Adam slept until around 10am. He woke up and yawned and smiled a little as he heard Lean snoreing a little. He got up and opened the door then shut it He strenched out his body and looked around to see what was going on around here. He still had his leaf shorts on and he laughed then went to go off in to the trees to use the bath room.

Léan woke up a little after his companion got up. He stretched himself out, blinking blearily and attempting to regain his bearings. He was usually a little groggy in the morning. His stomach was rumbling, but he didn't feel like moving and finding something to eat...

Adam findly came back with some bananas and fire wood. He toss some more wood on the fire then smiled to Lean. "Good morning there. Can you eat these?" He pointed to one of the fruit.

Léan smiled at him and nodded, taking one of the offered bananas. "I have eaten them just once before...I don't remember how to eat them or how they taste." He yawned widely.

"You peal the skins off like this" He peal his then started to eat it. "Its easy huh?" Adam moved to sit near Lean and smiled to him. "How are you feeling now?"

"Better." Léan awkwardly peeled the peel off of the banana and nibbled at the top of it. He looked like he was feeling a lot better--his fever had vanished and he had a chipper look to him.

Adam watched Lean eat the banana. "How dose it taste?" He wonder how human food tasted to merpeople and wonder if it was ok to feed him food like this. But he just smiled because he seem to be ok as he ate it. "I'm happy your feeling better you had me worried."

Léan smiled and then took a bigger bite out of the banana. "It's good. Strange, but good..." He was silent for a moment, lost in thought. "When shall we do your lessons for today? I want to work on endurance today."

"Yeah after eatting sure, those I thought we were going work on defense. But yeah I think I need to build up my stamia to be about to make it that far away."

Léan nodded slowly, lowering his eyes and then looking back up at him. "I just want to see how far you can swim. Once you get too tired, I'll bring you back to shore."

"I trust you so I'll do that. We can do that." Adam ate his banana and started to eat another one. "Do you want more?" Adam offered Lean another he had picked a lot of them so that he would not have to hunt for a while.

Léan shook his head, feeling his stomach rumble a bit at the mention of more unfamiliar food. "It's best not to eat too much land food at once for me. My stomach is sensitive."

Adam nodded and laughed. "Got it have to get you some fish then or some thing less. When I am done with train you can go grab some food for your self or some before hand. I won't want the food to disagree with you."

Léan's tail flicked back and forth. "I will go and hunt fish for myself once we are finished with your endurance training for the day. I'm sure you will want to rest once I bring you back to land..."

"Yeah I am very sure about that too. I'll want to cuddle up and go to bed." Adam laughed. "Oh if i didn't tell you i made a sled so we don't have to use the leaf to pull you back and froth on. The sled will work alot better for that."

Léan tilted his head, curious about this 'sled.' "I do not know what a sled is...but if you say it will work better, I will trust you on that," he said, simply.

Adam pointed to the sled that had the wood still on it as he move to un load it. "this is the sled I used the kelp for a pull rope but I'm running out of Kelp for things. Think you might be able to find more later. I could really use it."

"I can certainly find more kelp for you," Léan replied, smiling. "...For now, however, I believe we should train...that way I will have to time to hunt for fish and kelp while you rest and recover from the training."

Adam nodded and got the sled ready for Lean. "Hop on lets see if this works out well." Adam changed his short to his swim short and hung up his leaf ones.

Léan expended some energy crawling up onto the sled--he slipped just once, thankfully. Once he was finally up on top of the sled he studied it with overly-curious eyes.

adam took the kelp rope that pulled the sled and out they went. It was easier to pull then the leaf and the ride was smoother. "What do you think of the sled?" Adam asked as he bought it just out of the waves reach but close enough for Lean to get off and move in to the water. "I think it would be better with wheels but i don't think it would work to well on the sand then,"

"It seems more efficient than the sled..." Léan mused, his brow furrowing a bit. "It rides smoother, as well..." He slid off of the sled and into the water, flicking his tail a bit to get it fully wet. His tail often peeled when it wasn't wet enough. "So...are you ready to start your lesson?"

Adam got fully in the water looking to Lean. "Yes." He started to swim out from the shore knowing full way Lean would be near him. "Ok so just keep swiming or do you want me going some where while we swim." He was better at talking and swiming now and he did not stop swiming.

"For now, just keep swimming. If we run into any humans, on a boat or something like that, you are certainly free to go with them." Something about the way Léan said that sounded like he would be saddened if Adam left so suddenly. "...I will just need to know exactly how to get to that freshwater lake near your home..."

"ummm i don't know how to tell you how to get there. I wish I had a map to give you." Adam said as he swam as far out as he ever had before and Lean could tell that Adam was getting nevers as he turn back seeing the lan getting really small.
