For decades humans and pokemon all across the world, have come together as one. Some humans and pokemon unit to become what is known as the Pokemon Champion. Others unit in order to help others who are in need of it, and there are some who live to befriend and raise Pokemon. This all creates a bond that cannot be broken. Now in this new generation of human and pokemon has its own story with new paths and destinies. Hopefully they the legacy that as been past down, but one thing will never change. Lucas closed the front door to his family’s house and tip-toed away from it. There is no way I can stay here any longer. I’m sorry Mom and Dad, I’ve got to go, he thought to himself as he walked down the road. He readjusted the bag on his back, moving toward the large building that was known as Professor Oak’s laboratory. “It’s time to get my beginner. I hope he still has a Squirtle in there,” he mumbled before knocking on the door gently.

Professor Oak heard a small soft knock on the door and quickly stopped what he was doing. "Nurse joy can you assist those kids over there while i go open the door" he asked shouting across the room. Upon opening the door he saw a small boy who couldn't be any older than 13 or 14. "Hello there new comer" he announced, "I see that this is you first time so i'll help you along the beginning.

"Thanks" Lucas mummbled as he walked into the room. As he entered the lab he was fascinated by all of the high tech epuipment insided. Turning he noticed a group of kids over at a table,"Whats going on over there" he asked.

"Over there is where you will get to choose your pokemon that will grow with you" he answered as he headed to a back door, "But unfortunately there are only two left and the other is being shipped off to someone very special.
