It has bee a year now. Younge Caleb has been living with his man for a year. Ever since his older brother got married. Caleb seemed alright with it. But lately, things have been getting difficult with him back in school now and with Dale at work, they barely got to see each other. Caleb, currently, was sitting on the couch, his head leaned back. "Its so hot!" The air conditioner was broken and it, somehow, was almost a hundred degrees outside. He was fanning himself with a paper fan he made. Caleb had no school today since it was a Saturday, and he also didn't work at his part time job on Saturdays and Sundays. Caleb stood, and begun to drag himself to the small fan then sat on the counter. "Oh...when will that idiot get the AC fixed....seriously..." He slumped onto the floor. "Hot..." He closed his eyes. He wondered where he was, that is when he sat up. "hm....Is he alseep? Or..." Caleb stood up, walking up the stairs. "Dale? Oh...c'mon now, get up..." he didn't get a response. "Maybe he left early..."

Dale turned in his bed. The covers were long since lost, and crumpled on the floor. Hot weather made his sleep heavy and sluggish, and he didn't want to get up, or even really move. It felt like the air was pushing against him, and filling his lungs with cotton. Eventually though, he ran a hand through his morning hair and dragged himself out of bed, to slip on some thin clothes and groggily wipe the sleep from his eyes. He could hear Caleb's voice, and that made it a little easier for him to wake up. Dale liked that he was being sought after, it made him feel a lot less heavy. Slowly he opened the door, and smiled upon seeing the boy. "Morning. Did you want something?" He hoped that the answer would be no, that Caleb had simply wanted to see if he was awake, but thought it best to ask anyway.

Caleb was about to head downstairs when he heard the older man talk to him. He turned around and smiled. "Good, your awake." He placed his hand on his hips and said. "What I WANT is for you to get someone to fix the stupid AC already." He grabbed onto Dale's shirt. "I'm going to die if this keeps up." He slumped to the floor. He soon stood back up and said. "I packed up your lunch for your work, and you missed breakfast so..." He shrugged and then made his way downstairs. "You do have to work today right?" He was expecting Dale to sneak up behind him and hug him like he did every morning.

Dale smiled, enjoying the attention and feeling like he was needed. Even if it was just for air con fixture. He didn't like thought when Caleb started to walk away, and put his arms around the smaller boy. "Oh well, luckily for you, the AC's broken their too, so no work." He turned the boy around and gave him a proper hug, tight and warm. "So you get to have me around the whole day, and I get to keep an eye on you too." He laughed to himself, and then planted a small kiss on the others nose. "Lunch? How very good of you, maybe I'll have that now instead then."

Caleb felt his hug, and his cheeks turned a light pink. "You don't need to..." He began to pull away, but then he felt the kiss and he covered his face some. He always acted like he hated it when he touched him, but they both knew he liked it. Caleb then hurried downstairs and said. "Your lunch is on the counter then." He said and then moved to the little fan he had.

He smiled a little bit more when the boy tried to hide. He had always found him sweet, more so when he acted so against something. Dale walked slowly through the house. He had really grown to love it, where as before it had simply been somewhere to live. His lunch was on the counter, but he ignored it for a moment to smile and watch Caleb stand in front of the small fan. "You know, you should go and have a shower. That would help." Dale put a hand on the younger boys back gently. "I promise I'll try and fix it later, just I can't right now. I've only just woken up, I need something to make me more attentive. I'll break it otherwise, I don't work well in the morning." He picked up his lunch from the side, looking it over. On second thoughts, maybe it was just too hot for food.

Caleb blinked a and nodded. "Mph. That's a good idea. Alright, I'll be right back." He rushed up the stairs, turning his back to him. Once up ther, he made his way into the bathroom. He closed the door, well so he thought, he accidently left the door cracked a little. Caleb began to strip himself of his clothing. He turned on the cold water, slowly stepping into the shower.

Dale was happy that his idea had been taken on board, and stood in front of the fan for a while as Caleb went upstairs. He really should fix that air conditioning, now he had gotten dressed he was really starting to feel the heat. He ran a hand through his hair, and then slowly turned and walked up the stairs to the bathroom. He went to knock on the door, and find out if he could jump in the shower after him, but the door slowly opened instead. He looked at Caleb's clothes on the floor, and smirked. He unbuttoned his shirt and then waited before jumping in behind the boy and holding their bodies together. "Hope you don't mind me being here." His voice was barely a whisper, somehow suiting the situation.

Caleb felt the sudden embrace. His face turned a deep red. "Hey! l-let go of me! Yah!!" He tried to pull away, but knew he couldn't, he placed his hands on Dales arms. "What are you doing in here anyway...shouldn't you be fixing the AC." He pouted some, as the water hit both of them, for they were both now soaked, but what made it bad is that Caleb had no clothes which made him turn a deep red.

He almost enjoyed the boys fight, even if it was worthless. "I know I should have been, but like I said, I'm not awake. I thought a shower would bring me a little closer to full attention." Dale enjoyed even more Caleb's red face. "Oh don't be like that, there's nothing for you to worry about." He made it obvious that his eyes were wandering, letting the boy know that there was nothing to worry about. The water felt nice against his naked top half, but not as nice as Caleb's skin on his. He loved that feeling, almost more then anything else.

Caleb calmed some. His head hung low. "Still..." He closed his eyes some. "I..." He sighed a littled, not knowing what to do or say now. He was just glad that they were the only ones that lived here. Of course Dale's Editor did have a habit of entering when Dale was beeing all touchy. She was always like that, but hopefully the door was locked. Caled leaned back into him some, wondering how long he was planning on holding him like this.

Dale took a deep breath in, nuzzling his nose into Caleb's damp hair and letting his breath tickle the boys ear. "You're so beautiful." The words hung in the air around them, like the steam that normally rose from the water. It wasn't made any better by soft kisses that were planted down Caleb's neck, and then slowly down his spine. Dale loved having as much contact as he could at a time with him, it almost felt like he was showing the boy that he belonged to someone, to him. He had always wanted that to be the case.

Caleb blushed again once he was called beautiful. He was going to protest, saying he was a man and what not, but he soon felt Dale's soft lips. Lips he had become familiar with. He shivered some. "Dale..." He leaned foward some, almost as if he was trying to get away, but knew he would be pulled back. He was always swept away by him. Even if sometimes he didn't want it, he was always swept away.

Dale put pulled the younger boy back to him, enjoying his wet skin on the others. A small shiver ran down his back as Caleb said his name, he loved how it sounded in his He was used to this, to being fought against. Eventually Caleb gave in, or at least struggled less. Dale was sure that he enjoyed it deep down. He wasn't cruel, and he wasn't overly forceful, he was just loving. "You're mine..." Although those words were barely audible they held a power in them, like it was a fact and it couldn't be changed.
