'It wouldn't be the first time....it will never be the last.' Rai squaked at him as he flapped his wings a little bit looking out the window as he gazed at his desert that he loved more then anything, more then anyone that lived in the underground kingdom. "You will get used to how things are run around here....." he whistled at Orin as he bristled up as the door was open, a woman wearing a tan cloak, she camein andshut the door behind her stopping as she saw Orin.
"My name is Mathais and i was summoned by the woman who done this to you and the other princes. I am your gaurdian, every night you will return to the ballroom if there is more then that you want to know then your out of luck. I told you everything that i know." Mathais said to himas he chuckled at him as he reached a hand out to touch the prince as he tried to reassure him that he meant no harm, after all he was only an incubus. He ran a hand through his silver hair as his violet eyes looked him over, grinning before he sat down on the bed. |
Connor thought the man would go right through him but he was wrong he could feel that touch and smiled. "So why you what are you? Why can't you tell us more? Why can't we can freed from the curse?" Connor floating watching this so called guardian of his. He didn't know what to think of him.

"Well one i am an incubus and in my real form i am nine feet tail with horns and a tail. Second i can't tell you more because that is alli know and third that is something you have to figure out." Mathais said to him before he reached up once more and fixxed it to where Connorwas sitting on the bed next to him instead of floatting in the air for the fact it was starting to make him paranoid. "Lastly i have do what ever you tell me to do or else i will go straight back to hell." he said to him, every answer that he gave him was blunt and honest, not one to beat around the truth when he was told to do something.

Leun curled up ever wanting to be protected, even in his sleep. Fears of the day became nightmares, and he whimpered a little as he slept, dark claws and strange creatures chasing him in his sleep. Things always seemed to mutate into something horrible in his nightmares, instead of the beautiful creatures the princes had turned, he saw hulking monstrosities, all eager to rip him apart. He curled even tighter in his ball as his body took no rest from his sleep.
Lacet was not a calm sleeper. He stretched, rolled over, sprawled, drooled, scratched, snored, you name it, he did it. He even managed to please a partner in his sleep once when he was really in the mood. If any body approached him in his sleep, it was usually grabbed and cuddled provocatively with, his arms strong and wouldn't let go until he woke. Which would be a very late and lazy morning. Sometimes early afternoon. |
"Oh I see." Connor was glad he was able to sit down on the bed and not float though it. "Thanks." He looked over to Mat. "Hell your from hell?"
Amnon saw that his Prince was having a bad night mare so he crawled in his bed or the tub where ever he was in human looking form and wrapped his arms around him. Amnon cuddle the shaking prince and kissed his forehead. "Shhh.. my Prince it will all be alright. I'll never let any one harm you as long as I am by your side." He whispered in to his prince ear and sang a soft song to him to hopefully smooth the scared prince. |
Sune tilted his head, raising an eyebrow as the guy kept moving around. I wonder if he's having some form of nightmare. He didn't look like it though. after a few more minutes of watching in amusement he stretched, standing up before looking around. For some reason, there wasn't anyone there. He moved somewhat closer, grabbing a dropped pillow before moving close enough to nudge him with it. In some form, it was to see how light or heavy a sleeper he was. He almost sighed. "Um, wake up?"

Orenn nodded to his prince, then turned when he heard a woman enter the room. He didn't know who she was, so he stood tall and stiff before his firey prince, holding his ground unless she wasn't a person that was welcome. "Speak, miss." he said, his gentle voice not matching his stern expression. "And announce why you are here." |
"I do not answer to anyone. I do not even have to answer to a stranger. Please kindly leave for a few minutes." The woman said softly to Orenn as she kept her face hidden, Rai cocked his head at her before his eyes went wide at the realization of who the woman was. 'Orenn....Make sure no one followed her and make sure no one comes in please.......This woman is my mother.' Rai whistled to his gaurdian as he ruffled his feathers a bit, clearly concerned for her as he watched her come over to him, finally showing her bruised face to him, that was when the fire bird started to tear up.
"Yes, hell. I am an incubus, a sex demon." Mathais said to him as he chuckled, keeping his hand on him so that he was more solid then he was on his own. "You seem very surprise at the fact that i exsist." he said to him as he played with his hand, chuckleing as he looked him over before he reached another hand up and began to play with some of his hair. |
Connor wasn't sure what to make of him still. "How do I know you are telling the truth about who you are and they you most sever me. It could just all be lie." Connor let go of Mat hand and floated back up in the air glareing at him judgeing him not sure he could trust this said demon.

Orenn was about to speak against the woman, seeing as he would take no order from anyone who wasn't Rai, but then the bird spoke and asked him to excuse them. With a nod, he walked out, seeing that no one followed her, and stood out in the hall to keep watch. He didn't want to upset his new master. The heat emitting from him was enough to bare, but if he was angered and scorched him, it wouldn't be nice at all. |
"Rai....oh Rai.....my poor son. They are searching for the woman....i would stay longer and hug you but......your father has forbidden anyone tocome into the room....i brought some food for you. I love you, Rai." His mother said to him as she pulled a basket out from underneath her cloak and set it on the desk, she kissed him on the head before she quickly left the room and, not looking at Orenn as she made her way back toher room.
'Orenn...you can come in.' Rai whistled and called out to the man to come into the room once more, of course he had been crying while his mother was there, he couldn't talk to her, he couldn't even comfort her or protect her from his father anymore. Mathais sighed heavily before he got of the bed and sat indian style on the floor, closing his eyes as he showed his true form, he was nine feet tall with his horns and tail showing, it swished about on the floor. "Do i look like i am lieing. Okay tonight when you go to sleepi will go with you to the ball and there will be other gaurdians there with us." mathais said as he ran a hand through his hair, he couldn't move much since he felt like the room was to small, so he ended up changing back into his human form. |
Orenn watched the woman leave, and had heard what was said inside the room so his heart reached out to her as she disappeared from the hall. The tall drow looked back into the room and walked in, silently closing the door behind him and stepping closer to Rai. He saw the tears and the sadness in the bird and looked down, wishing he could help but not stepping out to do so without an order. |
Connor blinked at seeing the demon true form. "That only prove your a demon not that your my guardian, ok I'll wait to the ball tonight to see the truth for my self. If there other then maybe I'll buy that your my gaurdian." Connor blinked as he heard a knock on the door and some one came it. It was his guard that his father had told to watcher over him. "Hey there."
"Who that explain who you are? Prince Connor get behind me I'll protect you from him." Connor laughed a little. "calm down he said he was sent to protect me" "Wait what? Who is he then?" "That what I am going to find out for my self." |
"Mathais....my name is Mathais or Mat. I am Prince Connor's gaurdian." he said to him as he stood upand ran a hand through his silver hair as he walked over to Conner, touching his arm as he pulled him down to stand next him as he looked the gaurd over, seeing that he was inadiquet in protecting the ghostly Prince.
'Thank you....Orenn. I don't need her to get hurt for disobeying my father again. As you can see this isn't a very normal kingdom.' Rai whistled and twittered at him as he wiped his bird eyes on his chest feathers, readjusting how his wings were laying on his back as he looked out over the desert once more, clearly thinking about what he had saw and found out from his mother, it was depressing. 'There is some food in the basket if you are hungry.' he whistled lowly to him. |
Orenn continued to watch him silently. When he was offered food, he didn't step toward the basket to peruse, but instead stepped closer to him. "I am sorry about the difficulties you must face in your kingdom. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps you would like to try flight?" He saw the way the boy looked out over the desert. Orenn could see the passion inside, and wondered if perhaps he were to embrace what he had become, and go out into his nature, perhaps he would feel better. Without a doubt, the black skinned male knew that he would do anything to help Rai, his master, and knew that would involve some pushing at this state. |
'I would love to go out into my land......I can't...i shouldn't even be out of the cage.' Rai whistled to the man as he looked back at him, he ruffled his feathers a little bit as he shifted his weight. 'Orenn....things are complicated here....it isn't like the other princes' home. They don't seem to have any problems with thier father....where as here.....i can't even protect her now.....' he whistled lowly to Orenn as he looked at the floor, he couldn't help but feel as if things were more worse off with him like this then he was when he was ahuman.

Orenn hesitantly put a leather bound hand on the wing of the great beast, and gently stroked the feathers. "You may feel better...Don't let them control you. You are powerful. You are their prince. You can still protect your mother. You have me to do so. Please. I am here at your disposal, use me as you see fit." What the elf was implying was that he would take out the father if instructed, and silently too, but he dare not say it aloud. He moved to the basket, then, taking out the food and tearing it into small pieces, putting it on a plate before setting it close to Rai. "Eat. It's morning." |
'It isn't that simple.....the old man is tough....he has had countless attempts on his life. I know he blames her for my change when it is really his fault. When i was five he was beating me because i dropped a glass.....she tried to stop him and was only beat half to death for her trouble. After that i took the beatings....i didn't want to see her hurt anymore and now heis beating her again. I don't even know why i am telling you.' Rai chirpped at him as he seemed to peek at the glove that Orenn was wearing, as if he was trying to pat it, what was worse for him was the fact he never told anyone about how his dad was and here he was telling a complete stranger about it, only because he understood him, that was Rai's guess, but there was a possibility that there was some unknown factor in all of this that he hadn't thought of yet. 'I am not hungry....you should eat it.....' he wistled and chirpped at him as he just looked atthe food, peeking a piece into smaller pieces before he flew to the top of the large cage.

Connor pulled back to the ground and could feel the ground under him and smiled a little. "i do like walking this floating through things is getting well a pain in my rear end." Connor said then looked to his gaurd. "Well he can make me semi solid so that some thing so no need to fight it."
The guard looked at him decidieng what to do. "Your father will want to have a word with this said guardain you have you know thta right?" Connor nodded. "Okay Mat let go." He grinned after Mathais didn't seem to like having his name short. He was going to see what he could do to his guardian to make sure he would still follow him. |
"Is this an order?" Orenn did not like the way he master was speaking. The sadness. It was Orenn's job to take it away, to make him happy, but he had no way of doing so if his master did not tell him what he needed, and ordered him to execute. The tall male looked down at the food, touching it and picking at a piece with his sharp white nails. He didn't eat the food yet, not without an order. Saying that he should eat isn't the same as doing as he was told. |
"It is funny if you think or believe that your father will have any power over me." Mathais said to Connor after his eye had twitched a little bit at the nickname, he did hate it but it was better then someof the things that they could be calling him. Mat was not a name that an Incubus should go by, it was almost degrading but he had to live with it if that is what Connor wantted to call him. "Then let us go to your father." Mathais said to him as he just grinned,holding on to Connor's hand as he lead him towards where ever it was the king was at, slightly getting lost and only being saved when Connor correctted him.
'If you want it to be an order then yes it is an order but if not then no.' Rai whistled at him before he ruffled his firery feathers and turnned his back to the man so that he could look at himself in the mirror, taking in everything and how the man looked, he felt down that he couldn't be a human again. He sighed before he hide his face under his wing, as if he was going to sleep, he couldn't help but feel that there wasn't much that he could do with out having his mother get hurt, it is almost likehis dad knew what he always did even when he wasn't doing anything and couldn't let his actions to cause her to get hurt. |
Connor was happy to be semi solid holding on to Mathais' hand. "It this was.... so you really are a sex demon.... so what do you do to people because aren't demons bad?" He asked as they roamed down the long long hall ways. Through many different doors. Connor want to see the other princes and be with them. There were a lot of cute ones he won't mind hooking up with when he got back there.

"Yes i am an Incubus. Well yes demons are bad.....you could say that my mother is Lust so i live off of sex. I need it, it is everything to me.....if i sleep with one person for to long with out giving them a break i will kill them with the intercourse." Mathais said to him honestly as he followed after Connor, smiling and chuckling a little bit as they finally managed to find where Connor's father was at. He didn't say anythig to the man or bow down like others would normally do, after all he didn't have any loyalty except for the person that summoned him and Connor.

"Oh keep mind me not to sleep with you if your going to kill me." Connor blinked at that responed then was in the room with his dad. His dad looked worried and there were a lot less gaurd watching the castle now because most were sent off to find the seerer.
"Who are you?" The king asked but he could see his son more solid as he was holding on to the other man. "Do you know how to change my son back. I'll pay any price you ask just change my son make to normal." |
"If i wantted to kill you i would have. BUt no killing any of the princes and other gaurdians are not allowed. Just about once a month of sex will keep me alive." MAthais whispered to him as he chuckled, he then looked at the man's father who seemed to have his attention on him, he smiled charmingly as he walked closer to the manwith Connor by his side. "I can tell you that my name is Mathais. I work for your son and if I told you more you would try and kill me but no i do not know anymore then what your son knows." he said to the king as if he was an equal, which he was in his mind, after all he was mortal and MAthais was immortal so he was higher on the chain, well he isn't really immortal but being a demon it seems as if heis that way.
