A spoiled sea-elf princess is unaware that there is a world above the water. She's been kept hidden within the confines of her castle, and the city around it. Never before has she wandered out past the city limits but curiosity will shortly get the better of her. What causes it? Something from the world above lets its existence get known, and spoiled as she is, Alexia is bound to get into some kind of trouble.

This something from above is a human knight. Being banashed from his homekingdom he's found refuge in a strip of beach. A late night exploration of the sandbars reveals the lights of the sea-elf city below the waves. Swimming a little closer every night Eon will find himself tredding water above the city. Eon will spend his nights watching the sea-elves with his curiosity. Though his foolish mind may bring unwanted attention to him from the elves below the waves.

Alexia marveled at the man treading water above her kingdom, she was hanging out the window of the tallest tower watching him swing things that weren't fins to stay above the water. Why isn't he coming down below the surface? He was just a speck to most since he was so far above, but with her keen elven eye sight she could see him when she focused on the single spot.
He had been there every night, and every night the man had gotten closer. Tonight, she was going to get closer and try something. He seemed to be like their normal top half, but he had no fins like she did. Even when she shapeshifted she would turn into a creature similar to a dolphin. Tonight, she wanted to get closer, to look at him better, and see if she could shapeshift the other way.

She blew several bubbles in thought, pondering. But Alexia was spoiled, and trouble was not something she would ever expect to get into so with a shove she pushed herself from the window and flexed the muscles in her fins as she swam through the water towards the surface.
