Razoul was out looking for Aladdin to catch him stealing when he shouldn't have. Which would've been most of the time. This time Razoul wouldn't allow him to slip away into the crowd or buildings and he would take him in. Though he didn't trust Jafar at all whom was up to something but Razoul was to concerned with finding Aladdin at the moment to care about what it was. After all Razoul was and had been the head guard to the sultan for such a long time. If he didn't catch Aladdin soon it might mean he could lose his job or worse if Jafar was the one to catch him.
