Short Bio: Azill is the eldest child to her family's royal blood line and is next in line for the throne even though she has younger brothers. Her father had been assassinated, but they had never learned by who so Azill is guarded closely. But, she grows tired of this and sneaks out.

Short Bio: His parents where killed when he saw little or left him. All he knows is that he is alone in the world and he learned how to survive, steal and kill. After a while he found himself being hired to kill and steal from people. Now he is still alone but he has some money but he has to be careful since people are after him all the time.
Occupation: Theif and assasin
Race: half dragon, but he keeps his dragon side hiden since that would only scare more people and make them want to hunt him down more.

Azill sighed contempuosly as she sat at the table in the throne room. Being the princess had its perks but in reality, since her father's death, it had lost its glamour. Now she was twenty-two and still guarded closely by the family's personal body guards who specialized in such. Rolling her eyes as the meeting between the nobles continued, she looked out the window, longing to just get away. The sky was dark an heavy with clouds, signaling it was going to rain. That woud be the exact cover she would need. Azill smiled to herself at the plan when her attention was drawn from the window back to the meeting.
"Did you here me Azill?" Her mother asked, voice cool. Of course she knew how Azill was feeling and she wished she could help.
"Yes mother," she said boredly, "But, I am retiring to bed now." She stood as she was dissmissed by her mother. The guards never followed her to her private chambers. She waited a few hours till she suspected everyone was basically asleep. Throwing off her gown and relacing her corset to being looser, she slipped on a simple purple gown and a black cloak. Going through the old passageways that only she knew about, she was in the street just moments later. She hurried down one of the alleys and into a night bar area. Just as she was about to enter, she crashed into someone and fell.

Griffin smirked as he headed into a new town. The king of a different kingdom had hired him to kill the royals here so that he could take over this land. He didn't really care about who he killed as long as he got payed and the guy was going to pay him more then he had ever gotten before. THe money was the only thing he ever cared about since no one ever cared about him, no one had and that included his parents.

Griffin walked around town for a little while and tryed to get a feel for how this town worked when it started to rain. He smiled as he felt the rain on his skin and shook slightly, not from the cold of the rain but just the feel of it on his skin. The feeling of rain felt pure to him and like nothing was bad in the world. But that wasn't the case, there was always bad and he knew what he did was bad but it was his way of life. It was the only way he knew how to live and he was good at it.

He only relaized he had stopped walking when someone ran into him and he looked down. It was a girl, a pretty looking girl but that was it, "watch where your going next time." he said as he looked at her and was about to walk away from her but knew he should help in a way. He then reached out a hand to help her up since it was the right thing to do.

Azill frowned, her cloak was now soaked, clinging to her. Her dress was begining to become damp as well, seeping into her. She nearly cursed in a haughty way at the person she ad run into, but that would only reveal who she was. Flipping her purple locks out of her face, she took the offered hand and allowed him to help her up. She couldn't help but smile at the thought that if she was with her guards, no one would be allowed to touch her, especially those "beneath her".

As soon as she was standig completely, she shook out her skirts and cloak as best she could but was still cold. Finally looking at the male, he was decidedly attractive in Azill's opinion. Sighing, she spoke, "Sorry for running into you so abruptly... I was about to yell at you but I realize it was my fault for not watching where I was going. And thanks fr helping me up." Her voice was softer, mor smooth.

Griffin looked at her and sort of felt bad for getting her soaked but then again so was he so he didn't really care. He brushed some of his orange hair out of his face and looked at her. "well part of it was my fault since I didn't move out of the way or see you so it isn't completely your fault. But no problem, it was the least I could do for knocking you down." he said as he looked at her. His dark blueish-purplish eyes watched her and they seemed to sparkle with the way the rain was.

"so what is a girl like you doing out here? I would think that you would be at home not in the rain and enjoying having a fire place to keep you warm." he said as he looked at her and didn't really feel the cold of the rain. He hardly cared about the cold anymore since he had to deal with it all his life.

Azill couldn't help but quirk a smile, it was almot kind of funny standing there in the rain talking. She glanced at the sign for the pub, and back at him. Could she reveal who she was to him? She didn't think so, not now atleast, "A girl like me? Well, just coming out to have some fun I suppose. I am tired of being stuck home, I wasn't actually supposed to leave," She gave a helpless shrug at this, "And may I ask, why were you just standing there anyways?"

She had to be careful though, all it would take is for the wrong person to identify her to cost her her life. Looking around carefully, she pulled the cloak around her a little more. Of course it did nothing, but it was more out of habit.

Griffin smirked when he heard her and was slightly surprised that she didn't run. Most girls didn't talk to stranger like him but she was different. "I am just enjoying the rain and the town. You see I travel alot and this is the first time I have been to his town so I am just checking things out." he said and it was true for now. He was just checking out the town and looking for a place to set up his base.

"want to head into the pub? it will be dry in there." he said as he smiled at her. He had seen her looking at the pub and guessed she wanted to head in there to get warm. He actually also wanted to go in and realax for a little bit since he just got thre and was a little tired form his journey here. BUt he would be careful about who he talked to since he had to make sure that no one found out who he really was.

"Ah, I see, well, this place can be.. rather interesting at times if you are there at the rght moment," she laughed. She then couldn't help but smile back at him, "Of course, I would like to remove this wet cloak and attempt to get dry before I must leave," She lead him into the dimy lit pub. Leadn him to one of the tables, one of the maids came back. She was dressed in a very low cut gown, a tight corset and a shorter dress than was neccessary. She winked at Griffin, and looked at Azill in disdain.

Azill rolled her eyes, slipping the cloak off to reveal a damp purple gown. She ordered a drink and sat down, waiting for Griffin.

Griffin smirked when he saw the waiter wink at him, he never had a girl friend and he never would. They would never like a guy that kills and steals for a living. He took off his coat and then shook his hair to get ride of all the water. His hair stood up like it had a mind of its own and he then sat down across from the girl. He then looked around and smirked, "yeah I guess this place could be interesting but I have seen other things that was way more." he said as he leand back in his chair.

He then looked at the waiter and ordered there strongest drink and knew that that even wouldnt' have a affect on him. He then looked at the girl, "by the way I amd Griffin, what is yours?" he asked and for once used his real name since he didn't feel like using a fake name.

For some reason , the smirk she had seen made her somewhat jealous of the waitress and she huffed mentally. Playing with a piece of her hair till his attention was once more directed towards her, "Yes, as have I," Her words held something dark in it but she stopped there.

"Ah, my name is Azill," she decided to use her real name. Surely if he was new to town he wouldn't know her name. But then again... Nah, he wouldn't. The waitress finally came back with their drinks. If Azill wasn't careful, she could get drunk, severely so, and into trouble.... especially with an attractive stranger.

Griffin smiled at her, "that is a nice name." he said as he leand back and smiled when the drinks finally. Came he picked it up and in a matter of seconds it was gone and he sighed. "you know I think I might like this town, it has the best drink I have tasted in my life." he said as he smiled at her.

"so have you lived here all your life?" he asked as he looked at her and wondered if she had. If she was maybe she could show him around this place so he actually knew what places where good to go to and what places where bad. It didnt' really matter but he wanted a friend who knew a few things about this town. He needed someoen who knew a lot about the royals too if eh wanted to quickly kill them and get his money.

"Thanks," she laughed quietly, "I like yours as well," She then stared wide eyed at how quickly he finished his drink. She plished hers off quickly as well, not about to be out done. The one drink began to give her a buzz and she giggled because of it.

"Er... yes, I have... basically, well, yeah. It is quite a bit more compicated than that though but I can not tell you why. I have moved homes quite often," She sighed, looking away for a moment, "My father was killed when I was young and since then my mother hasn't been very... well, motherly. She treats me like an investment or something of the sort," She confessed.

Griffin smirked when he sheard her giggled and knew right away that this girl wouldnt' be able to out drink him. He ordered another round for them and frowned when he looked at her, "I am sorry about your parents but that is something we can relate to." he said as he leand back in his chair.

He then looked up at the ceiling as the waiter came with there drinks, "you see my parents died when I was young or they left me. I dont know since I cant remember, all I know is that I am on my own and I always has been. So it seems that both of our parents are gone or they aren't very good." he said and started to sip his drink.

Azill nodded, "I see, well... not everyone can have a happy child hood... not even royals," She muttered before sipping her drink that was, before she knew it, gone. She was getting a little more giggly now. She never really was allowed alcohol in the palace, so she had a low tolerance to it and got tipsy easily. One or two more and she would be on the floor.

The music from the musicians weaved through the room in an upbeat manner and she stood, holding out her hand, "Come on, let's dance," She giggled.

Griffin was surprised when he heard her say royals and wondered how she knew. But when he heard her giggle he knew now wasn't the time to ask, she was a little bit drunk and if he wanted a clear answer he would have to get it later. But when she asked to dance he smiled and drank the last of his third drink, he didn't even look as if he was buzzed yet.

"okay, but just to say I am not the best dancer and you should probably go home soon." he said as he took her hand and then lead her to where others where dancing and started to dance with her. He was actually pretty good at it and he smiled at her.

Azill knew she was going to regret this in the morning, she was going to have a bad head ache. She would have to tell her mother that she was "sick". She smiled at Griffin, "You are a wondeful dancer," She said, leaning just a litte too close. She was used to the beat, her body swayed to the music, "And sadly, I should."

Griffin smiled at her, "thanks, I dont think I am that good but I am glad that you think so." he said as he looked at her and liked it when she leand close to him. "but will you be able to get home. You look like your kind of drunk and I dont want you getting lost on the way home." he said as he looked at her. If he had to he would walk her home since he didn't want anything ot happen to her before he got all the info from her he could.
