"Promise"Axel said. Sora followed after him. He hoped that Riku wouldn't noticed he wasn't Roxas, he probably would force them to switch back. |
Roxas hesitated before sighing. "Alright... Fine.. Just don't drop me." he said. He moved away from the trunk of the base and unwillingly slid out of the tree. He wasn't high enough to die from the drop. Probably break a leg or something though.
Riku glanced back at him. "You okay? You are normally more talkative once you leave the castle walls." he said. |
" I won't" Axel said. He lifted out his arms, and when Roxas dropped from the tree, he caught him. " Hey Roxy" He said with a grin. " Oh, sorry was just thinking" Sora said. Well being more talkative was easy, but about what. Being Roxas wasn't all that easy, specially when he kept finding Riku to be hot. |
A light blush spread acoss Roxas face and he could feel his heart pounding. He knew it was because of the drop and not because of Axel....... At least, that's what he's telling himself.
Riku raised an eyebrow. "Really? About what?" he asked, curious. |
Axel looked at Roxas in confusion. " So do like heights?" He said. He held him for a few more seconds before setting him down. Some strange emotion was stirring in his chest when he had caught Roxas. " Well come on lunch time" He said. Sora blushed slightly" Nothing nothing. Just rethinking my lessons today" He said lying. |
Roxas nodded and headed back to Sora's house. "No.. I don't really like heights..." he said, feeling kinda dizzy when Axel put him down.
"Really? Then why are you blushing?" Riku asked with a teasing tone. |
" Ah, well then you might want to avoid tree climbing." He said. " No reason" He said. |
"I didn't know I was afraid of heights until after I was in the tree." Roxas said, crossing his arms across his chest.
Riku thought for a second before turning to face Sora. "You sure?" he asked. |
" Well it's happens. Sit at the table, I'll bring you your lunch" He said. " Yeah course I am" He said. |
Roxas nodded as he sat at the table. "What're we having?" he asked.
Riku thought for a second before taking a step closer to Sora so he was standing right in front of him. "Then why did you blush when I was so close to you earlier?" he asked, tilting Sora's chin up with one finger so he could look him directly in the eye. |
" Just a simple meal, some stew" He said. He set the bowl down in front of Roxas. Sora's face turned flaming red. " No reason" He said. He stepped back and went to shove Riku away, and ended up falling backwards. |
Roxas smiled lightly. "Looks good." he said, taking a small bite. He was silent for a second. "Tastes good too."
Riku crouched down next to him. "Really? I find that hard to believe since you're blushing now." he said. "I think someone has a crush on me." |
" Glad you think so Roxy" He said. He sat down. " That's not true" Sora exclaimed, he moved back from Riku. |
Roxas glared at Axel. "Stop calling me Roxy..." he said.
"I think it is. Otherwise you wouldn't be so embarassed." Riku said, smirking lightly. |
" Well your wrong" Sora said. He might like Riku a bit, but what would it matter if Riku liked him it would just be Roxas.
" Why, I like it Roxy" |
"Well..... Okay. If you say so." Riku said, shrugging lightly. Something seems off about Roxas, and he was going to find out what.
Roxas shook his head. "I don't like being called Roxy." |
" I do say so" He said. Sora stood up and dusted his self off, before stalking off.
" Well touch deal with it" |
Riku was silent for a second. "Hey Roxas. Do you remember the place we went last week when we snuck out?"
Roxas growled and sighed. He knew there wasnt' any point in argueing. "Whatever.." |
Sora blinked, he had no idea what Riku was talking about. " No" He said. " Just eat your lunch" He said. |
"Well. You should. It was a great day." Riku said.
Roxas mumbled something, but continued eating. |
Axel raised and eyebrow, but said nothing.
" Uh sorry" He mumbled. Hopefully Riku would let it go at that. |
Roxas finished eating. "... Thanks for the meal..." he said.
Riku was silent for a second. "You're not Roxas." he said in a matter-of-fact tone. |
" No problem Roxy, so is there anything you want to do?" He asked. R][COLOR="Blue"]Sora turned around," What do you mean of course I'm Roxas?" He asked, giving Riku a confused look.[/COLO |
Roxas thought for a second before shaking his head. "Not really. What do you have to do around here?" he asked.
Riku shook his head. "No you're not. Roxas wouldn't have done so badly during sparring, even on an off day. He also doesn't blush whenever I'm close to him because I know he only thinks of us as friends." |
" Feelings change Riku. People are allowed to have off days." He said. He had hoped that he would by that. " Sora, just tends to go exploring outside. He likes to read alot." He said. |
