Vincent had been watching her to make sure she didn't fall. he felt awkward now that she was allowing him to get his way when he hadn't even asked for it. He gave a sigh as he stared up at the stars for a moment finding it very unpleasant to be riding a horse for so long.

She stopped the horses, got off Sephiroth, got in her bag and got out an apple. She jumped back on and made them trot this time as she ate her apple. They weren't talking so there were only the sounds of her crunching into the apple and the horses' trotting clump-clump crunch clump-clump crunch clump-clump crunch it continued this way for a while before she finished her apple. "How's your head feeling?" She asked quietly, trying to get that song out of her head.

Vincent watched her as she took the apple out of her bag with slight interest. He sighed slightly as he recalled being and it seemed like a long time ago. He mentally shrugged and then returned to concentrating on where they were going. He was disturbed from his concentration though when Risa asked him a question.

"Yeah," he said with a slight smile. "Much better, thank you."

She smiled a little "That's good, it looks way smaller." (BWA! I chang my appearance to:

Vincent nodded slightly. "I don't really have a headache anymore too," he said with a smile.

She smiled "Good."

About two hours had passed and the moon was starting to fade as the sun poked the tip of it's sleepy head over the horizon. She had been humming the luluby the whole time without noticing it and when she saw the first building in the town she nearly yelled it in happiness. "We're here!" She said happily as she pointed to the building.

Vincent was more aware now though he was starting to feel sleepy again. He glanced over at her wondering why they didn't exactly get along. He sighed slightly and started to move towards the shade a little.

She was getting tired when they got to the hotel and had to slap herself once or twice to stay awake. "We need a room...please." She said quietly to the woman, after putting the horses in the stable. "Okay let me see what we have..." The woman said looking them over then looking down at her list. "Two bed, please." Risa asked. The woman looked at her for a moment with a confused expression then gave her a key "Down two rooms to your left." She woman said before going back to her magazing. Risa thanked her and went to the room. When she got in she was glad there were two beds for once and she flopped down on one and fell asleep almost instantly.

Vincent followed a little later after finding a victim that would be suitable. He felt revived now and went in and laid on the bed that was unoccupied. He found sleep much easier now but he didn't fall asleep until he knew that Risa was comfortable.

She dreampt of a womanshe didn't know, singing the luluby Risa had written as a child. The woman looked about 30 and had a lovely voice "Close your eyes and sleep, they won't come 'till morning. Now it's time to dream, they can't hurt you there, no. Your dream will be filled with glory. You with have happiness. Your dreams will sing a story of your great-ness. You will be loved and charished. They can't hurt you there. Close your eyes and sleep.For it's time to dream." She sat up at noon, startled by the song and the woman. She let herself fall back onto the pillow and sung the song to herself so she could sleep again. "Close your eyes and sleep, they won't come 'till morning. Now it's time to dream, they can't hurt you there, no. You dreams will be filled with glory. You will have happiness..." She sung the song for a while before getting back to sleep where she had the same dream. Over and over the strange woman sang her song and Risa listened contently in sleep.

Vincent stirred slightly in his sleep as nightmares haunted his dreams. He awoke suddenly but when he saw her asleep he was calmed again. He fell back to sleep quickly only to be troubled by the same nightmare. He was running with Risa but then she stopped and he started falling. He could see her laughing as some guards came to circle the trap he had fallen into.

She woke up at sunset and walked to the window quietly, watching the sun melt away and the moon come out of it's sleeping once again. When it was dark outside and only the moon and starts lit the town, she walked outside and leaned aganst the door, quietly singing the song that the woman sang to her. "Close your eyes and sleep, thy wont come 'till morning..." She watched as a little dragon fly flew out, all alone. She reached out ehr hand to it and it came to her. She smiled at it "Hello, you poor little thing, where's your girl?" She aske dit, admiring it's beautiful colors. It looked up at her and flew onto a nearby tree, where another met it "There she is..." Risa said happily to the two before going back inside.

Vincent woke up suddenly as the nightmare had finalized itself. He couldn't admit what he had seen in it and his body shivered with fear. He kept blinking to make sure that he was awake and when he looked voer at the bed he found it empty. He was frightened for a moment and fell off the bed. When he saw her come back in he blushed, feeling ashamed for how he had reacted.

She giggled when he fell on the floor then walke dover to him "Are you okay?" She asked, kneeling down and offering him a hand.

Vincent accepted her help as he tried to shake the image of what he had seen in his dream. "Yeah, it was... just a bad dream," he said looking away from her as if he had done something bad.

She helped him up "Are you sure your okay? Your acting a little odd..." She watched his dd behaivor for a moment then grabbe dher bag "Well I guess we should go now..." She got the horses and checked out, looking once more to the dragonflies on the tree, smiling to herself.

Vincent walked outside, not saying a word, and got onto shadowfax. He was used to horses now and completely comfortable with them. He seemed a bit distant though and wasn't concentrating that much.

There were figures coming towards them but he didn't see them. When an arrow shot past his face he jumped slightly. He felt his face and growled slightly. The arrow had a silver tip and had hurt his face greatly.

He withdrew the bow quickly and found the arrows and killed them man who had shot the arrow at him.

She ran towards the men growling. pulling out her knives she jumped up and stabbed two in the back of their neck, killing them instantly. She pulled them out and stabbed a few more men and relesed their horses then went back to Vincent and the horses panting. She got on Sephiroth and clicked her tounge breathlessly.

Vincent felt bad once again. He had caused something bad to happen and he was starting to blame himself. He slapped himself, hitting the cut on his face, to punish himself for such negative thoughts.

She stared at him and her eyes widened when he slapped himself "Wha'd you do that for?!" She damanded, worried about his recent behaivoir. "Don't tell me your turning scucidal on me, now, I can't handle that!" She was half joking but a littlw worried he was.

"Don't worry about me becoming suicidal," he said calmly. His face stung which was sufficient enough for him to remember that it would be good to not zone out like that again in case either he or Risa got killed. He flinched slightly for some unknown reason and then relaxed again.

She crosse dher arms "Dont' tell me what to do, then!" She was half joking again "Do you want something to stop the pain for that cut on your face?" She asked, concerned now.

"I think a shard from the arrow broke off," he admitted. "Messes with me a bit since its silver and it hurts a lot." He couldn't look at his own face so he was stuck to deal with ordeal, for the most part, by himself. "Do you think you could look at it? At least before I pass out."

She looked at his cut "Yeah..." She brought out a small bottle of what appeared to be water "This might sting a little..." She bit her bottom lip and put some of the water on his cut. The metal started glowing and she pulled it out, biting her bottom lip the whole time. "There." She said, flicking the piece of metal into her bag.

Vincent gripped the horse's main slightly when she attended to his cut. He was feeling a bit out of it now that the pain was getting worse. When it was out he started feeling dizzy. "I'm dizzy," he said bluntly as he saw double vision. "Why are there two of you?"
