"It has been so long. I have almost forgotten." Kiba whispered to her after he had stopped nuzzling her neck, he forced him self to let her go, to pull away from her so he could look her over even more. "I really should look at your wound." he said to her, his voice was a little husky, like there was a feeling that hadn't made it self known in so long, he smiled before he pulled her to him again, burying his nose into her hair, breathing in deeply as he tried to squish her to him. 'It has been a while.....Verahdona.' he replied to her mind, his laughed a bit, it was deep almost like it was rich in it self. He let her go once more, forcing h im self to before he ended up doing something that he was going to regret, after all there was alot of pent up wolf instincts inside of him and there had only been one person that was able tohelp him keep them in check and she was asleep in her captain quarters at the moment.

Verah smiled to herself, it was true. The scent of home was practically gone from him, but now her scent mixed with him and made the scent come forth from him. "If you insist.." She said quietly, looking over to her shoulder. Noticing the husk in his voice she blushed, which only intensified as he pulled her close once more. A soft, soothing growl came from her as he smelled her hair and pulled her closer. Being around other wolves always made her inner wolf make itself more known. It truely has... she spoke back. Though she has had a connection with him for a long while, she connection was no reopened. She felt it rude to tap it unless most important issues were at hand. As he held her she felt the pain withing her shoulder once more and closed her eyes tightly trying to bear the pain. When he pulled away her eyelids opened slowly, revealing her ocean blue green eyes.

"I really do insist." Kiba said to her as he smiled, motioning for her to sit down in front of him as he sat down on her bed and slid back far enough so that she would have room to sit on her bed. He felt better, whole to be exact, he didn't have that empty spot in his chest anymore, after all she was here now and had brought some of home with her, making this ship even more like his home. "I am glad that we found one another. What have you been up to since the last time we seen each other?" he asked her as he forced him self to be patient, there was a slight growl to his voice as he talked, after all it was there because he had been slightly more wolf then human lately.

Sighing Verah took a seat on the bed infront of him with her shoulder towards him. A smile made its way onto her lips as he spoke and she nodded. "Well...ive been wandering...looking for moon shards. Much like everyone else." Noticing the growl in his voice she tilted her head and chuckled softly. "What about yourself?" Verah looked the man up and down, she rarely saw him in his human form, maybe once or twice. While in a pack one usually kept in their wolf form unless the human for was needed.

"I left the pack as you know. After that i travelled around for a year before i got deathly ill and that was when Levana found me. She saved my life and i owe it to her. So now i protect her and her ship as she travels around to collect moon shards." Kiba said to her as he pulled the patch off of her shoulder, looking it over before he frowned at what he found there. "Your were in a fight...." he whispered to her before his wolf instinct got the better of him, he leaned forward and licked at the wound that was on her shoulder, after a few minutes he stopped what he was doing, blushing slightly that he wasn't being human to well. He stood up and went to a cupboard, pulling out a medkit before he went back to her bed and sat behind her. He opened it up and began to clean her wound, pulling a needle and thread out before he started to sew the wound up.

"Levana seems like a lovely woman.." Verah said quietly about his..well...whatever she was to him. Owner, Compainion? As he pulled the patch off the woman whimpered and winced. "Ouch..." her voice was soft, trying to bear the pain, and not having much luck. "Yeah..." the woman admitted averting her eyes from Kiba. She usually wasnt one to fight, but she definitely knew how to handel herself. "You should see the other wolf..." A smirk came across Verah's lips as she look off into the distance. Feeling the other's tounge on her shoulder another soft growl came from within her, enjoying the feeling. When he pulled back she saw the blush and smiled to herself. Her eyes followed him as Kiba moved around the room and when he sat behind her she faced foward. As he cleaned the wound she winced once more and bit her lip as he began to sew. "Th-Thank you.." "She is a nice lady. She may seem all tough and violent but she isn't....that is why she needs me." Kiba said to her as he tied off the thread, bitting the part that was not used off, he then cleaned up everything before he licked her wound once more to get the blood off it, placing a patch over it, he kissed it lightly as he rubbed her arms. "Your welcome......i really missed the pack...i missed home and i have missed you also." he whispered into her ear before he restted his chin on her good shoulder, pulling her closer to him as he burried his nose in her scent once more. He started to growl softly, it had a tune to it, almost like he was humming a soft song, but it was hard to tell with the growl that seemed to be a permenate fixture of his voice.

Verah blushed at the kiss and closed her eyes as he pulled her close. The woman leaned her head against his and took in a deep breath, loving how her and his scent mixed. She too growled softly and lightly licked his cheek. Once she had realized what she did she turned away, blushing. "S-sorry.." Verah innerly cursed herself for not keeping her instincts at bay. "Would you care to go for a run...?" Glancing back at Kiba she awaited his answer. She loved running in her wolf form, she felt as though she was invincible, noting could touch her.

"Don't be sorry." Kiba growled slightly back at her, pulling her into his lap as he held her as close to him self as he could. When she asked about going for a run was whne he stiffen, he couldn't go on one, after all that would leave the ship ungaurded and he was suppose to be on watch duty tonight. "I would love to but i have gaurd duty tonight. After all who knows what will try to attack a ship in the middle of the night." he said to her as he rubbed his nose on the back of her neck, he breathed in heavily and let it out slowly.

He dreamed of exactly how his family died, it was a peaceful night at their cabin, and he had gotten up early for him, like mid night, and a minute later he was fixing himself a snack when he smelt fire, and he knew he didn't start one, he had been born a demon with the power to control elements, so he went to check on his parents and saw their agonized expressions as they burned alive, then he checked on his siblings, he didn't remember what gender they were or how many he had, but he watched them burn alive as well, then he ran from the house to see the people who started the fire, that's when he really gained control of his ability, when he killed the ones who killed his life, he burned them alive and enjoyed watching them run around trying to put themselves out, and when one of the succeeded he caught him on fire again, then once that one burned alive, he saw someone else in the shadow of some trees in front of the cabin, then he woke up sweat going down his face, panting for breath, and he didn't know it, but he'd been sreaming the whole time this nightmareish scene went on.

When Audrey woke up her eyes were filled with tears. She was crying in her sleep. Audrey wiped the tears from her face. 'why would I cry over this...'. Audrey got up and walked to the bathroom t blow her nose.

He wondered how Audrey was doing, if she was sleeping okay, he thought about going to check in on her, but he didn't want to risk waking her up. He sat up and stared at his door, as f it would move on it's own, of course it didn't. He then stood up and walked out to the hall. He walked over to Audrey's door and knocked softly on it.

Audrey heard a knocking sound. She put her dress on quickly and answered the door. "Hello?" She said softly. When she saw Angel at the door she smiled and said "Oh hey Angel is everything okay?". Audrey hoped that she didn't look like she'd been crying.

"Yeah, just came to check on you." He saw a bit of red at her eyes. "Bad dream?" he guessed. Then he realized he didn't put his shirts on, and he knew how fit he was from living on hi own and surviving in the wilderness, as well as working out a bit. He had over the years formed a six pack and good solid muscles. He saw that her room was a simplier one, as was his, the things needed present.

Audrey looked t Angel and said "Yeah I guess it was a bed dream. It want scary to me but when I was sleeping I was crying. I don't know why.". Audrey's hair was a bit messy so she ran her finger threw it. "Uh do you want to come in?" Audrey said. She didn't want didn't feel like standing up and she thought Angel probably didn't feel like standing up ether.

He looked at her, and figured both of them needed someone to talk to. "Sure, that would be nice." He said stepping in, then sitting on the casual couch by the left wall. He noticed that the room's walls were painted a neutral color, and the bed was casual as well, similar to his room. 'What if I say the wrong thing?' he thought to himself as he watched Audrey with curious eyes.

Audrey sat on her bed. She sighed and said "Sorry, I didn't make my bed. I wasn't expecting anyone.". Audrey got up and made her made her bed up real quick. She sat down and looked at the ceiling. "So did you have a hard time falling asleep?" she said curiously. Audrey was messing with her dress, she was trying to make sure it didn't show anything.

"It's okay, and your dress isn't showing anything if that's what your worried about, I'd notice if it did, I hve good senses, had to have them." he said. "Yeah falling asleep was no problem, but dealing with the nightmareish memery is if it were happening to me a second time, that was hard to deal with." he said shuddering at the expressions on his families faces.

"I don't dream at night. It's rare when I do dream. I stopped dreaming at night a long time ago." Audrey said sadly. She stopped messing with her dress. she was still thinking abut that man who was chasing her in the dream she had. 'Who was that man...Why was he chasing me...Was it a dream or was it a memory from my past...' Audrey couldn't get that thought out of her head. She bt her lip 'I've got to stop thinking about the dream. Before I start obsessing over it...'.

"It was most likely only a dream, or there are some people who dream of what might happen to them or someone else." he said "geussing" what she was thinking. He walked over to her bed and sat beside her and put a hand on her shoulder. "And if it was a memory I don't think that you could really know who it was unless he shows up again, or he did something you'll never forget." 'like kill your family' he finished the sentence in his thoughts.

Audrey looked at Angel and said "Family? Oh I don't have t worry about that because I don't have any.". Audrey realized that angel didn't say family out loud he said that in his head. "I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to read you're thoughts!" Audrey said still in shock. 'wow...I had no idea I could do that..Cool'' she thought.
