Sora sat down on the beach, staring out into the water. The sun was starting to set, and he knew that he should probably get home before it got to dark. But he wasn't ready to just yet. He wanted to sit here and enjoy it for a while longer.

Though, when it became to dark, he reluctantly stood up and headed home. He knew that his mom was going to be mad that he wasn't back before dark. But he wasn't a little kid anymore. He didn't need to be told when to be home.

(So why does Riku kidnap Sora again?)

Riku had been watching Sora since he laid on the beach today was the day, he would finally do it. It had taken awhile for him to get up the courage to kidnap his best friend but now was as good as ever. Riku watched Sora lounge on the beach it was starting to get dark and still he hadn't moved.
Finally just after dark Sora got up and started to walk home, now was his chance silently Riku crept up behind Sora hoping Sora was so caught up in his thoughts he wouldn't notice him. "Sorry bud I just have to" he said in Sora's ear right before knocking him out and throwing him over his shoulder.
Back to his secret place he went he had a room all ready for Sora and hoped he would find it comfortable, he chained his leg but the line was long and Sora could easily move about the room. The room had a bed, desk, some books, a tv things that he thought would make Sora comfortable.
Leaving him on the bed Riku left the room.

Sora heard Riku's voice behind him. But before he had the chance to turn and face him, he was unconcious. When he came to a while later, he had no idea where he was. All he knew was that he was chained up and had no idea how he got here. He sat up and looked around. The room didn't look to bad. But he really needed to get out of here. So he bent down to get out of the chain. He couldn't get it off though, no matter what he did. With a sigh, he laid back on the bed. He would figure something out later.

Riku chose then to come into the room carrying a tray full of food and drinks. Setting it down on the coffee table Riku took a seat at the desk chair pulling it up so he sat beside Sora's bed. "Hey there bud" he said easily yet he was uncomfortable how to explain to his best friend that he had kidnapped him and had no intention of letting him go.
How also to explain to his friend that not only was he not getting out but that Riku was obsessed with him and needed him around constantly or else he would worry. He wasn't sure when it had started but lately Riku hadn't been able to stop thinking about Sora didn't take long for him to admit to himself that he loved him, but it might take longer to admit that to Sora. Maybe he should just say he was keeping him there for protection someone was out to get him, yeah and Riku was just protecting him. It was a really stupid excuse and a long shot but he had to try something

Sora sat back up when he heard the door open. He was surprised when Riku came in and sat down. "Riku?... Why am I chained up?" he asked, completely confused. Maybe the other would know how he ended up here. And maybe help him out of this. "And where are we?" he asked, looking around. He really had no idea where they were. It would be helpful to know to get out of here. He crossed his arms as he waited for his friend to answer.

"Sorry Sora I can't tell you that" Riku said pouring a glass of juice for Sora and handing it to him, he was somewhere stuck between self loathing that he had done this to his friend and happy Sora was finally with him. Fidgeting in his seat Riku offered the only explanation he had come up with. He hadn't really thought about what he would tell Sora after he had him, just getting him in the first place, but now he was stuck. Running his hand through his hair uncomfortable Riku explained to Sora how he thought people were after him and he thought it safer for him here. It was a lie of course but he didn't think Sora could take Riku's obsession just yet. "So it was for your own safety you see"

Sora gladly took the juice from Riku. It had been a while since he had anything to drink. He sipped the juice as he listened to Riku's explanation about why he was here. He carefully considered what the other said. Parts of it made sense. But other parts really didn't. "I see... I think.. But that doesn't explain why I'm chained up. Besides. I think I can handle anything that was after me." he told him. He really could handle himself. Though he was touched that his friend cared about him that much to want to look out for him.

"It's er so you can't run off I want to look after you Sora and if chaining you up is what I have to do then so be it" Riku hoped Sora accepted the explanation he really wasn't ready to confess anything yet, maybe with time, and maybe if he knew Sora could feel the same way he did. Offering him a sandwich from the tray Riku took one for himself and bit into it, partly to keep from saying anything stupid and partly because he was hungry. He had been following Sora around practically all day and hadn't eaten much

Sora thought about that. "I see.. But you don't need to chain me up, you know. If you want me to stay, then I will. Though I'm going to need to tell my mom that I'm staying with you so she doesn't worry." he stated, taking a sandwich and taking a big bite. He was starving all of a sudden, so he was glad for the food.

"Your mom knows where you are" Riku assured him, like Sora he hadn't wanted Sora's mother to worry so he had gone while Sora was unconscious and asked if Sora could stay with him for awhile, Sora's mother liking Riku although she found it odd Sora had never asked had agreed and given him some of Sora's clothes. "I told her so everything is set, and how do I know you won't try to leave after all you think your superman or something mr keybearer, thinking you can handle everything by yourself" he teased

Sora was only slightly surprised that Riku went to go talk to his mom. Though he would have rather done it himself. And he knew his mother would have rather he had asked, other than Riku. He couldn't help but smile at what was said next. That did sound like him. "That is a good point... But I promise i won't leave. Its not like I really have anywhere to go." It wasn't like he could just go off somewhere. There really wasn't much to do in their town. And he couldn't go to another world without a gummy ship. Which he didn't have.

"Still....." Riku wasn't sure he could trust Sora not to leave so he made no move to free him, a proper kidnapping didn't involve freeing your kindapee did it? Shaking his head Riku took another bite of his food unsure of what to do now that he had Sora in his care, moving from the chair to the spot beside Sora on the bed Riku made himself comfortable. "Nope I'm in charge here and I say here you stay" he attempted to joke while he held Sora in his custody put him at ease maybe.

Sora watched as Riku moved over next to him. He sighed. "Alright. Guess that's true.." he said. He finished his sandwich and laid back on the bed. He hasn't been here ten minutes and he was already bored. What he wanted was to get out and move around. Do something other than lay around here with nothing to do.

Standing up Riku stretched he sensed Sora was bored, well more then sensed one look at Sora's face told him that. Picking up a movie he threw it to him it was a new release, he wanted to make Sora comfortable maybe he'd be less bored if Riku did something so strange it gave him something to think about. "Watch that I'm going to go pick up a few things" Riku said then walked up to Sora and kissed his forehead lingeringly almost reluctant he left the room to head into town

Sora was surprised when a movie was tossed at him. He looked at it. It seemed like it would be interesting. When Riku kissed his forehead, Sora's eyes widened. Why did he do that?! After the other left, his face turned red as he tried to figure out why he did that. It really didn't make any sense.

That ought to give him something to think about Riku thought heading down the street towards the store on the corner, picking through a few movies he chose some he thought Sora would like. Well those and video games long as it kept the boy entertained maybe soon he would let him off the chain, but that wouldn't be until after Riku worked up the courage to tell Sora how he felt.

Sora thought about why Riku did that for a while. Then he eventually put the movie in to watch it. Might as well watch it. It wasn't like there was anything else for him to be doing. Plus, he wanted something to take his mind off of Riku and whatever his reason was for kissing his forehead.

When Sora was about halfway through the movie Riku came back with more things for him to do while he was stuck with him, avoiding his eyes he set the bag on the coffee table "here these are for you hopefully you can find something to keep you occupied" he hoped Sora wouldn't mention the kiss, he wasn't exactly sure what had come over him but he actually wanted to do it again. Shaking his head he left the room taking the tray with him

Sora looked up when Riku came back in. He nodded to what he said. "Alright." Though before he had the chance to ask about why the other kissed his forehead, he was gone. With a sigh, he turned back to the movie. Even though he really wished that he wasn't chained up. That wasn't very fun.

Riku was washing the dishes he saw how unhappy and bored Sora looked when he had gone into the room and as much as he hated doing that to his best friend he wasn't ready to tell him yet and until he did he needed him there. Heading down the hall he went to his own room grabbed some clothes showered and changed, by the time he had come back into the room Sora was chained in the movie was over. "So I was just coming to say goodnight" Riku was a little uncomfortable maybe a good night's rest would help

Sora looked at Riku when he came in. He nodded to what he said. "..Can I go to the bathroom? And take a shower?" he asked. He needed to shower before he went to sleep. But he wasn't sure if Riku was going to let him be able to do that, since he couldn't be tied up while doing so. He just hoped that he would be able to.

"Yeah there's a bathroom adjoining this one over there" Riku said pointing to the door to Sora's bathroom, the chain was actually long enough to reach the bathroom but Sora did need to shower, taking a key out he unlocked the chain and stepped back once Sora was free. "Well there you go goodnight" he said leaning forward unable to help himself Riku kissed Sora's cheek before turning to leave the room and locking the door behind him as an extra precaution

Sora nodded. He was glad the bathroom wasn't to far away, in case he needed to go in the middle of the night. He was glad when Riku unlocked him. It made him feel so much better. Though when the other kissed his cheek, he blushed again. "Goodnight.." he muttered. He went and took a shower. But once he was done, he couldn't find his clothes. So he just pulled his boxers back on before laying down and closing his eyes. It didn't take him to long to fall asleep.

Riku took a little time before he fell asleep he felt a little guilty about what was happening with Sora I'll tell him tomorrow he thought finally falling asleep almost relieved that all of this was finally going to come out in the open. He found his dreams plagued by nightmares of Sora rejecting him and turning away from him.
Waking the next morning Riku was less sure he would be able to tell him but he knew he had to, heading to the kitchen he made breakfast for Sora and took it to him. He unlocked the door and didn't bother chaining him. "Now or never" he thought setting the food down and shaking Sora to wake him
