Roxas groaned when his alarm went off. There was no way he was ready to get up yet. But, unfortunately, it was the first day of school. So, he kinda had to. He rolled out of bed and took a long, hot shower before getting dressed in the school uniform. He didn't like it, but he had to wear it.

He grabbed his back and then he headed downstairs and grabbed an apple on his way out the door. He was already running late. He ate the apple on the way, throwing the core a trash can that he passed. Then he started running. He couldn't be late on the first day. His mom would kill him.

Axel stood lazily at the cherry tree that lay just inside the school grounds. It was near the wall and provided a nice bit of shade with a good view of the gate. Even though he was early he wasn't planning on getting to class on time. He leaned back against the tree, a cocky grin on his face as he eyed the new and familiar students pass by.

what he was really doing was picking a target to play with. He got bored quite easily and he needed someone he could fool around with. Whether they wanted to or not. Scratch that. Especially if they didn't want to. Nothing like wriggling prey as he gave chase. Of course that was before he met the boy. He didn't know their would be a prey that would ensnare him.

Roxas managed to get to the school with plenty of time. Relieved, he stopped at the gate to catch his breath. He realized that he hadnt' needed to run all the way here. But he wanted to make it. It had been a wasted energy.

He noticed his friends up ahead and grinned, running over to them. They instantly started talking and he listened. He was surprised they had so much to say seeing as how he did see them yesterday. But that was fine. It meant that he himself didn't need to talk at the moment.

He was debating about relocating to the school roof when he caught a flash of yellow. Spiky blond hair on a short lean frame ran through the gates, reaching a small group. The boy wasn't anyone he knew yet it was as if he recognized him somehow. He stared at the boy, something triggering. Before he knew it he had walked up behind the boy and wrapped an arm around his shoulder.

"Hey what's your name? Mine's Axel, got it memorized?"

Roxas froze when he felt someone wrap their arms around him. Axel.. Where had he heard that name before? He remembered the teachers talking about him. He could see his friends, Hayner, Pence, and Olette, glaring at him and his own eyes moved up to him as he glared as well.

"Its Roxas. And don't touch me." he stated, moving away from him. He left into the building with his friends.

He put his hands up in the air as if to say it didn't matter to him. On the inside he was pouting. his prey was so quick to leave, off with friends and into the school. A little annoyed he went inside too, but not to class. He went up to the roof to lie down and watch clouds. Or to nap and be a lazy bum as the teachers accused him of.

He went to class, but he couldn't pay attention. His thoughts kept going back to that redhead. What was his name again? Axel? That's what he thought it was. He made a mental note to talk to him at lunch to figure out why he was bothering him so much when they have barely said a few words to each other.

he decided to skip classes today. his beauty sleep was much more worth it, and he wanted to scheme what to do with his desired subject. Of course no was the wrong thing to say to him, he would cling to the boy like a bur until he liked it. And he would. they all did in the end, and this time he really wanted him to.

He waited patiently until lunch. He went through the line with his friends, but only got some fries. He wasn't really hungry at the moment. His eyes went around, looking for Axel. He had to be around here somewhere, right? Unless, of course, he left campus. But, if he did that, then they wouldn't get the chance to talk.

He woke when his stomach growled. It was the only thing adjusted to school life, knowing when his lunch break was. He got up lazily his long legs easily getting him down to the cafeteria. He was making his way to the cafeteria line when he spotted a certain fluffy head.... He strutted over plopping down next to the boy (pushing anyone out of the way) and grabbed one of his fries.

"Roxas right? Ya know you should eat more than some fries." He winked at the boy, stealing yet another fries.

Roxas glared at Axel when he came, sat next to him, and took his fries. "And you should get your own food. Now, leave me alone so that I can eat in peace." He said, turning from him so that he couldn't take anymore of his food. Then he began eating, intending to ignore the redhead until he was done eating.
