World of Darkness
 

Ages ago, Temporial Tower, Once a place that governd Time, collapsed by unknown reasons or source. In the Present day of this World the planet is Dominated by Darkness, with only a View Exceptions still left in this world, The planet is now a Barren Wasteland, Sunlight never comes, wind never blows. Its a World of Unrelenting Darkness, But That might not remain, A group of people Have learned of a Strange Areas that hold Things called Passages of time, which would allow them To Travel Ages back, back to this world where time is still moving, the sun rises, and The wind blows calmly. If they are Successful They can change the world they live in, but some dont want that. Another Group Governd by Darkness alone wish to keep history from changing and are Trying to Prevent them from changing history at every twist and turn. Will the group of light Succesd and Prevent Time from Collapsing? or is this world doomed to Eternal Darkness. We shall soon find out.

here are the rules

1. No god moding or power moding. Also I will mention that they Know of what is going to happen if history is changed, They are the only ones who Do know.
2. violence and Romance is allowed but keep it within the Rules.
3.Swearing is okay but dont have a swear word in every last sentence.
4. be active. at least one post per day. if your going to be away let me know in pm.

bio: Loki, A former Member of the Group of Darkness, was Abled to turn away from the Darkness in his heart and Now Leads that Group that wishs to change history. But knows that if history is to change it is to come at a Terrible Price.....
Why you want to change history : He was in the past before, he has felt the wind and seen the Sunrise. To think that it could go away is enough to break your heart

Age: 20
Bio : Dusk, younger brother of loki and New leader of the Group of Darkness, Also knows of the The Price to pay if history is changed and Wishs to Prevent history from changing, not caring about those of the past going to darkness.
Why you want to keep history the same : Self-preservation.

Name: Yurei Zankoku


Age: 19


Bio: Yurei was on that was born blind, and therefore knew only darkness to begin with anyways. The concept of the sun, light and even true sight are ones she doesn't understand fully and therefore doesn't truly understand why one needs them since she's gotten along rather fine. This of course led to her confusion and not understanding the full reasoning as to why Loki deserted the Group of Darkness. What she does understand is that the idea of changing the past gives her a bad feeling, therefore believing in that what's done is done and that the past should not be tampered with.


Despite being blind, Yurei has her own way of 'seeing' things through touching them, although she doesn't know things such as colors or major details of things if they don't affect the shape of the object in some way. Her other senses had also sharpened to make up for her lack of sight, making her able to 'know' things and situations that others would typically have to see visually. Although in the Group of Darkness and trying to prevent the Group of Light from changing history, she's a rather kind person even if she's seems a bit distant.

Why you want to keep history the same: She believes that tampering with the past could be more disastrous then simply leaving things as they are. After all what's done is done, nothing should change that.

Name : Sunda Yowai


Age: 18


Bio: Sunda always believed there was a reason for everything ever since she was a child. Growing up she heard stories of what the world use to be like and always took those stories to heart, causing her to desire the world to be changed back to how it was before the darkness. Despite that she had accepted how things were, but like many others had resigned herself to the darkness, or at least until she heard that there was a possibility for change. This immediately sparked her interest and made her believe that the people of the world now had a possibility to regain what they had lost, causing her to join in the cause of the Group of Light.


Sunda is rather open minded and optimistic, believing in the better of all things and situations. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, although she is rather careful with her words. She questions as to why the Group of Darkness are so afraid of change, or at least seem to be. Unlike those like Yurei, the idea of changing the past doesn't give her a bad feeling, but instead she feels that it will lead to a road of a brighter and perhaps happier future for all of the world's people.


Why you want to change history: She believes that change is a fundamental law of all things whether it's from the past, present or future. Nothing is set in stone after all.

Age: 20
Bio: Maiara had always loved the stories about how the world use to be and always tried to imagine what it would be like to actually walk in the light and to know something other than darkness. When she heard a traveler talking about how he had actually been to the past and that there was a group working to change things so the world could once again be in the light she knew she had to find out more. It took her a while, but she finally found the Group of Light.

She tends to be shy and quiet, but speaks up when she thinks she needs too. Often she surprises people when she speaks her mind because she is so quiet most of the time. At times she can come off as cold, but she truly is a kind and caring person. She tries to stay optimistic about things.
Why you want to change history: She believes everything changes with time, but people must want change for it to happen. Her main reason for joining was because she believes the world was meant to be in the light not the darkness that is now consuming it.

Name: Ayumi
Age: 14
Bio: She believes that the world is the way it is because it’s the punishment that mankind have brought upon themselves. In her mind what is in the past should stay there and that people need to just accept the world for what has become of it. She likes the darkness so she has no problem with it and has accepted things as they are.

She is quiet and likes to keep to herself most of the time. She tends to be cold towards people she doesn’t know well. When she is bored she can be mischievous.
Why you want to keep history the same: Mankind has done this to themselves so they need to accept it. You know the whole you reap what you sow deal. Plus the darkness isn’t that bad.

"Up ahead! There it is! The passage of time!" I step up to a Large, blue and gold pulsing portal.

Sunda took a few cautious glances around before quickly following after the one deemed the leader. 'A forest?...Well at least it's better cover then what we've been getting...' the dark haired girl quietly thought to herself. Her head perked up slightly as Loki ushered her on more. "You know...there might be a chance that they're already here somewhere..." she replied, keeping her tone as quiet as possible so as not to give their positions away just in case.

Quickly she continued to follow after, scrambling as quietly as she could over upraised tree roots, and trying to avoid clawing branches from the surrounding trees. Seeing wasn't the problem, after all in a world that was eclipsed in eternal darkness one's eyes learned to adjust. Despite that it was a little difficult to keep up, as the terrain had altered quite a bit from the usual traveled paths that were taken, but she still managed. "Don't you think we should double check somehow, that we're not being followed? Or at least wait up a bit for the others in the group if they're coming..." she called gently though still trying to keep as quiet of a tone as she could.

Yurei quietly followed after the Group of Darkness's leader, Dusk, trusting that he was putting them on the right trail of their possible 'prey'. The male's words of caution drifted back to her ears, causing her to give a small though fairly quiet chuckle. "When am I not on guard?" she quietly joked. For her being on guard wasn't the hard part in the least, rather staying hidden was the more challenging part between the two caution statements. 'Or perhaps this time it won't be..' the brunette woman thought calmly to herself as she felt a slight change in the terrain.

Cautiously she outstretched a hand, resting it on a the trunk of the nearest tree. "A forest?" she asked quietly and more to herself. She knew that it would perhaps be a little more difficult to track their targets in an area that provided rather decent cover, as well as high vantage points in the safety of the trees.

I hear voices "They are Approaching! Everyone jump into the Passage, We need to hurry before they catch up!"

I break into a sprint, hearing the passage of Time be activated "Hurry! i can hear it!"

Maiara had fallen a little behind the others, but quickened her pace to catch up. She could see the portal up ahead and hurried because the voices were getting closer.

Ayumi followed after Yurei. She grumbled slightly at the fact that their ‘prey’ had found a decent hiding spot. Hearing Dusk’s words about the portal being activated she increased her speed. “I won’t let them get away,” she said to herself.

I pull out my Spear and await them "Even if we........ Even if it happens, at least we shall keep this world alive for those of the past"

I am the first to catch up and I draw out my Naginta "You will not escape this time brother!"

Bio:having been born in the dark future,gemini grew up hearing stories of the world before the change.she decided at a young age that she wanted to change the past and make the future better.at age 10,her parents both died,and she set out on her own to find a way to change it all,hoping to find a future where her parents lived.she knows now that changing the past will be difficult,but she is still willing to try,for those who will live in the better future.

Why you want to change history:she wants to see the world the way it was,the way her parents described it in their stories.she wants to find a future where her parents are alive.

"starr! your next! jump in and get out of here! il fallow!"

Sunda let out a sigh as the leader of their opposing group made an appearance. "This is what I was worried about..." the dark haired girl said quietly letting out another sigh. At times she felt their leader to be a little...'thoughtless' when it came to these sorts of situations. 'It would be pointless to go through now if they're here. After all we wouldn't want them to follow further...On the other hand it might be the better option...' she thought to herself, she she carefully though quickly, reached down towards her thighs to reveal two hidden daggers and withdrawing them. She glanced over towards Loki, seeing that he seemed rather prepared to fight, before casting a quick glance towards the portal that was to take them to the past. She knew that if they took a quick dash towards it there was a rather good chance that they all might make it before any fighting, and possibly death, ensued.

"Loki...I think perhaps we should just make a dash for it. After all I think we might be close enough that they wouldn't be able to stop us. Besides isn't our purpose to change the past to absolve this future? There's no point in saying that we'll keep this world alive for those in the past if we plan on changing it. Besides we don't know exactly what will happen once we step through, or where we'll end up so it might be best for us to go as a whole rather then separate and end up in different areas..." she whispered quietly, turning her gaze from the portal and towards their opponents.

A frown crossed Yurei's face as an exclamation from their targets seemed to verify they had discovered what she, and the others of the Group of Darkness, had been trying to prevent. "This is bad...very bad..." she quietly said to herself as she directed her 'gaze' towards their leader Dusk. The sound of two weapons unsheathing quickly reached her ears, causing her to frown slightly more, and judging from the sound of the voice that came soon after it was their enemy Loki that was currently aiming to defend, as well as a female's voice that sounded very much like the female Sunda. Judging from that she figured that the portal was behind the two, which for her side wasn't the the most ideal situation. It was then that another thought occurred to her. "Dusk...simply fighting them might be pointless right now, unless of course you have any idea as to how to close that thing behind them. We can't possibly stop all of them by hacking and slashing, but if there's a way to close it we may have a chance" the brunette gently said, choosing to stay slightly behind their leader and resting one of her hands on a tree to get a somewhat idea of where she was.

I look at my brother with a Blank Expression "Brother....Is this really....is this really what you want?"

"W-what are you talking about" I ask, hoping he was not about to say what I think he was going to say.

"If we change history....then we.....we of the Future.....will dissappear"

Maiara stopped and turned standing on the other side of Loki. She pulled out her glaive and stood ready to fight. “Sunda is right Loki.” She whispered quietly watching the enemy that stood before them.

Ayumi stood further back and to the side of their leader, Dusk. She had already pulled out her daggers awaiting Dusk’s orders. “Is there are way to close that thing?” She questioned quietly to their leader. She wasn’t sure what his plan would be since their enemy had reached the portal before them. Her eyes shifted between the three figures that stood before them. I’m ready to fight, just give me the order. My daggers are eager to spill their blood.

I push my team in the portal the Jab my Spear at the Passage stone "Even if you Reactivate this you wont be anywere near us!" I jump in after them
