Bio: Alberic grew-up the youngest of two sons. His older brother has "ruled" over their fathers company for several years now since the death of their parents. Who died, romanticly enough, side by side in there sleep. Alberic is known to be a bit of a playboy. Not caring much about his relationships with different women. He just spends most of his free time hanging around enjoying his freedom as well as royal life style. He is his older brother's right hand man and they are rather close usally spending tons of time together. However, all of that has changed now. Alberic's brother has been struck down with a mysterious illness that none of the doctors have been able to cure, and it looks like Alberic's brother may die soon if something is not done. His brother has married, but as of yet has not been able to bear any children. Which leaves Alberic the next to "rule" in the case of his brother's death. However, Alberic enjoys his freedom of responsability and refuses to accept the job until his brother takes his final breath. Meanwhile, Alberic's older brother grows weaker with each passing day and the future outcome looks to be a dark and rather sad one.

Bio: Lilly had a decent life, but the only down side was that she never knew her parents. She was put right into the orphanage after she was born. She never was a bad girl, but no one wanted a girl that dressed in dark clothes. She had a different look on things and enjoyed whatever she got or earned. Once she turned eighteen and was forced out into the streets, was when she started to really miss being younger and able to have a roof. She was able to turn her life around slowly as she took up a job as anything she

LillyRosemontA female with red-hair, and a few white strains, walked into a large office building. The ninteen year old was looking for her next job. She took strange and odd jobs to make some money and be able to stay in her tiny apartment. The female looked down at her attire and turned around and left before someone could see her. She wasn't dressed for an office type job, let alone had money for a suit. She was about to leave the building, but she got stopped by a voice. "May I help you, miss?"

The female turned around and looked at the woman at the front desk. How did I not see her? She shook her head and smiled at the woman and sighed. "Hello. I am Lilly Rosemont. I have an interview today, but I just realized that I don't have the right clothes. Well, I also can't afford them either."

Lilly watched at the woman smiled and walked away and came back with what looked to be a suite and shoes. "You can borrow these. I hope they fit you."

Lilly took the clothes and smiled. "Thank you." She dashed off to the nearest bathroom and changed. She carried her clothes out and the same woman took them from her and placed them behind the desk and told Lilly were to go.

Lilly made her way to the top floor where she was told to wait. She shifted in the chair as she was waiting. She was informed that the man that was to interview her was in a meeting at the moment. She gently chewed on her lip as she waited.

Alberic banged his fist down on the desk in front of him. The two older men in his office were pissing him off. "How dare you basterds even suggest such a thing. My brother may not be able to come into the office, but his orders are still greatly inforced. He is still head of this company and I as well as anyone else will follow his orders to a T." One of the men ajusted his glasses before responding. "I'm sorry Mr. Veiladam, but with your brothers current state we find ourselfs questioning weather or not his judgements are clear and for the best of this company." That was the final straw. Alberic picked up the stapler from his desk and chucked it at the man's head. "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY OFFICE!!!" he yelled. Luckly the man ducked for the stapler was quite heavy and as it his the wall behind the man it left a sort of huge crater of sorts. The other male opend his mouth to say something as well but odviously thought better of it and they both rushed from the room. Leaving Alberic to brood. He sat there with his head in his hands. Eyes tearing up as he tried his best to fight back his anger. Not too long after the men left Alberic's Securtary knocked timidly on the door. Alberic looked up with a heavy sigh. He could never catch a break to himself now days. He looked up at her and saw her scared expression and spoke. "Yes, what is it Marisa?" He steped a bit more into the room and spoke a bit quietly. "Um...I'm sorry to bother you, Mr. Veiladme, but um...a Ms. Rosemont is here to see you." Alberic thought back the name didn't sound familiar to him at all. However, he waved to Marisa. "Send her in...oh and can you try and get my brother's wife on the phone. She was supost to call me at 9 and it's now 9:10." His secritary nodded saying, "Yes Sir", then left the room.

Lilly heard a large bang and then someone yelling. I hope that isn't the person that I am here to talk to. She thought to herself as she watched two men come running out of the office. She suppressed a groan as she knew she would be meeting up with the man that yelled.

Lilly watched as the woman behind the desk went to the office and then back out. "You may head in, Ms. Rosemont."

Lilly nodded as she got up and meekly walked into the office and stood in front of a seat. "I am here for the appointment that was made for a job interview." She normally wasn't so meek in front of people, but then she never went for the high end jobs before. She always went with the lower end jobs.

Lilly swallowed as she looked back at the chair and sat down. ”It today isn’t a good day, I can always come back later.” She looked down at her hands that were scrunching the bottom of the pressed skirt. She looked at the man and knew that she really shouldn’t be at this appointment.

[align=center]Alberic watched as the girl walked into the room. He indicated for her to sit as he smiled slightly a t her. He heard her explain who she was and recognition finally chimed in. "Oh you're the new secritary my brother was supost to interview today. You porbaly spoke to him on the phone a while back. Am I right?" He moved to stand and walked over to sit on the front corner of his desk. He felt alot clamer now already frogeting about his previous anger until she menationed that she could come back another time if it wasn't a good day. His face fell for a second then he shrugged. "Oh don't you worry about that. Those we just some dumb ass idots from my brother's office upstairs." He sighed and looked back to Lilly with a timid smile. "Well...um let's see I guess I should ask you if you have a resume, huh...but I don't really feel like reading and checking all that stuff. So um...why don't you just tell me a bit about yourself."[/align]

LillyRosemontLilly shook her head. ”No. I never talked to him over the phone. He bumped into me while I was um...walking to my one job.” She watched as the man stood up and walked around to sit on the corner of his desk. She wished that she could push the chair away, but she couldn’t because that would be rude.

Lilly looked at her feet. ”If that is the case then I am in luck because I don’t have a resume. I don’t own a computer and well I can’t even afford to pay the library to print anything from the computer anyways.” She bite her lip because she already said to much.

Lilly turned her eyes up at the man and gave a small smile. ”I am sorry. I am just wasting your time. I don’t even own a suite. The woman at the front desk let me borrow this. I can’t even guarantee that I can pay for a bus token to get to work. Thank you for meeting with me, but it was a bad choice on my part.” She stood up and held out a hand to the man to shake before she left. She couldn’t believe she thought it would be a good job chance for her, but in reality it wasn’t.

Alberic listend to what Lilly had to say but what really had caught his attention was the fact that his brother had met with her face to face. This fact alone made him speak. "You're hired...I'll give you a small advance to get what you'll need for the job. An...well anything else. When can you start? I tomorrow alright for you?" As he spoke you could odviously tell he wasn't really expecting a responce from her. Nor was he going to take no for an answer. He pushed up from his desk and walked back to stand behind it. He siffted through and picked up a few papers. Then sitting back in his chair he picked up his phone and indicated for Lilly to sit back down again. It rang a cuple times then he pressed the button for it to go to speaker. "Yes, sir?" Came Marisa's voice again from the box. "Yes, um Marisa can you do me a favor and Help Ms. Rosemont get settled in while I get the appropreate paperwork done. Show her around the office and what not." Marisa hyssitated to respond for a moment. "Um...but sir what about your phone call to you're brother's wife?" Alberic chuckled "Oh yeah, well I'll handle that." An with that said he shut the speaker off and looked back at Lilly as he stood up. "Well, that's settled then Marisa will meet you outside to show you around. An I'll get your papers and things done here. Um...one thing before you go though." He handed her one of the papers from his desk and a pen. "Just fill this out with the basic's you know, name, address, home phone, that sort of thing so I can send off your check today. Before you leave today." He smiled holding out his hand to her for her to shake. "An welcome aboard Ms. Rosemont."

Lilly stared blankly at the male as he went on about her being hired and giving her an advance. She swallowed as he asked if she could start tonight, but before she could answer she was motioned to sit as he started to talk with the woman at his desk again. She just listened as she tried to get her mind to wrap around the fact that he gave her the job. She took the paper and just nodded. She shook his hand and left the office to be greeted by the woman.

Lilly was shown around, but her mind was still moving slower then her body. She was sitting at the desk that was hers now and she blinked at the paper that she was given to fill out. She filled it out until she got to phone number and she sighed. She put her neighbor’s number, which they did give her permission to do, because she didn’t have a phone of her own. She sighed and started to type up papers on the computer.

Alberic found himself chuckling a bit once the girl had left. She was honest which he needed in a secritary. Plus Marisa really did have her hands full tring to manage his brother's work as well as his own. She really did need the help. Alberic made a few phone calls read over a few papers and signed them. As he waited for Lilly's paper work to be files and for her to bring back the signed form.

Lilly finished the paperwork and some of the work that the other woman, Marisa, had given her. She made two stacks before she walked over to Mr. Veiladam’s door and knocked. She opened the door and peeked in. ”I have some of the paperwork that Marisa gave me to do done and the paper you gave me done, Mr. Veiladam.” She meekly walked into the office and placed the two stacks down in front of the male.

Lilly took a deep breath as she shut the office door behind her. She wasn’t sure why, but she couldn’t seem to place a finger on why she felt jumpy around Mr. Veiladam. To her, he seemed to have a different air to him then his brother. She shook her head as she walked to her desk and went to work on the papers that Marisa had placed on the desk as she was in the office.

Alberic looked up as Lilly came back in and smiled. "Well you're rather quick. That's good...um...I'll get this filed and you should get your check sometime tomrrow. I already made a call to the lady who lent you your out fit and she said it's fine if you borrow it for now till you can get something better suited for you." He waited for her to leave a gain then once he had he frowned. He didn't like that Lilly seemed so timid around him. He hoped it didn't have something to do with her being scared of him or anything. His brother was always the level headed and serious one. Where Alberic was a bit more layed back, but he had a short temper. One of the reasons he admired his older brother so much was that he never seemed to fly off the handle like he did. The thoughts of his brother brought back the fact he needed to call so he picked up the phone and dialed out. It rang a cuple times however, instead of a womans voice his brother's weak sickly voice came over the line.

LillyRosemontLilly heard what the male had to say about her and she just took it before she had left. She sat at her desk and then thought that she could probably get the outfit tomorrow, if she could get the morning off. She thought back to the phone call that she had gotten before she left. The orphanage had called her about a baby coming in from her parents and she was the only relative that had the first choice of adopting it before they let anyone else have a chance.

Lilly got up after she finished a few papers, but she had to go talk to the boss. She knocked on the door and entered the office with more air around her, but that was because she had to get the next morning off to get her baby brother. “I know you just hired me, but I have something important to do tomorrow morning. So, Is there a way that I can come in late tomorrow?”

Lilly knew that she could get the baby items when she got off and when she talked to her neighbor before she left, that the woman said that she could watch the baby boy. “If you say no then you will have to figure out what to do with me, but I will not be here in the morning.” Her voice held seriousness. She was not about to let her baby brother go through the same thing as her. “As for the clothes. I will give them back tomorrow after they are washed because I prefer my own clothes over borrowed.”

Alberic chuckled again, this chick is rather bold he thought to himself. "That's fine Ms. Rosemont I was planing on giving you the morning off so you could get your things settled." He didn't look up from his desk as he spoke, but the amusment clearly showed on his face. "Just be sure to call in if something comes up and you can't come in."

LillyRosemontLilly chewed on her bottom lip. ”Really? I mean, thank you. I can really use the morning off. About calling, that phone number I gave you belongs to my one neighbor because I don’t own a phone or pay for the services, but they know that I would use their number and they are fine with it.” She tried to ignore the fact that she was amusing her new boss. She rolled her eyes and then gave a smile. ”Also, I am almost done with all the work that Marisa has for me. Is there anything else or am I free to go when I am done?”

Lilly waited for her answer, but her mind was already planning her route to get the baby furniture from her friend and then stopping at a store with her friend and then the apartment to set up the baby furniture and then to clean the outfit she was wearing now. Then she and her friend would go to a club to celebrate her newest job.

Alberic looked back up at her as he spoke. "Well that's fine you can leave once your finished. However, you'll need to get yourself a home phone." He picked something up from his desk it was an envelope with Lilly's advance pay check. Mind it was only half of the advance, but it was way more then enought for her to get what she needed. It was half of the basic paycheck he gave Marisa for her work and he thought nothing of it as he handed it to her. "I was going to send this. However, it would be quicker for you to get what you need done this way."

LillyRosemontLilly rolled her eyes. ”What part of I can’t afford if don’t you get? I can barely pay for my apartment and to top it off I have to pick up my new baby brother from the orphanage tomorrow morning. You will just have to handle having my neighbor’s number for the time being.” She was tired of someone telling her what she needs to get, when she could barely afford a roof over her head. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. ”I will try to get one as soon as possible, but you will have to deal with having the number I gave you. They are just the apartment beside me.”

Lilly turned to leave the office. She just wanted to get her work done and then leave to get what she needed. She got back to her desk and quickly finished her work. She separated the stacks and then took them to the boss. ”I am leaving now. If you have anything else to say tell me now or it will have to wait until I come in tomorrow.”

Alberic chuckled again at her anger. "I didn't mean you had to get one instantly I'm not rediculious. I just meant that your stituation was fine for now, but to keep in mind that you will be needing to get a phone. You really don't need to get so diffencive, Ms. Rosemont." He let out a sigh, "I'm not a complete jerk as you might expect me to be. I'm pretty layed back mostly. What you over heard today...well lets just say my temper got the best of me." He saw the clock on the wall and sighed. Taking the paper's she handed him and setting them down on his desk. "Now, if you'll excuse me I myself must be going as well. I have to meet my brother at the hospital then meet up with a old business friend of mine who's come into town." He found himself gently turning Lilly around and slightly shoving her out his office door. He kept his face cheerful. Till they had both stepped out of the office and then took his hands away from her. "It was nice meeting to today, Ms. Rosemont. I hope you'll enjoy working here. Oh and by the way that envelope I gave you is your check. So I suggest you use it to get what you need done. Keep in mind it's only half of an advance the rest you'll get at the end of the week.." An with that he carelessly turned to head down the hall to the elevators waving his hand dismissivly behind him."Good day, Ms. Rosemont."

Once he was gone down the hall Marisa came up beside Lilly and let out a small sigh. "Poor Mr.Veiladam, I do hope his brother gets well soon." She ajusted the stack of files she was holding so she wouldn't drop them. Then she looked over at Lilly. "So, do you like the job so far? It's really rather easy once you get the hang of things. An it's not just files and paper work all the time."

LillyRosemontLilly felt herself being turned around as she listened to the male and being shoved out of the office. She glared at his back, but just let it go. She looked at the older woman and shrugged. ”It won’t be a problem either way. I have done far harder jobs then this. I will see you tomorrow, Marisa. I have a lot to do before the nights done.” She went to the first floor and quickly changed into her tank top, short bleached shorts, and her high high tops. She put the other outfit in her bag and handed the woman the shoes. ”Thank you and I will get the clothes back to you tomorrow once it is washed.”

Lilly received a smile before she left and caught the bus to her friend’s house. ”I can’t believe you have a baby brother.” Her best friend smiled as she was loading her car of baby furniture for Lilly.

Alberic made it to meet his brother, but found the whole situation to be so overly depressing. The scene was so sad his big brother who he looked up to and who protected him as they grew-up was so sickly and weak. An everyone either treated him like a sickly child or like he was already dead. Which pissed him off more then anything. He looked down at his brother once he'd made everyone leave and sighed.

After he'd left the hospital he stoped by his penthouse appartment to change. Once he was finished he took a cab to meet up with his friend at the bar/night club. They'd agreed to meet up at. Once inside he quickly found his friend and after giving him a manly hug he sat down ta the bar to talk with him.

LillyRosemontLilly ate her selection of food and sat there for a little bit as she watched her best friend dance. She smirked and got up and joined her friend dancing. It was a good thing that they both left their bags in the car. She put her hands in the air and started to dance. She and her friend were laughing. She closed her eyes and listened to the music.

Lilly opened her eyes and smiled at her friend as the song changed. She felt some men trying to feel her up and her friend put an arm around Lilly. They always helped each other with that part if they knew the other was uncomfortable with the men that always tried to feel them up and her friend had a loving boyfriend who could be right behind them and they would both still get felt.

Alberic's friends joked around a bit until they decided to move to the dance floor. Alberic didn't really feel like celebrateing however, he kept it hidden fairly well. HE flirted and danced with a few choice girls while his friend hooted and acted obnoxious of coase. Causing Alberic to feel like he was back in his old collage frat.

While danceing his this one girl she grinded up against him. Alberic could tell the girl was probably a bit drunk but he figured he'd just continue to dance with her. As he looked around for his friend who had disappeard off into the crowd some where. He spoted to girls dancing together. On of them had rad hair with white streaks and that alone caught his interest. He dismissed himself from the girl he was dancing with who didn't seem to care as she pulled another guy in to dance with.

ALberic smiled cockily and walked up behind the girl with the red hair. He leaned over to whisper in her ear and found himself getting rather close to her."Why hello, Miss...May I ask what such beauties such as yourselfs are doing out on a night like this all alone?" His tone was confident as he spoke.

LillyRosemontLilly just kept dancing and not paying attention to much, which was why she jumped when she felt someone’s breath on her ear. She heard the voice and it sounded familiar almost like her boss, but she was too nervous to turn around to see if she was right. She swallowed, but looked cheerful at her friend that was about to move to save her.

Lilly just kept dancing. ”Why would a player like you ask such a thing? We are out to celebrate, sir.” A sly glimmer appeared in her eyes and her friend smile as she knew that Lilly was about to play the man behind her.

Lilly always played the men and then let them hang because she was afraid to get close to anyone, minus her only friend. Lilly stepped back into the man, that she still figured was her boss, and rubbed against him. ”Unless you were hoping on joining us?” She figured she would regret the move later, but as long as she could still get some money out of the job before she got fired would do. Any money would really do for her since she pretty much was on the bottom of the income list.

Alberic chuckled a bit as the girl moved a bit more into him. He moved his face away from her head and decided to take a different aproch. "Why you insult me Miss. I'm not a player, I'm just a guy who saw two young ladys from across the room and thought maybe I'd make some friendly conversation nothing more intended." He looked over at the girls friend then looked around a bit. He still didn't see his friend, but he wasn't too worried. He felt the girl in front of him rub against him and this brought his attention back to the conversation. He smiled and was about to place his hands on the girls hips when he finally realized where he'd heard that voice before. As this hit him he found himself letting out a slight chuckle. He wasn't possative but he wasn't about to embarass himself either. So again he changed his tact. "I would love to join you and your friend, Ms. Rosemont."

LillyRosemontLilly withheld a chuckle at him trying to deny he was a player. She could feel his arms moving for him to place his hands somewhere, but he stopped and she figured that he now remember her voice. A smirk appeared on her face as she heard him call her by Ms. Rosemont. ”Please call me, Lilly. I am no Rosemont because I don’t even know my parents.” She shifted away from her boss and sighed. ”What do you really want, Mr. Veiladam?”

Lilly wouldn’t turn to look at him because she was kind of hoping that he would have remembered her so fast, but what the heck. It was a chance to push him away before he did decide to hit on her. She walked off the dance floor to their booth and her friend followed and sat across from Lilly.
