"Of course." Mesy smiled and pulled her shirt up to her neck though held it to her chest so she was covered. "No affence but just so long as you stay away from alcohol you'll be a wonderful father... that crap screws you up something awful." she scoffed some though grinned over her shoulder a bit showing that she didn't mean any harm and was just goofing around a bit... though she was being truthful

Nick chuckled and began working on her shoulder "you don't have to tell me twice, babe. I never would've agreed to throwing it out if I didn't think you were right" he commented as he removed the bandage. "Oh, it's not so bad. You probably just stressed it out holding Heiwa and Hena. Alright, here's the alcohol, prepare for the sting... don't worry... I'm not going to drink this stuff. I don't want to be sent to the hospital for drinking it" he said with a chuckle as he dabbed the alcohol-filled cotton ball on the re-opened wound.

Mesy laughed though flinched some at the sting. "I'm guessing when you were drunk once you tried it? Or were you sober?" she laughed and leaned back into Nick and smiled up at him. "From the looks of it... And if nothing has changes they should be out until tomorow afternoon at the least." she smiled and leaned up to kiss his jaw lightly.

Nick smiled slightly at the kiss. He paused in wrapping up the wound and he sighed. "No... it was my sister, actually. She was trying to quit the alcohol... going cold turkey. It didn't work, though, because she went into with drawls. He was worse then I ever was. She used to drink about a bottle everyday... on a good day. Anyway... I came home... and she was on the floor. I called 911, but by the time they got there... she was dead. The alcohol had eaten away at her esophagus. She couldn't breathe. I swore I would never drink... guess that didn't work very well. At least I never became that dependent on it. Anyway... now you've had a glimpse into my life" he told her and finished wrapping of the bandage. He fixed her shirt and pulled her into a kiss.

Mesy frowned when she heard this and whin he kissed her she made sure it lingered some. "I'm sorry I didn't know... Man... That really sucks." she murmured softly and made sure she had the shirt on all the way before turning and wrapping her arms around his neck nuzling into it some.

Nick smiled softly and nuzzled her neck as well, planting a kiss on it. "I didn't have the easiest of pasts... that one definitely scarred me for life" he mumbled as her he rubbed Mesy's back gently "each time I took a drink... I'd wonder in the back of my mind if that would be the one that would make me as dependent as she was. It took me the longest time because I could even have the medical alcohol in my home... Sometimes I still have nightmares about it. Her face is as clear as yours. I'll be alright... everyone has skeletons... some people just have more than others" he muttered.

"Okay... hay... I love you you know that right? I could never thank you enough for helping me get the girls back... even if I had found them before I didn't have enough money to get them back." Mesy smiled softly up to Nick seeming in such a much much better mood now that she had her girls back. It wouldn't have been noticable before now though she was now at the happiest she could be... she had been barely anywhere near it before and now it just seemed like everything lighted on her.

Nick smiled and kissed her "it's no problem, really. Don't worry, I'll take care of you and the girls" he promised. It hit him, then, that he was basically the adopted father of Heiwa and Hena. That led him to wonder if maybe one day he'd marry Mesy... have children of his own with her... could he even be a good father? He didn't exactly have a good example... He didn't even know his birth father, and his adopted father was away on business so many times that he hardly ever saw him. Stop that, Nick... You can do this... Mesy'll help you if you need it, you know that. You can do this, he thought to himself as he held her close.

Mesy yawned some and leaned against Nick comfurtably even though they were standing. She was tired after a day like this... Though now everything was falling into place nicely. She also wondered about Nick being the girls father... Wouldn't that almost make it like her and Nick were... What did he think about it? Her herself kinda liked the idea... Though still it somewhat worried her. Could he truly go cold turky?

Nick smiled, bent down, and picked Mesy up bridal style. He walked over to the couch and placed her down. He got on the couch and hovered over her. He grabbed her chin gently and ran his thumb over her bottom lip. "You... are the most wonderful woman... I've ever met" he whispered. He truly meant it.

Mesy smiled and nipped his finger playfully. "You are the most loveable guys I've ever had the pleaseure of meating.0 she smiled truthfully.

Nick chuckled and leaned down to kiss her. "I love you" he whispered as he pulled away. It wasn't worth it to worry about his future with Mesy, for now... he just wanted her. He leaned down again and covered her lips completely.

Mesy smiled and slowly pulled her arms around his neck lovingly. She loved him and like he would for her she do anything for him. Now she couldn't help but wonder if they could or would have a future together... She hoped they could she didn't want to pull her girls away from Nick... They needed a father and a stable life and that's something she felt Nick could give them.

Nick's lips moved against Mesy's lovingly. He couldn't get enough of her. His hand trailed down her body until it rested on her hip. He nipped at her lips lightly before probing his tongue into her mouth. He didn't want to go further than she was comfortable, plus he didn't want to open up her wounds, but he wanted to so badly.

Mesy smiled some and shivered as she felt his Hans travel her sides. She just seemed to love it when he nipped her lip then pulled his tongue into hef mouth. She kissed him back fully. She was loving this and truthfully she didn't care how far he went sense she knew fully that the girls wouldn't wake up in the least.

Nick let out a small moan and pushed Mesy deeper into the couch. His lips attacked hers for a few more minutes before he trailed downward, claiming every inch of her body. His hands up her shirt and he shivered some when her warm skin touched his cold hands.

Mesy shivered some and moaned back at him when he pushed her into the coach more and started kissing her anywhere he please and at his cold hands up her shirt. She seemed to love this and in no way pulled away. She then let her fingers tangle in his hair some and just loved the feel of him toutching her and the way his hair felt so soft on her fingers.

Mesy laid curled some against Nick the cover pulled around them though they were both now wearing thier under garments... Just in case the girls did wake up. When the sun peaked in through the window Mesy burried her face in Nick's chest. In no way had he hurt her... She had loved every minute of it actually.

Nick nuzzled his face into Mesy as the sun peeked through the window. He groaned and opened up his bleary eyes. He smiled as he saw Mesy. He kissed her cheek gently and then pulled her closer to him. He gazed tenderly at his lady love as the events of the previous night ran through his mind.

Slowly Mesy yawned and opened her eyes some then nuzzled into Nick comfurtably. "I love you." she murmured softly with a small smile still seeming a bit tired... Though she was awake. She then smiled up at him and kissed his cheak lightly and lovingly. She had loved last night and it made it even better that he hadn't reopened any of the wounds... He would have stopped right then if he though he had so she was glad that he hadn't.

Nick placed a gentle kiss on her lips and smiled "I love you too... how are you feeling?" he asked as he caressed her cheek with his hand. He eyes roamed her body to make sure he hadn't reopened any of her wounds. He smiled and caressed her bare stomach, loving how soft it was.

"I'm perfact you didn't hurt me one little bit... I loved it." Mesy she giggling some when she felt him carising her stomach. She listened for a moment then smiled and let out a sigh of releife as all she heard was thw rythmic slow breathing of her doubters as they slept just as she said they would.

Nick smiled "I'm glad" he muttered and then checked the time. His eyes widened and he practically flew off the couch. The only time he slowed down was to sneak into his room to grab some clothes. Once he was dressed in his suit he headed towards the kitchen to get himself some breakfast. "Hey, Mes, I've got to get to work, alright? Obviously we need some things to take care of the girls. Take this, spend as much or as little as you need" he explained and handed her a credit card. "honestly, don't worry, it's my inheritance, I haven't touched it. So don't worry about the price... really, don't worry about the price" he rushed as he sat down at the table to eat. Once he was finished he wrapped Mesy in his arms "I should be home around 4, I'll see you then. I love you, we'll eat out tonight, alright!?" he offered and kissed her lovingly. "Bye, love" were his final words before he left the apartment.

Mesy jumped when Nick was startled into rushing to get ready for... *At least it gave her peace that he had work and he was avid about it. She sat on the curled in the cover a bit cold as she watched her love and hoped he didn't wake... That wouldn't be the best if they saw him. She listened to him and took the card nodding knowing right off that both her and the girls needed new clothes. She easily hugged and kissed him back telling him she loved him before he dashed out the door. She felt a bit scared for a little bit feeling a pang of something icy when he was a good distance away... It was death screwing with her and giving her douts that would come back. She slowly got up and got only the too-big of a t-shirt on before going to was their clothes and maneged to get the girls clothes without a fuss to wash them.*

When the clothes were done Mesy got Heiwa and Hena up to take a bath... That's when she realized what the woman had said was true the girls were covered in cuts, scares, and buses from the man the woman told her and Nick had the girls before the adoption center got them. Mesy was careful as she gave the girls their bath and went to get their clothes out of the drier before she pulled them out of the tub and dried them off. After she had made the girls brekfast and instructed them to stay either in the bed room or kitchen she went and took a shower herself. When she was done she managed to rebandage herself and get dressed.*

After they had all three had breakfast they went down and got a taxi that took them to the store. They went around and each got four non too expensive outfits, a pair of new shies, and new coats... Witch all that actually didn't cost too much and all of the clothes looked good on them. Mesy then remembered that there was some stuff that they needed and got the foods and a bit more medicle stuff before they left and went back home to wait for Nick. For the rest of the time they were in. Tge appartment they watched a movie after Mesy had put everything up.*
