Ynx watched him for a while. 'I know a lot of people say they believe in ghosts for reasons that seem flimsy,' she said. 'I have my own reasons that aren't. We just won't go into them, okay?'

"Alright," Emmett said, shrugging. Didn't matter to him. They weren't real and he'd find some way to prove it.
