John smiled at this. "No she is not my mother. I was split apart from my mother when I was a cub, I never have found her. Layola is like a mother to me though, I respect her deeply!" He smiled at her gently. "Yes I do but I don't know if it is time to say it." He sighed slightly loud. "It's just ok how much do you know about werewolves? I can tell you what is real and what isn't."

" What do I know about werewolves......Nothing other then you can take the shape of a human or wolf whatever you like I guess...." She stated as she looked at him and blushed a bit blushing is something she did a lot. She looked over at the other people and then back to John " They do not like me much do they?" She asked him as she continued to watch the others.

John looked over at them "Don't worry about them all. They just don't like that you are a human and something else but it's not the point." John heard the female Omega start talking to the others about how she has waited to be his mate so long then this human came along. Rolling his eyes he turned his head around. "Christine shut up now or you will pay." She blushed deeply and closed her mouth making him sigh. Looking back at Rosemary he smiled. "The truth is that Layola is as some would say witch but she had a vision of who my mate is, and she is not a werewolf." He looked down at the ground wondering if she would know or if he would tell her.

Rosemary was way to naive of what he had said she began to look around the cave when suddenly it hi her ' what the.......'
" Wait hold on a second you do not think its me do you?" She asked him as she tilted her head a bit in complete surprise.
Layola saw what was going on a chuckled a bit to herself " this is going to be entrusting " She stated to herself.
Rosemary looked at him as she set her plate down she had no idea what to say.

John nodded."Yes I am saying that you are my mate." He sat there thinking for a second. "This does not mean right away... Of coarse but it does mean you have to stay. We have a search party out for your cousin Eric as we speak."

" I am sorry ...John but this is crazy what you are saying you are an adult and I am not....does that matter or apply to you guys or what....?" she placed a hand over her forehead and looked at him " I think you are crazy I mean dear God this has to be the most crazy thing I have ever herd in my life I mean do you hear yourself ?" She asked him as she looked into his eyes...." Why can't I leave you can not keep me here....." * wait a minute he is twice my age and stronger then me .......I am beat aren't I *

Layola herd the human girl but thankfully no one else did. She decided that she would not step in if they were to be a couple they would need to work things out on there own after all they would be parents as well some day.....

John snarled at her. "That is why I said we would wait of course. We do not care of age in our pack we care about love. It seems humans feel age is a problem. We have noticed this problem before with some of our other pack memebers who ended up choosing the pack instead of waiting in a town to be of proper age to marry and what not." He glared at her slightly but not as bad as he wanted to. "It's not of choice it is of fate." He stretched his rather muscular arms behind his head hearing his bones pop not loud but not soft. Looking at her he chuckled slightly. "You will understand soon enough." He waited for her to say something else.

" I need to go to sleep this is all some crazy dream.....or my cousin is playing another joke on me.......no I am dreaming right now....yes dreaming...." She stated as she laid on the floor and closed her eyes..." I am going to open my eyes and I will be back in the tent next to my teddy bear and other things" She opened her eyes and she saw john..." No.....this is supposed to be a dream.." Layola came and sat next to her and held her hand " This is real....I swear....Do not be scared no one will do any harm to you I swear....John and I will not let that happen" she smiled at John " He is a nice guy when he is not in a bad mood...."She stated laughin

Sitting there watching Rosemary he was amused. "This isn't a dream." He said quietly sure that she didn't hear him at all. Finally when she said this was suppose to be a dream Layola walked up and started talking. John snarled at Layola "Yea well don't you think EVERYONE is nicer when they aren't in a bad mood?" He looked at Rosemary. "If you want to sleep you may but I promise I will wake you when the party comes back to tell us whether your cousin is around or not." He scowled slightly not really wanting to let her go at all.

Rosemary looked at Layola " do not tell me that this is all true how can you just chose someone out of the blue a perfect stranger....I mean I could be a crazy killer or something......or....or ....I don't know" Rosemary looked at her.

Layola laughed " Dear child.....your soul is pure you would not hurt a fly.....I know you better then you know yourself...." She stated " Just like I know Mr. Moody as well" rosemary laughed to that as well.

John glared at Layola. "That is uncalled for." He snipped at her waiting for something to happen. He figured that they would be best to sort things out talking like girls did so he went to the rest of the pack and talked about everything. The search party would be back soon, he felt their presence coming closer in the west. Smiling slightly he grabbed a piece of cooked deer and bit into into happily. He wasn't starving but he wasn't full, this meat would fill him up perfectly.

Rosemary laughed at his reaction. She then laid down again once he left. " I do not understand this mate thing..."
She stated as she looked at Layola " You will soon I promise....I will be here for you...." She glared at the female were wolf who had stated that she wanted to be John's mate earlier the female had been staring at Rosemary as if to kill her at any moment Layola did not like it she felt that Rosemary was in danger

In a voice so hushed that only the pack would hear John scolded Christine. "I swear if you touch her or kill her in any way I will rip you apart piece by piece then feed you to the wild boars!" He snarled at her slightly challenging her to do something. She just looked down blushing from embarrassment and anger. Sighing John stood up. "Layola I shall be back." Everyone knew that he was going to meet the group. As he left he lightly punched one of his friends in the shoulder as his friend was gloating to a female. Once he went to meet them they looked at him slightly sad. "We could not find him, no one at around or in the towns." John looked down not knowing how to break it to her.

Rosemary looked at Layola and smiled slightly " Will Eric be found?" She asked her as she gazed at her not wanting to think of what could happen to her cousin. Layola sighed " I honestly can not tell you he will come back safe and sound I would be lying to you...." She stated as she gazed at her. " But he is in the spirit world now.......He is happy there and you will be happy here as John's mate......to us a mate is like you humans say 'soul mate' " She stated as she smiled at her " You are his soul mate...." Rosemary looked at her " I am a human child how can I be his mate " She asked her confused Layola looked at her " We know not why these things happen they just do.....and sadly you have no choice John has that choice and he will not let you go....he would be dead first before he would ever let you leave him....he has searched for his mate since before you were born and he will not let you go now...."

Rosemary laid her head back on the wall and looked at Layola " This is not fair....." She stated as she looked down at the floor... Layola looked at her she liked Rosemary and knew she was John's perfect mate..." I know but he is alpha his word is law...."

John stared at the ground thinking. "Alright thank you for trying. Now lets go inside." His words came out like orders but they were in fact not. Walking back inside with the group he walked up to Rosemary looking down at her. "I am very sorry but they could not find any sign of Eric, they even asked around in towns but none knew of you." If his ears were out they would be laid against his head. "The storm will be over in a few days, we can look harder afterwards but even for us it is hard to maneuver around." Looking at a cub who ran over to him and scratched his leg John picked up the little wolf and pet it softly. "I hope this is ok with you, either way none of us would go, we are a family and we need to protect it." He looked down at the cub and set it down as it pranced over to Rosemary.

"This can not be......" she tried to hold the tears in but could not the slowly came down her face. She noticed the small puppy comming towards her her heart almost skipped a beat it was so cute and so nice. She wanted to touch it but was scared to she did not know if the mother would be upset. Layola looked at Rosemary and nodded for her to hold it after all it was Layola grandchild. Rosemary looked at her "are you sure?" Layola smiled " Yes" She stated as she handed her the cub.

Rosemary held it in her arms close to her chest. " You are so cute"

John smiled up at her. "I think she likes you." He sat down now as a few more cubs came over and started to play around with John. "Hey now!" He said laughing as one latched on to his arm. "Not now little ones, maybe later." He smiled at them as they nodded slightly and walked back to their mothers. Sighing he didn't know what to do honestly so he just leaned back against a rock and looked at the three before him.

The one cub she had in her arms bit her. " Ouch!" She said but did not drop the cub she gently placed it on the ground her arm was bleeding a bit. " They are strong little ones" She stated as she held her arm gently. Layola held the puppy " sarah no bite" She stated and looked at her " I am so sorry she is only 2 months old" Rosemary smiled " Its alright She does not know any better I am sure when I was a baby I bit someone" She stated laughing a bit.

John looked at her and then the pup. 'Wonder why she was so gentle... most people wouldn't be.' he thought to himself as he remembered several people even in the pack who dropped them down knowing they could handle it. Then again this one was younger but he highly doubt that she knew that. John wanted to fix Rosemary's cut but all he knew to do was suck on it and it would heal faster and clot up the blood so it wouldn't bleed as much. Then again he could be wrong.

Layola handed John the cub. " Sarah be nice to your uncle do not bite him" She stated and then grabbed Rosemary arm and began to clean it and then wrapped it. " Be careful with the pups there cute but will hurt you with there teeth. " She stated.
Rosemary nodded but smiled to the pup it was so cute how could you be mad at it?" Layola smiled " You will make a wonderful mother one day you are patient" Rosemary blushed at the thought of being a mother.

John smiled at the cub. "Hello little one!" He picked her up to where they were looking face to face. "Are you needing a boneee????" He asked smiling as the pup nodded smiling slightly. Reaching behind his back as he set the pup in his lap he pulled out a bone big enough for her. "Now remember you chew on bones not friends." He smiled at this and handed it to her as he pet her over and over again showing his love for her. "Sorry really, I swear." His voice trailed off chuckling slightly as he watched Rosmary's expression making him chuckle again.

Rosemary nodded "Its okay" She stated as she pet the pup lightly as well and then turned to Layola and whispered something in her ear Layola smiled and nodded " Follow me ..........John do not follow us" She stated firmly as she guided Rosemary outside and into the forest a bit so she may go to the bathroom.

John chuckled as he heard her whisper about needing to go to the bathroom. Petting the puppy he started playing with her. Smiling he started to turn her onto her back and rub her stomach. "You need not bite friends Sara, it's not a good thing." She whimpered slightly knowing it is bad. "It's okay little one, just ask her for her forgiveness I am positive Rosemary will forgive you!" Smiling he picked her up and nuzzled her head softly. Sara was his favorite niece.

Rosemary made her way back to the Cave with Layola. She Sat next to Layola near John.
She pet the cub's head and smiled " You are so cute"

John looked at her and smiled. Then looking up at Layola he sighed and leaned against the rock behind him. Honestly he had no clue what to do. "Did they go hunting yet?" He asked looking up at her with half lidded eyes. Honestly he hasn't really slept in about two days. Finding Rosemary didn't help him sleep either.
