Emily stook fozen for a while as Malone jummped Jason and then was stabbed. As the man had staggared back Emily caught him and began fussing over the wond as blood poreed from it. She clenched her teeth in anger and glared hard at Jason and wanted to hurt the man as he had hurt Malone. Though it wasnt long before Illumina hellped Malone heal, but the feelings to hurt Jason remailed. It frightened Emily a little to feel the need to harm some one, she had never felt that feeling before and in responce to it she directed all her attenchion to Malone and making sure he was allright. Zack Just seated himself after all the excitment was over. He wasnt able to do much but watch, though if emily had gotten envolved he would have done more than just watch.A smile spred accross his face though with the girl named Tali began cooking food for them, and the aroma of the meat reached his sences. Eagerly Zack took his plate and dug into the wonderful vegies and meat. It was all evry delishous.
Emily set her plate aside and still fussed over Malone, even though the food made her stomach protest to her fussing. Sam turned to his human form as soon as the plate was set infront of him. He smiled up at the young girl and thanked her before tering the meat appart as he ate it.

Illumina looked at Emily and Malone as she let out a small smile and continued eating her food. Before she could take another bite, Illumina felt weird, "Lady Mirabella, are you feeling any-" before Illumina could finish her sentense, Illumina fell on her back and her body went limp. Talos's eyes widen as he dropped his food and crawled to his unconcious sister "Illumina, what are you doing, wake up. Illumina, Illumina." Talos shook up sister but she never woke up. He check her breathing, "Illumina, you must wake up. You know that dragons ca-" Talos collasped near Illumina and was sound asleep. Jason and Mirabella looked at Illumina and Talos as confusion filled their eyes, Jason knew that dragon couldn't sleep due to the fact that it was forribden and that they took an oath. "Talos, why are ya sleep. You can't sleep, wake up you great lizard, wa-" Jason fell to his knees then on his stomach, sleep had over come him; Mirabella dropped her food "Wh-What is go-going on here? Illumina? Illumina please wake up. Illumina, Illumina. Illumi-" Mirabella fell on her side and was asleep. They lied there asleep and unaware of what was happening around them or the events that were taking place while they lied in their sleeping state.

Emily watched everything in confution. She didnt expect Talos to act the way he did towards Illumina, she figuared he would have taken the young womens sudden sleepieness as a chance to go after Mirabella. But once Talos went out more confution set in. Emily reached out and touched Mirabella's arm attempting to calm the girl but it wasnt long before the she and then Jason were soon completly out as well. Still confused Emily gently moved Malone and stood up.
"What have you done!" She demanded of the red haird new girl, Tali, before her. "What have you done too the food!" She demanded once again stammping her foot and balling her fists. Her eyes darted now between Zack, Sam, Onyx, and Malone. She knew her brother and helper had devouerd the food, and now worry set in as she didnt know when they would be out as well.
"Tell me what you have done to them!" Emily demanded once again grabbing up Tali and taking on a new persona. Though her emotions had begun to get the better of her as extream worry and anger boiled up and over inside her causing tears to form.

Sam's eyes widened as he watched both dragons colaps into sleep then the two humans. He too was juast as confused as his master, but he was more scared of why the dragons had fallen! They were never sopose to sleep, according to what he has heard, and now two of them were completly out along with their masters. As Emily mentioned something out the food,Sam "dicreatly" spit what ever was in his mouth back on his plate. He looked up at Emily and seen how distressed she was though it probably wouldent help that he too was feeling woosy and sleepy now too. "Umm, Em-...Emily.... I-....I don't......I-.....I don't think its .......Its the fooo-oood" Sam managed before wabbling a little and flopping over on the ground fast asleep.

Zack too began to become conused, he hadent expected the reaction from talos to illumina just as emily did, but once the two were out as well as Mirabella and Jason, he began to become suspicous of the food he was eating. Setting his plate aside he was about to question their hostess, but emily beat him to it. She franticly demanded to know what the girl had done to the food leaveing no room for answers as he asked. Soon Sam was out as well suggesting that perhaps the food wasnt to blame. "Emily calm down!" Zack stated as he stood and tried to calm his sister. He watched as her whole body began to shake and tears began to poor over the brim of her eyes. "Your being very brave, so just let the girl go!" he said placing a hand on Smilys rist and gently pulling it off of Tali's cloths. "Let go now, Emily!" Zack said slowly and carfully. As sson as Emly had let go and Zack felt the situation calmed at least a little he had to seat himself. "Dont freak,.........but......I-.......I thin-......think I'm go......ing out t-...too." Zack said sleepily yawing twice before leaning himself agenst Sam and dozing off.

Emily couldn't help what happeend next; as she had watched both Same and then Zack colaps just like Mirabella,Illumina,Jason,and Talos. She suddenly felt to her knees a gasp escaping her as she did, and then a very loud and distraught scream errupted from her as she grasped the sides of her head still trying to comprehend what was happening. "What is happeneing!" She whined curling herself into a ball as she ran though everything in her head, though things began to blur together. Shaking her head, emily, looked up at tali sadness beginning to pirce her every expression. "I-....I'm sorry.....f-...for acc...cusing....you" She managed before sinking to the floor just like the others fast asleep

Tali was just as surprised as everyone else when it came to her passing out guests. This obvious shock didn't stop the Emily girl from roughly holding her in the air by her ragged shirt, however. She hadn't done anything, and was about to say so, when her brother, Zack, forced her hands off of Tali, causing her to fall to the ground with a thud. Slowly, she stood, rubbing her butt. "I think it's magic," Tali said sleepily, sounding exactly like a young toddler. She rubbed her eye, making her look like a toddler too before she fell back to her butt. As a Wisp, she was more resistant to magic, being able to use it herself, than the others, but it didn't stop her from falling onto her back and slipping into the world of dreams like everyone else.

Malone and Onyx had fallen asleep quietly before any of the others.That was why they woke up first.

The young man woke quickly,and found himself beside Jason of all people!He grumbled and groaned as he got up,not liking this sudden turn of events.An unusual light emanated from the cave walls,a pale yellow glow,just strong enough to see by.It was as if some unique phosphorescent mineral composed the whole cavern.Malone sat down again with a loud thump when he realized they where stuck.There was no visible way out of what seemed like a rounded ball of a space within the cavern.

Onyx shook himself awake ,and eyed his surrounding groggily.He could tell Malone was alright,luckily.He shuffled around unsure of what to do next...At least he tried to!The dragon was bound to a gigantic stone table and beside him he could see another shape in the dim light.IT was humanoid and he could tell from the smell that it must be the strange girl they'd just met.He considered just letting himself fade back into his stone for the moment but decided against it.

Belden stirred awake and felt relief wash over him.It would seem his test would be one of the easier ones..He kept thinking that until he turned and saw the white haired young woman at his side.Quickly he scrambled away while letting out a strangled yell.Women,he feared them because he'd never even met one before.It had all been a part of his seclusion in the caves ,and in the castle of Pyre.

Fade found herself waking into a nightmare.She was lying down beside a younger version of the man she'd loved.She knew of course that it couldn't possibly be the rogue she'd known.There was no way he'd sleep in such an undignified position.Tough Fade had never had the occasion to see that tough.The woman grasped her pendent ,and sighed when she felt Leif within.This was not good...Not good at all.

Jason woke up from the sound of a loud thud and seen Malone sitting the "No way, I'm stuck with you. Where are we? Why'd you take me?" He asked growling at the young man sitting across from him. The pissed off Jason sat up looking around hoping to have a way out, unfortunately to to prevail he saw nothing. Jason took out his stone to feel if Talos was near or in the stone but the presence wasn't detected. Standing up and looking around, Jason waited to feel for air in the cave. "Well make yourself useful and help me find a way out of here." Jason said staring at Malone, who really didn't want to be there.

Mirabella startedto wake up, she opened her one black and one white eyes as she looked around and saw the young man backed away in somewhat of a scared position. Mirabella backed away, "Wh-Who areyou, wh-where i-is Illumina?" She asked as some of her braided hair quickly dangled at her sides. While she kept turning her head to see ifshe could find a way out, her long hair swatted and swayed as she turned her head around a few times. "Wh-Who are you?" Mirabella said as her looked at the young man with a fear in her eyes, when trying to feel or find her faithful guardian who was nowhere to be find.

Illuina woke up with Talos next to her, groaning in hatetred, Illumina stood up and saw the cave they were in "Great stuck with u. Lady Mirabella where are you?" she asked in fear something will happen to Mirabella again. Talos awoke from Illumina yelling, "Hey be kind to the people who have headaches." Talos grumbled as he rubbed his head then widen his eyes. "Where are we and where is Mater Jason?" he asked looking around quickly trying to ense Jason. Lucky he did and he was fine...he thiught anyways."We should get moving to find the others and unfortunately I am stuck with you." Illumina said as she grabbed Talos's hand, ""Lady Mirabella and the others aren't the other ones I can."" Illumina added looking at the man see once called her brother and now saw a manshe never knew.

Sam was quite confertable in his sleep though, he didnt want to wake at all though when he smelt something that wasnt Emily, or Zack, Or Malone, or anoyone he knew for that matter, the young man sprang to his feet ready to fight the person who he didnt recgonize. He searched the ariea he was in to finde he was alone with a very beautiful green eyed women. A small sigh escaped him and he plopped to the floor crosslegged and smileing wide.
"Hi pretty lady, who are you!?" He asked tilting his head to the side a smile still wide on his face. "I dont think ive seen a lady ad pretty as you! Well My master right now is pritty but shes a girl yet!" Sam rammbled still smileing happily. "OH my name is Sam By the way, Onyx says its probably short for Samule, and hes fright but i like Sam better!" He rambled some more not really paying attenchion to how the women reacted to him. "Boy You are REALLY Pretty!" He said putting much enfisis on the really and pretty parts.

Emily and Zack woke on after the other, both feeling rather grogy and out of it. Zack looked about them to find they were alone in a rather open place. Wind whipped around them and a thick fog could be seen creeping form the sea. It seemed to hover at the edg of the land as if waiting or daring any to approch the land by sea, or to ventur off the place.
"Emily are you al right?!" Zack asked as he hellped his sister to her feet and dusted her off.
"Im fine brother, But whats going on!?" She asked realizing neather of them were in the cave they had fallen asleep in. "Brother whats going on!" She asked griping her brothers flimsy shirt tightly.Zack couldent answer, he had no idea what had taken place, nore how to fix it.
"Lets just find our way back to the cave and everyone else!" He stated un knowing that no one was at the cave. Emily agreed and the two ventured down the rocky sloaps of what seemed to be a mountan.

For what seemed like an hour the two continued to wander further down this mountan only to find that they had been going in circls and returning to the spot they had woke from each time they ventured away.
"I do not think we are allowed to leave!"Emily said seating herself on the ground exosted and slightly peeved to have passes the same area for the 100th time.
"This is inpossebul, Emily were almost their come on!" Zack stated trying to get emily to come with him. The girl shook her head crossed her arms and legs refusing to move.
"You travle in that direction and we will see if you go anywhere, go on.... Go On!" Emily stated speaking through her teeth at the end to make Zack move. Reluctaantly the Man pressed on, and returned moments later shoing dissapointment and surprise all in one.
"I told you didnt i! Were not going to leave this spot!" Emily stated glaring at Zack who seated himself accross from her. "We are going to be Stuck her forever and theirs nothing that can be done!" emily said becomeing hysterical.
"Calm down Sister, were not going to be stuck here forever!" Zack said wiping sweat from his fourhead. "We just have to figuar out where we are meant to go!" he stated heaving himself up and offering to herl Emily. THe girl only looked her her brothers hand before taking it and allowed herself to be lead up the mountan insted of down.

Tali woke up, groggy and grumpy, much like a toddler, which tied in perfectly with her toddler-esque size. She looked around, but could see nothing unusual in the cave, until her eyes fell upon the dragon that is. Tali jumped back in alarm when she spotted the creature, mistaking it for a large, Gruaja lizard, which could be found everywhere on the island. They were particularly venomous; the poison would burn you from the inside out in a matter of days, and from what Tali's heard, it was quite a painful way to die.

By now, Tali's grogginess and grumpiness had vanished, and she looked around the cave with her unnatural eyes. There appeared to be a tunnel branching off from the left side of the cave, hidden by a curtain of ivy. Without a moment's hesitation, Tali burned the ivy, reducing it to ash and revealing the tunnel ahead. "Mr. Dragon? Are you okay? Can you move, or do you need my help, though I probably won't be able to lift you for very long," Tali asked, looking over at the dragon who was perched on a stone.

Malone shrugged as he stood up."We're in a cave,without any apparent way out.Seems to me we need to work together in order to find a way out."The young man walked by Jason to stare closely at the walls."What are you waiting for!There might be a clue anywhere in here,it might be on the walls or on the floor..."After saying so he bent low to the ground in order to examine every inch of it.The earth heaved and Malone found himself falling face first onto the exact spot he'd been looking at.

Fade's eyes widened when the deceptively young looking man said his name."Samuel?Is it...Is it really you?Do you remember me at all?"Shaking her head the woman realized that she'd spoken aloud.So Fade started screaming,letting the rage she'd held bottled up for so long finally explode out of her.She forgot about everything,about her agreement with that Jason person.None of it really mattered because she was finally faced with the reason why her quest for the stones had begun.Fade had wanted revenge,now ...She just wanted to know why."Why now?Why say this now,when I was so willing to give my heart to you all those long years ago!Why did you never give me a second glance then?"All around them the walls of their cave trembled with the unleashed power Fade was letting run loose unconsciously.She kept going only stopping the trembling enough that there would be no cave ins."You always flirted with everyone but me!You always passed me by!Just tell me why Samuel!"Her screams faded into uncontrolled sobs.Fade turned away,not wanting Sam to see her tear streaked face.Even then the woman held feelings for him,juvenile as he was acting.

Belden stared at the young woman uncertainly."B-Belden,that's my name.I apologize for my behavior.You're the first woman I've ever met,there is no one else in these caves save me.At least until recently.This Illumina is probably being tested also.If she passes,if we pass also,she will reach the castle of Pyre."He stood,and held out a hand to Mirabella."Come,I see a way out of here,tough it will only lead us into a maze."Rumbles ran trough the floor,but still Belden held his ground,

Cut the ropes."said Onyx gruffly.There was no way he was going to be lifted by this little girl!HE weighed far more then she could ever carry.Then he remembered what she was."Or maybe you could make them burn?Fire would not harm me.It is imperative that we find our way to the others.The tension between the people in the group is far too tightly strung.Chaos could break out at any moment."Then the caves started trembling.

Sam watched Fade scream and throw a tantrum(or so it seemed to him). he couldn't figure out what fade was talking about, all he knew was that she was right in how he flirted with all the girls. He'd always done that what more could you expect from a fox!? As the cave began to tremble Sam stood up and warily looked around.
"Look lady I dint know who you are, but please don't make the cave claps, I have a very important job to do!" he stated slightly shakily as he put both hands up in a defensive form. "Speaking of job, I have to get going, Emily is going to need me!" he stated and looked for an exit.

Emily and Zack continued to wander up until finally they reached a plateau that overlooked the ocean. The only option they seemed to have was climb down a shear rock face onto a ledge or wander across the plateau and hope they could find a way to everyone else.
"This is terrible!" Emily stated as she slumped down on the ground and looked up at Zack who reflected his sisters attitude. "Now what! The rocks are too crumbly to climb down and who knows whats out their!" Emily added placing both hands in her lap as she waited for an answer. Zack didn't seem to have an answer for the girl, all he could do was seat himself on a rock close to the edge and think.
"I honestly don;t know!" he said with a sigh. "Your right about climbing, those rocks would crumble in our hands as soon as we grasp them!" he stated with a slightly sad expression. "This island could be full of wild animals that nether of us are prepared to face!" He sighed once more before leaning himself back and letting out an exasperated groan. Emily heaved a small sigh as she placed her head in her hands and looked about the area.
"I would rather face the wild animals than risk my life on that cliff" She muttered looking back at Zack. The young man looked at Emily and before ether of them could come up with a plan the crumbling rock behind the man gave way taking him with it. Emily stood quickly and covered her mouth stifling a scream as she watched her brother fall with the rocks. She ran to the edge and peered down to see Zack clinging to the crumbling rock, though it did him no good for every time he tried to climb up the rocks would fall or crumble from his grasp and he was forced to make his way to the ledge below. Once he reached the ledge Emily and he breather a heavy sigh of releaf.
"I-I'm o.k. Emily, You just stay their ill find a way back!" He shouted up only to have Emily glare down at him.
"I'm not staying here! I'm going to find a way down!" She shouted back Zack shook his head and watched as Emily attempted climbing down but only scraped her knees and elbows up. "Just stay their," Zack shouted watching the girl seat herself sadly on the top of the plateau he had just fallen from. "Theirs a cave down here, and im sure it leads to the surface somewhere!" he stated. "Stay their and ill find you!" he added before dissipating from sight.
Emily did as she was told but found it becoming more and more difficult. She began to pace as her mind started coming up with its own idea of what Zack was running into in the cave he had found.
"OH I CAN'T STAND THIS!" she screamed and bolted off into the island not caring if their were wild animals wandering around. She was determined to get back to Zack then everyone else!

Fade turned to face him again and looked at him speculatively.She had a hard time believing that Samuel didn't remember any of his past."You truly have no memory of your past do you?Well then,maybe I should try reminding you.Before..before my heart became filled with a need for vengeance I was called Irian,and I always held a high regard for you.Samuel the strong,and brave...A conniving thief always ready to help those in need.Watching you slip away into gods know what danger I always prayed for your safe return.When I finally confessed my feelings for you..."Fade stopped overwhelmed with a pain she had no idea she could ever feel."To see you like this now saddens me more then you could ever know!You are a child now...I will help you find your friends if you promise me to try and remember your past.No not try,only if you promise to unblock your mind from yourself!"The woman stopped to stare up at the young man with a tenderness in her eyes that she was completely unaware of displaying.

Jason watched as Malone fell on his face then laughed loudly "That's what you get. I needed a good..." Jason stopped talking as he listened around him. It sounded like a little girl was laughing. The man shook his head at walked to the fallen Malone as the cave started to tremble. 'What the...What's going on here?' he thought to himself as he unconciously helped Malone up. "Let's see where this place goes." Jason said looking at the young man then back at the mysterious cave.

Mirabella looked at Belden as the cave floor started to tremble slightly. She took his hand and lifted herself off the ground. "I-I am Mirabella Black, well a-apparently it's Princess Mirabella o-of Darklight." she said a little nervous at the older man that stood in front of her. "Y-You kn-know your way around th-the cave and wh-what do you mean by 'i-if we pass'?" Mirabella asked holding the covering the dragon amulet in her hands while the ground trembled more causing her to almost fall again.

Illumina and Talos weren't on speaking terms as they searched the cave or the cave they were in for their master and mistress. "I can't believe I ever called you my brother." she said finally as Talos looked at Illumina curiously. "I am your brother by birth Lumi, nothing more." Talos said turning away from Illumina. Illumina rolled her eyes then stopped as the sound of laughter echoed in her human ears, "Did you hear that?" she asked as Talos stopped walking and looked around "I hear nothing Lumi, now come on I wish to find these 'friends' of yours so we can get out of here." he said at last turning away and continued walking "Well I heard it and it sounded like laughter. Laughter that we use to make a long time ago." Illumina said looking at Talos then turned away as the memoried]s played in her head.

Tali complied with the dragon's wish, burning the ropes to ashes in mere seconds. The rumbling didn't really bother her as the island was notorious for the number of earthquakes it had each year, though they never really caused much damage. On the other hand, Tali wasn't all that comfortable with staying in a cave she somehow appeared in. This worked to inspire her drive to get out of the blasted place in collaboration with another problem that faced the young girl: she needed to get to a restroom. Unfortunately for the tiny girl, she had a tiny bladder, not to mention that when you grow up on a virtually deserted island, potty training isn't exactly at the top of your list. "We'd better hurry," Tali said to the dragon, looking toward the exit longingly. "You can walk, right?"

((Yes, Tali is semi-incontinent. ;) It seems pretty realistic considering the fact that she did grow up by herself on an island. :P))

Malone nodded in silent agreement and began walking forward into this mysterious new tunnel.It was dark,no light penetrated anywhere at all.Without it Malone was blind as a bat.Unconsciously the young man put a hand on his companion's shoulder so they wouldn't be separated."I don't know about you,but I'd rather have even you with me then no one.Let's call a truce for now,until we figure a way out of this mess?"

With his confidence restored Belden gently took the young woman's hands away from the stone."We are all being tested ,to see if we are worthy of setting foot in an ancient kingdom that was once a powerful force.Much like where you must have lived Princess."A smile flitted across Belden's face,true and genuine,as he began leading Mirabella into one of the many tunnels.Dark blues eyes searching he found one of his landmarks with a sigh of relief.It seemed their test would be of a different sort then he'd expected.

Onyx stretched gratefully."I can fly actually.Would you prefer that to walking?"He extended a foreleg in invitation.The quicker they could find the others the better.This was no time at all for them to be separated,not with Jason and Talos among their number.

"Um, no I can walk," Tali declined, feeling rather unsure of whether or not she'd be able to keep from peeing on Onyx if she flew on him. She really had to go to the restroom, and sitting around wasn't helping matters. "Come on. Let's go." With that, she started walking down the tunnel she had revealed, wondering where on earth it led to.

Onyx nodded silently in agreement.Better to get on their way then to wait for another one of those tremors.Besides he felt the stone he was bound to tugging him along,somewhere in the same direction the tunnel was leading them to."Tell me little one,how came you to be here?"Curiosity tinged the dragon's deep voice as it grated like stone trough the cavern.

"I mentioned before, the Hell's Breath caught fire because of some idiot's mistake, and I ended up on the shore," she explained as they walked, glad for the distraction from her aching bladder. "We were moving because of Papa's job. He didn't make it, though. I've lived on this island all my life, but maybe you guys can take me with you when you leave!" Excitement flooded her voice as the though drifted into her head. It was so lonely on the island without anyone to interact with. Plus, it wasn't fun at all. Hopefully going with the group of people, dragons, and a fox could help fix that.

Sam looked at the women rather cinfused as she told her stoy. He couldent seeme to gather the memories of the stories she told.
"Um im sorry but i dont remember any of that!" he said a little nervoulsy. "The only thing i can remember is a big rock comming down on top of my head and knocking me out!" He stated rubbing the top of his head at the unpleasent memory. "When i woke up i was in my shrine," he explained as he still attempted to gather the memories Fade wanted him to remember. "I Always felt like ive forgotten something, but never really gave it any thought."He said with a small sigh. He didnt seeme to care about the conversation anymore and began trying to finde a way out of the place he was in. "All i know is that Emily is My Master, and i need to help her when ever she needs me!" He said touching all the walls and searching for a way out. "You said your name is Irian, right!?" He looked over hi shoulder at the women wating for a reply, but not really. "Miss Irian, we need to get out of here so lets do our best and work together ok!?" he asked smiling at her before he went back to searching. THe tremmors of the island made him nervous about the plavce they were in colapsing, andfor emilys safety.

Zack wandered further into the cave he had found , but would stop from time to time to check to see if he had been traped in the cave. Light still porred from the entrance and this calmed his nerves. It seemed him falling down here would be a death sentance rather than an adventure. Sighing the man hurried forward being sure to watch his footing as well as watching for an excit leading to the surface.
"Dman place never seemes to end!" He muttered rather agrivatedly as his only sorce of light faded from behind him and he was trapped in darkness. "Its getting colder too!" Zack grummbled again as he clung to himself seak warmpth from his still damp clothing. As he trecked on light appered infront of him. Hopeing for a way out Zack began to run, thistime not paying attention to his footing and stumbling on rocks here and their. As he rounded a small corner Zack found himself looking into a very amazing chamber. It was filled with blue light that was comming from the blue flamed torches fixed on the ston walls. overly excited to see fire zack rushed forward and slipped on what he thought was rock. He then realized the room was lined with very thick ice. tHe room was also freezing cold. Each breath zack took was one that froze in his mouth and nose causing him to cholk. Carfully Zack stood and slid himself to one wall with a torch, attempting to warm himself. Though this back fired for insted of heat emitting from the flame it was more freezting cold air. HE pulled his fingers from the flame as qucikly as he had shoved them towwards them. A yelp escaped him as he examined his hand, nothing was wrong just even colder fingers.
"This place makes no sence, fire isnt cold its hot!" he complained stuffing both hands under his armpits and wandering about taking carful steps so that he wouldnt slip on the cold ice.

EMily had gotten bored of waitng, Zack was taking too long and she couldent help but immagin what had happened to him. Unable to wait anylonger the girl boted off into the un known of the island. She didnt know what she would find, but she couldnt just sit around and hope everything was ok. Each time the island trembled a new wave of fears for Zack emurged in the girls head. As Emily ran she kept her eyes open for any sign of her friends. If she could find one of them then they could help save Zack, She even ent to the lengths of calling each of their names as loud as she could. The girl also kept her eyes earching the ground before her for holes that might lead into a chamber, Perhaps a dorp down to where Zack would have taen refuge from falling rocks. Though her searching ended when she came accross a open ariea of tall grasses.
"I know better than to run head strong into that!" She said toherself and turned to go back but became very distrought in what to do. She wante to find Everyone and not be in constant worry. "Ohhhh what do i do!" She whined as she plopled down on a pile of large rocks. Emily attempted to calm herself but could only manage breath while her mind cam up with grousome deaths for everyone. "Im so useless!" She whined once again as she sat with her head in her hands and staring at the spekeld rock she had seatd herslf on.
"That looks like the lizard eggs back home" She muttered and closly examind the rock, She place her hands to it realizing it wa very warm even though the temperature of the air was a bit chilly. "Oh my goodness!" She breathed and stmbled from the rock. "If thats the eggs are that big then w-whers the mother!?" She breated and quickly looked around for a lizard who rivaled the size of the egg.

Fade stood and gave Sam a smirking smile."Getting out is no problem at all for me.Just watch!"She put a hand beside Sam's and concentrated.The tremors had stopped with her anger and anguish,now her powers where concentrated on another matter entirely.The cave wall trembled and shook as she sent out tendrils of her power to find cracks and weak points to exploit.Just like that it crumbled to reveal a tunnel.Now Fade was the one who trembled as she tried to keep her feet beneath her."Excuse me,but I won't be able to move for a bit ",mumbled the woman before collapsing.Her eyes half-closed now ,she sighed.

Onyx grumbled a bit."Of course you can come....This is taking too long!"Raging now he ran straight into one of the cave walls and started clawing at it with his powerful talons.He needed to reach Malone no matter what else might happen.They where partners,powers diminished when they where apart.It was far past time for Onyx to tell the secrets of the stone.Protection of the people,of their physical forms at least.It was Spirit who would bind them all together emotionally."What are you waiting for little one!Use your magic to help!"

Jason looked at Malone as he felt his hand on his shoulders. "As you wish." he said in somewhat of a soft voice and continued walking until Jason stopped and his eyes widen and pupils became small. His stone started to glow as his arms started to shake slighty; "This isn't right, this can't be right." Jason whispered as he looked at the ground.

Mirabella held Belden's hand and she surprisingly felt safe being with him. When they seen what appeared to be a landmark she looked at the man who held her hand. "Wh-What is our test?" Mirabella asked with a worried voice. Her black and white eyes looked at him with confused.

Illumina stopped again and Talos looked back, "What is it now?" he asked looking at his sister. "I-I don't know but I think that..." Illumina turned and saw two young kids running around in a circle laughing, "That can't be...is that.." Illumina said as she looked in front of them "That cant be...us." Talos said as the two young versions of them dances around a patch of flowers.

Sam watched as Fade placed he hand next to his and used her powers to colaps the wall befor them. Excitedly Sam jummped up and down hooping and hollaring at their new escape. Though his noise stopped when Fade colapsed beside him.
"Ahh, oh no, Im sorry you used up alot of your energy!" he said kneeling beside her and touching her back trying to asses her cndition. "Let me carry you, ill be able to get us out of here and by then Youll be better!" He stated as he lightly grasped Fade's arm and slung it over his shoulder. "Just get on my back and Ill get you and I out of here Miss. Irian!"

Tali watched as the dragon clawed viciously into the rock to try and break through, staying well enough away that she was in no danger. She let him continue raking at the wall, while she went to work doing as he asked. "Thank you, Mr. Dragon," she said, palms face down on the ground, feeling for heat or something she could follow out of the tunnel system. Suddenly, she felt a great expanse of heat, something that seemed as if it would burn even the dragon's scales off of its body. Magma. Sweat began beading on her brow as she worked to manipulate the massive heat source to carve them a way out. Hopefully it worked. If not, well, there was probably another way.

Zack couldent help but took up, as he did he noticed a hole in the celing that had light from the outside pooring in. A gasp escaped him as he now had to figuar out a way to get up to the hole and out. looking around Zack noticed a petisul directly under the hole. He stepped up to it and realized a stone was stuck in the ice that covered the whole room.
"Ahh if i could get that stone of of their then id be able to use the pedistul to try and get up!" He stated as he examined how the ice had frozen around the stone. "its like the thing was a fountan at one point and now its all forze." he said still trying to figuar out how to unfreeze the ice around the petistol and get out of this place. "I could use my hands!" he said placing both hands on eather side of the ice and gritting his teeth agenst the cold. "Gahhh i cant stand this!" he whined and shook off the water that had once been ice. he glared at the ice around the stone as it refroze making the ice warped where his hads had been. After a few more minuts of glaring and deliberating Zack went for it! He clasped both hands down on the ice and contineoulsy rubbed at it. He gritted his teeth at the cold and worked on melting the ice. He didnt stop long to warm his hands eather, insted he would breath on them while he worked on melting it away.

Emily stood frozen now, she only moved to look around for the parent lizard that was responcible for laying the egg she had just been sitting on. she knew lizards were mean, specally mothers, and she really didnt want to mess with them.
"Please please please dont be around, please dont be around!" She wispered as she turned on her heel and looked behinde her. thankfully nothing was their, and with a small sigh of releaf she turned back to make sure their was nothing going to fallow her and kill her later.
"Ah, oh no!" Emily gasped as she seen the mother of whom had to of laid the eggs. "Ahh, ahhh w-what now!?" She asked standing frozen as the giant lizard looked up at her from the eggs and emitted a low hissing noise. Its toung slipped in and out of its mouth as it staired at her. Emily couldent move, she was paralized, well that was untill the Lizard stepped towards her. In responce to this Emily Sprinted as fast as she could through the tall grasses and away from the Lizard. She could here is comming after her now and this made her scream for anyone she knew. She even screamed for Jason or Talos hopeing some one was within ear shot to help her. But no one cam swooping in to sweep her up and protect her from the giant lizard who contineoulsy closed the gap between them.

With a tremendous effort fueled by the worry in Sam's voice ,Fade tried to climb up on the young man's back.She managed to get both arms around his neck,but that was the most she could do.It felt good to be called by her old name mused Fade.Maybe she would start thinking of herself as that woman again,the one with dreams..The time though was wrong."This is the best I can do right now.You'll have to lift me Samuel."

Digging,he felt the heat rise in the rocks.Onyx found a spot weakened by Tali's powers and managed to crash trough with a roar.The dragon stopped dead when he saw what lay before them.A wall of pure flame blocked their way,so hot it was white.Not even the scales of a dragon could withstand such heat.Malone was somewhere on the other side,Onyx was sure of it."Do you have any ideas little mageling?"This would be much harder then he'd thought.

Belden smile slightly but halted, before he could say anything darkness engulfed him.It ripped him away from Mirabella.He wasn't afraid of the dark,but he couldn't get free.The red head found himself hanging on the ceiling in a web of darkness looking on as a brilliant blue spider slowly made it's way toward him.Down below Belden could see his companion looking up."This is your test!" ,cried the young man.Fear was making him shake uncontrollably ,and the movements where drawing the spider closer.It's beady eyes glared knowingly at it's trapped prey.

Without sight Malone couldn't tell what was going on so he asked."What are you talking about!You're the one guiding us,so tell me what's happening!"Panic stricken the young man had no idea what to do.It could be a trap,it could be anything...There was no telling if Jason was speaking the truth or not,yet Malone had to believe in him.A hard thing to do when Jason inspired no trust in anyone,save his dragon Talos.What a situation,thought Slan glumly.

Sam nodded as Fade told him she had no other strength to lift herself. So with a small jump and a push Sam managed to hoist fade onto his back. He tightened his arms around fade's thighs and laced his fingers under her bum. The boy looked as if her were caring a loat much too large for him, his body was bent low to the ground and his knees were bent so much that they nearly touched the floor as he took a few steps forward.
"Ok Hang on!" he stated before suddenly streghtening himself to be completly up right. "Ahhh thats much better on my back!"Sam laughed a little as he now took normal steps to their exit. "How are you doing Miss. Irian?"Sam asked looking straght ahed as well as at the floor from time to time. He managed to miss a small hole in the ground that would have caused problems if he tripped on it.

Emily continued to run and jump now, as she began to encounter many rocks that would caus her to lose her life, though the rock piles didnt seeme to bother the lizard as it would plow right through them and snap at her trting to kill her. "Please, SOME ONE HELP ME!" She screamed as she hopped a set of rocks but never touched the ground, She had fallen into a hole that was just larg enough for her to fit. Screaming as she fell emily watched as the Lizard went straght over the hole she had fallen into and covered it up. But all of this happened so quickly of course, for she fell and was suddenly caught by a pair of very cold hands.

Zack continued to work on in freezing the stone that sat idoly on the petasol. He blew hot breath on both his hands and the ice, and it was working well enough. He had managed to make the ice come to a sharp point and he was now working on cutting it off just above the stone. "S-sooo c-cold!" he complained before blowing on his hands and the ice to both melt and warm. He didnt dare pull his hands from the ice though, if he did they would become encased in thick ice just as the stone was, and then he would never have the use of his hands or a way out of the cave. "Come on just a little more!" He said as he could feel the thin strand of ice under his fingers. Excitment started to well up in him as he would soon have a way out!.He had hardly noticed the sound of some one screaming for help untill they were now screaming inside the camber. With a quick glance up sack managed to see something falling and screaming. In responce he reached out and save it, but also used it to warm his ice cold hands.
"E-Emily!" Zack exclaimed as he realized the thing he was loding was his sister and she was shaking like a leaf. The girl looked up at who had caught her and breathed a sigh of releaf before envloping him in a tight hug.
"Oh Zack i though you might be dead!" She exclaimed as he tughtened her grip on the man.
"Ah Thats all fine and what not..... but please release me!" Zack cholked as he was being squeezed to death. Emily released her brother and Zack put her down. "I thought I told you to stay where you were!" Zack scolded causing Emily to look at the floor and fiddle with her fingers. "Emily!" Zack stated in a sturn tone.
"You did, but I couldn't the earth kept shaking and each time made me worry about you, Plus I began to worry about everyone else, I couldn't stand just sitting around and waiting so I left!" Emily stated taking a deep breth and continuing, not allowing Zack to say anything. "I ran and ran looking to holes in the ground that you might be able to use and I couldn't finde any and then I cam upon tall grasses and a large rock pile wich turned out to be GIANT LIZARD EGGS and the mother want happy about me being their so I had to run and jump rocks and then I jumped a pile of rocks and fell down here now we'erboth trapped and IM SOOOOO SORRY ZACKER PLEASE DONT BE MAD!" EMily shouted the end as she knew he would begin yelling. Zack could only stair at emily for a long moment before sighing heavly and shaking his head. He then grabbe dthe girl up in his arms and held her tightly.
"I guess im happy your ok, that always overrides the whole didnt listen to me thing!" He said as he wrapped his still cold hands in the back of emilys shirt. "And I am glad I have company now. You can keep my hands warm!" he added smileing down at the girl as she was clearly confused about the room.
"Zack what is this place!?" She asked lookng about and realizing how cold it was, along with how thick the ice was that covered everything.
"Thats hard to say, I think its a shrine for that stone. I was just trying to remove some of the ice so I could use the pedisul as a step to that hole you fell through......."Zack said looking up. his mouth then fell limp as he seen that it was completely coverd.
"Umm yes, well I did mention I was being chaced by a very angry mommy lizard didnt I!?" Emily said more than asked as she seen her brothers reaction.
"DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT!" Zack cursed as he pushed himself away from emily and curled his hands into fist's.
"Zack I'm sorry, I didnt mean to I didn't even know where you were!" Emily said as she watched her brother pace the cold room. In a sudden fit of anger the man picked up a rock that had fallen with Emily and hurled it at the pedistul that held the rock. Emily had ducked out of the way and managed to avoid being hit by any broken rock, or ice fragments. Zack couln't help but continue throwing a fit as he was now trapped in the cave system with no way out. His tantum only stpped when their was a rather loud bang and the blue flames on the wall turned to red flame.
"W-what happened!" Zack asked as he began to feel warmpth fill the room. "What did I push!" he asked figuaring he had tripped a boobie trap.
"I think you made the stone come off the pedistul!" Emily stated as se picked up a very beautiful ble stone from the floor.
"And that made it warm in here!?" Zack asked as he tood the stone from Emily and examined it.
"No it tripped the boobie trap!" Emily stated as he noticed all the ice melting and the pedistl begin to bubble with water. "Zack the rooms filling with water!" Emily exclaimed as she splashed through the now ankle deep water to where the exit use to be. She pounded on the wall in a weak atemp to try and break the thick stone. Zack went to the girl and pulled her from the stone that blocked their escape.
"Stop it thats not going to do anything but break your hands!" He stated and looked around calmly to see that the ice melted very quicly and began to reveal divits in the stone walls. "Their!" Zack sait pointint to one wall that seemed to be showing holes in the wall that looked like a lader. "We can use those to climb up to where you fell and push the rocks out of our way!" He stated and pushed Emily forward. The girl stumbled a little but gained her footing in the water.
"I can't reach you go first and pull me,"Emily stated as she attempted to jump and grab the hole that seemed to be the first. "In any case your stronger and will be able to push the rocks aside!" She added and watched as Zack took one leap and grasped firmly to the hole in the wall. Once the man had gained his footing and was secure he turned to emily, who was now in knee deep water, and held out his hand.
"Jump, Ill get you!" he stated. EMily complied and bent low and sprang forward with both arms out ready to latch onto zacks arm. It was sucess, Zack had a tight grip on Emilys wrist while Emily had both hands attached to Zacks Wrist. He pulled the girl up a little more so that she could grasp the hole he held fast to. Emily fallowed through and now clung to the hole insted of Zack. Zack, on the other hand, began climbing at a surtin point he warned emily that the climb would be steeper and she would have to cling more tightly.
"Oh, Zack I-I don't know if you want to know this or not but....what if the momma lizard is still out side of the hole!?" She asked as zack had reached the covered hole. The man looked back at his sister who could only offer a Im-sorry face.
"Then Ill punch her in the face and youll make a run for it!" he stated and placed his hand on a spot that looked weak enough. Zack shuved and shuved but the rocks only seemed to budg only a little. Cursing the man positioned himself to rest. "This will take a little more muscle!" he stated looking down at Emily, a smile crossed his face though quickly faded when the light from the torchaes went out. Both siblings looked down to see the water rising much faster now.
"Zack please hurry!" Emily exclamed as she climbed closer to her brother to help push on the rocks. Buth put every thing they could into it but nothing moved much.
"Damn one of those rosck must be a bolder!" Zack grawled as he and emily pushed agenst the rock more.
