She did not hesitate before responding as he knelt before her, "Yes, yes I will." The Angel bit her lower lip lightly and was practically bouncing with her excitement. Part of her mind still screamed at her that this was wrong. That he did horrible things to survive. She did not care though. Tirana had been taken with the Demon, and she knew that she did not want anyone else.

He smiled and pulled her down on the floor with him. He lay on top of her kissing her gently on the lips. He carressed her face with his hands as he kissed her.
"You have just made me the happiest I have been in a long time."

She grinned up at him as he pulled her to the floor and then lay on her. She met every kiss lovingly, and basked in the feeling of his hands on her face. "I do not think I have ever been this happy, my love." It sounded strange, but right all at once.

He smiled and lay next to her on the floor snuggling with her.
"I love you and I am happy you are happy. I am as happy as I have ever been."

She rolled onto her side so that she faced him and slipped one of her arms over his side as she leaned forward to kiss him lightly, "I love you to, Victor. I never imagined that I would fall for a Demon, but I'm glad that I met you."

He smiled at her. He put his hand out to her and helped her up.
"I have a present for you."
He led her out of the ballroom and back to the garden. He looked at one of the roses and picked one handing it to her.
"Look inside the flower."

She followed him easily once he helped her up and looked at him curiously for only a moment before she took the rose gently from his hand and peered inside of it. She could see the glint of metal and carefully pulled the ring out with a delighted smile before she practically threw her arms around his neck, "That was wonderful, thank you." The Angel was obviously excited just by her tones, much less her body language.

He smiled. He did so love to make people happy with surprises.
"Make sure that you take care of that ring. As long as you wear it you will be safe from harm."

(hmmmm we need some bad guys. I am thinking kidnap on wedding day. You wanna make a bad guy and me make a bad guy?)

((Sure, I had kind of an idea for that anyway.))

She nodded, slipping the ring onto her finger carefully, "Of course, my love. Thank you." There were some doubts though. She knew what would happen. She was consorting with the enemy as far as her people would be concerned. The consequences for that were quick, and brutal.

(ok lets discuss the plan.)

Victor smiled and kissed her again.
"I love you so much. I will always be here for you."

She returned the kiss lightly with a smile, "And I for you." Tirana twirled the rose between her fingers, careful of the thorns, staring down at the petals for a moment. "When do you want to have the wedding, my love?"

"Tomarrow night. I must rest now dear. I have preperations to make."
He stood up and gave her one last kiss before leaving the room. He went up to Aaron.
"Wedding is tommarrow night."
Aaron nodded and went to the parlor. He made a few quick calls.

She smiled as she kissed him and watched him leave. Tirana still stood in the garden, enjoying the night for a short time before she made her way back to her room. The angel was so excited that she doubted she would be able to rest, and she was sure Andrea would ask her a few questions.

When she got to the room, though, she found the girl on the floor as though she had fainted. Her natural instinct was to go to her side and help, but as soon as she did the doors were closed and barred from the inside. Around here were a group of Angels, headed by a man she knew all to well, "Galad." It was a whisper, she knew what his presence meant.

His voice was soft, but the words were like a slap in the face, "You are found guilty, Tiranatil, of allying yourself with the forces of out enemies. You are hereby cast out of Order, and you will face the harshest of our punishments." The woman hung her head. She knew what this would mean. She knew what would happen, and no power could keep it at bay.

A blood-curdling shriek of agony echoed down the halls from Tirana's room, and the first to enter would find that she and Andrea were on the floor. Tirana's back bloodied and only stumps remaining where the wings had once been, wings which were missing completely except for a few loose feathers. She lays with her eyes closed, but her breathing steady but for the occasional sob that showed just how much pain she was in.

Hearing screaming Victor ran to Tiranas room. He looked at her on the ground a moment. He ran to her and looking at her back he growled. "damn angels. I will show them."
He picked her up and carried her to his room. Aaron got his sister and put her in the infirmery. Victor laid her on her stomach on his bed and taking a knife he cut his wrist letting his blood fall on her stump of wings. His blood merged with hers causing a sizzling to occur. Suddenly out of the stumps black wings erupted. He combed out the feathers gently with his fingers.

"I am so sorry Tirana. It is my fault. I should have known better."

The sudden feeling of the new wings erupting from her back was enough to shock her from her daze. Her eyes fluttered open to reveal that she was in an unfamiliar room, but she could hear Victors voice, and feel him stroking her feathers. Wait? Feathers? Her eyes widened and she looked back at the black wings that now adorned her back before she looked to her husband-to-be.

"No..no don't blame yourself, Victor. I knew that it would happen, especially when I said yes." there was still the edge of pain in her voice though. This was pain caused by the lose of something she knew she would never be able to get back. After a moment though, she slid her hand over towards him, "Did..." She paused and tried to look at the wings again, "How?"

He showed her his cut wrist still bleeding.
"I had to do something. I could not leave you alone. Now you are a demon like me. I am sorry baby. I had to do it."
He bent down and kissed her tenderly rubbing her side with one hand using the other to massage her cheek.
"I love you."

She looked at the cut and then up to him, trying to process what he said. She had gone from being an angel, to falling, and now she was a demon. What did that mean? Her eyebrows drew together in thought as she returned the kiss and shook her head, "I-it's alright. I understand." Her eyes returned to his as she pushed herself up, "I love you too."

He lay down beside her and wrapped his arms around her gently careful of her wings.
"I do not want to harm you but please stay with me tonight. I can not bear the thought of anything else happening to you. Aaron will take care of Andrea."

She moved closer to him and nodded after a moment of thought, "I...I will. I had not expected them to act so quickly as they did." Tirana laid her head on his chest, "What does this change mean for me, Victor? Will...will I have to eat as you do?"

He frowned.
"I am not fully sure. It depends on the type of demon you have become. Soon you will realize your destiny and then you will see what you are."
He rubbed her back gently kissing her forehead and pulling the blanket over them.

She smiled at him anyway, "As long as I am with you, I do not care." Tirana curled up with him and played a finger along his chest slowly for a while until she drifted off to sleep.

He closed his eyes cuddling her to him and stroking her gently.

When morning peeked through the windows and touched the Angel her eyes opened slowly. Memories of what had happened the night before came flooding back to her, both good and bad. Her gaze moved to the man who she found herself impossibly intertwined with in her sleep and smiled. No matter what her people had done to her, she was still blissfully happy with the Demon who's bed she now shared.

Waking up Victor smiled at the girl who was still in his arms. He pulled her into his chest and snuggled her.
"Good morning my love."

She smiled and tried to move all the closer to him, though there was not much more room between the two of them. "Good morning." Her fingers traced along his side and she kissed his chin lightly.
