Molly Ducaine
Age: 17
Appearance: Molly

It was the start of the winter break and Molly couldn't have been happier. She had driven down to visit her grandparents for the Christmas holiday. It was great. She missed the small town she had spent her early childhood in. Grabbing her jacket from the rack by the door, Molly pulled it on over her nice green blouse and jeans. "Grandpa, I'm going out to the cafe okay?" She called into the living room, but she didn't wait for an answer before she slipped out teh door, buttoning up her coat.

Molly walked down the street of the small town, getting to the main road. She needed to buy a card for her best friend back home, she had forgotten to get it earlier. A cold wind blew Molly's blond hair about her face and she did her best to tuck it back behind her ear. It was surprising the amount of snow the small town had. A good six inches laid in the yards and on the houses, it had been an exceptionally good year for the small North Carolina town. Molly grinned at the thought, she loved snow.

Once on the main road, Molly found the convenient store and went in to purchase her card. It was a cute little sentimental card that made her smile. But the smile was quick to fade as she saw a couple buying cards just a few feet away. Molly had never been that good with guys, all the ones in school were so immature and rude. Nothing she wanted to put up with. She sighed and took her card to the counter to pay.

"Thank you!" Molly smiled as she took her tiny bag and headed out the door. A cold wind almost blew the door shut on her, so she looked down to do more buttons on her coat. While looking down she walked out and right into some poor person on the side walk. The contact had caught Molly so off guard, she fell down to the snowy sidewalk.

((hope that's an okay first post))

Nick Jackson
Age:22
Appearance:Cute anime boy image by BAMFuchan on Photobucket

Nick couldn't help but stare at the familiar land marks scattered around his home. Home..when was the last time he'd come home for the holidays? Not since he'd started college. Shessh where had the time gone? He'd just gotten his teaching degree. If possible his grin grew brighter. He could teach now! No more sitting through boring classes or writing overly long droll essays..now he could make other do it! He snickered softly at the thought before letting out a soft yelp as something decidedly warm and soft collided with him before falling backward onto the cold hard ground.

His green eyes blinked in obvious confusion before he noticed the girl who'd ran into him. Or had he run into her? He'd been so obsessed with his contented thoughts he hadn't noticed. Oh dear..he blushed softly and hurriedly offered a hand to her. "Oh! I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention..I didn't mean to knock you down..I mean I didn't mean to run into you-" he stammered as he pulled the young girl up off the ground. Now he felt just horrible... "I'm sorry. Really and truly. Are you ok? I didn't hurt you did I?" he asked his worried gaze sweeping over her nervously.

(Ack sorry..this isn't my best work..I promise it'll get better though.)

Molly's face turned an intense shade of red as a handsome young man pulled her to her feet. At first she was so caught off guard that he was actually speaking to her she couldn't respond. But then she finally recovered. "Y-yes i'm fine." She gave him a small smile as she wiped snow off of her back side. "I probably should have been looking where i was going." she said, her face still bright red. This guy wasn't familiar, she wondered what he was doing in the small town where she knew most everyone. "All my fault." She looked up at his striking face and couldn't believe it, of all the people she could have run into he was probably the best one. Molly bent down and picked up her tiny bag from the ground and brushed snow from it. The card was a little bent, but other wise unharmed.

((Don't worry, my posts vary too lol, like this one is too short for my liking but i wasn't too sure what to do))
