Castle Oblivion

The blonde Nobody let out a soft sigh as he relaxed on his bed, his Sitar laying across his lap. There wasn't much of anything to do today; he was rarely given any missions of actual importance, and the ones he did receive were usually just quick recon or intel missions that only ate up maybe an hour or so of his day. The sheer boredom and lack of activity seemed to bore into his head and etch itself into his furrowed brow - he couldn't take it. A few more minutes of just laying on his bed and staring at the ceiling and he was going to go bat-shit insane. It just wasn't fair! If only Xemnas would give him more opportunities for him to prove himself to him as well as the rest of the Organization, then he would surely receive more praise, along with missions of greater interest and importance. Sure, he nearly screwed up every mission he'd ever been given, but he was bound to succeed one of these days, right? And when that day arose, he wanted nothing more than to make sure all the other members saw it and recognized him for his incredible talent that... was there somewhere.

With a quiet groan, he forced himself to roll over and reach for his cell phone on his dresser next to his bed when it began to ring. He blinked and looked at the screen, seeing it was a text message from Axel. "Hmm? What's this about?" Curiosity bubbled over him as he clicked the button to open up the message, and read what it said:

Dealing with stuff, so take my mission. Simple recon. I'll owe ya.

Demyx nearly flailed out of his bed in sudden excitement - taking up one of Axel's missions?! He always got the good stuff! He doubted it was just a simple recon mission, otherwise he would have probably gotten stuck with it instead. Aha! Maybe this was his chance to really prove himself! He immediately texted back and got the details for the mission. Apparently there was some sort of powerful Heartless detected in Hollow Bastion and he would have to try and scout out the place to find it. How cool was that?! He wondered what it might be like - if it was powerful enough to demand action from the Organization, it must be pretty big! Was it like a giant dragon? Or some 50ft monster like in those old movies?! The mystery of this Heartless, and the fact that it was now up to him to find it, just added to the excitement. He quickly pulled on his black coat and fixed his rockstar-quality hair before leaving. "Off to Hollow Bastion!"
