Bellinda and The Cloaked Schemer

Wakka had thought this was just going to be just like any other day. Him and the Aurochs were going to go on the beach and practice for the upcoming tournament. They all knew they could use all the practice they could get. He did his best to keep his teammates spirits up, but it was easy to see that some of them were getting discouraged. So imagine his surprise when this amazing blitzball player came out off nowhere. It must be a blessing from Spira. But the poor guy had gotten too close to Sin, so he wasn't sure if he should even bother asking if he wanted to play in the next tournament. But of course, the decision was always up to this strange man.

Tidus looks around and rubs the back of his neck looking at everyone that was on the beach. He would look over at the pokey red hair guy and says. "Blitzball is always my life..and it is good to see people that has blitzball here.." looks around before he looks back over at the team. "Is there any possible way I could join up I mean I'm sure you have an tournment coming up soon and I was hoping to tag along..there is an person I want to find maybe he can tell me what the heck is going on here." says. As he did told him about where he was from and everything but heard it was an holy land now which was something he didn't understand. So thats why he told them he got to close to sin toxic.

Wakka nodded. "Sure. You can join." he said as the guys on the team nodded. Maybe having this guy join would actually give them a shot at the trophy. But also, maybe not. It looked like they're just going to have to wait and see. "I'll take you to the village and get you something to eat. You looked starving." he told Tidus.

Tidus would smiles rubbing the back of his head as he felt his stomach was growing. He nods "Yea I am.." then he would wonder about what happen and hopes Rikku and the others was ok from that attack of Sin. But he didn't tell anything about it to Wakka and looks back over at him. "I just wondering why does Sin attack people? I mean what did we did to make SIN mad at us?"

"Sin is our punishment for people who commits crimes or uses machina. The sooner everyone repents, the sooner sin will be gone, ya?" Wakka said, shrugging lightly. He believed that the people who follow Yevon are all trying hard to repent, but those Al Bhed are ruining everyone's chances of being rid of Sin forever.

While Wakka tells him that he would look around and could tell this was once an small city where machina was. "So Sin did this? That is terrible." he looks back over at Wakka. "So that explains what happen in Zanarkand" sighs gently.

Wakka nodded. "Yeah. But there's no point in worrying about what happened in the past." he said, shrugging lightly. He turned and started heading toward the village as he waved for Tidus to follow him. "Come on. We should get some food in you."

Tidus nods and would follow Wakka to the village. "Good I'm starving...its been while since I last ate" laughs lightly.

Wakka smiled and headed to the village. "We should be able to find something you would like to eat." he said. "But we got to be careful on the road. There are fiends everywhere."

Tidus follows him to the village and heard him say about the fiends. "I can handle myself against the fiends I am an pretty good fighter against them." says.

Wakka raised an eyebrow lightly. "Really now? Well, let's see what you got." he said, pointing to a fiend that just appeared. He was going to wait to see how Tidus handled the situation. If he couldn't, then he would intervene.

Tidus nods as he pulls out the sword that Auron gave him. He would look at the fiend and thought it was pretty easy to fight as he would take off and slashes which the fiend was slow on its reflexes and killed it.

Wakka smiled. "Good job." he said, patting Tidus on the back as he laughed lightly. He looked around once before heading down the path again towards the village. There didn't seem to be any more fiends nearby.

Tidus was glad that Wakka praise him for that as he could take care of fiends since he had fought alot of them in Zanarkand. He follows Wakka to the village and looks around "Wow this island seems so peaceful beside the fiends." chuckles some.

Wakka nodded. "Yeah. There's not many fiends around here since the island is so small. But we have to be careful of the few that are. If we don't take care of them quickly, they tend to multiply." he said, shrugging lightly. "But we have some people here that are willing to protect the village at all costs."

Tidus nods as he listens to Wakka and nods "Yea I can understand that...I am surpise an small village like yours can handle them" once he see the village coming into view from the hill above.

Once the village was in view, Wakka started pointing out various buildings and what they were used for. "You can get something to eat over there if you're interested." he said, pointing towards one building.

Tidus looks over at Wakka and toward the building and nods "Great..all that walking and stuff is really driving my hunger" laughs.

Wakka laughed lightly. "You go find yourself something to eat. I'll meet up with you later over there." he said, pointing towards another building before heading off towards the temple.

Tidus nods and would head toward the building where Wakka had pointed at so he could get an bite to eat. He walks into the tent and looks around "Pretty nice.." says to himself.

A girl smiled at Tidus when he entered. "Hi~ What can I get for you today?" she asked, bringing him to a seat.

Tidus moves over and sits down "Uhh what do you have here? I don't mind mind..I could eat anything. It has been an while since I last ate I was on an boat before Sin attack and well its an long story" shrugged some.

"You were attacked by Sin! It's a miracle that you're still alive!" she exclaimed. "Praise be to Yevon!" She turned to get him some food after doing a short little prayer for him.

Tidus watches the girl and nods "Yea it is." as once the girl came back with the food "Ahh that smells good" as he would began to eat.
