Adam quickly moved out of the water to the fire to dry off. "Let me see..." he thought about it. "It is said those songs lure boat man to there death they can't stop them self and end up crashing in to large rocks. that all I know about it and that there suppose to be the most beatiful songs you could ever hear." He smiled now that Léan mench it he remember the song a little. "I heard a song and I followed it.... was that song from you?"

Léan gave a slow nod. "Indeed. The Song Of The Siren is a very hypnotic thing for humans to hear...I tend to sing out of habit, to amuse myself. So, just in case..."

He moved closer to land, and then heaved himself up out of the water, crawling forward to sit on the other side of the fire. The fire made his scales sparkle, beautifully. "I will stay here. I don't want you drowning, trying to locate me while I'm singing."

"That thoughtful of you." Adam eyes roam over Léan's body alittle more seeing him out of water was a changed for him. "Are you sure your going to be ok out of the water? Plus near a fire.... Won't you dry out....I know you said you could could out of the water but are you sure?" He smiled to Léan because there was just some thing about him that made him want to be closer to the merperson.

"Oh, I'll be fine," Léan assured him, firmly. "Whenever I'm out of water, my scales peel...but they shed at least once every three months, so that's normal..." He seemed lazier...he was used to spending time in cooler waters, and rarely ventured down this far into more tropical waters. The warmth from the fire relaxed him.

"Oh good I was worried." He smiled. "I should finshed the house today that way if you decide to sleep on shore on evil birdy will try to eat you." he smiled. "Or those wild cats you say live up on this island." Adam soon started digging in the sand again and seting up the tree logs. Soon the left side was finished and he ised the Kelp to weave them all together. Then he started working on the front he left the middle area open from any of the logs so that they could get in and out. "Ok all walls up but now I have to make a door and places leaves on the roof to make sure that rain won't come in."

Léan watched him work absently. The sand seemed perfectly comfortable to him, seeing as he eventually laid down and sprawled himself out, unintentionally showing off his physique. Despite rumors passed around about merpeople, he did not seem to change out of water...in fact, it didn't look like he could change his appearance, and exchange that tail for legs...

Adam blushes a little seeing Léan's body all sprawled out. He was very hansom as adam eyes roam over him. He tried not to look to hard those because ever time he did not his heart race a little more. Adam tried to fouse on the house he need it more then ever if he was going protect Léan the man or merperson who saved his life. Adam took a few smaller logs and tighted them together tightly for a door then place it aganist it frame. He used Kelp to tie it to on end and made the door swing open like a hing. He left some room at the top of the door for a window to look out from but it was not that big. He tied a other piece of kelp to the other side of the door so at night he could lock the door in away.

Léan noticed his blush, and was rather curious...but for now, he left it alone. He would approach the issue if Adam brought it up...or if it got out of hand somehow. He watched as Adam continued to work, seemingly interested in the way he was building the house. Most merpeople lived in caves or homes crafted of rock or hard sand.

Adam broughed in leaves and soft grass in to the house to make two soft bed for them. Then left to tie the really big banana type leaves to the roof of the house. After that he gather more and used them all over the house until the outside look like a big green pant. He smiled and gather a lot more wood and pulled it in to the house. He wanted to be ready just incase it rained. He moved to the door and tied it shut and smiled. Once all of that was competed Adam laid down on his grass bed with the huge leaf. He rolled it up to make a pillow then tied it to make it hold it shape. He then made another and place it on the other bed. "All done this should hold up nicely."

Léan nodded slowly. He felt a bit confined here, but that was because he was nomadic, and often slept out in big, open places.

He curled himself up on the makeshift bed, scooting around to get comfortable. When he finally settled down into a cozy position, he hummed in a contented sort of way. "All right..."

Adam yawned. "Sleep well Léan" Those he was liking the sound of the humming it was nice and smoothing. Adam pulled up his towel and toss a few more logs on to the fire to keep it going at night he had to make sure it would hold up because if it went out he was not sure he could start it again. Adam rested his head on the leaf pillowed and looked up at the roof of the house wondering if he would be able to keep the rain and wild animals out of it.

"Good night." Léan curled up tightly, into a compact ball, and easily began to drift off to sleep. He was a paranoid person, but felt perfectly safe at the moment. Fire drove away land creatures, anyway...there was no need to worry.

Adam soon felt asleep next to the nice warm fire but not to close covered up bu his towel. Rain clouds soon moved in over the tiny island and open up. The sound of water hitting the leaves of the roof of the make shift house could be hear. Some spot did leak through but not badly and not enough to really wake any one up.

Léan did not stir throughout the night. He was usually a deep sleeper. He had another habit, while he slept--he often sang in his sleep, soft little notes...barely audible to anyone who wasn't within a six-foot radius of him.

Tonight, he did not sing. He was in too deep of a sleep, and was not dreaming or doing anything to provoke such a reaction out of himself.

Morning came but the rain was still coming down fairly hard out side. Even the sand inside the house was turning to a moist mud but the grassy and leave beds kept the pair from sleeping in the mud. Adam yawned as he slowly woke up and rolled on to his back looking at his roof it was helding up nicely he thought but could use some more work. He toss another log on the fire to keep it nice and warm and light in the house he had made. His hand touch the muddy sand and he sighed. He realiaze he did not making a floor to keep the sand around them dry.

Léan loved the feel of wet sand against his skin. He did not mind it. The scales on his tail had not started to peel--one of the leaks had opened up over his tail, and had managed to keep it nice and wet enough that he didn't start to shed.

He was still asleep when Adam awoke, chest rising and falling in a synchronized manner.

Adam turned and looked at Léan to see if he was awake or not. But when he looked over there his heat raced a little fast. even when he slept he looked wonderful. Adam didn't want to look away he had never seen any one like Léan was that because he was a merperson or was there some thing else there, Adam did not know.

Léan could be pretty oblivious when it came to emotional attraction. Physical attraction...he could tell the signs of that. Seeing as he had never had any sort of emotional attraction to someone, it was rather difficult for him to understand when it was happening. He stayed sound asleep.

Adam made his make shift bed up then went to look out side. He open the door and he could tell it was very rainy out he wanted to get some food for the two of them. But he stopped all he had seen Léan eat was sea food. How was he going to go get that. Adam closed the door and laid back on his bed and stared at the roof he would have to wait until Léan wake up and ask him about the plant that was edible on this island.

Léan woke up about ten minutes later, stirring comfortably from his sleep from where he was laying. He yawned, widely, and then sat up, the very end of his tail where his long fins were flicking back and forth. "Mmm..." He tensed a bit, glanced around, and then relaxed.

"I am not used to waking up on land," he muttered, absently.

Adam looked over to Léan when he mutter some thing. "Umm what did you say?" Adam smiled happy over to Léan. "Good morning." He sat up and lightly leaned against the wall to watch Léan and his tail. He was still amazed how it looked after a night on dry land. "Ummm.. so I guess the league was wrong about merpeople." He mutter to him self.

Léan yawned, softly, and stretched himself out just a bit more. "I said that I am not used to waking up on land," he repeated, wearily. "I am a bit out of my element, so forgive me if I act a little strange for a bit..."

He sat up more, shaking his hair out--there was sand in it, left over from when it had started drying...from the water. "Do you want me to head out and fetch us some food?"

Adam smiled. "Oh was that all. Maybe if you sleep move out here I could dig deeper in the sand because below it you useally find water so that you could sleep in a water hole on land. How dose that sound?" He happily smiled then paused a little. "That would be nice but I was going to try to make food for us but I didn't know what you ate before fish so I was stump on how to catch them with out fishing line." He sighed. "I want to help to but I don't know how too."

"Harpoon," Léan suggested, quietly. It was the most effective way to catch fish, for abandoned humans...he'd seen them use harpoons before. Harpoons were also used underwater to catch bigger fish...like sharks. "I don't know how the 'water hole' would work out. When do you want to continue your lessons?"

"After we eat so we have the engery to move around." Then he paused. "but I don't know how to make one of those..." he sighed but smiled. "Well your gone i'll dug the hole and if there isn't water in it i will fill it with water just for you while your catching breakfast for us. Its the less I could do to make you comfty."
