Usaly took in a deep breath preparing herself for what she knew was to come as she opened the door to the house she shared with her parents and her two older siblings. Her parents were never home when she got home though her brother was and sometimes her sister though her sister never helped in fact she made things worse. If her mother knew about this then it would stop one way or another though her father didn't care and also helped in harming his middle doubter. She had an older sister and a younger sister though she rarely ever saw her... her sister lived with her oldest brother since he knew what went on from past experience though her mother didn't think it happened anymore.... she still let the oldest take care of the youngest since she was hardly ever home. "Where did you go brat?! YOU'RE TEN MINUTES LATE!" The brother growled as she came into the house and he grabbed her collar roughly. "There was a delay in class today... there was three late buses and they held all the students.... please don't hurt me brother." she cried softly and her brother threw her to the ground slapping her hard in the face. "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT! Go on go to your room and do whatever you do after school." he hissed and she nodded quickly and rushed to her room shutting her door and going over to the bed. "When will this ever stop!" she cried as she collapsed onto her bed and cried softly. She hated her life so much and thanks to her brothers strictness she never got to go out... she didn't have any friends anyway. She wished someone was there for her though the only there was her oldest brother and she hardly ever saw him... maybe on holidays or birthdays or something though that still was very rare.

Labrador had been the silent and unseen resident of the house that was now inhabited by a family of many siblings and rarely seen parents. He had seen the treatment of the younger siblings by the older siblings for many years now, ever since they had chosen to inhabit what had previously been his home. Of course now that he was...well among the deceased he knew that he couldn't really call it his home, after all who had heard a ghost owning a home? In the recent years he had watched as the latest sibling victim appear, the second youngest, or at least he guessed since he found he couldn't really keep up with how many older and younger siblings the female had.

Wincing slightly at hearing the door open he knew that the girl was definitely in for it now. The ghost had quietly been watching the clock, hoping and willing the minute hands would either freeze or turn back so that she wouldn't be late, unfortunately though neither worked. He watched silently, knowing that even if he spoke the chances of him being heard were relatively slim, as the older male shouted and then struck at the girl before sentencing her to her room. He couldn't help but narrow his violet eyes and take a swing at the male himself, knowing full well that his arm and hand would simply go through the male, before ranting about how he shouldn't be so hard on his siblings. Again he knew that his words wouldn't be heard and after a few venting moments let out a sigh and decided to instead check in on the female known as Usaly.

Floating through the door, as he really didn't need to open it to enter, he stared sympathetically at her. "You know you could always run away. I don't see why you silently take this kind of abuse when you can do something about it" he said with a sigh and shaking his violet head. He knew that the girl didn't really have anyone to talk to due to her brother making him truly wish that for once he could be heard and seen by another, if only to try and ease the possible loneliness she felt. After all other girl's her age were out playing with friends, going to movies, or even dates while she was stuck inside the house.

Usaly stopped crying when she heard a voice and looked around. It wasn't a normal voice.... It sounded slightly odd... Faded slightly. She looked around her though saw no one as she whiped her tear stained face. "Who's there?" she asked quietly and hoped her brother wouldn't come in any time soon. It seemed he made a point of raping her every other night or even every night... Especially if he was mad at her for something. If he got lonely or just plain bored sometimes he would come in and either beat her or rape her... Or even sometimes both depending on his mood.

Labrador was a bit surprised as Usaly questioned who was there. Was she able to actually hear him? "Can...you actually hear me?" he asked, a hint of hopefulness in his tone. It would be the first time in a long time for him that he had actually been able to be heard by a living person, and the idea of holding a conversation with someone other than himself was a rather comforting idea to the ghost boy. Curiously he floated towards her, stopping right before her. He wasn't entirely sure if she would be able to actually see him, but maybe if she could indeed hear him, that she would maybe be able to see some form of him.

Leaning down a bit he closely examined her face, and seeing the underlying fear on her features. 'I don't really blame her with her brother...' he thought to himself as he stood up straight once more. Of course he had witnessed the different forms of abuse her brother gave her, making him wonder why the girl didn't just say something to her parents, such as her mother, when she actually saw them. Well he knew her father probably would only help aggravate the abuse situation, but her mother would perhaps actually stop it. He wasn't sure how many times when he saw the mother that he tried shouting himself at her about what was going on between the siblings, however not really being heard since he was nothing more then a spirit.

"Y-yeah... holy crap what are you?" Usaly asked in a shocked but low tone. She had never seen this boy before and she wondered who and what he was... was he a ghost? She had never seen a ghost before... was she insane? This is so weird... what's going on? I've never seen this boy before... could he really be a ghost? What would Jason do if he came in or heard me speaking to someone that no one else can see or hear? She asked herself quietly and felt sick at the thought of her brother coming in her room... he would probably just come in to do her harm... that's really the only thing he ever did to her. She wished that she could run... that she could tell someone... though she couldn't... she was too scared to... what if they didn't listen and somehow her brother or father found out? They would kill her or worse... she shivered at the thought though then turned her attention back to the male in front of her studying him some curiously and wondered who exactly her was.

Labrador couldn't help but chuckle at her question. He would have thought the first thing she would ask would have been who he was rather than what. "I guess you could say...I'm what is considered a spirit or ghost...Though I must admit I'm a little surprised you can hear me, and judging from your words see me as well? You're the first living person that has been able to do that for quite some years" the violet haired boy said with a smile. Again he could see the worry on the girl's face and figured that again it was linked to her brother. He knew that if he came in that he would probably act violent towards her like he always had.

"You could always lock the door you know if you're afraid of him coming in. I know that he isn't all that nice to you and is rather violent" he said quietly, admitting that he knew what had been going on. he wasn't entirely sure how the girl would take that information, but at the same time there wasn't a whole lot that could be done to him. Just in case however he did float a bit backwards. Besides he knew that if she tried something that she could end up harming herself rather than him.

"I can't... there's no lock on my door... they broke it off the last time I tried to lock them out... and really there's no one I can go to to get away from this... no one believes me." Usaly said quietly then her face flushed to a sickened color when she heard her brother call for her from the other room. "I have to go..." she said as she turned and left the room. "What were you doing in there?" her brother demanded and she flinched slightly. "Reading..." she murmured a flat out lie and her brother growled and bunched her right below the throat making her fall back and land hard on the ground. "Don't you dare lie to me! Now what were you doing?!" he demanded again and she whimpered some shaking her head. "Nothing I-I was doing nothing." she whimpered softly and her brother kicked her hard in the stomach "You're just asking for it aren't you?! Ya know what I don't care. Get up and go to my room now!" he ordered and Usaly cried some though slowly got up and started moving. She knew if she tried to deny him it would only make things worse.

Labrador thought for a few moments more after Usaly mentioned that the lock on her door was broken, and that she didn't have anyone she could really go to. "Then you should try barricading your door and invoking the sympathy of your moth-" he started to say before the shout from her brother cut off his words. He quietly let out a sigh, knowing full well that she was going to go to the summons, even before she said anything. "You know that he's only going to abuse you again. I don't see why you put up with it" he said sighing in defeat at trying to reason with her.

He waited a few moments before floating after her, knowing that her brother probably wouldn't be able to see him or hear him as usual. Then again for the longest time the girl hadn't been able to see or hear him either, so he wondered for a moment if it was possible that he would too. 'It's possible though that it was her desperation to communicate with another enabled her to at least hear me...Or maybe she's going all supernatural aware...Eh I don't really know' he thought to himself with a shrug.

The ghost boy let out a sigh again as the boy began beating her yet again. "Why don't you at least attempt to defend yourself? Come on I know you're not that weak...Even kicking him in the groin would offer you enough time to at least get away. Are you so afraid that you won't even defend yourself? I know for a fact the human body can't handle that and more without either sustaining permanent injury or death. Do you really want to die in such a place and way without even leaving proof you lived?" he said, almost disgusted with her response to the abuse. He'd seen it long enough to be completely sick of seeing it. He couldn't understand that he, while dead and a ghost, was the one attempting to stick up for her when she, a living person who could physically do something, didn't even bother. Did she not value her own life? Was she that pathetic?

Usaly looked up from where she had been walking and listened to him quietly. She was scared... she didn't really know how to deffend herself. "What... what if I can't get away?" she whispered noting that her brother wasn't coming yet and hoped that he wouldn't for a few so she could figure out what to do. She wasn't very strong and her body had already been through so much abuse that she was internally bruised and scarred... meaning she had already taken almost too much damage. He was right though... if she took any more then she could possibly die and she somewhat knew that. She just didn't know what to do and she was so scared half the time she couldn't even think around her brother.

Labrador closed his eyes as she voiced her possible doubt. "Then you'll just have to make sure that you're able to get away. If you have to use something to be your strength, such as a pole or bat or hammer or something. You're aim of course isn't to kill, but simply use it to knock him down or unconscious long enough for you to run. As I said even a kick to the groin would give you a few minutes to at least get out of the house. As you run even push stuff over to bar his path to you such as a vase, a chair or even something like a small table. Just do something otherwise you'll just end up dead in the end, and trust me dying in such a way will just end up causing you grief in the end. Trust me, been there done that" the ghost said floating beside her still and nodding his head as he spoke. He knew that if he could physically touch he would try to assist her, but for now he could only provide the voice or ideas and possibly reason. Besides he figured she wouldn't know if she could get away unless she tried. Even if she could only make it to a phone and dial for the police or an ambulance or something that would help her out in the end.

Usaly listened to him and slowly she nodded though then she stiffened as she felt her brothers presence behind her. She froze up and couldn't think of what she was about to do... she wanted to hit him, she wanted to get away, she wanted to get help though for some reason her mind stopped working when he came up. "What are you doing?" he asked turning her around forcefully as he glared down at her and she shrank some. "didn't I tell you to go to my room?! Why aren't you in there?!" he demanded and she flinched some as she tried to remember what Labrador had told her... what had he told her? What was she supposed to do? She couldn't quite remember right now and only wished that it would come to her.

Labrador frowned as he noticed that Usaly seemed to freeze as her brother came up behind her. Quietly he let out a sigh, realizing that once again he would have to talk to the frightened girl once more and urge her to action. "It's now or never Usaly! You need to act now in order to get away. I know you're frightened so I'll say it again. You need to incapacitate him somehow so that you can get away, whether it be to hit in the groin, or grabbing something and hitting him. Then try to bar his way with items on your way to a door or phone or something that can help you" the violet haired ghost boy urged again. He knew that she would need to push past her fear, in order for her to survive and get away.

Usaly blinked some now being able to know what to do and as quick as she could threw a punch to her brothers chest then a kick to his groin making him groan and let go of her as he held himself for a few minutes in pain. She moved as fast as she could to the door knocking over a few things as she went and managed to make it outside... though no farther as her father was just getting out of the car. He scowled at her and grabbed her so she couldn't run. She was almost succesful in letting out a scream for help... though that was almost and her father covered her mouth before she could scream. She cried and kicked as he drug her back inside and forced her down on the groaned. Before he could do anything she scrambled away and managed to get back into her room. She wasn't very strong though she pushed as much stuff as she could in front of the door hoping to keep them away from her for awhile. "It didn't work... ow I'm dead... so... very... very... dead..." she cried softly gasping slightly for air. She looked around and found her inhailer and took two large puffs of it that seemed to help her. She cried some berrying her face in her knees as she thought for how her life was probably going to end soon enough thanks to what she just tried to do.

Labrador cheered her on, hoping to encourage her to run. He floated after her until the front door before stopping. He knew very well he could not leave the house, a place his spirit had been bound to. Instead he could only hope that she made it. Unfortunately at the sound of crying he realized she hadn't quite made it and it was soon confirmed by the sight of her father dragging her in. He cheered though as she managed to get away and barricade herself in her room to the best of her abilities. Slowly he floated through her door and noticed that she was still crying on the floor commenting on how she was dead. "What are you doing? You can still escape from this place! Your father's home which means your mother should be home soon enough, however you also have a window over there that you could climb out of. If you hurry still you should be able to escape through it and find a place to hide until your mother comes home. You can even go to the police while you wait. You have the physical proof of abuse on you so use that to get them to believe you" the ghost boy urged trying to help her escape.

Usaly looked up and shook her head as she stood and went to the window looking out into the backyard and pointed to the fence. "I can't climb and my asmas already acting up." she chiaked some as she slumped down again feeling defeated. "My father will tell hef I am lying or something and she will probably believe him... Thanks for trying to help me though." she murmured quietly looking down feeling like a failier.

Labrador couldn't help but growl in annoyance. "For the love of living why are you just giving up like that? You should be fighting to stay alive! You won't know if you can't climb that fence unless you at least try. There's a gate to fences anyways so use that if you have to. I know for a fact there's ways to open fences even if you're suppose to open the gate on the other side. So don't just sit there in defeat feeling sorry for yourself, actually do something to actively try and save your skin! A ghost shouldn't have to tell you that" the ghost said in a slight huff crossing his arms. He really couldn't stand seeing a living person wallow in self pity and not attempt to think and act on their own to stay alive. What bugged him more was that it was taking a dead person to try and coax her into at least fighting for her life. He also didn't really like her attitude of simply giving up. Wasn't the saying 'If at first you don't succeed try and try again?' How was it this girl couldn't get that through her head was beyond the violet eyed boy.

(sorry wasn't on earlier when you were was in school XP ow and I love being cruel and twisted to my charas XD this is so mean but I can't help the twisted laugh in my head XD )

Usaly listened to him again and thought some looking back to the window. I know they're just going to catch me... what will happen then? At least right now I'm safe in my room and they can't get to me... for now at least. She thought as she looked back at Labrador still thinking some before she stood. She hoped she could make it though she highly doubted that she could. She grabbed a small container that contained her medicine that she must take and was able to fit out the smallish window in her room. She looked around for a moment before running to the gate and tried to climb it... though she was just about too weak to even support herself. She tried not to look down as she started to climb though wasn't very fast for she was still very weak... and she was still out of breath slightly. Right as she was almost to where she could jump over the top of the gate her brother saw her and yelled at her though she only flinched and tried to climb up more. Within a minute her brother had ran outside and grabbed the back of her shirt though she tried to move forward even more. He then grabbed her by the collar, pulling her away from the fence, then threw her to the ground. She gasped some and he kicked her in a the side some though wouldn't do anything while they were outside. "Inside and in my room NOW!" He ordered and she caoghed a bit though slowly stumbled to her feet and walked into the house and to her brothers room. She knew what was coming and she had already known it would happen though she was still scared when her brother came into the room and shut and locked the door behind him. She only cried slightly this time though for the most part was silent which in turn made her brother go harder and rougher wanting to hear her cry and scream though it didn't come. Finally her brother just got bored of raping her and was going to leave the room. Before he left her walked over to a drawer and pulled out some rope and a knife. He tied her hands and legs to the bed posts and made cuts in a few different places the her shirt and skirt were not covering. He had given her clothes to put back on though he didn't have any of her undergarments so he just shrugged that off. He had a dog that he normally had in his room though often when he had someone in his room he put it in the basement which he had access to from a trap door in his room. The dog was actually quite large and was mostly part wolf... it even looked like a wolf though it had a tiny bit of maybe husky in it. He knew Usaly didn't like the dog and that was exactly why he was doing this. The dog would lick, bite, or chew on anything that had blood on it... it was his way of torturing her without having to do anything at all. So after letting the dog up he just walked out of the room and locked the door already having the windows locked from the outside and the trap door locked just in case she somehow managed to get away.

(um... okay though, not trying to get on you specifically, I really don't like people to randomly post in a thread that says "so and so ONLY" there's a reason that I do that... two other people have done that to me so I'm not trying to sound rude or anything and since you both know me you should know I wouldn't do anything mean like that anyway right? I mean... well you know :sweat: not trying to sound like I'm going off but sure I'm cool with that... just tell us might you have any ideas for it?)

(well Arechi told me you guys were having issues on your rp so I thought I would offer to help out and thought a three way rp would be the answer. I do have a plot for it. See a king is in love with his servant girl <me> and his jealous queen must get rid of the servant girl and win her king back. Then the servant girl is in love with a guard who is in love with the queen. It should turn out to be quite a fun rp.)

(Hmmm so the love thingy would be along the lines of: Servant girl > Guard > Queen > King > Servant girl? XD)
