Alice turned to her left and put her hand out so that she could feel around, when she reached a wall she started to feel for a doorway.

"i'll lead you," kelsey said taking alices hand leading her into the ktichen.

Alice smiled when Kelsey took her hand and said "Thanks, hopefully I will be able to see soon".

"i hope so to," she said.

Alice giggled and said "Ok, now where is the sink or does she have a dishwasher?"

"All i see is a sink," kelsey siad.

Alice smiled and said "Alright", she she put her hand out to try and find the counter.
|
“Thank you.” Stella giggled and blushed slightly. She then picked out a pretty blue top and a pair of jeans for Alice to wear. Holding up the outfit she asked, “Do you think she will like these?”
Lena descended the stairs with what she had went to the attic for. She sighed slightly. She would miss this house and the things in it because they were so dear to her, but that couldn’t stop her from doing what she had planned. “I’m going down stairs,” she called down the hallway in case any of them were still upstairs. Before going down stairs she relocked the door to the attic. “I have some stuff for you guys. You will need to keep it with you.” She stopped at the bottom of the stairs. “I have been planning your escape for a while so I had made sure to put money back for all of you. At least I know with this if we get separated somehow you’ll still be able to get things you need.” She laid the wallets and purses out on the coffee table for the girls. “Choose the ones you like. They all have the same amount of money in them.” Ciaran made his way to the bosses off. He knocked lightly on the door. After a moment he heard the boss’s gruff voice say “Come in.” He opened the door and went into the office. “I’m sorry to be bothering you sir, but there have been some problems today. To start off with some of the other doctors have been preventing me from doing my check-ups and experiments. The doctors involved are Jiro and Cassie. Also there is a white cat on the loose in the hospital. Apparently one of the patients had it with them when they arrived.” The boss listened to his complaints and just nodded. Once Ciaran had finished telling him everything about the strange happenings of the morning, other than the children missing the boss told him to have anyone else that tried to stop his work or interrupted it to come see him.“Thank you for your time sir. Also because of the stressful day I’ve had I would like to request to take the rest of the day off if that is ok with you.” Hearing this the boss’s expression turned sour. “No! Now get out of my office and back to work,” he yelled. |
Alice found the counter and then reached along it to find the sink when she did she placed the cup in it and then heard Lena's voice. She turned around leaning against the counter then said "Hey Kelsey do you mind helping me again".

"If you don't get your sight back on your own, maybe Dexter could find a way to get your sight back." Layla said before Alice walked into the other room to put the glass away. Then, Lena called, causing her to go to where Lena was. She looked at the purses and picked up a indigo one. "Thank you so much, Lena." She said with a smile.
Alec heard Lena and went downstairs and looked at the wallets. He picked up a navy blue wallet. "I'll take it just in case because Dexter did not get the chance to give me any money. However, I will ensure you that you will be paid back." Once they were out of everyone's sight. Dexter let himself fall behind a bit and stuck the needle in Andrew's neck, knocking him out instantly. Then, he walked closer to the boss's office but stopped because he had heard voices. He heard Ciaran talking with the boss. "I knew I could not trust him." He thought as he hide behind the corner. Now, he just needed to get Ciaran away from the boss's office, so he could sedate him as well. |
Alice started to walk forward reaching the wall she moved in the direction of the doorway and then stood in it saying "Thanks Layla but I really don't feel like being poked with needle's anymore, so hopefully it comes back on it's own". She giggled then said "Ummm, is there a light blue?".

"sure alice," kelsey said helping her. She then picked up a bright pink wallet.

Stella shrugged and followed Alec downstairs with the outfit she had picked for Alice. “Alice I have you’re outfit. It’s a blue shirt and jeans.” She said cheerfully as she took the clothes over to her. “Kelsey and I can help you change if you want.”
Lena handed a purse with a wallet to Alice. “Yes there is, here you go.” She then turned to Alec. “You don’t need to worry about it. I don’t care if I get the money back.” “But sir, I need to take the rest of the day off. It is very important, please reconsider.” This was as close as Ciaran would come to begging. If he couldn’t get the boss to agree to letting him off then he’d just leave on his own. “I don’t care how important it is. You are to stay here and do your job. If you can’t handle things yourself I would suggest that you consider how fragile your job is. Remember even if you quit or get fired no other hospital will touch you because of that accident you had. So get back to work.” Ciaran grunted and turned around, opening the door. He stomped out of the room, slamming the door behind him. “Darn you for bringing that up. It wasn’t my fault...and they couldn’t even prove that I was the culprit. What am I doing? I need to get out of here and find Lena.” He ran his hand through his hair as he started down the hall, not even noticing Dexter was there waiting for him. |
Alice smiled and said "Thanks Lena and thanks for the offer Stella but I can get dressed on my own" she paused "Where's the bathroom?". She was getting tired of having to ask these question she wished she could see again.

Dawn Anne Poxleitner Dawn wandered the halls of this hospital, that now seemed more like a home. She had been here for all of her teen years, after all. She turned corners, returning the stares of the staff she passed, a stare she was familiar with. They all had the same goal, it seemed: Play with the little toys they found, no limits to what they could do. Dawn could understand this, people were all such fun little playthings to her. She giggled to herself, a hushed sound, as she reminisced about all of her past victims and their terror and confusion struck gazes. Continuing down the halls, Dawn found an empty room, that looked like it was used for experimentation. She waltzed into the room, halfway shutting the door behind her, and rummaged throughout the files and shelves in the room, curious as to discovering information about the patients here; maybe even the staff. |
"That is my way of thanking you." Alec replied with a slight smile. "I will repay you for your kindness one way or another even if it is not money."
Dexter noticed that Ciaran seem not to notice him, so he followed Ciaran quietly. He took out the needle and went to stab him in the neck in order to make him pass out quickly. |
Lena took the outfit from Stella. “I’ll show you the way Alice. Thank you Alec, but I really don't expect any repayment.” Taking Alice’s hand she led her to the other side of the staircase that had a small narrow hallway. “The bathroom is at the end of this hall. There are two rooms on the right. The first one is a study and the second one is a guest room. That will be your room tonight.” When they reached the bathroom she opened the door and turned on the light. “Here you are Alice.”
Stella picked up the lavender wallet and black purse. “I’m getting hungry. What about you guys?” Ciaran cursed when he felt the stabbing pain of the needle in his neck. He turned to hit who ever had stuck the thing in him. “I knew I couldn’t trust you. And to think I was nice enough to not tell…” That was all he got out before collapsing to the floor. He tried to fight the drowsiness, but it wasn’t long before he succumbed to it. |
Alice listened to Lena as they were walking down the hall, she was glad to know that she wouldn't have to climb more stairs. When they reached they reached the bathroom she smiled and said "Thanks for everything Lena", she hugged her and then took the clothes from her and stepped into the bathroom closing the door behind her to get changed.

Cassie walked down the hall. She was heading to her office to get some of her files.

Dawn Anne Poxleitner Dawn continued rummaging through the files, taking in information about the staff and patients here at the hospital. She was unconcerned with the fact that she could hear footsteps in the hallway outside of the door; She figured it was just the usual doctor or patient walking by. |
Cassie walked into her office. She noticed the door half way opened. She then noticed the girl looking throught he files. She could tel it was dawn. "Dawn what are you doing," she asked.

Dawn Anne Poxleitner Dawn did not jump, nor even flinch at the sudden question. She merely turned, her piercing red eyes meeting with the female's who stood before her, "Learning a little about my fellow patients, dearest Cassie," she answered, a playful smirk on her face. She was curious to what the woman's reaction would be. |
"Well ask next time ok," she said walking over to the cabnet. She got out folders for the patients and sat them on the table. "You can look at them as long as you stay in here ok," she said then went over and started looking through inventory.

Dawn Anne Poxleitner Dawn's playful smirk fell. Deciding to go elsewhere, she turned to face the door, said a monotone goodbye, and set off out the door into the hallways. She walked, unsure of her destination. Along her way she passed a few other rooms, the bathroom, and the odd patient or staff member loitering the hall. |
"I know, but I would feel bad if I don't." Alec replied before Lena left the room.
"I could have said the same about you." Dexter said as Ciaran fell to the ground. He was not sure what Ciaran was talking about, or would he remember this little encounter. However, he still took him into his office. Then, he went back to Andrew and dragged him into his lab. He then went throw Andrew's files to see what he was planning and saw what he did to Alice. His eyes narrowed, and he went into Andrew's supplies and got needles filled with a blue liquid, hoping it was the same stuff he injected Alice with. Without his sight, he doubted that Andrew could continue his work and probably would have to retire early. Before Andrew could wake up, he injected Andrew with the blue liquid, got rid of the evidence, and left Andrew's lab. Then, he went back to his office and watched Ciaran, wondering what is going to be his role in the escape. However, he was not going to take any chances in telling him about anything. ((I wonder where is Andrew anyway.)) |
