Zarson blinked at that. He hadn't expected Gunther would agree to it easily after what had happened. Taking the envelope, he grinned brightly again. "Thanks," he said as he'd tucked it into his coat. He should go to the bank to pay his debts to the boss he and Gunther were working for. Saturday, noon, he thought to himself as he stepped out, too, and shoved his hands into the confines of his pockets, I better mark that day. With this thought in mind, he marked all his calendars a day before just to remind himself.

When Saturday noon came, Zarson was at the airport dressed rather formally. He'd just come from an interview from school about his career plans, which explains his clothes. In his hand was a duffel bag, with just a few clothes he brought for the trip. His hair was slightly slicked back by the gel as he looked out the lobby windows to watch the planes. This was his first time traveling so he was rather excited.

Walking up behind Zarson, Gunther coughed a little and sat down. "Nice clothes. Are you ready for this?" he spoke just loud enough for the boy to hear him. He himself was in his usual business suit. It's what he wore every single day mainly because it made him look professional and classy. The cops generally paid no mind to him either. All he had with him was a backpack that he kept next to him. It contained his clothes, gun and the drugs, also a few needles containing a liquid in them. But of course he didn't share that bit.

Zarson blinked at the little cough. "Thanks," he said before he'd raised a brow, "You catching a cold or something?" The male moved to sit beside Gunther and he'd looked at the backpack. "And... how're you going to get that through, y'know, checkpoint?" He was well aware of what would be inside. At least, he can guess anyway.

"Nothing to worry about. It's easy to conciel things," he responded and then looked around. "shall we then?" Gunther stood up, picking up his bag and started to walk to the check point area. He took off his shoes and belt and then walked through the metal detector. After being cleared, he grabbed his things adn waited for Zarson to get through, putting his shoes and belt back on.

((sorry for the late responce. massive headache that refuses to go away.))

It was only when Gunther had stood up that he'd noticed the other had completely ignored his question about him having a cold. Ah well, he'd thought before he'd stood up himself and took his bag. He followed after the other to the check point and he'd blinked when he'd seen him take off that shoes of his and belt. "Required?" he'd asked the guard who'd nodded. Taking off his shoes and his belt, too, with his keys, he put it on top of his bag as he went through the detector. He slipped on his shoes, took his keys to shove that into his pocket, and grabbed his duffel bag with his belt. He tucked his belt into his bag and nodded at Gunther. "That was smooth," he commented with a grin as he gave a friendly smile to the guards.

Gunther smiled at Zarson and then walked forward. He stepped on the moving walkway and stood there as waiting for the end of the thing. Their departure gate was a little ways down the building so they didn't need to worry about missing it. While standing there, he remembered something and he looked inside a smaller pocket in his backpack. The man pulled out a phone and tossed it to Zarson. "That's to keep in touch with me incase we split up."

Zarson followed suit after Gunther. It wasn't hard to lose sight of the man considering he was probably the only other person here who wore a suit. People don't normally wear suits when they're off to go into another country, not unless it was for business purposes. Stepping off of the moving walkway, he blinked at the phone that was tossed to him. He even almost missed it. "Eh?" he asked as he'd blinked, "Oh. Thanks." Another grin touched his lips. He checked out the new phone and whistled. "It's cool. It's almost like a spy phone or something."

"What time's our flight?" he asked Gunther as he'd remembered something, "And shouldn't I be having my passport and ticket with me in case we split up?"

Gunther smiled which was very rare. The "spy phone" is what got him and then he cleared his throat and looked back. "Our plane leaves in an hour," he stated and got of the moving walkway. He walked over to their exit and sat down on a chair. The man pulled out a book and started to read it.

Zarson was very much taken aback at the smile he saw on Gunther. Hell, he'd even almost tripped at the end of the moving walkway. "Whoa, shit," was what he'd mumbled under his breath before he'd brought up his free hand to cover the lower half of his face. He was really embarrassed to think that was cute. Blinking over at Gunther, he went over to seat himself on the chair behind the other and continued to fumble with the phone. He glanced over at the other. "What kind of books do you like?" he asked him as he'd put his phone down and looked over his shoulder to take a peek at the said book Gunther was reading.

The man took a deep breath before answering, closing his book with his finger keeping the page he was on. "This book is the first book in the Dark Tower series by Stephan King. It's actual a very good book. This is my 3rd time reading it," He stated. He smiled remembering the first time he's read it. It was when he was a teen and he really needed money. The series was actually the reason why he got into this business.

harakun 09-17-2010 11:58 PM

Noticing how the other had stopped reading when he'd asked the question, he felt a little embarrassed. "Ah," he thoughtfully said as he'd nodded and remembered the book, "Do you have them all?" Looking over to the gate where they were supposed to enter, he saw the plane park and a few of the people riding in it come out. He was amazed. This was the first time he was going to be riding a plane.

TearRose 09-18-2010 01:04 AM

"Not with me, but yes I do," he responded and then looked over towards the people getting off the plane. He opened his book again and looked back down reading. This is always what he did on flights to and from places.

harakun 09-18-2010 10:57 AM

Zarson let out a short, "Oh," before he'd sat back down properly and idly played again with the phone. He had to know how to make it work at least, right? Blinking in surprise when he'd accidentally called the only number in the phone, he was stunned. How was he supposed to make it stop?

TearRose 09-19-2010 05:39 PM

Gunther looked down at his phone which was ringing. then he looked over his shoulder at Zarson. With a sigh, he reached over and hit the "end" botton on the boy's phone. then he turned back around and dug through his bag, pulling out a smaller book. "here, this is the 'how to use' book for the phone," the man said, handing it over to him. then he turned and sat back down to continue reading.

harakun 09-20-2010 09:48 PM

Zarson blinked at the button Gunther pressed and frowned a little as he tried to remember that. When he saw the book and he heard the words the other said, he took it without another word leaving his lips. Just a, "Thanks," and him slipping looking at the manual while he surfed at the said phone. It should eat up more than an hour of the time 'til they left.
