Her hands clasped tightly around Reno's, and she nodded. "I did," she told them.

Loz looked puzzled by the ordeal. "Why?" He asked. What was the point..?

"Because I love him, that's why."

Loz only snickered at the girl. That must've been who she was on the phone with, crying so much.

"And I have conditions," Danae said. "If you touch him, or even look at im wrong, I'm gone. And if I can't leave, I'll kill myself. Damn right!

Reno all but snickered behind her head, sticking his tounge out at the two of them...oh....Danae just made this so much more fun.
"See told you I had a reason for being here."

Yazoo sighed, and Loz growled. It seemed like they would leave Reno alone. For now, anyway.
"Now let's go," Danae ordered, dragging her Turk with her. "The sooner we're done, the better." Pff-haha, Reno.

He smiled and allowed himself to be drug off smirking all the while.

After a bit of walking, they finally made it into an older looking building, that seemed to be in a maze, of sorts. And then, the stooges lead Danae, and the bewildered Reno, up a ton of stairs, finally, into the room with the couch. As soon as they got there, Danae hopped onto the couch, taking Reno with her.

"Ta da!" She said with a giggle.

Confused and utterly lost in his new surroundings, Reno flopped down beside Danae and looked around him.
"Is this where you've been all this time?" He asked.
"This is where you called me from?"

"Sure is," she said, cuddling up to Reno. "I know, so fun.."

Loz laughed, and lay down on the carpeted floor, while Yazoo leaned up against the wall. The two seemed to be avoiding Reno at all costs, as of now. It was quite a funny sight though.

"But just think about when we go back," she said, trying to put him into a better mood.

He blinked a bit disoriented a moment, then smiled, and cuddled back, feeling like this was right where he was supposed to be...minus the Tweedle twins over there.
"And when we get back.....we'll be ALONE." He said happily hanging onto that thought for as long as he could...he'd need to, to deal with those two...and then there was the psycho that was still missing...Reno shrugged, wondering how he'd react seeing him there.

Loz caught on instantly, and made a disgusted noise. All that yucky, love stuff..

"Yes," she said, reclining back on the redhead. "Alone.. And after this, I was thinking.. back to my apartment, when everyone thinks we're all dead, and junk. THEN, when we've had a nice couple of days, filled with real food, we go back.. Or you do..."

After this, there would be no reason for her to go back to the compound, she realized. Reno and Danae, would be split.

Reno stuck out his tongue and blew a raspberry in Loz's general direction.
"Wait till you get a girlfriend." He said.

"Oh no, you had me a 'real food' I'm not going back to Shin-Ra for a good, solid month." Reno sighed and ran his fingers through Danae's hair.
"Maybe more."

Smiling, Danae rested her head against Reno's chest. "I'd be happy with that," she told him. She would be happy with a week.

Loz, in the mean time, was pondering what Reno had said about a girlfriend. Loz would never want one of those.. Not now, or any time soon, anyway. No way, ugghhh.

"I would be happy with anything I could get.." She was going to miss him quite a lot, she was coming to realize.

He smiled.
"I might just have to live under your bed from now on then." Reno said with a smile.
"Would you care if I stuck around there?" He smiled to himself thinking about how when you were little you'd be scared of the monster under the bed....oh he'd be a monster alright....but not one that went around scaring people.

Giggling slightly, Danae shook her head. "I don't mind at all." Hell no! He was Reno!
She would be glad for anything, any amount of time, of him staying with her, as long as it wasn't just over night. Although, Tseng might actually go for letting him stay the night.. Hmm.

"You think Tseng would let you pull over nighters occasionally?"

He snuggled against her.
"That's good...I'd hate to think that'd you'd mind having a bed monster like me." He mulled over that a moment and cocked his head to one side.
"Hmmmm...maybe....if I slipped him something." He grinned like an idiot....slipping Teseng something wasn't easily done, but Reno let enough time go by between times that he'd gotten away with it every single time....He was smooth like that.

Danae giggled. "Slip him something, huh?"

Loz and Yazoo flashed a look at each other, and then, they both exited the room. It was hard to tell why they left, but Yazoo was whispering something to Loz before they did.

"Well, there they go.." But she smiled, and closed her eyes. "But I'm not complaining," she stated, opening her eyes, and looking up to him.

"Course." Reno chuckled...but it died away when the other two stood.
"........" He ran his hand down behind him and the couch....just in case...there was no telling how long the 'Danae likes me so I'm safe' card would hold out...He looked back, trying to let his apprehension show.
"Ah, you nor me both. At least it's a little privacy."

She smiled lightly, and nodded. "Privacy is nice," she told him, sighing, and then turning on her side.

Se did wonder though, why had they decided to just up and leave? She and Reno weren't doing anything too mushy right now.. so it wasn't like they were having to watch the making of a porno. Maybe they had something to do, or just got bored..
Oh, she hoped that was the case.

Reno's hand went absently to Danae's hair, his fingers running gently through it...well at least those on one hand.
In his other, he gripped the butt end of a pistol hidden inside the mechanic's uniform he'd worn out of the compound. He may have come simply to keep an eye on Danae...but he wasn't stupid. He wasn't going to let anyone catch him off guard if he could help it.

Making another roll over, Danae lay on her stomach now, and exhaled deeply. Her arm which was next to Reno, began to search around for his hand. When she couldn't find it, she opened her eyes, and glanced around.
"Reno, where is your arm?" She giggled a bit. "You lose it?" She figured that if Reno wasn't basically sewn together, he would lose himself easily.

He smiled down at her.
"It's right behind you." He wriggled his fingers threaded through her hair.
"See?"

"No," she said smiling.
She shook her head and then altogether, sat up on top of him. She looked down, and smirked, seeing one arm smashed behind him. "The other one!" She told him, poking his cheek.

Reno sighed, and reclutantly let go of his gun....he couldn't let Danae find out that he'd brought it...or she'd raise Cain.
"It's right here. I had an itch." He lied through his teeth.

Smiling, she took his hand into her's, and then lay back into his chest. She was very much unaware of the lie he'd told.. Why would he lie about something so small, and simple anyway? Right?
