Alice stood up and took Stella's hand and said "Time to go", she smiled and then took a step forward towards where Lena's voice was. Once in the car she felt around for the seat belt then the buckle and sat in her seat and looked at her feet even though she couldn't see them she knew they were there.

((I am guessing that Stella has shotgun, so that is how my post is going to be designed.))

Layla went into the car and sat down next to Alice and was going to be in the middle.

Alec just remembered something when he looked at the seat belts. What if they got into an accident, Kelsey would not be safe even if he stayed behind because she was too young to go without a booster seat. "Actually, Kelsey. It would be safer if you sit on my lap. I can protect you better that way." He said as he picked her up and sat her on his lap when he got into the car.

Stella got into the front seat and sat down. She couldn’t keep herself from looking around, since this was the first time she had ever been in a car. Seeing the seat belt she put it on.

Lena kept a look out as the children got into her car. Once they were all in she got back in. “Everyone got their seatbelt on? If you don’t please get it on because we are going.” She hadn’t turned the car off, so she just had to put it in drive. They were on their way now. “First we’ll go to my house. I think I might have some clothes that will fit you Layla and Alice, but I’m not sure about you Stella and Kelsey. There should be something for you too Alec if you don’t mind wearing women’s clothes for a little bit. After we get changed I’ll take you guys to get some food and a few new clothes.”

Ciaran reentered through the break room. “First I’ll go talk to Andrew.” He headed down to where the patient rooms were to find Andrew calling for some of the patients. “What’s going on? Haven’t found Alice yet?”

"Its ok i can wear something to big for a bit," kelsey said.

Alice looked confused then said "But what is wrong with our normal clothes".

"are you joking we look like syco escapes because of out white outfits," kelsey said.

Lena laughed slightly. “Alice dear do you really want to hear your hospital clothes around town?” She then looked over at Stella. “You feeling ok? You look a little pale.” Without looking she handed Stella the one bag. It had their medicine that they would need in it. “You’re medicine is in there if you need it.”

“You’re right Kelsey. We’d look like weirdos.” Stella looked over the seat at Alice. “Hmm…well Crystal has been giving me a hard time.” Taking the bag she nodded and started to rummage through it to find the bottle with her name on it.

Alice looked up and said "Wait, Cassie put some of my pills in my pant pocket" she paused then said "Do we really look that weird?". She tried to imagine what she looked like and giggled a little at what she saw.

"Just as long as it is not a dress, I will be fine." Alec said with a laugh.

Andrew looked at Ciaran then said "I have looked in every room as well as the cafeteria and did not find any of them", he walked a little closer to Ciaran and said "Something is going on but I have no idea what."

Dexter put a couple of needles into his pocket and left his lab. He started to walk down the hall, pretending to be looking for Layla and Alec.

Cassie went into her lab and began cleaning up around the place. She didnt want to bump into someone in the hall and be asked a bunch of questions since she was also nice to the patients.

Ciaran nodded. “You’re right, but what?” He was starting to put the pieces together and thought he knew what was going on. There has been an escape arranged by some of the other staff. He just hoped that he was wrong about Lena being involved. The boss wasn’t going to like any of this when he found out. “We probably should go see the boss about all of this.”

Lena glanced over her shoulder before turning her attention back to the road. “I know she did Alice. You keep those with you. Kelsey I’m glad you don’t mind wearing something too big and we’ll make it work until we get you something your size.” She reached over and turned the radio, but not too loud. Music would help calm her nerves. Hearing Alec she grinned, “Aww, but I thought you’d look so cute disguised as a girl Alec.” She laughed lightly at the image in her head.

Stella took her medicine and sat quietly until Lena suggested putting Alec in a dress. She started to giggle and quickly covered her mouth.

"that would be funny," she said.

Alice reached her hand out to the door she was sitting beside and put her hand on the glass feeling that it was cool to the touch, she then took her hand away and leaned her head against it closing her eyes. She smiled and said "Thank you Lena", she listened to the music and thought about what it looked like outside and smiled at the thought. She didn't comment on Alce being in a dress because it was hard for her to actually see him in one.

Dexter came across Andrew and Ciaran as he was walking the halls, overhearing that they were going to the boss. "What is going on? Why do you want to see they boss?" He asked, figuring they were talking about the missing children. "Have you seen Layla and Alec? I have been looking all over for them. It is not like them to be missing a check up."

"That would be funny, especially because he is not girlie enough to pass off as a girl." Layla said with a laugh.

Andrew looked at Dexter and said "All of them are missing" he paused "Alice, Stella, Kelsey, Layla, and Alec, I have searched everywhere and can not find them". He looked back at Ciaran and said "We should go tell the boss".

Cassie walked down the hall. She noticed all of the doctors in one of the rooms. She walked by trying not to get noticed. She didnt feel like playing 20 questions right now.

"What?!" Dexter replied in shock. "How can this be?" He said with disbelief. "How about this? I go with Andrew to the boss, and you, Ciaran, could search for clues." Dexter said in a take charge kind of tone. He wanted to get the doctors separated because it would be easier to sedate them.

Ciaran had an annoyed look in his eyes. “I don’t know how this happened,” he said, though he had a few ideas. After a moment of thought about what Dexter suggested he came up with a plan of his own. “Sounds good to me, I’ll keep searching the rooms for clues.” He’d search for clues alright, he was going to go to the boss personally due to some other complaints that he had. For now he would leave the fact that he was Lena leave a secret.

After a little while Lena turned a street with houses on both sides. It was closer to the outskirts of the city. “We’ll be there soon.” Glancing over she noticed that Stella had fallen asleep. She was already starting to think of a plan. They shouldn’t go to Dexter’s place right away, but they wouldn’t be able to stay at her home for long either. She would think things through more while after they were safe at her house.

Stella slept soundly in her seat.

"All right. Lets go, Andrew." Dexter said as he started to walk to the bosses office, which would lead the pass his lab. He could tell that Ciaran was up to something, but he had to deal with him later.

Ciaran waited for the two other doctors to be out of sight before leaving the room. He went to his lab to grab a few things. After he talked to the boss he would leave the hospital, but not to search for the children. That he would leave up to the boss for now unless he was ordered to do the searching. Where is Jason? He should be helping too. For all we know he could have taken them all to his lab to experiment on. I doubt that it would actually happen though. He left his office with a small bag and started to head the back way to the bosses office.

Kelsey's ears twitched a bit. Her tail wrapped around her and she yawned and fell asleep.

Alice opened her eyes when Lena said that they were almost there and then remamber that she couldn't see, to her this was just going to be a pain until it went away. She leaned back in the seat and sighed, it was weird all she could see was darkness, and sometimes something went by fast but she never caught it.

It was another fifteen minutes before Lena pulled the car into the gravel drive way of a small two-story house. The house was a cream color with teal shutters. There was a small flowerbed on each side of the stairs that led up to the porch. There was also two cherry trees in the front yard along with a small Japanese Maple. She stopped the car. “We are here. Anyone still awake?” She gently rubbed Stella’s arm to wake her. Giving the girl a gentle smile when she yawned and looked at her she asked her, “Can you help Alice again?” Before getting out she grabbed the bags. Then she proceeded to go unlock the front door.

Stella yawned and looked at Lena, still half asleep. She just gave her a nod when she asked her to help Alice. Yawning she asked, “You awake Alice?”
