Bard was surprised to see a woman come running out of the woods and fell before him. It strike dhim as odd that it happened after he wished for love. He dropped down next to her, seeing the blood at her back. She was covered in it, he looked over at Keith would held his head to her forehead. "Your mother?" He asked. He looked back at her, she looked familiar. "We have to get her back to camp and treat her wounds." Bard said, his fatherly and protective mode kicking in. For whatever reason he felt like he knew her and he needed to protect her. He picked the woman up in his arms, his wings unfurling to give him a little more balance. He began walking away from the group and headed towards camp.

Andre was happily walking back to camp when a woman suddenly burst forth from the woods and fell in front of Bard. He watched with slight confusion and interest. He heard Keith call the woman his mother, which didn't make any sense seeing how the woman looked to be too young to have had any children. "You're right, Tzip.." He said, before he could say more Bard took charge of the situation and picked the woman up and started carrying her away.

The fey boy turned to head to look at Ari and his eyes were glowing slightly. She likely wouldn't know it, but it was due to her increasingly obvious interest in him. He tended to deny primal desires for as long as possible, though, because he knew they could bring out dark sides of him.

With no immediate response from the camp, he wondered if he should take a few steps closer but decided against it in the end. He saw some movement by a nearby tree but couldn't quite place what it was...

Kiako 10-25-2010 03:48 AM

Kai was only partially awake when the familiar feeling arms wrapped around her. She was soon lifted from the ground. He was breathing heavily in the man's arms. She rested against him as he carried her to where ever he was going. It could have been a slave camp for all she cared; as long as these arms did not let go of her. She yawned softly, looking up at him for the first time. His fave was so familiar. Her usual deep purple eyes had faded to a light colour. She was exhausted and in pain.

Keith sat back when Bard grabbed Kiako. He walked with Bard, watching over his Mother. He had not expected Bard to step in the way he did. It was curious for him, but he allowed it all the same. When he looked at Tzipporah and Tzipporah he was met with the same expression. He walked over to them, watching Bard carry his Mother off. "She is older then she appears.." was all he said before chasing after Bard.

Tzipporah still watched dumbfounded. The woman looked so young, but if she was Keith's mother, she had to be the oldest one in the camp. It took her completely by surprise. Even Tzipporah appeared older then Kiako in some ways. Then again, there were striking resemblances between Tzipporah and the new woman. They shared similar facial features, and their hands were very much the same.

Ari smiled and as she looked at Nassii his eyes glowing slightly. She looked away and blushed slightly ready to step forward when a slight sound stopped her and she looked around to see who else might be there. "Should we continue into camp?" Ari asked Nassii after a moment. I can't believe I trust him so much after such a short time. And I don't know the full reason why his eyes glow. Maybe it is annoyance... Ari's thoughts ran wild for another moment or so but she pulled herself away from them with a small smile and took a small step away from him as she looked around the woods.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 04:28 AM

"Yes..." he said, nodding slowly. "If they haven't answered us yet, perhaps they're not in at the moment?"

"I wonder what would be the better situation - finding us outside their camp looking or finding us actually within the camp when they return?" he laughed. It was no matter, though, for he was not going to stand around all night waiting. He reached forward to take Ari's hand, if she allowed it, and then slowly made the rest of the way into the encampment.

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 04:34 AM

Ari blushed but smiled taking Nassii's hand and following him into camp. It was small and there seemed to be a few people wandering about. Ari pointed Del in the direction of the makeshift cabin October had mentioned and watched him go off towards it for sleep. "So then." Ari started with her hand tightening slightly around Nassii's. "What now?" Ari watched the others carefully to see if anyone was going to be hostile. She did not see the demon or the dark elf or the half breed around anywhere. Wonder where they went.. Ari thought making sure she stayed close to Nassii's side.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 05:09 AM

Afanassii blushed at the squeeze of his hand and smiled back at Ari. "Well, I don't see Whispers Darkness or the little pixie." he began. "Everyone here seems to have been expecting us somewhat." He shrugged. "Your guess is as good as mine."

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 05:35 AM

"I wonder if this is going to be a constant thing, new people arriving all the time?" Ari thought out loud as she continues to hold Nassii's hand leaning slightly against his side. "I wonder why we are all pulled here to these woods together." Ari smiled at Nassii and blushed a little. "Tho I can't say that I am unhappy that we all ended up here together."

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-25-2010 05:41 AM

Bard returned to camp rather quickly, his urgent quest propelling him. He laid the woman down in the hut, which was the safest place to her to be at the moment. He removed his shirt to use as a pillow for her. He the ripped his trousers, making bandages for her back. He went to the waterfall, dipping some of the rags in the water. He returned to the woman's side and began wiping the blood away and cleaning her wounds. His was quite a healer in his own right, he pulled out a little pouch from his pants, rubbing the fragrant balm on her wounds. "That ought to should ease your pain and help heal them faster." He said softly to the woman. He was tempted to move her hair from her face, something that felt oddly familiar for him to do.

Andre had a hard time keeping up with Bard as he made it back to the camp. Andre was impressed by the man's effective way of setting to tending to wounds. He turned his attention back to Tzip as he gently set her to her feet. "Shall we leave Bard to the healing and go bathe?" He asked her, waiting to give Bard some privacy.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 05:42 AM

He laughed a little. "Well, if that is the case, then we might as well make this a permanent settlement if we're constantly going to be receiving more people." He looked over to her head resting on his side and his eyes glowed again, this time it was a stubborn glow that seemed to not wish to fade.

"I'm not unhappy either..." he smiled, looking deep into her eyes.

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 05:48 AM

Ari had seen the halfbreed come into the camp with an injured woman and go about treating her immediately. She would have normally offered her assistance but he seemed to have things under control. The Dark elf and two demons were back as well. Powerful, she could feel it radiating off of the one male demon. But nothing to worry about I think. She looked up at Nassii as his suggestion and smiled it grew a little more when she looked at his glowing eyes. "That seems like the most logical idea anyway." Ari agreed thinking outloud again. "Tho would need to get or build my own place." Ari smiled as Nassii when he said he wasn't unhappy either and blushed brightly as their gazes locked.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 06:02 AM

The fey boy was so keenly aware of his companion that he failed to notice anything else in the surroundings - even the new arrivals - for quite a long time. When at last the area immediately around him burst into busy action, he was jerked away from the lovely maiden and back into the reality of the situation.

The demons were new to him, yes he had heard they were here, but he honestly didn't expect it. The recently returned campers were still not paying much attention to himself or Ari and he was wondering why that was the case but thought it best not to draw too much attention to them until he had a better understanding of the situation. He slowly turned his head back and forth, taking in the scene, clearly perplexed.

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 06:14 AM

Ari watched Nassii quietly as he jerked away a bit and seemed confused as he looked around the campsite. As he studied the camp Ari debated going to see if the others that had been rushing into camp needed any help. They still seemed to be a bit away from the others and hadn't been noticed yet but she was sure that would end quickly. She waited another minute and turned back to Nassii. "Is everything alright?" She asked him with a small smile.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 06:16 AM

"I'm not entirely sure." He ran a hand through his hair. "Are you acquainted with any of the inhabitants we've seen so far?"

Kiako 10-25-2010 06:19 AM

Kiako looked up at the man before he set her down. She was lying down on her stomach. She was still breathing heavily. Her had lost so much blood by the time she was finally resting. She was grateful to see him when he returned. The cleaning of the wound itself heal like a bitch, but the balm he applied quickly took the pain away. She looked up at Bard, her purple eyes the only visible through her mess of hair. They were returning to normal, appearing much more like Keith's now. The white of her eyes were black, and her eyes slowly become their normal deep and dark purple. Her voice was cold as ice, but at the same time sounded so broken in tone. "Thank you..." Was all she could barely mutter.

Keith watched from the entrance of the hut. He was used to seeing Kiako like this. She was an extremely powerful demon, more so then most. However because she was so strong her body on many occasions would break down on her and cause her to become deathly ill or in so much pain she could not move. It was strange to see her running however. She had never fled from anything before, unless...

He walked from the hut, his hands in his pockets. It was then that he saw the Fae and the Elvin girl. He nodded to them. He was sweating bullets, nervous for his Mother. He took a walk over to the flowing water, splashing some against his face. Taking a deep breath, his hands soon were clenched into fists. He was trying to control the anger of seeing his Mother like this, but it was not working.

Tzipporah watched whole whole thing with bewilderment. When set back on her feet, she nodded. "You have no idea how much I want a bath. I am all sticky and gross. Monster's stomach suck, fyi." She smiled, taking his hand.

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 06:36 AM

Ari smiled at Nassii. "The only one I was familiar with are you and Del and Whisper. Tho I met October as well." Ari watched as the powerful male demon exited the hut and nodded in their direction. Hmmm, well that seems friendly enough. Ari thought with a little smile. Tho he is apparently worried over the other girl brought back. Ari smiled and squeeze Nassii's hand. "I am going to speak with the demon who just walked out of the cabin. He seemed nice enough." With another quick squeeze of his hand Ari turned and headed accross the camp and stood behind the demon as she watched him splash water on his face, he was tense. Maybe she is worse off than she looked. "Hello." Ari said a little quietly as she watched his hands clench. "Is everything alright with the girl you brought back? I didn't get a chance to see the damage she had but I do have a little healing magic if it would help." Ari rocked back on her heals and managed to keep her smile in place as she waited for a response.

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-25-2010 06:49 AM

Bard smiled gently at her. "Rest now. I'll be here if you need anything." He said in soft tones. He could see she was hurting, he could almost feel her pain. His wings itched at his back, seeing where she had her wounds were where his wings grew from his back. He didn't want to leave her at that moment, he wanted to stay and hold her in his lap. He stood and went outside, but stayed close to the hut in case she called for him. He watched as Keith tried to contain his anger, he sighed not knowing what to do for him. "She'll be fine, but I'm sure you know that of your mother." He said, trying to distract the demon from his anger. Bard had completely forgotten that his won children were near by. He went to the stream, washing his hands of Kiako's blood. Bard looked up at the elven girl who had approached and offered her help to Keith. He rose from washing his hands and dried them on his torn pants. "I think she'll be fine. I treated her wounds and applied a healing balm of my own creation. I think she needs rest, if she doesn't get well soon I'm sure you'll be great help." He said, his voice strained with worry but filled with graditude for her offer of help.

Andre lead Tzip away from the scene. As he did so he saw an elven girl and a fae man. He nodded to them as they passed, he would introduce himself at a later time. He lead Tzip to the little private hot springs he had found. "I know you sink, m'dear." He teased her. He smiled broadly at her, enjoying their alone time.

Afanassii 10-25-2010 06:52 AM

Nassii nodded in the direction of the man who had done so to him. He whispered into Ari's ear. "I believe that I will have to leave your company for a little while. Curiosity compels me to search for Whispers and October. Though I won't stay gone long. Do you think you'll be safe and comfortable until then?"

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 07:02 AM

Ari blushed a little as Nassii whispered in her ear. "Yes I should be fine for now." Smiling she held his hand for a moment letting it go so he could leave. "I will be here when you get back."

Smiling at the other man Ari bowed slightly in greeting. "I can help out if she needs it. But I will leave the choice up to you or here if she is well enough to decide that." Ari nodded a little. "I can only use some basic healing magics but they will help more than nothing if needed." Ari smiled a little more. Whether brave or dumb, Ari placed a hand on the Demon's arm. "Good news that she will be alright." Ari smiled a little and then looked at both of them. "Do you know what happened to her?"

Afanassii 10-25-2010 07:07 AM

Afanassii bowed towards the both of them and backed away a few steps before turning and melting up the side of a nearby tree.

Kiako 10-25-2010 07:24 AM

Keith looked at the girl as she spoke to him. His anger quite possibly would have boiled over if not for Bard stepping in. He watched the two exchange words, then watched as the Fae wondered off into the woods. He zoned out, thinking to what might have happened to Kiako. Who ever had done this would pay if they ever managed to make it out of the forest. His transformation was starting again until the girl placed her hand on his arm. He looked down at her hand, then to her.

"Kiako, my Mother, is a high Empress of Hell. Whoever did this will pay..." His voice trailed off, sounding much like it did when he was in his full state of transformation. His wing and tail spazzed wildly behind him. He was trying to best to stay calm, but it just was not working.

Tzipporah punched Andre's arm. "Shut up, you're not much better." She laughed, leaning up and kissing him. This bath would be so relaxing, she could not wait.

Kiako laid down in the hut, listening to people speaking just outside. She groaned softly until she heard a voice she could clearly recognize. Her only son was standing out front. He had gone missing months ago. She was happy to hear him, but her attention soon turned to the man that had carried her. His wings, his hair, his voice... Everything about him. She knew him once, but she could not remember him. It was strange.

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-25-2010 07:34 AM

Bard smiled gently at the girl until he heard Keith's voice. The man was clearly on edge and very upset over what happened to his mother. His wings drooped a little when he heard who she was, the High Empress of hell would not want anything to do with a lowerly halfing like himself. He tucked his chin out and wouldn't allow his head to be down. He'll care for Kiako until she didn't need him anymore. But he couldn't but feel that he knew her. Her eyes, face, voice, everything about her rung with familiarity in her very soul. He rubbed his tousled golden blonde hair, in thought. "Ah, I didn't catch your name, Miss. I am Bard Dragonmists and this is Keith." Bard introduced them, hoping to help Keith calm himself. He would have to move the elven girl away if Keith fails to keep control of his increasing anger. Bard had noticed that his emotions seemed to effect his demonic powers, he grew stronger and larger.

Andre laughed as she punched him, catching her as she kissed him. They were both covered in slime, blood and muck, but he didn't care one bit. He let go of her merely to strip out of his clothes, once free of his clothing he jumped into the hot spring. He beckon for her to join him. "Come on love, not a thing can stop you from joining me in here. It feels wonderful" He said, holding his hand out to her. His hair hand been slicked back from the water, his skin glisten in the streamy air.

Lixlaria 10-25-2010 07:42 AM

Ari smiled at Keith as she now heard Bard introduce him and kept her hand lightly on his arm and patted it a bit, sensing his worry and as he seemed tensed. "My name is Arianna Astelle. It is a pleasure to meet you both." Turning to face Keith she smiled a bit. "It always seems that powerful leaders have many enemies. I am sure that whom ever did this to your mother will pay for what they did." Ari was sure of that as one way or another Keith would have no problem hunting down any one of the people that did this to his family. "If you need any help let me know." Ari smiled again before looking at Bard. "How long ahve you all been here?"

Kiako 10-25-2010 07:54 AM

Keith was trying so hard to control himself. He took a deep breath, closing his eyes. "I can assure you Arianna, they WILL pay." He moved and went into the hut, sitting down beside Kiako. He dug his nails into the ground, looking at her. Her wings had been her pride, and for her to no longer have them.. He stopped his train of thought, trying to control himself. He felt a small cold hand touch his hand. He calmed down almost instantly. Because of the Angel DNA she had mixed in her blood, Kiako had an uncanny ability to calm anyone down by touch.

Kiako looked up at her son and smiled softly. "Hush my child. Do not fret. Jethro will take care of the problem by the time I return." She began to stand up, her body already feeling less weak then before.

Keith helped her stand, allowing Kiako to use his arm for balance. He lead her outside of the hut.

It was the first real glance Kiako had gotten of Bard. She looked at him, her eyes scanning him over and over again. She was shocked; there was definitely something about him that she knew. She reached up and touched his face, not knowing what was coming over her. "I know your face..." she said quietly. Her breath was plainly visible as she spoke.

Tzipporah laughed, following Andre in. Once in the spring, she melted into the water. It felt so good to be clean again. She giggled as she splashed Andre.

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-25-2010 08:18 AM

Bard watched as Keith left him and Arianna alone. "I'm not sure about him, but I've only been here for a short time. I was away with Andre and Keith searching for Tzipporah, who is the eldest camp member I believe." He explained to her. He was a bit distracted however, when he watched as Keith lead Kiako out of the hut. It was amazing that she was on her feet already. He felt his face turn red hot as she came to him and touched his cheek. Her touch, however cold it was, set him aflame. It was as if she woken something deep inside him. He blinked several times, as if seeing her for the first time all over again. "I- I feel the same way." He said, looking into her deep purple eyes. Memories flashed in his head, just bits and pieces, of a life long ago.

Andre splashed Tzipporah back. He swam towards, catching her in his slick arms. He pulled her close, their bodies brushing against each other in the hot water. It was relaxing and joyful, Andre couldn't think of anything better. Well he could, but those thoughts were best kept in the bedroom between her and him. He snickered at his own dirty thoughts and he pulled her into his lap and leaned against the rocky lining of the spring. "This is heaven. A beautiful girl by my side, hot water cleansing our bodies, and not a care in the world." He said, leaning his head back, his long silvery white hair spreading across the water around them.
