Izaradas was laying across Keith's middle when she heard it. His heart began beating again. She rose from him, staring at his face, seeing that he was alive again. Her tormented soul sang, heart leaped in her chest. "Is..this a trick?" She muttered. She touched his cheek as Tzipporah feed him her blood. She looked up at Tzipporah, her sliver eyes wide with shock. The hallow feeling in her chest had gone, replacing it was something else. Something that made her feel alive again, her heart pounded in her chest. She was aware of the others around her, including the two new faes.
"Oh..Keith.." She choked. She closed her eyes against the tears that threatened to spill again. Andre watched as Tzip gave her blood to Keith. He wasn't happy about it, but he couldn't have stopped her if he tried. He went to her, kneeling down next to her. "Oh, Tzip." He whispered, knowing she was doing this for everyone. He hoped that it was enough to save him. He was glad to see the man move and pull Tzip's arm away from his mouth. "Glad to see you back in the land of the living." He said. Bard blinked several times. He couldn't believe his eyes, his Kiako was back. Joy and love filled his chest, making it ach something fierce. He embraced her, holding her tight against him. "Kiako, you've returned to me." He said. He held on to her for a long time, not wanting to let go. His large black wings spread out then enclosed them. He pulled back just to kiss her, it was deep and passionate. Shojiro had began to feel better, the emotions were still strong but not as sad. He found himself near a large tree that had roots exposed from the ground. He leaned against it, his body tired from all the strong emotions. When he heard the sobbing he ran around the tree, trying to find where it was coming from. He soon found a hole in one of the roots, there was the elven girl from before sobbing. He reached in and touched her. "Hey, it's alright, don't cry." He said softly. Ko sighed as he felt the girl put her head on his shoulder. He put an arm around her. She needed to be soothed, her saddness was overwelming. He sat there with his arm around her for a while, not saying a word. He could hear the stirrings of the demon. He looked over, seeing all those around him. "Oh..Look! He's alive." Ko said, putting her other hand on her shoulder to turn her around to see. Crimson forced back his tears. "No! I won't! I don't see how you bleeding to death will help!" He protested. He pulled the girl's arm away as the other girl feed her blood to him. He saw that the demon was awake, but just barely. "Look, her blood seemed to be what is working!" He said, wrapping his hankerchief around Rai's wound tightly. He looked at her, seeing the pain in her eyes over the male demon. She must really love him if she was ready to give him all her blood in order for him to live. "I know you must love this man a lot, but dying for him isn't the answer." He said, feeling a little sad at the thought of her loving the male demon. He wasn't quite sure why that was, he didn't know her or anything. His golden eyes bore into hers, pleading with her to stop hurting herself. Fyre watched as his brother tried to help the black winged angel. He noticed another elf get up and leave. He followed her, not really knowing why. He wanted to know where he was and what was going on. His brother was a bleeding heart, he couldn't care less. He caght up with the blue haired elven woman, his long, bright red hair flowing behind him. "Hey, Miss, are you ok?" He asked. She looked as if she just lost a lover, like her heart was torned out from her chest and then stomped on. He reached out to grab her arm, the moment his hand touched her skin, he felt a sudden heat flare through him. |
Ari turned at the question her eyes landing on a red haired Fae. When his hand touched her arm a shock went through her and she was nearly stunned into silence. "I am alright considering." Ari said quietly watching this Fae. "You are new here?" Ari asked with a very small smile as she looked back over to where Keith lay. He was alive and for that she was thankful. "My name is Arianna, you can call me Ari. What is your name?"
Rai glared at the Fae, her eyes flashing silver, as he took her arm again and bandaged it up. She was to weak to fight against him as she was still injured herself. "He needs blood to get better!" Rai said in desperation. When the boy mentioned her loving Keith, Rai looked at him in shock. "Keith saved my life." Rai said with tears still in her voice. "So of course I love him, like a brother or such. I need to do what I can to save him. He already saved me, I have to repay the favor." Rai's ribs were hurting and with her good arm she grabbed them breathing a little heavier than normal because of the pain. |
Fyre looked at the girl, she was far from alright. He could hear it in her voice. He had dropped his hand from her arm as they returned to where the demon lay and his brother was. "I am Fyre Knight." He said, giving her a bow. It was custom in his family to bow to females when greeting them. Woman were treasured in his kingdom, which is why he and his brother left. He couldn't honor women there anymore, not after what had happened. He looked at Ari, her beauty enhanced by her sorrow. "Yes, my brother and I are new. We stumbled upon this enchanted forest, then Crim felt the sorrow here and lead us here." He said, crossing his arms across his chest.
Crimson frowned at the girl, he was slightly happy that she didn't love the demon in the way he thought. "You're hurt yourself. You won't be helping him if you died due to your injuries." He said. He moved closer to her, holding his over her ribs. "Here..let me help you." He said softly. His golden eyes were light and heavy lidded as he focused on her ribs. She had a few broken ones, as well as some internal bleeding. He wasn't quite sure how she was still able to fight so much. His hands began to glow a soft reddish color, a warm heat washed over Rai easing her pain and helping her angelic body heal. "You must rest. Once you've healed, you should be able to help your friend." He said, his light golden eyes pleading with her burning silver ones. |

A lone heartbeat reverberated thoughout the entire forest, making her pause for an instant. She flew on, finally making it to the clearing where the camp was. Slightly winded she stopped for a moment, her hands on her knees. Finally looking up she found there was way more people here than before and most of them looked like they had been crying. I wonder whats going on... Looking around she spotted Ari near the water with another fae. Not seeing anyone else she knew she started to walk over to her. |
Ari wrapped her arms around herself as she looked at the group of people surronding Keith. He seemed to be doing slightly better now that he was alive. Tears nearly sprang to her eyes as her relief was overwhelming her. "It is a pleasure to meet you Fyre." Ari tried to keep her composure as she continued to talk. "I am glad to meet you but I must tell you now that you will probably not get out of these woods again. It seems as if none of us can." Ari croutched down and brushed some hair out of Keith's face. "You had better get well soon." Ari said quietly to him before standing and walking off towards the lake a bit. Keith was surronded by people and he did not like to be touched so Ari knew she was better off letting him rest. She refused to break down in front of everyone else so she figured at the lake it was a little quieter as she wandered towards the opposite side of the bank from Ko and the other elven girl.
Rai's eyes glowed bright silver. "How can I sit here and do nothing when he is dying?" She demanded in nothing more than a whisper. "He saved Rai's life! Giving a life in return is the least we can do!" Her silver eyes flashed again as the boy placed a hand over her ribs. The warmth that flooded her then was intoxicating almost as it removed all the pain she had been feeling. Her body, which was nearly at it's breaking point, sagged slightly from the healing, her eyes once again their normal black color, the silver gone from her eyes. "Keith, must save Keith." Rai said quietly as her tears slipped down her cheeks as her body all but fell forward, her mind was slightly muffled but Keith was still breathing and for that Rai was thankful as she nearly colapsed. Her mind was nearly wide away but her body seemed to be shutting down to finish healing. She looked around now and looked at the Fae who has just healed her. "Who are you?" |
As she started to walk over to ari, she noticed she had detached herself from the fae. She looks like she wants to be left alone... Unsure what to do with herself she stood there for a moment, her eyes roaming the camp. Still not seeing anyone she knew she sighed and went over to a nearby tree and leaned against it.
|
Fyre didn't know what else to do but to follow Ari. She looked as if she was about to break down and cry. He didn't know if he could handle a crying female. But she was the only one besides his brother he knew here. He walked with her, his hands shoved deep into his pockets. "I.." He started, unsure of what to say to her. "Please don't cry." He said, looking at her, his golden eyes dark. He reached out and touched her cheek, feeling that same heat wash over him again. It was intoxicating, making him feel like he was drowning. He held his hand to her cheek, she seemed like the type who needed physical comfort. He watched her face, seeing her tears form in her eyes.
Crim smiled at the girl as she began to relax. It was a curious thing to see her eyes go from silver to a blackish color. He opened his arms to her, beckoning her to lay in his lap to rest. "I am Crimson Knight." He said, a gentle smile on his face. He looked to Keith, who was still suffering but was better than he Crim first arrived. "Do not fret, his will to live is strong." Crim said. He looked back at the angel, heat washing over him as he looked at her. There was something stirring inside him, he wasn't aware of what it could be. |
Ari couldn't stop the first tears that spilt over her cheeks even if she was shocked but the physical contact from Fyre. His touch was almost like a fire spreading a warmth through her that she couldn't place. The feeling was wonderful but now she couldn't bring herself to stop the tears. Managing to laugh a little Ari reluctantly pulled back and tried to wipe her eyes. "Sorry it has been a stressful day." Ari said with a small smile as the tears continued to fall from her eyes. Ari was half tempted to just cry herself out on this man's shoulder but refrained from doing so. "What were you doing before you came here?" Ari asked tring to still dry her tears.
Rai didn't have time to think about his invitation to rest against him as she all but collapsed into his arms. Her body shutting itself down to rest so she could recouperate. "That name suits you well." Rai said with a smile, the tears in her eyes falling as she looked over at Keith. "He has to be alright." Her worry for Keith nearly had her missing the feeling she got from Crim. The heat that spread over her was comforting and almost familiar. "Can I call you Crim? Or do you prefer Crimson?" Rai asked quietly as she almost started to cuddle against him but stopped herself. "My name is Railyn. It is nice to meet you." Feeling completely safe and comfortable in his arms Rai made no attempt to move except for her hand which brushed lightly over Keith's ears. "If you need my blood you had better take it." Rai said quietly to him. The comfort she felt in Crim's arms was nothing like the feeling she had had previously with Sho. "Where did you come from before this?" Rai asked quietly as she attemped to brush away the tears falling from her eyes. |

"I can't really remember the last time I had any sleep myself. Well at least any constant uninterrupted sleep that is." As he leaned up next to Nassii, he realized just how tired he really was. It was so comfortable, resting like this. He felt like he could just sit with Nassii forever like this, just being comfortable with each other. Although kissing him would be even better. He grinned slightly at the thought, thinking back to that long passionate kiss that had been rudely interrupted. Growing even more comfortable, he feels his eyes starting to close as exhaustion tumbles in. In moments he is fast asleep, breathing lightly. |
Chiko leaned down from her hideout and watched the camp.
It was quiet and seemed empty. She sighed and ripped off bark from the branch she lay on. "I am so bored. I havent heard a thing from Miss Pixie for a long time. I wonder what she is doing?" |
Syn sat for a minute after some random she-bit--ch demanded he stay put and safe because Keith said so. He had a feeling.... well, he really didn't have any feeling. No inclination that something bad was happening, or some irking chill down his spine that usually warned him of danger. His senses were numb. And that's what set his alarms off.
He had no reason to be in this forest, in this situation whatsoever. He had fled the village out of fear of being murdered by his own people. Well, not so much his own as his mothers. He knew he was different and that's what made him jump to his feet now. Syn wasn't born to just sit and scowl. There was always a reason. And he was going to find out just what he needed to do. Dropping his bow-- it slowed him down a teensy bit-- Syn flat ran through the trees, towards the group of people that hovered close to a clearing. Hovered around a certain someone Syn had met briefly. Keith. Syn slowed down, softening his footsteps to just a whisper. He had no idea what had happened between the time he had decided to chase after Keith and whoever that girl was- he knew it had taken him a bit to get here in his slow human form. He quietly joined the scattered group of "people", observing the tear-stained faces of several who now looked relieved. What happpened here...? |
Keith heard his name being spoken, but everything else was only noise around him. His pain had returned, a face he was not completely happy with. The relief of his pain when he was "dead" was a welcomed reprieve. Now, however, it was back with a vengeance. He breathed slowly, looking up at the dark elf that sat by his side. He couldn't really see clearly, but from what he could see there was a clear tear stain written down her face. He shook his head, lifting a hand and bringing it to rest on her cheek. The pain of this simple action was agonizing, but he felt as though it needed to be done.
He could feel a second presence beside him. He turned and saw Syn. Seeing his face brought a smile to the lips of the broken demon. He was happy the boy had only appeared now, but would he had cared it Syn had seen him before? Would Syn had cared if Keith had died? Besides the pain being caused from his wounds, Keith felt something else boiling in his chest. He was going to need to make a choice between Syn and the Elven female. It was something that in his culture he would have to do eventually anyways. Kiako smiled against Bard's lips. She wasn't exactly sure what was going on, but all she did know was that he was intensely happy to see her once again. She couldn't remember all of what had happened. She had parts and fragments of a memory, but nothing was continuous. She could guess what had happened however. She turned and looked at her son who laid broken on the ground. She shook her head, knowing from the wounds that it was her fault he was like this. She felt the pain of knowing deep down within, but she was never going to show it on this outside. "You will need to be strong my son to pull through this..." She spoke quietly, still holding onto Bard. Tzipporah rested against Andre. Keith had not taken very much of her blood, and she was glad about it. She would need to talk to him about this later though. She had many questions for him, about him. She wanted to know about what and who he was, and why she felt like she knew how to save him. There were many things that confused her at the moment, but she found comfort in Andre's arms. She closed her eyes, resting. Everyone was smiling now; no one was crying anymore. This made her happy as well. If she could bring a smile to someone's face, that was enough for her. Dream let the Fae girl go, and stood himself. She seemed fine enough to be walking around. He stayed close to her side, just in case she were to fall again. He would be there to catch her. He silently vowed never to let her fall again. Pandora could hear a voice, but it was not Aiasha's. It was Shojiro. She had no idea how she knew his name; they were not introduced during their previous meeting. She grabbed onto his arm, no longer feeling alone. She tried to stop crying, but couldn't. Instead she took his hand and held it tightly against her face, crying into it. She felt closer to him in this moment then she had with anyone else in her entire life. Aiasha looked at the male demon and smiled softly. She turned and hugged Ko, but squickly let go of him, realizing what she had just done. It was not like her to hold onto someone like that. The only time she ever really hugged anyone was when Pandora was crying and needed to feel that someone was there with her. She had never hugged someone over her own happiness or sadness. |
Fyre dropped his hand to his side, her pulling back from his touch pained him. He felt pain again, the pain he felt so long ago. He smiled at her, his smile sad, he wanted to comfort her. Seeing her cry was almost to much for him to bear. He looked at her, his face serious. "Running away from my past." He said. He moved to sit on a large rock, patting the empty spot next to him. "Sit, tell me why you're crying. And why you are here." He said, his voice was somewhat musical yet deep.
Crimson smiled happily as she began to rest in his arms. She was tired and needed to rest, he was glad to give her a place to rest. "You can call me Crim. It is what my brother calls me." He said, brushing her hair from her face. His voice went from slightly happy musical tone to a sad tone. "Oh we ran from our home and our pasts." He said, watching over her. Izaradas was overjoyed to feel his touch again. Everything in came alive and burned with desire for him to live. "Oh Keith...stay alive." She said. Izaradas noticed Keith's smile as he gazed at the human male from before. It made her curious as to why he was so relieved to see him. She shook her head, washing away anything that could ruin this moment for her. She began to harden herself again, building up her tough outer shell against anything that could hurt her. She had already shown weakness to these people, no more will she show. However, Izaradas didn't move from Keith's side, she sat and watched over him. She was forming a plan to drain the snickering Angel who seemed to have wanted everyone dead. Her blood should bring Keith back to full health. Bard was so relieved to have his Kiako back. He didn't understand fully what had happen, he just knew she was gone but now is back. He felt drained, so drained and tired. He couldn't rest yet, Keith was in trouble. "What can we do for him?" He asked Kiako, worry written over his face. Andre stroked Tzip's hair, relieved that she came out of it alright. He watched Izaradas, he knew that look. She was hardened her skin against rejection by Keith, as well as the others. She wasn't used to showing weakness. It was strange seeing his sister this way, he would have never thought she could be so attached to someone so quickly, let alone anyone at all. He caught the gleam in her eye, she was planning on something. He was going to have to watch her, he knew she was going to do something she really shouldn't. Shojiro felt the girl grab his hand. He pulled her out of her hiding place and embraced her. "It's ok, you're not alone." He whispered against her hair. He held onto her for a long while, he had sunk onto the ground. He clung to her just as she him, knowing that both of them needed each other just then and probably forever. As he held her, her name fluttered into his head. "Pandora.." He whispered, not sure how he knew her name. Kojiro was thrown off slightly by the girl's hug. He shook it off as she being happy that everyone was alright. He felt his cheeks flush a little, he looked away for a second. "I'm Kojiro." He said looking back at her again. As he looked at her, he felt that wave of heated desire and familiarity. He felt as if he had history with this woman, but he knew that he had never had her before. He would remember a body and face like hers. She stuck out in a crowd, no one could rival her. |
Ari continued to wipe the tears from her eyes as she looked at this beautiful male fae. "Why are you running away from your past?" Ai sat close beside him on the rock her arm touching his. Wiping away more tears Ari wrapped her arms around herself as she had no idea if this fae would allow her to hug him. "As for me crying it has been a strange day. I felt a strong connection with someone earlier and it wasn't what I thought it was. Keith was all but torn apart by his own mother as she seemingly had gone crazy and then he died and now he is alive again." Ari shook her head. "That is a lot to take in all in one day. I guess I just was stressed. Still stressed since we don't know how long it will take for him to get better." Ari leaned a little more against Fyre. "If Kai did that to Keith, who is so strong, she would have completely destroyed the rest of us." Ari shivered at the thought. "I honestly don't know why I am here. I woke up atop the waterfall here a few days ago now. It seems that most everyone here has had the same thing happen to them for the most part." Ari tried to wipe away the rest of her tears but they seemed endless.
Rai looked up at Crim as his voice changed her body fully resting against him. "Why so sad?" Rai took her free hand and placed it on one of Crim's. "What are you running from?" Rai's other hand stayed close to Keith as she watched him carefully. Keith still looked so weak, yet seemed to be acting strong. "Thank you for letting me use you as a pillow." Rai said as a quiet afterthought. Sayo had moved away from the camp. She needed to plan and see what she could manage to do. Even if Rai did give Keith her blood he would still be weak for a day or two. Sayo wandered around the woods for a while deep in thought. |
Keith turned his attention back to Izaradas. "Crying... is not weakness... Crying is showing... that you are strong enough... to care about something... and not afraid to show others... that pain..." It made more sense in his head, but he hoped that she would get the message. He was happy at least that she was smiling again, but watching her try to go back and 'hide' in a sense made him sad. He was much more attracted to the beautiful who was not afraid to show when she cared about something or someone.
Kiako looked at her son, speaking quietly. "It is up to him to pull through this. Giving him blood will do nothing if he does not have the will to survive..." Her voice was filled with sadness. She would do whatever was required to keep her son alive, but in doing that... Bard might lose the one person he has come to love. She prayed that Keith would find his own will to live. Tzipporah rested against him, still feeling the same attachment coming from Keith. Whatever it was that brought them together unified them through this. She did not feel his pain, but she felt his fatigue. She closed her eyes and rifted off into a light sleep. Padora nodded as she was being held. Her tears stopped falling as hard, and she began to calm down. She looked at him when her spoke her name. How had her known it? She had no idea. She paled eyes gazed up at him. In that instant she swore she could have seen him. Aiasha leaned in and stole a kiss from him. She didn't know why, but something in her told her it would be alright to do. She felt something strange with this man, like somehow she knew who he was. "I am Aiasha..." She whispered as she pulled away from the kiss. |
Fyre listened to her, afraid to touch her. As she moved closer to him, he moved his arm around her, pulling her in close to him. His body was always warm to the touch, much more than any other fae. Fire faes were hot blooded, and as a son of the royal bloodline, his was even hotter. He knew she needed this kind of comfort, it fit her. "Well, feel free to cry all you want then." He said, hating to see her tears, but knowing they needed to be shed. "The past can only hurt us. Home wasn't home after those events. I couldn't stay there and neither could Crim. So we took off. " Fyre explained.
Crim sat with her in his lap, his musical voice dancing. "Where we were just wasn't home anymore." He said. He watched her as she kept a hand near the fallen demon. He needed to be healed as quickly as possible, but he didn't think that Rai could take giving the demon blood right now. She was weak herself, if she gave too much she could slip into a coma like state. Izaradas bit her lip, her eyes threatening to spill tears. "I..I.." She stammered. His words rung with a truth, even through it was hard for her. Her face twisted into frustration, her hands fisted on the ground next to her. He could always make her show things she didn't want to. "Dammit, you make me reveal myself." She said as she rested her head on him. "I don't want you to leave me. I don't want you to hurt like this. I want you to be well again, to pull through this and live." She pounded the ground with her fists. Bard could hear her saddness. He rested his head on her, listening to her. He stood, lifting her with him. "Let's give him some space." He said, taking her hands in his. All of them being huddled around Keith wouldn't do him any good. Andre lifted Tzip in his arms as she slept. He looked at Keith and his sister. "Take care of each other." He said, then left them alone. He took Tzip closer to the hut, he laid them down. He held her close to him and watched her sleep. Shojiro looked at her as she lifted her head to him. He smiled, unaware if she could see him or now. "Feeling better?" He asked her, still holding on to her. He studied her face, knowing each curve of it. His eyes settled on her lips, he licked his without thinking. He had a strong desire to kiss her, to feel her lips against his. He wondered if they would feel like he thought they would. He held back of course, not waiting to take advantage of her. "Are you ok to walk back?" He asked after a moment of watching her. Kojiro was shocked by her kiss. He left him wanting more, so much more. He shifted slightly, unaware of what to do. "Have we met before, Aiasha?" He asked. He wanted to hold her, wanted to kiss her, he wanted in a way he had never wanted a woman before in his life. He turned his body towards her, feeling her heat against his, he reached out and touched her face. Her skin felt soft and silky under his fingers, he felt as if he felt it before. His heart began to pound in his chest, making it ache. |
Syn raised a brow as Keith noticed him lurking on the edge of the clearing. Wonder what he's so grinny about... The weird connection Syn had with Keith was only getting stranger by the minute. He stayed quiet, glad that only a few had noticed his presence. He growled softly as Keith caressed the female-- he couldn't figure out what specie's she was-- thing's cheek and then caught himself. What the hell. I don't even know the dude. And why the fuck do I care if he caressed some other girls cheek...? The anger that was blossoming in his gut from the girl beside Keith felt ridiculous.
Scowling once again, Syn looked away and went back to his previous thoughts. He needed to figure out what was going on in this luring forest before he was in too deep to survive, let alone get out. |
Ari smiled as Fyre wrapped an arm around her and pulled her close to him. The tears flowed freely now and she clung to him as her tears poured from her eyes, finally stopping after a minute or so. "Thank you for letting me cry on you." Ari was going to let go and sit back up but decided not to and clung to him still. "The past can only hurt you if you let it." Ari said quietly. "And I have learned that home is where your heart is. So maybe you just haven't found that yet. Hopefully you will find it soon." Ari smiled and looked up at Fyre. "If you ever need an shoulder mine is always avalible."
Rai smiled up at Crim and squeezed his hand with her. "Well maybe you can make a new home here." Rai forced herself up a bit and looked quietly and seriously at Kai. "Keith has a strong will to live. I can feel it." Rai managed to smile. "And when he decides to prove that then he can use my blood to get better." Rai nodded completely sure that Keith would be alright before laying back down in Crim's arms. "Besides, he is the strongest person I know. And being surrounded by all these people who care about him, how could he not choose to live?" Rai smiled a little and looked over at Keith. His affection for the elf woman and the boy who was standing at the edge of the woods apparent on his face. "Crim, what happened that made you run from home?" Rai left her hand near Keith once again and rested against Crim smiling as she relaxed against his warm body. |
Keith coughed. His broken body seared in an agonizing pain. He was becoming very tired. He wanted sleep, but was unsure if it was the best course of action for him. If he slept, would he wake up? He pushed that thought out of his head. He needed to live. He needed to be with Izaradas or Syn; he would choose which later. He needed to be there to explain what happened to Kai. And he needed to be there to properly meet with his sister. He wanted to hug and to hold her, and tell her just how long he has fought trying to find her once more.
Kiako looked back to her son, then turned an faced Bard, nodding her head. She knew that the name was write; Keith needed breathing room if he was going to heal. She took his hands and followed him where ever he lead her. As she walk her mind wandered. What would she do if Keith chose to not save himself? She would not allow it, but if it meant her life.. How would she tell Bard? She felt as though she had just been reconnected with someone she cared deeply about, what would he do if she decided her son's life was greater than her own? Would he stop her and allow him to die, or would Bard allow her to sacrifice herself and Bard be left alone? Tzipporah did not stir for quite some time. She was pleased that the first thing she saw upon opening her eyes was the deep purple skin of Andre. She gazed open his chest and turned her head so she could lightly kiss it. She was still groggily asleep, but the parts of her that had awoken wanted to feel his lips against her. She tilted her head up and looked to the man. Pandora shook her head. She didn't particularly wish to move from that location. She was quite content just sitting in Sho's arms. A small smile formed on her face and she gazed up at him. She wished she had her eyes; she wanted to see what he actually looked like. She raised her hand and allowed it to explore every fine detail of him face. She painted a picture of him in her mind, and smiled as she did it. She then brought her fingers to her lips, lightly kissed them, then moved them and brought them to rest upon his. Aiasha shook her head, even though she could have sworn to have met him previously. She leaned against his touch, moving her head just enough to be able to kiss the palm of his hand. Her normal short tempered and hot headed spirit was pushed aside for a moment as she took in every detail of this instant. |
Fyre smiled softly at her, there was a hint of saddness in his eyes. "I suppose you're right. I guess I keep letting it hurt me." He said, looking up at the trees above them. He wished he could see the sky, it felt like it's been so long since he had. He looked back her, the pain of his past seemed to fade as gaze upon her. He shook the thought from his head. He was just empathizing with the girl, he just met her. He had told himself never to allow another in his heart, it would only cause more pain. "Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I'll be here." He said, stroking her hair, brushing bits of it from her tear streaked face.
Crimson smiled at her. "I hope I do. It doesn't seem that the forest will allow anyone out." He said as he gazed about the camp. His golden eyes stopped on the drow woman who was in clear pain over the fallen demon. She was madly in love with him, yet she was fighting the feeling. Crim shook his head, knowing how she was feeling. "He will, I believe it." Crim whispered to her. When she asked why he ran, he looked away. He didn't know how to answer that question. How can he tell someone he ust met how he beloved Nali left him? How could he explained how he felt as if his life was not worth living, how he tried to kill himself. He merely shook his head at her. "Oh it's nothing." He said. Izaradas held him, resting her head on his shoulder. "Keith..." She whispered, letting him know she was there, will always be there for him, by his side. Weither or not he wanted her, loved her, she knew in her cold heart that had began to warm she loved him. She didn't know how or why it happened, but she had. She sighed, helpless, she hated that feeling. "What can I do for you?" She asked, wanting to do something for him. If she needed to give up her life, she would. Andre looked at Tzip, seeing her looking up at him. He smiled as he leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips. "Morning sleepy head." He said, brushing a few stray hairs out of her face. "How did you sleep, my love?" He asked her. He wanted to wait until she was ready to deal with the mess that was Keith. Bard lead her to their quiet spot where they had slept. He could tell there was a lot on her mind, he wanted to know what it was. He had a feeling it wasn't good, whatever it may be. He sighed, sitting down and pulling her into his lap. "What are you thinking about, Kiako?" He asked her, looking at her thoughtful and sad face. He had found his one and only and he didn't want to lose her. He had a feeling that he just might lose her after all, it tore at his heart. Whatever she needed to do to save her son he would stand by, he understood her need to save him no matter the cost to herself. He would do the same in her position, his boys were just as important to him as was his own life. He would gladly give his life to save them if that was what needed to be done. Shojiro smiled as she memorized his face, wondering how he looked in her mind's eye. "We can stay here then." He said. He lead her to a large branch that was low enough for them to sit on. He help her onto the branch and sat next her, his arms still around her. He held here for a moment longer without saying a word, feeling peaceful with her in his arms. She was delicate and small, yet there was a quiet strength about her. He felt like he knew all about her, yet she was still a stranger to him. "Who are you?" He asked finally after moments of silence. Kojiro smiled at her as she kissed his palm, moving his hand so he could touch her cheek softly. He pulled her in close, kissing her. He had a feeling that he would catch hell from her for it, as she seemed like the firey type. The type of girl he loved the most, but he didn't care if she hit him after he released her. He enjoyed the way heated desire seared through him starting from his lips and spreading all down his body. He moved his arms around her, needing her to be close to him. He pressed against her, inhaling her scent and memorizing her taste. |
Ari smiled as Fyre as he brushed the hairs from her face. The pull she had towards him was something she had never felt before. She wasn't sure what made her do it but Ari leaned forward and kissed Fyre's cheek. "Thank you for listening." Ari said with a smile. "And thank you for the offer." Ari had seen his gaze lift up to the tree cover. "If you want to see the sky, I know a place you can go." Ari smiled with her arms still wrapped around him. "And I can understand about the past being painful, but it is the past. The future is more important." Ari sighed a little thinking of her won past. "Sometimes having someone to listen can help heal that past. So I am here if you need me." Smiling Ari stood up and took Fyre's hand. "You seemed to want to see the sky. If we go to the top of the waterfall there is an area where the sky is open and you can see the stars." Ari tugged on his hand a little to get him to follow.
Rai watched Crim as she seemed awkward about why he ran. She frowned as he lied about it and had to look away from his face. "I see." Rai responded quietly as she watched Keith's form. If she could have gotten up she would have, but her body was to weak. She wasn't sure if she should tell him she knew he was lying or not but for some reasons it hurt her heart to know that he had lied to her. "The forest is enchanged and no one has been able to leave." Rai said as she attempted to plaster a smile onto her face. "Everyone has made camp here so maybe it would be best if you joined us. Safety in numbers and all." Rai sighed and presses a hand against her heart hoping that the pain would go away. Closing her eyes she willed her body to hurry up and get better. The one thing Rai couldn't stand was lies. It is his business, but it hurts that he wouldn't tell me, why? |
Syn stepped back into the shadows of the surrounding trees and went deep into thought. The only reason he was here was because there was no other option. If I am stuck here, with no purpose, then it would be illogical. If the only way out is to find out what exactly I am here for, then.... shit. Running his hand through his hair, Syn sighed in frustration.
Echo dropped like a bullet from high in the air, not sure exactly where she was falling in to. She didn't realize how easy it would be to fall from the Heavens quarters. Just a simple thought and "BANG" the ground disappeared from under her. Elated, she lessened her speed, spreading her iridescent wings out fully, and came to hover above a shimmering forest. Odd.... magic. Debating whether to continue to the trees below, she finally shrugged. Guess it really doesn't matter... She pulled her wings close to her back and fell straight down, landing silently on the forest floor. Syn glanced up slowly as a slight wind brushed across his face. Seeing nothing, he went back to his thoughts. I need a way out... this is getting ridicu-- Something caught the corner of his eye and he whipped back around, his instinct to grab the bow he no longer had. Fuck it! But before he could move... Her hand moved quickly to cover the young boys mouth, and she pulled him back against her. "Shhh.... hush little one." Echo snickered to herself, happy to find an adventure so quickly... |
Whispers looked up from where she was sitting and saw that Dream was in front of her. "I'm not sure what's going on. I had seen Ari but she looked preoccupied so I didn't want to bother her." She still looked exhausted and wasn't sure if she could get up from where she sat for a while. That dash back to the camp had taken alot out of her.
As she looked around she noticed a human boy suddenly being overtaken by a girl who had seemed to drop down from the sky. What the hell? Mustering her strength she tried to get up, and found herself staggering onto Dream. "I-i'm sorry. That run must have taken more out of me than I thought." She paused and looked over at the boy. "Hmm he doesn't look like that's exactly a willing position. Maybe we should go over and find out before something bad happens." |
Fyre smiled at her, stroking her cheek after she kissed him. He couldn't deny what he felt when with her, he couldn't block it out, no matter how hard he tried. She seemed to understand him better than any woman he had ever had. "I would love to see the stars." He said as she took ahold of his hand and tugged on him. "I miss the sky." He said, wondering what he was going to do with her. She was working her way into his heart, someplace he didn't want her to be. He kept telling himself that they'll remain friends, nothing more. All he did was repeat it in his head like a mantra.
Crimson smiled saddly at her, wishing he could share all he was with her. "I could tell this forest was under some sort of magic. I wonder what is the cause of it." He said. He rubbed her arms and shoulders, his hands warm on her skin. He could feel her saddness, it broke his already damaged heart. "I'm sorry, perhaps when we're someone less crowded." He whispered to her. He knew it would be the only way to make her feel better. He smiled at her, seeing how she was such a kind soul. He never thought he would meet a girl who felt strongly about the people around her. Her bravery and selflessness drew him to her, her kind heart and soft eyes were making him attracted to her. He knew this was all a dangerous game for him to play, but he couldn't help. He shook his head, his golden red hair swaying with the motion. |
Ari smiled softly as she stroked her check and then smiled as he followed her and she lead him to the path beside the waterfall and then up it still holding his hand. "You are going to love the view." Ari said smiling as she brought him next to the edge of the cliff where the waterfall was. The sky was completely open here and the stars were shining brightly. Her hand never left his and she squeezed it now as she looked up at the stars. "Beautiful isn't it?" Ari smiled at him brightly but could feel his slight unease. "I hope this cheers you up a little." Ari leaned slightly agains his side with her hand still holding his as she watched the sky quietly beside him.
Rai managed to keep a smile on her face as he talked at first and was slowly relaxing as he was rubbing her shoulders and arms with his warm hands. She couldn't be sure if he meant it when he said he would talk to her privately but she nodded. "You don't have to tell me if you are uncomfortable with it." Rai said turning her head a bit so she didn't have to look him directly in the eye, fearful that if she did she might lose her composure and cry. The saddness he was feeling seemed to become worse and the pain was heavy on her heart. Rai smiled as he seemed to be trying to shake thoughts from his head. "Can I ask what you are thinking?" Rai asked quietly as she watched his golden red hair swinging a little. "Your hair is such a beautiful color." Rai commented bluntly with a smile. Cyra was lost, completely and utterly lost. She couldn't have stayed where she was any longer but now she was lost in these woods without a clue where to go or how to survive. Panic gripped her as she worried about dying but even death would have been better than how she was living. She had been wandering in these woods for hours now and has still not come across an exit, tho she was thankful that once she had entered these woods that her followers had disappeared. In tune with people's thoughts she smiled a little when she heard a large gathering of people in her mind. At least there are other people here. Hopefully ones that won't try to sell me. Determined to at least find shelter and maybe food, Cyra headed in the direction the voices were coming from. The Pain is intense. But so is the relief and happiness. I hope I meet nice people this time around. Cyra continued onward hoping to find these people soon. |
