SUPERHEROES!!!!!! :D

My character:

Name: Evelyn Farr
Superhero name: Miserere (means to take pity on, or to have mercy)
Age: 17
Appearance: Waist length blonde hair, gold flecked purple eyes. Slightly below average height, slim.
Outfit: purple corset/top, black trousers, black hairband
Personality: shrewd and quick-thinking, she isn't afraid to tell the truth (whether it hurts or not). While she can be seen to be cruel sometimes, she can be very sensitive to others' suffering. Has a huge weakness for kittens.
Abilities: She can enter the minds of other people and mess around with them. She can plant ideas, spot weaknesses and do mental damage. While in this state her own body and mind are weak and prone to attack

My character.

Ordinary name: Selene Lunaria
Superhero name: Aquila
Age: 17
Appearance: cropped shortish black hair with blue streaks, matching colour eyes, pale skin and slightly shorter than average but the wings make up a bit height wise, slim and athletic build, good for speed.
Outfit: dark blue backless top that the upper half is supported by straps that wind around the neck with black and silver detail, made out of leather mostly with built in armour. Knee high black boots with a slight heal and steel capped and black gloves to the elbow. Black skirt with slits in the side to provide manouverability when fighting and a belt around the waist to carry extra weapons if needed.
Personality: slightly synical but not all the time and tones it down when around friends. Loves to fly on cloudness nights, especially with the moon around and loves large dangerous animals, good at planning strategies and traps. Can't resist the opertunity to scare someone or pull a prank or two.
Abilitites: Retractable black wings which extend from the back and are quite big to allow them to lift her weight and allow for when she's carrying passengers. The outer feathers are able to harden and she can release them to act as darts or needles to attack the enemy. Likes close combat when wings are not out, prefers short bladed weapons. If the wings go unused for a while then it is more painful to sumon them and it takes longer. She can swim but not very well and can't go down too deep into water.

Superhero name : Zia (means Light)
Age : 17
Appearance : Short black hair with emo fringe that covers one whole eye, black eyes. Slim, sexy, has terrible eye scars
Outfit : wears flash glasses to protect herself from the mirror flashing and to hide terrible eye scars no one has ever seen. Tight skinny jeans, converse shoes, bust enhancing top and a unbust enhacing jumper that doesnt match but is bright and colourfull and happy XD
Personality : happy, bubbly but when it comes to photography she's all serious and loves her work. Kind but can be evil towards evil
Abilities : constantly carries a special camera. It is irresistable to look at if pointed at you, when the flash goes it blinds you for ten minutes and the distance calculator (red light) is a burning laser. The camera controls allow her to toy with gravity.

Evelyn woke up in the morning as usual, got dressed and had breakfast. She left the house for a jog, arrested three muggers, and prevented 3 traffic accidents. She then went to a cafe for lunch. A normal day. And a boring one too. She brought out her mobile phoen and speed-dialled the contact listed as "Aquila".

Today seemed to be a normal day. She'd woken up, had a shower, got dressed then headed to work at the local forensics lab to start her early morning shift. She'd just finished analysing a blood spatter pattern when she heard her phone going off. She peeled off her white gloves before grabbing the phone from her lab coat pocket and checking the caller ID. She answered quickly.
"Hey," she said into the phone. "How's your day been so far?"

Quinn just got out of her shower when her mobile phone vibrated on the sink, she grabbed it and answered, "Hello Speaking with Light productions of photography, how can i help you?"
"Ah Quinn... we need you at the office in like 2seconds!! hurry there's a great new photoshoot to happen at Town Square, animals fashionistas etc... please?!" It was her boss, Henry, asking her too work on her day off... as usual.
"And how come you didn't tell me this earlier? like really i mean Henry this is my day off..." she heard Henry sigh,
"You know your the best photographer i have and this is like major important... please? Double pay?" he always talked in such a best friend talking way no boss worker relationship kinda way... it was rather amusing.
"Alright alright im on my way, meet you there in 15min." she didnt want to here the end of it so ended the call and jumped in her usual daily outfit, grabbed her keys, and camera then headed out to her 4x4 newland cruiser.

"Boring," sighed Eve, sitting back in her chair. "I seriously need to get a job. But anyway, are you free for lunch? I'm just down the road from your work. I was gonna phone Quinn too."
She sipped her smoothie (she loved fruit juice - it beat coffee any day) and looked around the cafe. Everything was perfectly in its place, and extremely dull.

She glanced at the clock and realised with a start that it was fifteen minutes past time for her lunch break.
"I'll be there in..." she checked the clock again quickly "about ten minutes. Just give me the name of the place and I'll be there. And besides," she added as an afterthought. "You've already got a job haven't you?"

"A paid job," Eve corrcted herself. "The Corner Cafe on May Street, I'll order you something I know you'll like, K?"

"Sounds good," Selene replied. "C'ya there." She quickly disconnected the call before stuffing her phone into her bag which rested on a small side table and then removed her lab coat, carefully hanging it up on the hook provided. She then wiped down all the surfaces she'd been working on before signing herself out and making her way down to the cafe. She passed a couple co-workers on her way but didn't stop to talk to them, just nodded at them if they said "hello" or "hi" or some other variation. She reached the small cafe and spotted Evelyn's long blonde head of hair. Currently her friend was facing away from her and she smirked, tiptoeing closer and made sure that she wasn't heard, being as quiet as possible before leaning down and whispering in her friend's ear.
"Boo!"

Quinn parked her cruiser two block away from the chaotic dog show on at Town Square. Checking both camera were intact and carefully placing her special one at the bottom of her backpack she made her way to the scene.

She met Henry just outside the main area, "Hey" she smiled at him and held up her camera with its new flashy telephotolens she'd bought a week ago over the internet and had arrived this morning, "I meant to experiment with it today ... day off and all but you called so i'll test it here."

"Sure, listen some dodgy guy has entered the show with his gorgeous poodle... he seems very... anyway keep an eye on him for me kk? and be careful." Henry touched her arm gently, it sent a pleasant shiver down her back.

"Whatever mom" Quinn smiled and took off in the opposite direction, she instantly noticed the poodle with his master... Snoopdog... "I thought he was in jail..." she murmured to herself.

You see all three Quinn, Evelyn and Selene were what you would call hereos... good heroes. They had chosen to use their powers to help humanity and save people's lives. Everybody accepted them and looked up at them but then you had other hereos... which do not deserve to be called hereos... who chose the bad side. Or rather they chose to work in small groups or solitary to try and reign the world. Many years ago Snoopdog had done a nasty trick trapping the three heroes and tried to take over the city and spread out. It ended pretty gruesomely and he had been put in jail... and obviously was out again.

Quinn grabbed her cell phone and dialled the combined number that would call both Evelyn and Selene at the same time so they could have a threeway conversation, "Guys, Town square east far side. In 5minutes. We have a visitor." then she hung up and swapped her cameras round, this was going to be needed.

Evelyn jumped, both at what Selene had said and as her phone suddenly went off. She could hear Selene's phone too. She answered it.
"Guys, Town square east far side. In 5minutes. We have a visitor."
It was Quinn - and there was trouble. With a grin, Evelyn stood up and ran from the cafe, leaving her bag behind. There was nothing of any real value in it anyway... all she wanted was an escape from boredom. And her escape was finally here.

Selene heard the mesage and wasted no time in following Evelyn from the cafe, not paying any attentiopn to the few waiters and other people that stared at them or shouted questions at them.
"That definitely didn't sound good," she gasped out as she ran beside Evelyn. "We shouldn't just charge in there though, there's a small side entrance to the square on the north side, we can enter there then find Quinn."

With her camera zoom right up to Snoopdog she watched him closely as he walked round chatting to people and walking his dog. There was something not quite right about the way the dog moved... a little too... robotic?
She gasped and focused on the dogs eyes then switchted to special vision which allowed her to see inside electrical things.
The dog looked normal until she passed over the eyes, the wires crossed everywhire and a little light blinked on and off... rhytmitically... as in every second.
"Shit" she cursed under her breath... this was bad really bad... if the dog really was what she thought it was then the other two better hurry everyone's dead.

As they neared the square Selene grabbed Evelyn's hand and dragged her down a side street and then turned left and then right, winding her way through the back alleys until finally they emerged near the far right corner of the square. Selene began scanning the massive crowd, her eyes searching everywhere trying to spot her friend.

There were dogs everywhere. Literally, everywhere. And they were all different shapes and sizes. Evelyn wasn't really a dog person, so she didn't know the names of any of the breeds, but she could tell that these dogs were there to be shown off. All of their coats were glossy and clean, and they walked almost delicately, like proper canine celebrities.
She scanned the crowd and caught sight of Quinn's black hair. She pulled Selene towards her.
"What's up?"

Selene took her eyes off the crowd as she was pulled towards Quinn and instead looked at the many different breeds of dogs. Her eyes widened as she saw a Shiba Inu and a Hisky cross walking by them to the left. It'wa gorgeous with a white and lght grey fur coat and bright blue eyes. It looked so much like a wolf pup. She forced herself to look away from the dog as they continued towards Quinn and had managed to pull herself together as they reached their camera weilding friend.
"We got your message and came straight over," she added after Evelyn had spoken. "Who were you talking about earlier?"

Quinn registered her two friends presence but had to keep an eye on Snoopdog so she didnt look at them, "Snoopdog... and he's got a new gadget, a robot-poodle." she refocused her camera and cursed, "I've lost him out of sight... too many people here."
She looked at her friends, "We gotta do something cause this dog aint no ordinary dog.." she leaned into them and whispered very quietly, "it's a bomb"

"Snoopdog's here? And he's got a bomb?" Evelyn shuddered. She remembered the last time Snoopdog was at large - it had not been pretty. Not pretty at all. "OK, we'll need to act fast... do you think we should get them to call of the event?"

"Oh...shit," Selene summed up in two words. "How did he...never mine." she dismissed the thought and began to think, glancing around to all the exits and escape routes around the square. "Somehow we need to get everyone out without starting a mass panic and allerting Snoopdog that we're onto him...calling the show off will just make him use the bomb...somehow..." Her eyes caught sight of a poodle but as she quickly glanced at the owner it wasn't him. There were so many dogs around...
"Wait a minute..." a plan was forming. Preened and pampered as they were these were still dogs so...
"Hey Evelyn, Quin," she said, smirking slightly, "Either of you know where we can get some cats?"
