Meara blinked some at this information though slowly looked to her Sire then back to Angel hessitently then nodded as then started walking twords the man. The man looked over his shoulder a bit though not enough to see both of them coming... just Meara. "Hello little Meary(Me-er-y)" the man smiled warmly and that let his teath show some. "Sire.... Kaji...." she whispered quietly then looked to Angel for a second worriedly then back to her Sire.

He told her on the way that he even heard rumors of demons to stop growing after reaching 20. He looked at her sire wearily. He didn't know what to do, so much has changed, and he didn't know hoe he would react to Angel. |
(A sire for a young changed vampire is the one who changes them... Meara was not born a vampire she was changed XP I didn't know either until I rped with one of my friends and she told me XP )
Kaji turned fully then stared at Angel. "Meary! Get away from him!" he said sturnly though abviously out of worry and care for the girl. "No Sire... Angel isn't a bad guy... believe me... I thought defferently at first... though even as me and when I was out of it he still did not try anything... he will not harm either of us..." Meara said softly though respectfully to her sire and he nodded then gestured for her to come to him... she did. He then pulled her into a warm hug and she started crying some. He just smiled sadly and rubbed her back... it was almost like a father doubter thing... or even more like a brother sister thing.... |
"It's good to see you agan too Kaji." ANgel says kindly. "I have changed my profession." He doesn't know if he'd believe that, but he hoped he would. This reminded him of last night when she cried on his shoulder, he didn't mind it then ,now it made him feel kind of lonely, he tried not to think o that.

Meara soon pulled back and sighed. "He won't hurt me... he won't hurt either of us... if he were goint to hurt or kill me he would have already done it by now..." she sighed looked up to Kaji though smiled some at him. She then took a few steps back bowing respectfully before going back to Angel's side and smiling kindly and reasuringly at him showing him that she wasn't going to leave her friend for her Sire. "Where have you been for these long 75 years?... I never cought your sense or scent anywhere around here." she asked quietly and the man chuckled some.
"I've been in and out of the area... looking for you though never found you... and where have you been?" he asked calmly and Meara smiled. "I'm in the small town just east of here... I had stopped looking after the first or second year... I couldn't take it anymore so I just stopped thinking that you were dead..." she said quietly and Kaji nodded. "And how did you come across my little Meary?" he asked Angel calmly though watching the man almost weary of his actions. |
"I was hired to kill her, but when I came to seeing her, I couldn't, even when this side of this special vampire tried to kill me, I couldn't, I used pressure points to protect myslef and knock her out, then when Bara came about I started to be her friend in a truthful way." he starts to explain. "And we are friends, I'm going to start to look for a job in the small town and build a cabin in the woods, and finally settle somewhere, and see an old friend, i haven't seen in years, she's another demon, and we used to hang out a lot." he realzed he started to babble from nerviousness. He felt a bit weary of being so close to an old target. He walked over closer and held his hand out. "I did miss you too, I know it sounds weird, but I have." he says to Kaji.

Kaji nodded as he listened to Agnel thinking some... and at first Meara almost growled at his thoughts... though then calmed some. Kaji looked at Angel for a long moment before nodding and shaking his old enimies hand. "I suppose I should accept and be fine with this... seeing how Meara seems to have taken a liking to you... why is beyond me though I have never fully understood her... and I changed her." the man chuckled some and Meara pulled down one of her eye lids and stuck out her tongue at him. "Don't make me come over there and bite it... you know I will." he smirked and as quick as she could Meara pulled her tongue back in and shook her head. "No thanks I wish to keep my tongue thank you very much." she huffed lightly.

That got him thinking. "What would happen if you tried to change a demon, out of pure curiousity." he asked Kaji, stepping back to where Meara was. He was really curious now that he thought of it.

"Hm... well... it would pretty much be the same prosses... still just as painful... though the demon wouldn't loos their powers... just gain new ones... though also the problems that come along with being a vampire... they might also be just a little harder to tame... sometimes not... sometimes they're easier..." Kaji said trying to figure out what he was getting at... he could already live such a long time... so there would be no real reason for him to be a vampire. Kaji then looked at Meara who had twitched some at the mention of the pain and smiled a bit appologeticly.

"I didn't know that, I've spent so much time killing them I never found out, it's nice to know things, and hopefully befriend vampires too." he says. "I'm not getting at anything, although it would be nice to be a vampire, maybe in the future." he also did want to know. "Do you know if the rumors about demons, after they hit 20 that some will stop aging?" he asked Kaji curiously.

Kaji chuckled a bit at his comment about wanting to be a vampire. "Maybe when you're alot older..." he chuckled some then heard Angel's other question. "I'm not sure... some do some don't. With vampires, depending on the type, can stop aging completely when they are changed... others stop at adulthood... some get to choose when they stop like I did... and some can even go between ages and shift as they please... it all depends." he said still thinking some.

"Yeah, maybe, I am 18 already." he says. "I bet you don't know how demons age exactly, do you?" he did want to know what he knew about that.

"All demons age differently... you seemed to have aged nicely... though I don't know what pace you have been going at... you yourself would have to keep track of that." Kaji said as he looked over Angel for a moment then looked to his still rather young "offspring". "See Meary here is a good example of what I had just told you... she hasn't aged a day since then... the only thing that changes is her hair, skin, eyes, and nails... those still grow and can change." he commented gesturing to Meara's appearence with a small grin as she scowled at him.

ANgel saw what he meant. "I have, and my mind is growing at a more than human rate too, I'm very clever, but I wasen't clever enough to get you, in which I am glad." he says. "Otherwise we wouldn't be here talking like this." He knew of what the vampire spoke, and it was all true. "All beings are different." he knew this all too well. He summoned some fire and let it warm him, covering his hands and arms, no harm to anyone. "I like being able to charm the elements, it comes in handy."

"Nice! Can I rost some marshmellows now?" Meara grinned teasinly as she looked at Angel's arms and was tempted to poke one of them to see if she could actually feel it... though she thought better of that and didn't. Kaji chuckeled a bit at this amused by Meara's statement.

"If you wish to, it won't hurt you as long as it's on me." he assures her. "Or how about a picnic with the three of us? I'm sure we can make it equal if Kaji so wishes." he says smiling.

"Kaji doesn't like eating he says he might get fat." Meara said in a tounting tone stikking her tongue out at her sire who chuckled at this. "I would not mind joining you... though she is right, I do not eat human food... I find no use for it." he chuckled some as Meara mocked him a bit by copying him while she thought he wasn't looking. He then walked up to her and clipped her on the head some... it didn't really bother her it just made her yelp some then whimper at him a bit.

He laughed softly at they're friendly encounter. He let the fire go out and back into his arms, seeping in. "I see, well your company will be good too." Angel says kindly.

"Okay then, how about we go to that spot by the lake Bara wanted to picnic at?" Meara smiled some though Kaji seemed a bit confused at the name. "Don't worry I'll explain that later." Meara promised with a smile and Kaji nodded quietly.

"Yes, it is quite interesting really, I didn't get it reading her file either." Angel says smiling Kindly at Kaji. "I do hope that we can come to be friends?" Angel inquired of Kaji.

"Maybe" kaji smirked as they got to the sight where Bara had wanted them to be. "I'll be right back... Kaji don't start anything... Angel would you mind setting up?" Meara asked smiling some before walking off a bit. "What is she up to?" Kaji muttered as he whatched his "ofspring' walk off though to wher? he hure as heck didn't know.

"Sure." he says laying the stuff out for the picnic. "Bara is probably going to come back in her place." he says guessing. "She is the first reason why I decided i couldn't kill her, then Meara showed that she can be human, and I just couldn't, when i did hunt vampires, since I met you, I started judging wheather they deserved to die or not, I felt it to be fair." he explains to Kaji.

"And what exactly... or who exactly is 'Bara'?" Kaji asked calmly and a bit curiously as his gaze landed again on Angel though he seemed to have lowered his guard... that was rare for him... though seeing Meara and that she was calm around this man made him realize that there was no threat here so he could calm himself.

"She is a a human side of Meara." he explained. "She is about the opposite of her actaully, and she will eat human food." he hoped that would explain some. "It's hard to explain until you meet Bara in person." he finished.

"Okay.... well really Meara eats human food... I did say that there were different types of vampires... she didn't get that from me though alot of changed vampires tend to want to eat human food and eventually they need it." Kaji commented then turned his head some when he heard Bara coming back up.
Bara looked a little meak and bewildered... Meara had left her to face her sire... whom hadn't even known she ever even existed. She was then a bit better when she saw Angel and smiled some. |
