Aine bit her lip as she saw what she ment. "Your right Jill." She said as she looked at her. "Should i wit till tommorrow?"

Nick looked at aine. "I have soe deer meat in my bag if we need it." He said with a smile.

Jill nodded at them both "i think waiting would be wise... it will soon be dark"

Jake remained quiet as he silently began to shiver from the cold "st...stayings a better i...idea"

Aine turned and looked at him. She ran back to her back pack and pulled out some blankets. "Hear," She said and handed it to nick. "So he wont get cold."

""Nick took it and placed it on jake. "We need to get a fire started." He said looking at her. "We can use some of the wood you didnt use for the hut."

Jake felt the blanket start to walm him up "th...thank you" he said as he stopped shivering

Jill walked over to Jake and sat next too him "i will keep gaurd, once the fires up you two should get some rest"

Aine nodded and went to grab some wood. "Well mr, elf are you helping?" She asked as she held up some wood for him.

Nick smiled and grabbed it and placed it around an open space. "We should dig a hole in the gound or something." He said to aine as she placed some wood down.

"I get the hole you get the wood?" She asked as she shifted into a wolf and started digging a hole.

Nick nodded and went to get more wood as aine dug a hole as afast a she could.

Jill sat watching she was smiling as she looked at the wood "and i shall light the fire" she said happily

Nick looked at jill. "After we place it into the hole." He said as aine floped down in front of him wheazing.

"Hole... done.." She said out of breth.

Nick smiled and peted her ears and started placing the wood into the hole. "Thanks aine. this is a good hole." He said as he turned back to aine and saw her sleeping as a cat. he wonder over and picked her up and walked back to the other to. "Okays kill your on." He said witrh a smile.

Jill stood up smiling "ok then... lets try this out, i have used fire for 100 years" she said as she walked over to the wood, she breathed in as much as possible, she then released the air in a blast of flames "fire sorted

Nick smiled as he watched the fire. "Thats im pressive" He said as he petted kitty aine.

Jill giggled a bit "thank you" she said as he sat a bit further way from the group "now you must rest too, i will see you in the morning" she said as she watched the fire

Nick placed Aine besieds Jake as she purred besied him and got up and wondered over to Jill. "Nah, I have enough energy to last a while." He said with a smile and sat besied her.

Jill smiled at him and then she looked back into the fire "atleast i found three people who arn't afraid of me or trying to kill me" she sighed a bit

Nick smiled at her and then looked at the fire. "Who would want too kill a cute thing like you?" He asked her.

Jill blushed as she looked at him "are you kidding? im hideouse, just look at me, i have scales insted of skin" she said try to hide her blush

Nick laughed. "So?" He siad. "Aine changes into animals, and jake gose like balloon." he smield and started to play with her hair. "Your skin is more intresting then anything." He said in a flirty tone.

Jill listened to his compliment, she blushed more as he played with her hair "thank you... i do have to say your are the handsomest and kindest elf i have ever seen in my 5000 year life" she said and giggled shyly

Nick laughed again. "5000 years?" he siad. "Your as old as my mentor is."

Jill didn't know where that was good or bad "but 5000 is young for ny kind" she said as she turned around "and im sure im not that much older then your handsom self"

Nick smiled. "You a good 1000 years older then me." he said. "Im 4991 years old."

Jill looked down a bit "oh... thats... good" she said as she knew he would clearly not love her, she would have to continue her search for love in the morning "ok then"

Nick senced he struck a nerve. "Okays so whats the deal spill?" He siad looking at her. "Do you thinkim too much of a kid?"

Jill shook her head still looking down "i know you feel im too old, most of the other elfs and half breeds did... i don't think i will ever find someone in my hunt"

Nick laughed again. "Well I dont think you look that old. Or seam that old." He said and placed a hand on one of her scales. "they are quite beautiful." He said petting them.

Jill listened to him as she blushed more and more of her scales turned red "thank you" she said hiding her face

He touched her cheek and getly carssed it. "Sorry im making you blush." He said softly.
