She finally found a spot where she couldn't sense anyone else around and stopped. She turned to look at him, anxiety on her face. Taking a deep breath, she calmed her nerves. "This is hard, but I don't think I should keep something like this from you. I told you about where I was from and how I was raised by an assassin. Well after he passed I continued to work on my skill and gradually got some contacts and was eventually hired out as an assassin myself. My last assignment....," she looked down and then drew on her courage to look him in the eye, "I was sent out to assassinate the holder of a particular sword." She paused. "Your sword..... but I-I....." She faltered for a moment and then burst out, "I wouldn't want to harm you for anything in the world! I couldn't..."

Not able to help herself she looked away, waiting for his rebuke. Tears brimmed in her eyes but she was determined not to let them fall. He would leave her now, she was sure of it.

Kiako 10-27-2010 06:42 AM

Dream looked at the anxiety ridden face of Whispers. He listened and nodded as she began, but quickly stopped when she mentioned that he was her target. She then turned from him. He thought about it for an instant. She had stated she didn't want to hurt him, and it was good enough for him. He laughed deep within himself, thinking about his previous thought. Ehh, I can deal with someone trying to kill me... He turned her to face him and smiled softly, wiping her tears from her face. He then leaned down and lightly kissed, her, his one hand tilting her chin up and his other hand resting on her lower back. He pulled her against him, letting his hand under his chin come to rest with his other hand. When he broke the kiss, he looked her in the eyes. His remained the same as always, with a small glimmer of happiness.

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 06:48 AM

She was shocked as he began to kiss her. She was sure that he would hate her or at least want nothing to do with her again. She stood there for a moment in shock and then felt the world melt away as he pulled her close to him and felt his soft lips. She kissed him back softly and when he broke the kiss, it felt as if the world didn't exist. Just him. "You-your not angry," she asked softly gazing into his beautiful eyes. "I-i thought for sure that you wouldn't want me...."

Kiako 10-27-2010 06:53 AM

It was the first time he had laughed in ages, even if it didn't last long. His small smile crept along his lips as he closed his eyes and shook his head. "No, I am not mad. The way I see it, we all had lives right? We all lived outside of this realm, doing something or an other in one way or another. Yet for some reason we are here. Here, we have a second chance to start over. No one can really harm us here. This place is sacred. What was asked of us in our lives before this place does not matter. It can not affect us unless we allow it to." He lifted one hand and ran it down along her cheek. He kissed her forehead, then her nose, then her soft lips once more. He whispered softly against her lips, "and there is no other that I would want..."

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 07:01 AM

Her eyes widened as he laughed and she smiled at the sound of it. He had a wonderful laugh, deep and rich. She shivered again as he touched her cheek and then began kissing her face. She melted under his touch and his words. "Oh i'm so glad. So glad that I met you. Your right, it can't affect us unless we allow it and I for one will NOT allow it at all." She lost herself as she kissed his lips, starting softly and then becoming more deep as she let herself go. Her hands trailed up to his neck. As she broke the kiss she could see he didn't want her to stop, a look of passion in his eyes. "I've never met anyone like you, anyone who could make me feel this way." She spoke softly as she gazed into his eyes.

Kiako 10-27-2010 07:08 AM

He looked down into her eyes as she spoke to him. He felt the same way about her as she did him. He pushed the hair from her had and tucked it neatly behind her ears. God she was beautiful. He kept his eyes locked with hers. He nodded in agreement and allowed himself one last smile before pulling her in for another kiss. He was completely content in just simply kissing her for the rest of the night.

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 07:58 AM

She blushed deeply as he looked into her eyes. Once again she felt herself melt as his kisses soon became more urgent. Gasping she pulled away from him slightly. "Perhaps this isn't the best place for....other....things." She smiled up at him, completely relaxed in his arms. She could spend the rest of the night kissing him as well but she seemed to have.....other things on her mind.
Being completely focused on Dream, she had shut down all of her other senses. A loud crack sounded suddenly close by in the forest behind them. Whispers froze. "What was that?"

Kiako 10-27-2010 08:02 AM

Dream's attention from her was broken, the same as hers was. He looked up, hearing the crack. It infuriated him, something breaking his moment of peace and heaven. He sighed softly, his composure going back to normal. "I don't know..." he replied, his voice hushed. He kept his eyes fixed in the direction of the sound. He had always been jumpy, so small sounds he could not distinguished had always thrown him off. He dropping his hands from her waist, and took her hand instead. "Come... we should check it out..."

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 08:06 AM

Taking his hand, she moved silently behind them, both of them melting into the shadows. Curse whatever or whoever that is She missed the feel of his mouth on hers already. Whoever this was would soon pay unless it was someone who was lost. She kept her senses open as they silently walked into the woods together.

Kiako 10-27-2010 08:25 AM

Dream continued to walk deeper into the woods until he fond the source of the sound. He had overreacted. The sound was nothing menacing, quite the contrary. It was a deer. She shook his head, sighing, then looked at Whispers. "Hmm, perhaps bringing something back to the camp might be a good idea..." He spoke quietly, not wanting to scare the deer off.

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 08:44 AM

She laughed softly under her breath. A deer, how harmless. "Yes, that would work out nicely seeing as we ate their boar eariler" She spoke quietly as well. Melting back into the shadows she approached the deer from the opposite side of Dream. Getting closer she saw something odd about the deer. No deer ever had a mouth that long. Frowning she looked closer. Oh my god are those...fangs? She would have to stay clear of those things. They could be poisonous for all she knew. Taking out her razor sharp dagger she stalked quietly towards the fanged deer.

Kiako 10-27-2010 08:52 AM

Dream faded into the shadows himself, going around the other way. He too had noticed the fangs on the deer. How odd... but all right. It seemed almost funny that a deer would have random fangs, but he would go with it. No sense in turning back now, they were so close to a fresh meal. He drew his sword, looking at the deer. He emerged from the shadow, going to attack it. The deer reared and looked at him. A greenish black liquid dripped from his fangs. Immediately Dream backed off, but the deer pushed forward. "I have it distracted, attack Whispers!" he cried out!

wickedwonderland 10-27-2010 08:58 AM

Seeing the liquid dripping from the deers fangs she quickly went in for the kill. Moving in a blur, she slashed downwards at the deers neck, aiming for its jugular. At the last moment she saw it turn. goddess that things fast! Turning away at the last moment she managed to jump away from it's open mouth. Instead of it's throat she had grazed the top of it's head. It's eyes were a glowing orange, that filled with rage. "It saw me! Hurry Dream!" She ran back even as the beast lunged after her.

Whisper Invictus 10-27-2010 02:05 PM

Syn stiffened as the demon grabbed hold of his arm. Thinking quickly, he decided no reaction would be the best idea. Glaring at his- Keith was it?- arm, Syn looked up into deep purple, seemingly calm eyes. "You can't stop me from running." He knew Keith was right though. He'd been walking in circles for hours; the forest had tricked him. Sighing, he pulled his arm of the demons grip (with some difficulty, mind you), and crossed his arms over his chest. "I'm Syn."

Shojiro was enchanted by this woman. She was kind and somewhat innocent, or so she seemed. He smiled gently at her as she took his hand. "My name is Shojiro Dragonmists." He said. She seemed timid about something, he wasn't sure what is was, but he could feel her need to hide something from him. He chuckled at her sudden questions. He enjoyed people who asked questions, it meant they were thinking. "Well, I'm not sure if everyone here is new, I don't know how long a lot of people have been here. My brother and I have only been here less than a day." He said, leading her towards the camp slowly. "I have very keen eyes and senses." He said with a wink.

Kojiro thought about it for a moment. "We had a hard life, we were treated differently and picked on a lot. But when with Papa Bard, we were happy." He said. Kojiro chuckled as she yawned. "Tired, are you?" He asked. "I could think of some things to keep you awake." He teased her. He wondered what she would do or say to his teasing.

Bard stopped behind Kiako and watched the situation unfold before them. Tzipporah had transformed, much like Keith did. Bard wondered if they could be related. He looked down at Kiako, seeing her face in shock. He placed a gentle and supportive hand on her shoulder. He wanted her to know that he was here for her.

Andre growled as Izaradas came crashing through the forest. He wasn't frightened of Tzip's transformation nor was he of his sister. She causes him pain in his chest, but that's the only way she hurts him. He didn't want Tzip to get hurt because of him, so he moved in front of her, staring his sister down. "Izaradas..I see you're fine. That's a tragic sight." He said, folding his arms in front of him. "Yes, Tzipporah and I are engaged. She's my love, my life and my everything." He neered at his sister.

Izaradas growled back at the woman who was now fully transformed. Izaradas wasn't sure if she was going to win this battle, but she will do whatever it takes. "Andórië Vildelanwë, you are mine. And you know it." She hissed as he declared his relationship with the demon woman. "You shall not taint your name nor bloodline with this lower being." Izaradas said, giving Tzipporah a disguted look. "Father is dead and that means you and I are the kingdom's Queen and King." She said, lifting her glowing hands. She was so furious with her beloved brother she hadn't noticed the little thief who had stole her Spider Queen Amulet she had earned after becoming a High Priestess of Lolth.

Lixlaria 10-28-2010 12:48 AM

Ari smiled at Ko as he explained how they had been happy with Bard, she remembered all to well what it was like to be treated differently and frowned slightly at the memories. Demanding herself to stay awake at his question about her being tired she raised one eyebrow with a grin as she answered. "Maybe a little. But what exactly did you have in mind?" Ari chuckled a little as she hopped down from the stone. "Hopefully something entertaining."

Rai nodded as Sho explained what he knew and smiled when he winked at her. "So can I call you Sho? Or do you prefer Shojiro?" Rai said relaxing around him a bit, her wings stretching a little from their previously tightly contained area. "You have a brother? Is he younger or older than you?" Rai smiled at the thought of her sister and wished that she was with her now. "It must be nice traveling with your brother. Why did you come here of all places?: Rai wasn't sure what it was but something seemed to be nudging at the back of her head, like a reminder, but she couldn't think of what it would be for. "Did you train your senses?" Rai wanted to know next. "If you could then I wonder if I could." Rai smiled as she kept her hand in his as they approached the camp. Looking down at their joined hands Rai couldn't help but smile. "This feels nice."

Kiako 10-28-2010 01:56 AM

Tzipporah watched as Andre stepped in front of her. She held onto his arms, not taking her eyes off Izaradas. She knew one thing, in this form she stood a chance in a fight. She dared Izaradas to try something. She wanted the chance to tear her limb from limb. She would be the one licking her hands clean of the blood, not this girl in front of her. Tzipporah's eyes shifted when Andre said they were engaged, but came right because at the mention of being a "lesser being." A deep growl filled her throat as she took a step forward. She spoke with a voice filled with cruelty and malice.

"Listen, woman. Be you his sister or not, I will break you." Her eyes began to glow as the ground around her started to decay. She drew her power from anything living, and used it to keep herself going. Her aura increased in both size and power. Anyone within the area could have felt it. It would send a chill down the spine of even the most straight faced man. "In my home, you will either respect me willingly by leaving, or you will respect me out of fear. Your choice..."

Kiako looked down at the hand placed on her shoulder; her eyes following from the hand up along the arm and finally coming to rest in Bard's eyes. She looked at him with a look of shock, confusion, and fear. In this moment, Kiako Lee was actually afraid of something. She turned back to watch the scene. She was terrified of losing her daughter once again. Tzipporah was slightly stronger than Izaradas, however Izaradas had one thing that Tzipporah did not have, and that was training. That fact alone meant that she could win in the fight. If it was coming to that, a very pissed off Kiako would step in.

Keith looked at the boy as he got out from his hold. Keith had gone back to normal, his emotions no longer racing, but focusing on this moment. "Syn... welcome to this forest." He said, his voice gone back to its normal tone. He mused at the kid with his cockney accent. In Keith's eyes, man, woman, they were all the same. He wondered what this kid would taste like. Surely his flavour would not be like every other human's out there. "Forgive me for my entrance. You caught me at a bad time," he said looking at Syn in his now more human appearance.

Keith took a step forward when the shock hit him. He shuddered, turning in the drection of the commotion. He peered the trees and saw the scene. He shook his head until he saw the look on Kiako's face. It was a strange look. Why was she iving the girl that look? He would need to ask her later. He turned back to Syn. "Perhaps the forest is not the safest place at this moment. Would you join me on a walk?"

Whisper Invictus 10-28-2010 02:18 AM

Syn glared at the demon, about to retort with some insult, but then he felt what Keith had felt. A numb feeling went down his back, like evil spirits were upon him. The feeling unwelcome, he turned and walked away from where Keith had looked a moment ago without a word to the demon and not caring whether the demon followed or not.

Stupid forest... shoulda just stayed in that damned village... yah right, anythings better than that place. Sighing he ran his hand through his hair again, the other gripping tight to his bow as he began to trudge slowly through the forest.

Kiako 10-28-2010 02:31 AM

Keith rolled his eyes, walking after Syn. He should have probably stayed close in the area, however at this moment he didn't really care. Kiako could handle herself if push came to shove, and he didn't really care about anyone else. Keith was cold like that; he was willing to help anyone, but it did not mean he liked them. He mostly helped those he deemed to be "lesser than him" for the sole purpose of fulling his boredom. Keith had been around for centuries, and after living for that long, he had gotten bored with the world.

Whisper Invictus 10-28-2010 03:30 AM

Syn heard the footsteps following behind him and knew it was Keith from the long strides he took. The guy was tall... compared to him at least. Scowling, he stopped suddenly and turned, taking a deep breath. But he didn't know what to say. All the sarcasm had left him and now he was just grumpy and tired. He couldn't tell Keith to stop following him... "What do you want?" Syn rubbed his eyes tiredly...

Kiako 10-28-2010 03:43 AM

Keith looked at the human before him. He moved closer to him, looking down at him. He stood taller then the boy, howver in build Keith was small framed. He was not as intimidating in size as would have been expected. His eyes were a different story. Right now, hints of blood lust could be seen in them. "To get to know you better..." He grinned slightly, looking at him with the piercing eyes of a hunter.

Kiwi_x_Pop 10-28-2010 05:25 AM

Shojiro liked the way he said his name. "You can call me either. I don't mind." He said, smiling as she asked a bunch more questions. "Oh we're twins. He thinks he was born first, but neither of us know. We just know from the time Papa Bard found us in the woods." He explained. "Well, we didn't mean to come here, we were merelyearching for our father. And he was here of all places." He smiled at her, then at their joined hands. He looked back up at her. "Well, yes. I always had the ability, but I did train it make it stronger. I can focus on emotions from over 100ft awat now." He smiled again, how he face was starting to hurt. He never really smiled as much before. "I could help you train if you would like." He said. His flushed at her comment about their hands. "Y-yeah. I-It does." He stammered. He never held a girl's hand for so long before. He was in a blissful state before the way of fear, anger and hate hit him like a ton of bricks. There was something terrible going on in the camp and he didn't want to take Rai there. "Oh, I think we should hang out here for a little. There seems to be something bad going on." He said, stopping them feet from the camp. He could see the scene before them. The drow and demon woman were facing off with another drow, a female who seemed very powerful.

Kojiro smiled as she got up. He stood when she did, his full height of six foot two inches making him an impressive sight to be seen. He took a couple of steps closer to her, closing the gap. "Oh..what I'm thinking of is very enteraining indeed." He said, a wicked smile coming so easy to his handsome face. He stood dangerously close to her, his body heat coming off him in a wave. He reached out to touch her face, gently stroking her cheek. He pulled his hand away as soon as he heard the commotion across the camp. Kojiro summon his dual scythes to his hands, unfurling his wings, he smiled at Ari. "I'll be right back, darling. You might want to stay put for a little." He said as he headed off towards the commotion.

Bard didn't speak, he could tell by the look on her face, that her child was in danger. He had that own look on his face many times before. He squeezed her shoulder gently again, letting her know from one parent to another that her child will survive. With his other hand, we pulled his weapon from its hiding place between his wings. He prepared himself for the battle, to step in if they couldn't handle Andre's sister. He call upon his mother's spirit, feeling her angelic presence around him. He could feel his father's power with him as well, making him begin to transform. His human features started to change into that of a raven, his feet turning into large taloned feet. He had released Kiako's shoulder as he had transform, hiding his face from her. In his full tengu form, he was ugly. He unfurled his massive black wings, stepping closer to the battle that was about to ensue.

Andre smiled at his beautiful lover. After this was all over, he would make good on his word and make her his bride. He was shocked and disgusted by his sister's news. His father was dead, mostly likely by her hands. "You and I will never be. It's against all that is natural in the world. We are siblings!" He spat out. He reached for his weapons, knowing that she won't back down. He could see her come closer to them, her eyes glowing in a dangerous way. He went into a defensive position, he knew that he could deflect most of her magical attacks. She wouldn't dare use her most powerful attacks against him, not wanting to risk killing him. "Bring it on, sister dearest. This will be the last battle you'll ever see." He said, his tone cold as he pulled his dual scimitars from his hips and banged them on the ground. He was ready to stop his sister in anyway possible.

Izaradas let out a cold laugh at the situation at hand. This demon woman wanted to fight, she suppose it would be fun. Izaradas eyed her brother as he prepared to attack her. She glared at him, he had never gone against her until he was banished from the kingdom. Which is why she murdered the rest of the family, to get him to come back. "Oh dearest brother, you know I can still hurt you." She said as she fired an energy blast at him. As she already knew, Andre darted away, deflecting her attack. She would have to attack the woman in order to hurt Andre where it matter the most. However, she could see that would be a problem. She growled as she sent a flurry of enegry blasts at Andre and at Tzipporah, her emotions getting the better of her. When she battled others, she was calm and collected, but when her brother there fighting back, she couldn't focus on killing him. She attacked wildly, leaving herself opened several times and making many mistakes.

Kiako 10-28-2010 05:43 AM

Tzipporah growled at the woman. If she dared to touch Andre, it would be the end of her, and Tzipporah would see to it. Andre had avoided her attack, and Tzipporah was glad for that, but she was not expecting the next attack. It hit her instead. It pushed her back, and she coughed, blood dripping from her lips. Looking back up at Izaradas, a murderous grin formed along her face. Tzipporah could see the weakness with in the woman. It was her weakness as well, Andre. This man would cause the death of one of them, but which female would be the one to move faster?

She took a step forward, he gaze never turning from Izaradas. It was then that Tzipporah attacked. She moved with a lightning speed, dodging most of the attacked being dealt at her. Each one that hit her slowed her down, but not enough to stop her. Tzipporah eventually pushed her way into close combat. A dangerous spot to be, but it was her strong point of attack. Her claws came up and then down in a flash, crossing straight down Izaradas' face. Tzipporah would need to get behind the girl. From there, she could attack with a bite and a hold the woman would not be able to get through.

Kiako looked at the fully transformed tengu. She reached out when he stepped forward, shaking her her. He voice was hushed, but carried no emotion. "This is her fight, do not interfere." Kiako watched herself. She needed to see what kind of demon the girl had become. Kiako herself was not known to be merciful. She had lost that ability long ago. Blood drove Kiako mad, mad enough to bath in the blood of her fallen victims. She lusted for it, and that lust was something that had been passed down to her children.

Ari had to look up to see his face. My is he tall. Ari thought before blushing hard as Ko touched her cheek. On the verge of saying something she tensed when she felt the power being thrown around the camp, the force of it nearly sent her staggering. Ari watched as Ko took his weapons and told her to stay put heading towards the strong powers. Stay put, I am perfectly capable of handling it. Swallowing her small fear and grabbing hold of her bow and arrow Ari followed carefully after Ko making sure to keep her distance so as not to get caught of gaurd. I hope Nassii is alright. Ari thought as she stalked closer towards the demons and dark elves.

"Sho then." Rai said happily as she smiled at him squeezing his hand a little. "I would really like for you to help me train if you could." Rai was so excited that she felt the wave of power slam into her only after Sho said something about staying put. The fear and power that was behind it had Rai tensing and nearly dropping Sho's hand as her wings folded slightly around her as if to protect her from the anger and hatred she was feeling. Rai couldn't even bring herself to look back at the camp to see what was going on. "This isn't good. Someone is fighting. What if someone get's hurt?" Rai gave little thought of hiding her black wings now as she wrapped them around her for protection, the small nagging feeling in the back of her mind growing. "Will your brother be ok?" Rai's hand sat loosely in Sho's as she shook slightly in fear of the power coming from the camp.

Sayo frowned as she flew through the woods. She landed on a branch and waited when she felt the spike in power and changing her direction headed towards what appeared to be a fight. She had a mission, find the fallen angel and return her to prision. But nothing was stoping her from checking out what this might be. Besides, this might be the fallen angel fighting. If that is the case my job may be easier than I thought it would be. Sitting on a branch on the edge of what appeared to be a camp filled with many different creatures, Sayo watched as two dark elves and a demon fought. Interesting. Let's see where is leads me.

Andre caught sight of Tzip racing to Izaradas, the girl was incredibly fast. He kept Izaradas engaged in battle, keeping her on him so Tzipporah could get behind her. He tumbled in closer to her, striking at Izaradas as Tzip sliced at her. His sister wasn't as skilled in combat as she was in spell casting. Her wild attacks told Andre that she was unfocused and weak. He smiled as he tripped her, getting her on her back. "Tzip, hold her down." He called out to his love.

Izaradas growled as the demon woman attacked her, then again as Andre closed in with his dual weapons. He was far better than she had expected, same with the woman. She couldn't cast in this type of battle, she wasn't trained for it. She cursed as Andre got her on the ground onto her back. "Curse you, brother." She said, her eyes glowing intensely. "Kill me if you must." She said and waited for the killing blow.

Shojiro unfurled his black wings, stretching them out to wrap around them. It drew her closer to him and he gripped her hand tightly. "It's ok. And Ko will be fine, we're both battle trained. Besides, we used to work for heaven's army." He said, his eys focused on the scene ahead of them. It appeared to be that they had gotten the drow woman on the ground. He wondered if they were going to kill her. Shojiro folded his wings back and pulled Rai along with him. "Wait! I can sense there is another enity in her!" He said, letting go of Rai's hand. "Wait here." He said as he turned to Rai, leaving her at the edge of the camp. He neared the drow male who wielded his dual weapons with skill. "I can feel that there's an evilier spirit inside this woman, making her act out." He said. He knelt down near the drow female, his hands hovering over her.

Kojiro arrived at the battle a moment too late. It seemed like the drow male and demon female had gotten the other drow under control. He stood behind his brother, giving him support. "Can you remove it, brother?" He asked. He looked over and saw that Ari had followed him. She held a bow in her delicate hands, he smiled.

Bard held back, still in his tengu form. He was much taller now, over seven feet tall. He looked down at Kiako as she stopped him. "Yes. You're right. I just don't want her or Andre hurt." He said, his voice far deeper. He looked back at the battle, seeing that Andre and Trzip had made quick work of the drow woman.
