((WAHHHHH I leave for a little over an hour with nothing happening and get back and theres already a ton of posts.... SWEEET... More reading ^.^... <3 ya guys))

Daeman looked at the man that was speaking to her. It was Ti of course. Who else would ask how she slept that night. She looked at him with wide puppy dog eyes just because she could, then back to her food with her head down. "I never sleep very good. How about yourself." The berries in the pancakes just put the topper on all of the good taste and made the halfling smile happily at them before she devoured the rest of the thin cakes. She wondered how the woman got the berries into the cake and still make it flat like it was. She would have to wonder that later. Right now she actually felt like exploring the town this morning. "Im going to town, do you want to come with?" Of course she could accept it if the man had said no. Two assassins walking together never looked good, even if the other people didnt either of them were assassins. Actually, the little halfling would be surprised if the man had actually said yes to her.

Ti's attention turned to the vampress as she walked down the stairs. He raised an eyebrow, but it lowered as he noticed the gleaming pendant around her neck. He had seen enough charmed jewels to know one on sight. He took another bite of his folded pancake, looking back to Daeman with a slight smile at the look on her face. "You aren't the only one with restless nights." He replied before eating more of his sweet breakfast. At her suggestion, he paused to think, ticking off a few things he had to do in town. "I have a few stops to make myself, so I don't see why not." He said, watching her reaction as he continued to eat.

((Btw, I love the floor plans! Their really cute (: ))

Feral Fantom 03-23-2011 09:47 PM

Dubhaigh gave a nod to Ti and said, "Good choice, sir." Then he prepared the drink, leaving the cream packets next to the cup. "Enjoy." He said with one of his trademark smiles. Then he walked over to Aneira and replied, "Certainly, this morning we have either lingonberry pancakes or biscuits with quail gravy. And we also offer many drinks, including coffee, tea, juices, milk, alcohol, or just water."

Drakina 03-23-2011 11:06 PM

Julia leaned onto the bar top, looking down at Dubhaigh. "I'd like to know if you have something specific when you're done with her," she said, figuring she might as well ask, the proprietor had had rooms designed for her kind, she might have more.
if not, she'd just have to go out and hunt. She smiled, thinking of an interesting way to phrase her request.

((Her necklace.))

Hresvelgr 03-23-2011 11:29 PM

Aneira had pulled her hood a bit higher to cover her face a bit better. "The biscuits and water sound good." Aneira decided. She noticed a few familiar faces from last night. While the bartender was getting her breakfast, Aneira pulled out her purchase. The silly woman. Selling it to her for such a good price. The woman probably did not even realize it was real.

((Beh, short..)

Daeman35 03-24-2011 01:22 AM

Daeman smiled at the man's words. Of course it surprised her that he had agreed to go into town with her but she would never show it. "Ill let you finish your coffee before we go ok?" The little halfling took a sip of her tea again and looked around the room. One of the people she had seen from last night had come back in and pulled out a necklace with a nice little jewel on it. It looked pretty expensive but by the look on the girl's face, she had gotten it for a good price.

(EEEEK.... brain dead)

KageShio 03-24-2011 01:53 AM

"Sounds good." He said with a smile, peeling the lid off one of the little creamer things and pouring the thick contents into the mug. He took a deep drink of the hot liquid, burning his tongue in the process, but not caring. It was coffee and liquor, the two things he needed to be up and moving this early in the day. Taking another gulp, he took the time to look at the other patrons again, learning more than one would think by watching them move and speak.

His eyes widened a little as he saw the gem the dragoness pulled out. It looked like garnet, but shined like diamond, leading him to think it was red diamond, the rarest of fancies, colored diamonds. Watching it shine in the light, though, he saw it was too brown, more like a dark topaz in color. He could tell it was something exceptional, but could not place what it was so he shrugged it off, looking to the vampress next.

He looked her up and down, something familiar tugging at the back of his mind. She was like so many vampires he had seen in the past: pale and curvy with dark hair and fine features. Nothing about her seemed to stick out, until he took a closer look at the gem nestled in her bosom. He paused, blinking with his cup near his lips, "Julia?" He said, lowering the cup to the bar top.

Jazuchu woke up with a massive hangover and migraine. Even demons got them. He sat down on one of the chairs by the fireplace. "Why did I have to drink that? My head is killing me." He thought about drinking some coffee, but would it really help his situation? The demon prince looked around the bar. It appeared to be the same people from the night before. He thought about talking with the dragon woman, but then thought it would be best if he got rid of his hangover and migraine first.

Yawning, Keira sat up in bed. She quickly put on black dress with a bat necklace before heading out to the bar. She sat down on one of the stools with a yawn. The female wasn't much of a morning person. "Can I have some coffee, Dubhaigh?" She remembered talking to the bartender the night before. They had talked about meanings of names and traveling. He was an interesting character. Then she spotted Jazuchu. I'm not going to bother with him. He is nothing to me and will remain that way.

Feral Fantom 03-24-2011 09:03 PM

Dubhaigh retrieved Aneira's order, glancing at the jewelry in her hands as he placed down her order. "There you go," he said, "Enjoy." Another patron flagged him down. He shuffled over to Julia, and noticed her jewelry as well. "Feel free to ask, we probably have it." He said to her as he started preparing the coffee he heard Keira order.

Hresvelgr 03-24-2011 09:19 PM

"Thank you Sir." Aneira said to the bartender. Putting the necklace back into her pocket. She went to her food. Eating slowly. Although foods such as this were not completely in her diet, it was still well enjoyed. It was very good after all. She noticed the demon prince from the previous night had entered the room. It reminded her that he never actually got her to bow to him. Then again, gaining a dragon's loyalty was never an easy feat.

She relaxed a bit in the bar seat while she ate. More interested in her food than anything else at that moment. When the bartender passed her again, she spoke up, only loud enough for him to hear. "Could you please bring something to the man by the fireplace. I'll pay for it." she said. The bartender would know just what someone with a hangover needed after all.

Katie Scarlett Divine 03-24-2011 09:52 PM

(( Hmmm.. how to have Ace jump in... He's just sitting all lazy like in the corner xF ))

Daeman35 03-24-2011 09:54 PM

(Brain dead... Sorry Kageshio)

Drakina 03-25-2011 02:31 AM

Julia's head spun around to look at the dhampir, hearing him speak her name. Her pupils contracted against the light, she blinked back at him for a few moments, studying his facial features. "Ti?" she asked, looking disbelieving at first, then smiling again. "It is you. How long has it been?" A shadow of an emotion crossed her face, quickly fading back to her smile. She looked over to Dubaigh, "If you have something for someone who lives on a thick liquid diet, I would love it." She looked back to Ti. "When did you start traveling again?"

KageShio 03-25-2011 04:52 AM

(( It's alright Dae. Katie, you could have him listen in on their conversation. He likes Julia, right? A young adult male might feel challenged by another becoming friendly with the girl of his fancy... Oh the fun conclusions young minds jump to. ))

Ti gave a small, grim smile. "It's been nearly half a century..." He said, the same shadow falling onto his face, though it lingered longer. He smirked slightly as she not quite subtly asked the bartender about a drink suited for her kind, but he remained pensive, his eyes seeming hallow for a moment. "When she died and the twins went their own ways. I did run into Kaden about two years ago, though. It seems he's bound to mimic my life despite how hard I tried." He said, chuckling a little before taking up his mug again, taking another gulp of the burning, caramel-colored liquid.

Drakina 03-25-2011 05:33 AM

Julia's smile turned wry."That long?" she asked, slightly quieter than she had spoken before. One hand absentmindedly ran through her hair, trying to pull it out of her face. It just fell right back, causing her to look down at the ends of it. "I cut it when he died, and couldn't stand living there anymore," she said, playing with the ends of her hair. She looked back up at him. "You tried, and that's about as much as anyone can ask." The shadow fell across her face again, and she looked down, thinking of the one who had first said that to her. I couldn't stay, because everywhere I looked, I was reminded of him, of what we went through together...

Feral Fantom 03-26-2011 01:56 AM

Dubhaigh gave a smile to Julia and said, "I'll check and see what we have." He served the coffee to Keira with a quick motion then grabbed a bottle of a thick red substance with weird writing on it. He opened the top and tipped it into a glass, it came oozing out and when it was full he handed it to the woman. "I'm not quite sure what iti s because I can't read the bottle, but it sure tastes good." He said, then turned to Aneira and said, "My pleasure." He poured a gray substance from a fancy bottle. It was a silvery gray color and gave off an icy smoke. He walked over to the fireplace and politely greeted the man. "Good morning mister Jazuchu, this is compliments of the woman at the bar," he said, pointing at Aneira, "It's Blagglesworf, very good after exciting nights."

flamethrower1391 03-26-2011 02:26 AM

Keira silently drank the coffee. Is everything her good or is it just the bartender? She couldn't remember having anything that tasted this good. She knew for sure that she was going to have another cup or two. Maybe even three.

Jazuchu looked up at the bartender. He took the drink from the man and looked toward the woman of whom he was pointing at. So I did strike a cord with the dragon. He was pleased with himself. People usually walked away from him because of his arrogance. "Exciting nights, huh? Sounds intriguing." He couldn't wait to find out what kind of exciting night he'd have.

Drakina 03-26-2011 03:30 AM

Julia raised an eyebrow at the bartender's comment, picking up the glass and taking a careful whiff. It smelled like what she needed, but him having taken it off the shelf worried her. She swilled the contents around a bit before taking a small sip, barely enough to touch her tongue. Again, it tasted right, but she was still wary. "Might I see the bottle? I'm slightly disturbed that this wasn't in the fridge..."

Feral Fantom 03-26-2011 04:42 AM

Dubhaigh reached down for it and said "Sure, one second" He held out the bottle to Juilia. It had several blocks of odd looking text. The liquid was dark red and the bottle was silver and black with a crimson image of a stylized eye.

KageShio 03-26-2011 04:48 AM

Ti didn't respond to the vampress, staring at his coffee for a moment. His attention was brought to the strange liquid the bartender presented her with. Curious and a bit disturbed, he leaned over a bit, trying to get a look at the bottle as is was handed to Julia. He didn't recognize the language, but the "logo" under the text tugged at his mind. He was sure he had seen plenty like it, but this one was as peculiar as the contents of the bottle is was on. He shrugged and leaned back in his chair, sipping his drink. "It's probably another attempt at a synthetic, careful it doesn't make you sick." He said, glancing back over to the cup full of the thick liquid. He didn't trust it, but he was overly cautious about such things.

Daeman35 03-27-2011 04:59 PM

Daeman let the man talk to the woman he seemed to have not had a chance to talk with for a while and patted the man on the shoulder saying he didnt have to go with her now that he had found someone he hadnt seen for a while. She started to walk over to the door again and opened it, looking back once as if to give a reassuring nod to him. Her pack was on her back so she had all the weapons she needed in case anything happened. The market place was beautiful and it just made the little thief smile as she walked through the streets. As much as she wanted to steal some of the stuff that was there, she knew better and her code just didnt allow her to unless she was paid to. Looking around, she found a necklace that she just absolutely had to have. Quickly, she walked up to the vendor and asked how much it was.

The vendor gave a large price for the necklace. She had to barter the price down to 200 gold pieces plus a jade ring she had stolen from one of the people that had paid her to steal some other things. Taking the necklace after paying, she started to walk back to the inn.

(Sorry... i know it took a while... i couldnt figure out what to write)

Drakina 03-28-2011 04:18 AM

"I am being careful," she told Ti in a snappy voice. She took the bottle from Duhbaigh, looking at the entire label, trying to decipher the script on it. She eventually shook her head, setting the bottle down in front of her and taking another careful sip, trying to tell if there was any sort of lingering magic in it. Nothing she could sense. So she took a larger sip.

(Hey guys, I'm back ^_^ Sorry about being gone. Have I missed anything overly important?)

KageShio 03-28-2011 04:49 PM

(( Welcome back! Nothing truly important has happened, and you are back just in time for the plot to start. Just as soon as we get to evening, that is. ))
