"My name is Maria but you can call me Mars." Mars said as she brushed her self off.

Mars shrugged and said "Buzi would know....I live in the city up ahead but thats not where I was born.".

"whos buzi?"

"Hes...my brother." Mars said, she was trying not to cry.

"oh.....him.....im sorry....if u want il go and dig him up and give him a proper barial

"No he sort of..blew up so theres not much of him left...But I do have the pens that I stuck up his b- That he gave me for my birthday." Mars said.

Jake looked at the cave and a tear run down his face "ive failed to protect you all... what point is there in me being here if i have failed" he asked as he fell to his knees

Mars remembered that jake and Layla was still at the cave so she said "Look I've got to go back to the cave.". Mars ran to the cave and saw that Layla and Jake were still their. She sighed with relefe and said "Are you alright Jake?".

Jake looked over to her "no... ive failed... i couldn't protect him, and now i feel my own life slipping me"

Mars sat next to jake and said "You didn't fail....I did...I promised I would make buzi stay in the hospital bed so he wouldn't die....I didn't stop him I just let him fight and be horny.".

Jake chuckled "and i failed for not protecting him, and i left the bed and i said i wouldn't, im a lier and a failure" he said as he grabbed his side in and growled

"Jake you're not a lier or a failure! You're a hero! You saved Layla!" Mars said. When she saw Jake grab his side she said "Jake we should take you to the hospital!".

Jake looked at her "yes, but while saving her, i let Buz kill himself" he felt a sharper pain "i think we should... it feel like im bleeding on the inside" he continued to growl

Mars put Jake on her back and she ran to the hospital. When she got to the hospital she yelled " I NEED A DAMN DOCTOR!!!". The nurses and doctors came running to Jake and mars. One of the doctors took Jake off of her back and took him to the ER.

Jake was still growling "just do what ever needs to be done or i shall!" he roared as the pain got more and more intense

The doctors injected a sleeping drug in Jake. They waited for him to go to sleep.

Jake slowly fell asleep while growling, he was soon asleep

The doctors took Jake to the surgery room. When they were done doing surgery on jake they took him to room 201. Mars walked into jakes room and watched him sleep.

Jake slowly woke up and felt really groggy "wh... where am i?"

layla waited in teh waiting room with kate and raja.

Mars smiled and said "In room 201, like you were earlier.".

Jake was confused "so... all the fighting... was a dream?"

Mars shook her head and said "No...". She buried her face in her hands.

layla sighed. "why is it always us who gets hurt" she siad.
