Roe sighed as she watched Casimir make friends and have fun. She wanted to do that too. She was a really outgoing person and as a child she had many friends but things had changed. She knew if she left Casimir her sister would be upset with her and she didn't want to barge in over there. She'll be in here soon and tell me I can leave him alone... I hope.

Rae watched the new girl with a bit of envy. She had been welcomed so quickly. But she wasn't a hunter. What can I expect?

Ahanna watched Cire change. That would be so nice. At Cire's words she gasped. "Oh no, I forgot. Someone asked me to sew them an outfit but I can't remember who. It might have been Millie but it could have been Scarlett. So fabrics would be great. I can get enough for both of them." She looked over at Cire and smiled. I've never been good with silks. They always bunch up on me so it is amazing you get them to behave." She nodded, "and the rest sounds good too. I just need the herb stores." She looked over at the town nervousily remembering that this was a human town. I'll be find. Cire is with me afterall.

Day noticed the blush but didn't say anything. He nodded, "That is fine. Hm... I don't really know. But even if there is I'm sure changing for a few hours will solve that. And I'll still have to change for the juggling act anyways." He smiled at her laugh. "Of course you can have a feather. I molt the same as any bird. And unlike unicorn hair my feathers aren't magical. They just don't break." He thought about children. He always had liked children. "We could do that. And with what and who we are we could really help children. There are many magical beings without parents. There are even humans with gifts without humans. That is of course if we did ever get that far."

A horrible thought struck Melony, and the expression on her face changed drastically. "Day... How long do pegasus live?" It was the thought of children that had brought the thought up, especially the mention of magical children. What would she do, if Day stayed young for centuries, and she died after one of old age? A little bit of panic was starting to settle in Melony's mind, she hadn't quite realized how very much she cared for Day already until this prospect had come up. What would she do if his lifetime was longer then hers, and he decided to leave her when she was old and grey? Melony couldn't think of anything else until she knew the answer to her question.

"We look at time differently then humans but in human years between 1,500 and 2,000 years. I'm 302 right now." He wondered why she asked then realized she was human. Even though he knew that he was so used to being around others that had long life spans that he had forgotten the short lives of humans.

Melony looked to the ground with barely contained tears in her eyes. "I'll understand if after thinking about you don't want to get into anything with me after all. I mean, you've already been alive for far longer then I'll ever live. I'll be lucky to live till I'm a hundred, and... She paused to clasp her hands tightly so he wouldn't see how badly she was shaking. "I'll be old and grey, and you'll still be as you are. It isn't fair of me, to want to start something with you... When you think about like this right? Seems selfish really." Her voice was choked with emotion. Quickly Melony climbed down the tree, and sat with her back against the bark. She didn't want to see Day's reaction, hearing his words would be hard enough. He' was sure to be kind about it, but... With how things stood, there was no future for them. It would only be a brief episode in his decidedly long life. The young woman smiled at the memories she already had, trying to stay at least a little positive.

Day watched her leave the tree and started to climb down after he but when he saw she wasn't leaving he stopped. With a smile he fell down to hand upside down as Ahanna had done earlier. "No it isn't fair to you. I'm sorry I didn't think of that. Nothing we do will make it easier I'm sorry to say. But this shouldn't end us. Age is endless... or it is when you have magic and magical beings behind you." He smiled showing all his teeth. "There are ways to extend age. There is one that will extend a person's life to match another's. That is to say you could live as long as a pegasus and age the same way. You could still die in the normal ways though; injury or illness is much the same for us. If would mean leaving your family though." He reached up and grabbed the limb swinging back up. "I know this is a lot to think about. Take your time to think. When you have decided and if you want to find me Ash will lead you to me." He stood up and leaped to the next tree. "If you don't come I'll take that to mean you don't wish to see me anymore and I will not bother you." With that he jumped to the next tree and the next till he was well into the trees. When he was he dropped to the ground and quickly lost himself in the trees.

Melony took a deep breath and glanced to the unicorn. She closed her eyes as she thought. She could live with Day, be with him for as long as they wanted to be... But it would mean giving up her family for certain after she reached a certain age. They would never be able to see her again, or spend Christmas together or go sliding. All she would be able to do was send them letters, e-mails and cards. And she wasn't even sure about what she had with Day yet.

Melony opened her eyes as she remembered all the things that had happened in the past two days. The young woman recalled how the pegasus had turned into a man just so he could speak with her. She remembered how he had kissed her, and their conversations. Melony couldn't imagine a more wonderful person to spend her life with. It was just hard to reconcile the fact that she would never be able to see her family if she chose him. Mind made up she went to Ash. "Could you take me to Day please? I... I've made my decision." She waited, with great sadness in her heart.

Ash slowly unfolded her legs and stood up. She slowly walked through the trees being careful so that the human could keep up. Ash could always tell where the pegasus was. It was a small magic so small that most animals had it. A human would say she was scenting or listening for him but it was more then that. She stopped when she knew the two legged pegasus was then turned to look at the human. She waved her head in the right direction before pointing at the right spot with her horn. She then turned and walked away knowing it would be best for them to be alone.

Melony thanked Ash before walking towards the direction she'd pointed to. She stopped when she saw Day, not quite sure of how to say what she'd decided to do. "Day..." said Melony as a way of announcing herself. She went to stand beside him. There were tears in her eyes, and they began to fall as she hugged him. "I don't know how to say this, please help me." She was hurting so terribly from the decision she had made, she couldn't even think straight.

It hurt Day to see her so upset. He wanted to hold her but didn't know if that would hurt her more. So he stayed where he was. He didn't know if it would help her but he could explain the magic more. The worst would be if she was turning from him but it would only hurt him more. "I don't know what your choice is but if you would like to try for us you wouldn't have to connect with my life span now. Your young it could wait for a few years. Then you would know if you really did care for me. And even if we did that it could always be canceled. You have to renew it once a year. If you didn't do that then you would simply start aging again." Through all of this he had kept his eyes down but he now looked up. "It wouldn't have to be permanent unless you wanted it."

Feravin had blocked his eyes from the gust of wind, and to hide the expression of anger, but when he lowered his arm he had that smile of his back. He bowed to Zalia, saying, "I apologize, madam, it was a simple misunderstanding. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go get a bit more fresh air." He turned and walked out of the tent. Once outside, he took a deep breath, and, on the exhale, extended his wings. He crouched down and, in a blast of wind, shot into the sky going faster and faster, straight up. In no time at all, he was above the clouds and stopped, smiling as he took a deep breath. Up here was his one, true sanctuary. Up here, above the clouds, he could truly forget about the hunters and supe's for there was only him.

Melony calmed down as she listened to Day explaining the process a little more. She closed her eyes after taking a deep breath and looked up to meet his eyes with a tremulous smile. "I decided to choose you. It helps, it truly does, to know that I'll still be able to see my family for a few years yet. Maybe you could even meet them, after that telling them we're part of a circus would explain our constant absence from their lives don't you think? I could send them gifts form traveling around... I just can't imagine not having you there to talk to." She tilted her head up to kiss Day softly, a silent testament to what she felt for him after such a short time.

Roe quietly stood up and followed the strange new man outside. She nearly gasped when he shot off into the air. She looked up but soon lost him to the sky. Well I can't follow him there. She sat down on the ground and brought her knees up to rest her head on them. She wrapped her arms around her legs and thought about all that had happened to her and her sister. I should check on her. But instead of getting up she simply sat there and looked off into space wondering if she would ever be able to act like a normal person again.

Day broke out into a large smile. "I don't want to take you from your family. If you waited a year or two to start the magic you would have at least ten years, and maybe more with makeup, with them. And there shouldn't be any reason I shouldn't meet them. It would explain that but would they like to hear that you are part of something like this?" He leaned down slightly to return the kiss then straightened and grabbed her around the waist and spun her around.

''Good, I wanted to store up on them in all sets of colors since we have so many people... And I think both stand a chance, and maybe Feravin too... Who else joined? Maybe it would be fun to have our guards in similar outfits. Plus, it would be usefull to buy even more as to fix up the damage done. I'm sure at least one person got their costume a little bit ripped up from when they were acting. Silk is very delicate after all... As for herb stores, there should be enough... And if not, well... We'll just find one at the magical underground market. They always have magical plants so it should work out no matter what. Who knows, we might find some magical stuff which turn out very usefull.'' Cire grinned, thinking of her own. The beautifull blue chiongsam she had, it was magial and belonged only to her. Perfect for when she was in her full form, wanted to turn human but didn't have any clothes on her. The transformation was done, her hair was the right color of black, her eyes were dark blue instead of black, her feet didn't have overly long nails and all the hair seemed to be gone. ''Want me to cast an illusion spell on you?'' She asked, looking in the sky shortly. So peacefull, not a single aura and a nice breeze.

Melony laughed joyfully as Day spun her around, and when he decided to put her down she leaned against him in order to catch her breath. "They want to see me happy. Besides, they know I've had a fascination with circuses ever since we went to see Cirque du Soleil, the Corteo performance. The chandelier act was definitely memorable." The blond woman paused, to smile up at the pegasus. "I'm sure my family is going to adore you when we decide to go visit. Be warned though, my sisters will start asking about things you probably don't know about yet. Like video games." Melony rolled her eyes at that.

Ahanna nodded. "The circus really has grown. Well... we have those four hunters now. If we did matching outfits for the guards it would have to be something that could fit male or female. Yes, extra fabric is always good." She thought over her herbs real quick. "Really I could get buy with just normal herbs if I had to. My things wouldn't be as good though. I have been wanting to experiment though."

She sighed and looked down at her own clothes. "Thank you for the offer but no. I'll just attract attention. I hope you are ok with that. Magic doesn't seem to like me. I'm fine being near it, magical beings, or even magical herbs but straight magic on me doesn't work. Right after we fled we found a magical market. Rythen bought me a charm to put an illusion on me but it didn't seem to layer on me right and just made me ill. I don't know if it was because of what I am or simply because it was a bad product but I prefer to not repeat that."

----------

"That is good and as family should be." He looked around the trees. "Maybe we should worry about our first date and the people here then we can move on to your family. It will be hard enough with just this." He huffed and backed up. "Hey, I'm not so old or out of tune that I don't know video games. I've even played one. It had a short plumber in it. He wore red and was trying to save a princess from a giant turtle."

((Shoot!!!! Lilith did I ever give Roe and Rae a ring? I thought I did..))

Smiling at Serenade, Azra started to lead her out of the tent. Chenol stayed right behind her not really wanting to speak. She was still sad that Mikhail had to leave. "We didn't hear your name so it's a good thing you told us. I was just about to ask." Azra said with a smile. "Ok so on to the tour! We just left the training tent where everyone mostly spends their time." Outside now she started leading her on the path that wrapped around and through the whole circus. As they walked she pointed out the different tents. "So what brings you here if you don't mind my asking?"

Serenade followed Azra, and took everything in with wide eyes. Each tent was so colorful, and bright. It seemed to her like the circus brimmed with life and joy. With a start she realized that Azra had asked her a question. "I want to learn about magic, and see if perhaps I can find a way to gain the Sight. I was adopted into a family with the trait you see... It was hard growing up, not being able to see things the way my brother could." Not to mention the fact that playing hide and seek had been horrible. It wasn't entirely the whole reason, but Serenade didn't want to sound sappy in front of these two women of the world.

Melony cringed inwardly a little at the thought of facing everyone at the circus. "Do you think anyone will be against us?" She sighed and looked to the ground, then laughed at the description of the video game. "I'm sorry Day, I didn't mean it like that. I just wasn't sure if you had played any or not. And I think the name you're looking for is Mario... And we should just go over and tell them, shouldn't we?" Nervously she turned around, and realize she had no clue how to make her way trough the forest.

((Nope but poor Zalia had other things on her mind. She had planned on giving them the next morning but then what with the hurling on her shoes I think she forgot. lol))

----------

"Hm... they might but does it really matter? I don't think anyone would be so against that they do anything. And it isn't their say." He laughed, "Oh, I know you didn't mean it that way. And that sounds about right." He reached out when he realized she didn't know where she was and turned her in the opposite direction. "That way my dear."

((Hahahah oh that's right!! Ok She'll get them to them soon:) lol))

"Ahhh I get what your saying," Azra said with a smile. "The people you would want to talk to for that would be Cire, Zalia, or Ahanna. All three of them are our magic guru's! They could probably find something together. When Cire and Ahanna get back from town will take you to them." She had heard them talking when they walked out of the tent. Picking up where Azra left off Chenol asked Serenade a question. "So what is your act going to be?" She came up to Serenade's other side so she could see her better.

((Ahanna is the herb mistress :P She's got nothing with casting magic xD And it's funny she mentioned Cire first, since Zalia is a lot older and has roots everywhere =P))

Cire scratched herself behind the head. ''Giving them matching outfits would attract unneeded attention to them, which I'm sure they wouldn't like. Then again, it wouldn't hurt asking. As for the herbs, we can store up on both. In the end, I'd love to see what you could create if you had the material to be creative.'' She smiled, dusting off her skirt, getting rid of the puffies of cloud. Funny how her element liked clinging on her.
''Hmm, sounds troublesome. Probably a bad product though, charms are difficult to match on a person, using the spell directly is a way better way. But, since you're uncomfortable with the idea, I won't cast it on you.'' Cire said, smiling broadly as she entered the city, obviously taking it that Ahanna would follow. The market was bustling, but it was the celebration of a good harvest after all.

A bout of laughter escaped Melony at being turned around after facing the completely wrong direction. She didn't mind, she would have wandered off and ended up in who knows what part of the world. "Thanks Day!" She began walking towards the direction he'd turned her to, and took her time. "So how do you think is the best way to tell everyone? I don't really know any of them all that well..." It was nerve wracking trying to figure it out. Should they tell them one at a time, or gather everyone together? There were so many things to think about.

Serenade smiled broadly at the advice given to her. She already felt like this place might just be right for her. Turning her head she frowned a little in thought before answering the other twin, Chenol. "I'm an illusionist. Growing up it was the only way I could get the better out of my cousins. So, making things 'disappear' and cutting people in half. Or making things float without any strings attached... Those typed of things. It's going to be fun, and maybe I could give everyone a preview of sorts some time. I'll be able to find volunteers for being my assistant." She'd always wanted to add tricks that involved making another person disappear, but no one had ever wanted to be her assistant before.

"That is true. Though it isn't like they wouldn't be able to handle it or that we wouldn't be able to fight back. Yeah... I'm sure that you'll learn, like Rythen, that me being creative isn't that great at first. When I started with the sleeping poison the first few times it put me out for three days, then nothing, and then just made me kind of blue. Don't know how that happened."

Ahanna nodded. It probably was. Maybe we could experiment on that later. She quickly followed after Cire and looked around.

"Your very welcome dear." He walked behind her and thought. "Hmm.. I don't know. Let's try it my way first. We should probably do it as we see people since we are never all in one place unless it is for an act." He noticed that they were almost out of the woods. He could hear people talking and ran the last few paces out to see the sisters with a new girl. "Hello new girl. I'm Day the pegasus. This is Melony the hunter and my girlfriend." He said the last part as she walked out of the trees. Then nodded at the sisters. He smiled widely and waited to see how blunt worked.

''To present the beauty of a rose, you have to cut it's thorns. It is to be expected that you cut yourself, whether or not it was worthy though... Is for you to decide. Was it worthy to turn out for 3 days, and turn blue, for your sleeping poison? If you think it was worthy, I think it was wonderfull. No worries, I've got books enough to save you each day from a different illness.'' Cire said smiling broadly with a devilish teint to it as she walked towards a jewellery store, acting interested. Her dark blue eyes searched the gems for magic though, humans tend to sell stuff of which they didn't know the worth all the time. And she loved it. Nothing special at this one, except for the gem that was easily changed with magic. But, she was good with that ability so she didn't need it. It did look pretty smooth though, it could suit like the final touch to a ribbon or whatever. ''Sometimes you come across something 'rare', and other times something plain pretty.'' Putting emphasis on the word rare, Cire thought Ahanna would understand.

"Very true. And I always think it is worth it. At the time Rythen wasn't happy with me. I would have turned blue for year for that little gift." She laughed, "At least with herbs there isn't a worry of blowing the place up. And that is a good thing to know. But that is why I use myself to test. I might nock me out for three days but if someone else had tried it might have put them down for a month. It does make it harder when I've got to fine tune something though."

She watched as Cire looked over the jewels. They were pretty but so were simple and cheap stones. Why bother with all the money? She nodded though at Cire's words. "They are certainly pretty and I can see how those rare ones would come in handy."

Walking out of the trees, she smiled a little at Day running off. That was when she heard his last sentence and her jaw nearly dropped to the ground. She was blushing furiously as she walked to stand nervously beside him. The young woman listened as the stranger introduced herself as Serenade and shook hands with her, all the while a white noise was roaring in her ears. Melon kept wondering how the twins would react, she hoped Azra would be all for it.
