Val saw the girl, and the bottle she was holding almost lit up,
'uhhrr' hs gurgled sleepily at it with his eyeshalf closed and reaching out.
'W-water?' he said and jumped up, Running to the girl, when he got to her he sat down near her and crossed his leggs,
'Can i have some water?' he said, so thirsty his throut was sticking togther

Jessica watched him, and then suddenly he was running here. And then he was sitting across from her, only a few feet away. She nodded to his question and held out the water to him. After he took it, she went into the basket and grabbed two plates. She always brought extras incase she broke one. This was probably a good thing since now she had company. She wasn't going to make him go away without offering food, and he probably wasn't going to go away when she was the one with water to offer. She began to make a plate for him and herself. One of each thing. If anything you go back and get seconds, that'd always been her motto.

(Ahh sorry, I went afk then my PC died T^T)

Val watched in amazement after taking a few gulps are the cold water, she was setting out two plates. and putting one of everything on each, 'is that... for me?' he muttered and came closer,
He handed back the bottle and sat across from her on the blanket
'Hi' he said, 'Whats your name?' he was still sat cross legged and held his hand out to her

Jessica looked up at him from the plates she had just set. She bit her lip, a small blush forming on her cheeks. "Jessica...." She mumbled, histantly moving her hand towards him and sliding her hand in his. She shook his hand and then took her hand back. She picked up a plate and held it out towards him. "Here you go. I made them myself..." She told him, a small smile on her face.

(It's okay. I totally understand. :3 ^^)

'Ah' he said looking at them 'Are you sure?'
He didn't need an answer, SO after a few seconds he took the plate 'Wow, They look delicious...' he said picking one up and taking a bit
'mhmfhmh' she said and swallowed 'Wow they are really good!' he took another bite and said after swallowing another bit 'yeah, My names val. nice to meat'cha' he said winking and taking another bite

Jessica watched him, hopeful that he'd like them. But it turned out he really did. She cracked a grin happily. She always loved it when people liked the baked goods she made. It meant she was good at what she looked to do. She blushed a deeper shade of red when he winked at her. She nodded. "Nice to meet you Val..." She mumbled, looking down at her plate. She picked up a cookie and nibbled into it, her eyes sparkling. God did she love sweets.

Val took another cookie off his plate and ate some of it,
'So, you new? I havent seen you around here...' he looked at the cookie for a moment then took another bit, Then looked at her again, Waiting for an answer

Jessica should have guessed that Val would ask if she was new. Everyone could spot the new girl from a mile away. She nodded, nibbling her cookie. She swallowed. "Just finished moving yesterday." She told him. She saw a person walking their dog and she grinned. "Cute doggy!!!" She squealed to herself, making a huge effort not to run over there and pet the dog.

'Uh-' he said 'Where?' he looked around to where she was looking 'ahh... phew... Its not that close...'

Jessica blinked and looked at him, her eyes full of curiousity. "Are you scared of doggies?!" She asked surprised that he would be afraid of small little doggie. Or maybe he wasn't and it was another reason. Either way she was determined to find out.

'uhh' she said and blushed slightly 'Well i guess you could say that' he scratched his head 'Well...' he looked around 'I dont mind little dogs but i hate bigger ones... Even if its only a bit bigger than that...' he turned back around 'I got attacked by one, But the scars have mostly healed now' he frowned and bit the cookie

Jessica looked at him sympathetically. She let the subject rest now. Somehow she felt better around him. Less... Nervous. She bit her lip and her eyes widened with an idea. "Hey! Wanna play a game?!" She asked excitedly. She wasn't sure what game she wanted to play. But she wanted to play a game.

he looked up at her 'Uuh- sure, I guess...' he paused for a moment and looked at her,
'How old are you, anyway's?' he said, Tilting his head slightly

Jessica grinned and clapped her hands. She was beginning to think of a game to play when he asked how old she was. "16 and a half." She told him matter-of-factly. But she guessed he probably thought she was young. She wouldn't be surprised. She got that all the time. She blamed the boobs, but others said that it was also her child-like manner. It didn't really bother her all that much.

'Uhh- Oh realy? I thought you where like 14 or something. You do look young though...' he poked her cheek 'Oh yeah, Thought of a game?'

Jessica giggled, letting him poke her cheek. She definitely wasn't 14. Not anymore. That happened 2 and a half years ago and she wasn't going back. She shrugged. "We could play tag! Or 'Do Better'..... Or hide and seek....." She suggested liking the sound of tag the best. She nibbled on a red velvet cupcake, frosting getting on her nose. She wondered which one he liked best.

'Oh... Uhmmm, Im not so good at running.' he laughed 'Im realy realy slow... but we can play it if you like?'
He dident realy want to play tag, even though he was fine sitting with her like this he dident want to look like a weirdo...

Jessica frowned and shrugged. She didn't wanna play anymore. Now she knew he was slow, an slow wasn't fun. She got onto her knees and leaned forward, staring at him intensly, her face inches from his. She stayed like this, without talking for a couple of minutes. And then she saw a flower and jumped to her feet. "Ooo! Flower!" She skipped towards it and then bent down. She picked up the flower, wondering what kind it was.

val sat in shock 'what the heck?' he thought to himself, Then looked around to see what she had found
'uh- thats a Camellia,' he said.

Jessica looked at Val and then back at the flower. "A what?" She asked, wanting to know more. She came back and sat down next to him. She held the flower up, wanting him to tell her about this flower.

'Ah... Uhmmm...' He pulled out a small flower book and flicked through the pages. he read out an extract of the book
'Camellia, the camellias, is a genus of flowering plants in the family Theaceae. They are native to eastern and southern Asia, from the Himalaya east to Korea and Indonesia.... Wow, I'm surprised it here. Maybe its been planted here on purpose.'
