Kohaku shuddered slightly as he began searching through the man's pockets, desperate to find his wallet. He felt awkward about this...but it was what had to be done. He had to find out where he was taking this guy.
He found the wallet in the man's back pocket, and quickly opened it up to look at the address. He pulled a pen from hi shirt pocket and copied it down onto his hand, not wanting to take the time to search for a piece of paper, then slid the wallet back into the man's pocket and sprinted off to get his car.
It never ceased to amaze him what adrenaline could do. Few people would believe they had seen a man his age running so fast. He was going to be sore in the morning, he knew it...but he had to help this stranger and find out what was going on with his own son.
He grew thankful he only lived roughly two blocks away, as he unlocked his car door and began rushing back to the scene. He was also growing thankful there were usually no traffic cops out at this hour, and that no one else was out on these particular streets. If a strange winged man had to fall from a second story window...at least he'd picked a semi-decent time to do it.

In the darkness of his mind, he could barely feel the man search his pockets, though he was aware of someone touching him. It felt like days had passed even tough it couldn't have been more than ten minutes. It was strange what pain could trick the mind into feeling.
Deep down, he prayed that he'd somehow be reunited with Andrew. He was afraid of encountering anyone else at this point, but there was nothing he could do about it as his body wouldn't respond to his mind urging it to stand.

As soon as the men were visible, Tessan had covered herself with shadows so she wouldn't be visible. As the man began to search his pockets, she held her hand to her forehead, sliding it down the side of her face in frustration. "For the son of Cozu, you'd think he'd be able to react to situations better. Now he's gotten himself captured, in a manner of speaking." She shook her head and called softly down, trying to make it so only the winged one could hear her, "My offer still stands." Pulling herself back into the room, dropping the shadows, she turned to Brodie. "Your parents wondering what happened? Because your dad is downstairs staring at the guy that fell out of your window," she said nonchalantly, jabbing her thumb towards the window.

((I doubt Tessan would know who Andrew Cozu is. =S ))
Unable to pull himself back into full awareness, he never responded to the reaper's offer. There was really no way that he could. Even if he'd been fully conscious, he was wary of her.

{{From before, earlier in the RP, didn't you say that Andrew Cozu was a really old reaper? So she would know the senior reapers, right?}}
Sighing, Tessan sat on a stool she created from various shadows around the room, placing her elbows on her knees and cradling her face with her hands. "So, do you have any idea why they would be so concerned about you? Any idea at all?" she asked, tilting her head in her hands.

((No, Andrew isn't a reaper. Shozii is. Though Shozii doesn't socialize with other reapers, so she most likely wouldn't know him. Plus, he was long before her time. Maybe you should check profiles before posting something like that. ^^;;
And now... TIME TO BRING IN ANOTHER CHARACTER! -Laughs evilly- True said I could. Might give Tessan someone to play with. X3 ))
Two-toned hair trailed behind him as he roared down the road on his motorcycle in search of someone. He passed by a house, spotting a winged figure out of the corner of his eye from underneath his tinted visor.
'Shit,' he thought with a sigh, himself and the bike vanishing immediately. He cut the motor to kill the sound, walking the bike to the far side of the house and leaning it against the wall. Once he broke physical contact with it, it became visible, though everyone was far enough away that they wouldn't see it. The fact that the house concealed it helped, too. He took off his helmet and sat it on the seat of the motorcycle.
Carefully and quietly, he made his way around the house, stopping underneath the window to watch the goings ons concerning the winged man. Though he was invisible from the humans, he didn't bother to hide himself from any other beings that might be nearby. In fact, he was hoping that Zaitsu would open his eyes and see him there.
His dark ginger hair was extremely long, his bangs a silverish white. His eyes, though not visible at the moment, were a bright lavender color.

{{xD I need to learn how to read. Although...if Cozu is, as I think I read [although I dun really trust my memory] is the embodiment of life or something, or is at least an important angel, wouldn't she have at least heard of him in some way? If not, we can just pretend =D And can I assume that because the humans can't see him, he doesn't have a shadow? [because I kinda did...]}}
In her boredom, Tessan couldn't bear to sit still. As she stood up, her shadow stool vanished, the shadows going back to where she had pulled them from. Once again, she leaned upon the windowsill, staring down at the people below. Her attention was suddenly drawn to a fourth person on the scene, for two reasons. Firstly, no one seemed to take any notice of him. And secondly, he didn't have a shadow, which she couldn't feel. "Hey," she called out softly once again, staring directly at his ginger head.

((If he's invisible to humans, then no, he doesn't have a shadow.))
He looked upwards at the voice who'd called down to him, his lavender eyes locking on to Tessan's eyes. In a quick acrobatic movement, he landed on the windowsill, his face less than an inch from the reaper's.
"You can see me," he replied quietly, making himself visible to the boy who the room belonged to. "What happened here? he's not supposed to be seen like that by humans."
((You can see the conversation regarding Andrew in the OOC thread. Though it's not supposed to be used IC. She wouldn't have heard of him because he doesn't interact with angels or reapers (except Shozii). She might've heard rumors about a dragon that saves people, but she wouldn't know who he is.))

{{...well, hows about it was more of a 'so the son of some person can't do this, wow -_-' kinda thing >_>}}
Tessan shrugged her shoulders, not bothering to move. "I dunno, I think he fell out of the window, and he can't stay conscious long enough to help himself or respond. So, what, or who, are you?"

Kohaku looked between the man and the car nervously, wondering how he was going to get him in there without hurting him worse...or how he was going to get him in there at all. He wasn't exactly the strongest person alive...that sprint in itself had been pushing it.
Deciding he couldn't take the time to question it, he carefully leaned down, making sure to bend at the knees, and gently lifted the man and headed for the car. The pure adrenaline rush he felt, the fear that someone might die if he didn't act fast enough...that was enough to give him the strength for this distance, though he knew he'd be very sore in the morning. Yes...he probably was going to have to miss work. But this had to be done. He would hate himself if he just left someone lying there...and he would hate himself even MORE if he didn't try and find out what was going on with his son. He was lucky to be able to take care of both problems at once.
"Can someone give me a hand here?" he asked, holding the back door open with his knee. He would have to make it so this..."person" or whatever he was wouldn't hit his head again on the trip...that wasn't going to be easy. He began thinking about what he could do...maybe he could take off his jacket and make it into something of a pillow, but he wasn't sure whether or not that would be enough.

He grinned, a dark look in his eyes. "The son of shadows," he replied, dropping back down to the ground and becoming fully visible. He hurried over to the man who held Zaitsu. Without a single word, he took Zaitsu from him and placed him in the car, propping him up in the backseat.
"Go!" he commanded, slamming the door shut. Before he could be questioned, he vanished from view again, hurrying back to his motorcycle on the other side of the house, replacing the helmet on his head and mounting the machine, waiting to fire up the engine until he saw the car leave.

{{xD Alright, since she has decided Brodie has no idea what is going on}}
Standing up abruptly, Tessan turned to Brodie, doing a half bow, half curtsy thing, saying, "I will be taking my leave. If you have anymore information about your situation, just use this." As she headed for the window, a cellular phone, completely made of shadows, appeared in Brodie's hand. Jumping through the window, she created a veil of shadows around herself, so she wouldn't be seen, and as she landed, a build up of shadows, to cushion her landing. Keeping herself in shadows, she strolled nonchalantly to where the 'son of shadows' was on his motorcycle, casting her shadows back to where they had come from. "Well, isn't it a tad rude to leave without saying goodbye?" she asked, leaning over the front tire, her hands on the handlebars.

"Isn't it rude to get in someone's way?" he asked back. "Why the hell isn't that man leaving yet..." he added in concern under his breath. He reached up and pulled up his tinted visor so he could see a little better in the dark shadow cast by the house.
His eyes glowed slightly, allowing him to see just a little more. He wondered why Zaitsu had been here in the first place, and how he ended up falling from he window. He knew Zaitsu could be a klutz, but it wasn't like him to fall out of windows.

"Hmph, touché," she said with a slight smirk, pushing herself off the handlebars to stand beside the bike. "Well, it didn't seem as if you were going to be leaving, so I took the liberty of blocking your way from going nowhere, my mistake." She ran a hand through her green hair, not from nervousness, but from the temperature; she was never one for being chilly.

((*is slow* So I'll just skip ahead to when people are gone.))
Brodie stepped back a bit, he was sure some scary demon would be waiting for him to look out his window. He'd already come a little too close for comfort to several beings that were somehow supposed to be associated with death. It had all happened so quickly, and there were so many, he had to be dreaming or something.
He dropped the little black cell phone he found in his hand onto the desk, hoping to God that it wouldn't be there when he woke up. This whole thing would be so much better if it were all just a dream. With a heavy sigh, he fell back onto his bed.
((Meanwhile, an omniscient narrator will try to explain Mr. Fisher's inactivity...)) As soon as he heard the man say that he'd fallen from the window, Howard Fisher pulled away from him. Partly because he didn't want to hurt the man, and partly because that meant that this man was in his house. He didn't even need to look up to know who's window that was. Once that thought set in, he dashed back into the house.
He ran into his wife on his way up the stairs and had to negotiate with her for a few rushed minutes. Eventually, he convinced her that he just needed a word with their son and that she should just get back to bed.
When he reached Brodie's door, he thought he could hear at least one person's voice. A woman's voice, but it seemed to stop after just a second. He debated whether or not he should knock or not. He decided on letting himself in. "Brodie, what the Hell is going on?!" he said it before he'd the chance to actually look around the room. Even if it looked as normal as it ever was, he knew something was going on.
((*doesn't want to role play with self right now*))

((Well, I dunno what to do. DX
Um... Um... -Grasps for straws- ))
"Merow," came a sound from under the bed, the cat stepping out into the open room. It jumped up onto the desk, sitting on top of the device the reaper had given Brodie to conceal it from his father.
Bright yellow eyes moved back and forth between father and son.
((Crap, forgot to add Amani. ^^;; ))
"I'm leaving as soon as that man leaves. I'm concerned about the creature in his car."

Brodie jumped when his father entered the room. "Um," he tried to think of something. The way his father came in, Brodie knew he must've figured something out. He jumped about a foot higher when the 'cat' came out from under the bed. He stared at it as it sat on his desk, as slight hint of suspicion in his eyes.
"Well?" Mr. Fisher said, impatiently. He didn't see why Brodie was so surprise by the animal, it wasn't as if he didn't know it was there before. "I know some thing's going on, so stop stalling and answer me."
Brodie turned back to his father. Now that the cat was back, the odd phone out of sight, and no more other-worldly being were in his room, it was easier to think the whole thing really was a dream. And now that he had a second to think, it was easier to pretend nothing happened, "I don't know what you're talking about, Dad. I was asleep just a minute ago."
Mr. Fisher gave him a confused look and strode over to the window. "What the-" he saw nothing, not a soul out there where there was suppose to be a winged man who fell from the window. Now that he thought about it, it did sound a bit strange. Leaning out the window, he tried to see more. "Ah...I think I need to rest." he said to himself and his son as he closed the window.
As soon as his father was out the door, Brodie looked back to the cat, "What was that?" He sort of hoped it would have some answer, but mostly he hoped it wouldn't talk and he could write that off as some weird dream as well.
((Ah, I guess the darkness hid both Hideto's dad and his car from view....))

((There should be a little blood visible in the grass. =S ))
The cat shifted back into the reaper, sitting on the boy's desk. He took the phone out from underneath himself, crushing it in his hand. "Zaitsu is an idiot and can't land right, and another reaper showed themselves to you. If Andrew found out, I'd be an even deader man," he replied, setting fire to the shadowy remains of the phone.

Kohaku stood in confusion for a moment, wondering what exactly had just happened...who the heck was that guy, anyway? Things seemed to be getting stranger by the second...first a winged person falling from a window, and now a strange person shoving the winged man into the car and disappearing?
He shook his head violently, as if trying to physically clear it of concern over that and got into the driver's seat. The time it took him to find his key, stick it in the ignition, and actually turn the car on felt like an hour. He had to get to the address written on his hand...and fast. Luckily, he knew about where it was.
He started driving off in the general direction, making sure to keep himself at the speed limit...he wanted to go faster, but if he got unlucky and DID get caught, he just might find himself needing to explain something that he...really didn't have an explanation for.

"About fucking time," he said under his breath, kicking the motorcycle to life. He was going to wait for another minute before speeding off after the car. Leaning low against the bike in preparation to speed off, he prayed that his older brother would be alright in that man's care; and that he really would make it back to Andrew.

"My name is meaningless to you," he replied, reaching behind him and pulling her onto the back of the bike. He didn't have time for anymore conversation, and undoubtedly she'd try to follow him anyways.
He flipped down the visor on his full-helmet and revved the bike's engine. "Hold on," he instructed, taking off with incredible speed. He allowed the bike to be visible to others, not really caring if he was pulled over or not. He could outrun a police car easily.
He sped after the car, quickly catching up to it, his hair trailing behind the motorcycle as it zoomed along.

As Tessan held the man tightly, ducking so his hair wouldn't whip her in the face as hers streamed out behind her, she smiled. It had been so long since she had been so close to a person that wasn't dieing anytime soon, it made her happy. "And how do you know your name would be meaningless to me?" she asked a few moments later, somewhat indignantly.
