top of her cute head. "Its cold so carrying you would be faster." he said smoothly and gently lifted her into his arms. Cradling her against his warm chest he slipped his shoes on and walked outside and towards her house. "Do you like the presents?" he asked curiously.

Atsuko hummed to herself as she looked at the camera. Smiling softly she sat ontheir couch and kicked her legs cutely. Her eyes then closed as she leaned against the back of the couch for a little bit. "This was fun." she whispered to herself happily. She then pulled her knees up to her chest wanting to be a bt warmer as she gave a small shiver.

Lilly felt Yoichi's warm jacket around her body. She smiled. She listened as he asked her that question. Slight pink enteredher cheeks. She nodded and he lifted her off the ground. He was warm. It felt really nice against the harsh cold of winter. Lilly loked up at Yoichi and nodded. She really like her present. She fingered her cards carefully, enjoying the feel and smell of a new deck. She looked at them lovingly and back up at him, smiling.

Bairei was startled as he was dragged in and had a jacket and ear hat put on him. Looking at the tusks formed from it "Hey, what is this" He looked at Yoichi, his face red, his nostrils flaring slightly.

Sakamae laughed upon seeing Bairei. "Hahaha, come on Bairei they suit you well" He lighlty pats Bairei's back before dragging him to his place in the picture "Now come on, picture time" After the pictures were taken, Sakamae sits down next to Atsuko "Tonight was fun" smiling as he looked over to her. Bairei just huffed and headed out the door "I'm heading to bed"

Yoichi smiled softly as she nodded and he then stepped up onto her porch. Walkig inside he nodded to her parents and then slipped off his shoes again. Walking her to her room he sighed. "I really wish I could hear your voice again Lilly.... You have such a beautiful voice." he said softly and then kissed the top of her head as he sat her down on her bed. "But icant make you do anything so wishes are all I've got."

Atsuko giggled seeing Bairei's reaction and then nodded and smiled widely at Sakamae. "Ueah it was. Everybody was here!" she said happily. ((we'll just assume everyone was there)) She then looked at his books and grinned "Are those good? I've never had the chance to read anything really.... Everyone makes fun of me for readig anything. It doesn't matter what it is." she whispered softly and then sighed softly. "But you're so smart I betcha no one makes a big deal out of what you read." she added with admiration.

Lilly looked ather parents, then looked away. She couldn't stand to see them, anymore. She was taken upstairs and placed on her bed. She looked down as Yoichi was telling her what he wanted. Lilly pointed to herself and nodded slowly. She, too, wished he could talk again, but it was gone from her memory, completely. She really wanted to have a long, interesting conversation with Yoichi. She bit her lip. Lilly shuffled her cards and held them out for Yoichi to pick one.

Zane saw Astuko and was about to go sit with but then Bairai sat next to her. He cursed under his breath and went out side and broke a bench. HOw was he ever going to get to her? It's was so frustrating. he was never going to get her to see he liked her. He fell into a snow bank and looked up at the stars wishing he was one of them. He wouldn't have to worry about Astuko.

Sakamae smiles and pulled out the manga volumes from his bag, handing them over to Atsuko to look at "Oh yes, they're very fun to read.. especially this series.. The main character is amazing" Sakamae moved a hand to pet her eared hat "Aw that's not good. Reading can be fun. Here you can borrow them and read through them, kay"

Atsuko watched excitedly as Sakamae grabbed the manga book. She looked at it handling the book as if it was a lost treasure worth a bunch of money and lives. She then was caught off guard as she felt Sakamae petting her hat making her smile softly and cuddle closer happily. She then slowly opened the book. "I like the front art... It's really pretty." she whispered softly and then peaked at the stuff. "Ummm..." she whispered to herself and her brows furrowed as she tried to figure out how to read it.

Yoichi smiled softly and nodded watching Lily. He then grinned and then picked a card from her. "So what do you want me to do with this?" he asked lightly and smiled at her with softly curiousity gleaming in his eyes. It was hard not to be curious when he didn't know what she was going to do next.

Lilly took the card from him and smiled. She put it back in the deck with out looking at it. She shuffled the deck skillfully, flipping the cards in the air. It was almost like they were flying. She rubbed the deck and took Yoichi's wrist. She pulled a card out from his sleeve and smiled, showing him the card.

Yoichi watched surprised and impressed as Lilly began flipping and dealing cards like a pro. His eyes danced along trying to follow her movements and then laughed as he saw her pull the card from his wrist. "Now that's a trick Lilly!" he said absolutely amazed as he looked at her and laughed happily.

Lill was very happy at Yoichi's reaction. She put the cards on her nightstand. Lilly sighed. She wish she could laugh along with him. She went over to Yoichi and leaned her head up against his chest. She had closed her eyes for a brief second and her mother camein the room. Lilly looked up to seeher. She backed away from Yoichi. "Just what do you teo think you were doing? Lilly! You know better than that!"

Yoichi smiled softly seeing Lilly set her cards down. "You look tired." he said gently and was about to hug her as she put her head on his chest when he looked up surprised to see her mother. "I don't see what's wrong." he said firmly and then his gaze hardened towards her mother. "She is just tired. And she's a human too. SHe needs human contact. that is why she doesn't remember how to speak!" he snapped and then stood. "Now if you don't mind I think she should spend the night with her family." he snapped again making the women back down. "Lilly grab a bag and some clothes okay?" he said softly but never turned his gaze from her mother.

Lilly just stared. Yoichi had snapped at her mother. She tugged his shirt to try to convince him that her mother would get very angry, but he had spoke before she got the chance. Lilly looked at him for a bit and nodded. She grabbed her bag, shaking hesitantly. She stuffed clothes in her bag. She bit her lip. Her mother was staring at her. "You're a bad child." she whispered. "A bad bad child!" She ran towards her and grabbed Lilly's wrist. Lilly winced. Her grip was strong on her. Lilly pulled back and she fell back on the ground. She back up without standing. She began breathing heavily.

Yoichi growled angerily as her mother passed him. Seeing the fear in Lilly's eyes really pissed him off and before her mother could slap her he grabbed her wrist and pused her against the wall. He was taller and stronger then her by alot he then used his know how and pressed a spot on her neck making her pass out in his arms and he laid her on Lilly's bed He then looked at Lilly again gently. "Hey... Its alright... trust me..." he whispered offering his hand to her but not coming close because he knew she was scared.

Lilly stared in fear. She didn't know what to think. She didn't know who to be more afraid of. She put her hands to the sides of her head. She looked up at Yoichi as he spoke. She bit her lip and stood up. She nodded. Lilly slung her bag over her shoulder. She knew that Yoichi was going to take her with him one way or another, so she chose the easy way. She went to the door and opened it for Yoichi.

Yoichi smiled at Lilly and then walked out of the door. Gently picking her up he walked out of the house holding her close to his chest as he looked down at her. "I'm sorry if I scared you... I hate parents... Who smother their childrena dn makee fun of them like that..." he whispered and looked down at her. "I hate how they take their frustrations out on us." he said softly and shook his head.

Lill clutched on to Yoichi's shirt and buried her face in his chest. She listened to Yoichi speak about her parents and the other zodiac's parents. She bit her thumb and silently let a few tears out of her eyes. She wasn't mad at Yoichi. She wasn't mad at her parents either. She let off a big weight that was on her shoulders. Though her heart still ached, it was okay for now until something else happens.

Yoichi looked at her softly andthen stroked her small head. "Its okay to cry..." he said softly and walked into Arsuko's house and nodded to her parents before going into his temparay room. He then sat and held her rocking her back and forth. "It will be okay soon promise..."

Lilly felt comfort at the feel of Yoichi's touch on her head. She let out a little smile with tears still in her eyes. She sniffled and was carried into Atsuko's home. She sat up in the bed and held up her pinky to him.

Yoichi smiled and nodded grinning at her pinky. Taking he pinky in his he kissed it lightly sealing the deal. "Even if you have to come with me I promise things will get better." he said softy and then kissed the top of her head. Chuckling he then pulled away and pulled out her cards he had grabbed from under her pillow at her house. "Show me that trick again." he said with a grin.

Zane walked back into the house and it as obvious he was angry about something. He sat on the couch watching everyone. He couldn't believe how everyone could be so happy but he was the only one having a bad time.

Surprised Atsuko was pulled out of her little concentration when Zane sat next to her. He looked horribly angry and she didn't like that. Scooting over to his she uged on his sleeve cutely. "Zane..." she said softly and looked at him with big eyes full of worry. "Are you okay?" she asked softly her voice a bit unsure. She was honestly terrified. Last time she had asked her parents this question she had been spanked and slapped and was told to go to her room. She hoped it didn't happen again.

Zane just about shoved her away but seeing as it was Atsuko he sighed. "No I am not ok. Everyone seems to be so happy and I wish I could be that happy. But there is only one person in this world that could make me happy and they....never mind" he said sadly and slumped to the other side of the couch.

Lilly blushed at Yoichi's lips upon her pinky. She smiled and nodded. She picked up the cards and shuffled them gently. Ashe spread them apart and held them out for Yoichi to pick one.
