"Let me put it this way..." The slow pouring of the water interrupted her, and so, the youngest of the group waited a moment before finishing. "I've considered using a crowbar. Not to get between you two, but just to knock you both out and give you your own room. Your love is fabulous, don't get me wrong - but being permanently attached to the person you're with occasionally makes your company a little less sparkling."
Immediatly, Anna realized that what she'd said might not have been the most friendly thing to say - and, not wanting to ruin the special day, or wound any feelings... the brunette immediatly held her hands up in a defenseless gesture and, blushing with mild shame, uttered, "No offense intended!" - - - Sharply clearing his throat, Fynn awkwardly muttered a "yes, yes you're right", but indulged himself with one more ravishing kiss, before forcibly pushing them BOTH out of the Room of Requirements. Heavily breathing, and his hands barely staying away from Leane's form, he spoke up only once the door was closed behind him, then saying, "Lets cool off a second, and meet in the bathroom in a bit, okay?" |
Kalli's blush deepened as she murmured softly, "I'm sorry.."
Josh frowned as he caressed Kalli's cheek, "Hey.. She didn't mean it like that. You haven't done anything wrong, so don't apologize. She's just not used to us yet." Giving a small nod, Kalli at the rest of her breakfast in silence, trying her best to act properly instead of kissing Josh like she wanted to do. Fiddling with the locket around her neck, Kalli leaned into Josh's side as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, placing a tender kiss upon her head. Drew poked Anna's side before whispering softly, "Next time, be more gentle." ---- "S-Sure," Leane managed to murmur against his lips before stepping away from him. Grinning, Leane gave his hand a tender squeeze, "I'll see you in a bit?" After one last quick kiss, Leane hurried off to the dungeons to grab and outfit for the day. Deciding on her dark green strapless dress, a pair of black stockings, and her favorite pair of black boots, Leane fished out a strapless bra and matching panties before hurrying to the Prefect's Bathroom and heading inside. Setting her clothes down as the water began to fill in the tub, colorful bubbles floating in the air, Leane stripped down and slid into the tub with a long sigh of comfort. |
Giving a remourceful glance at Drew in reply to his whisper, she nodded a bit, and then leaned across the table towards Kalli. "Kalli, hey... I really didn't mean it like that. You should do what you want to - it doesn't matter what anyone thinks. Your relationship with Josh is yours alone. I was just voicing how I felt, I didn't mean it as criticism or anything, I was just trying to be funny & honest at the same time. I really didn't mean it in a bad way. I'm just... not someone who is used to public displays of affection, or inclined to do so. That's ME. That's got nothing to do with you. Don't be swayed by what I said, okay? I didn't say it in order to get you to behave differently."
Though it was a truth that Anna acknowledged to herself that she DID disapprove of such public display of affection, and that it had cost her more then one friend when a couple became so engrossed in eachother that the friends around them would have to abate... she had no intention of voicing her truthfull feelings on it now - especially seeing as how Kalli relied too much on what others thought. "A lesson learned on my part," she muttered softly, shame-faced while looking down at her empty plate. - - - When Fynn joined her in the bathroom, the clothes he had with him consisted of the simple, Hogwarts' issued black slacks and white button-up. Noticing the bathroom full of bubbles, he called out into the hazy chaos of pink bubbliciousness, "Did you turn on all of the faucets?" |
"I'm not mad," Kalli said with a warm smile at Anna, "I just didn't realize how people perceived us.. I guess I just never noticed how openly affectionate we really were.. You should have told us sooner."
Josh rolled his eyes lightly as he rested his chin upon Kalli's head. "Alright, love, you're sounding as bad as Lee in the self-loathing department. What say you and I head out to the courtyard, hm?" "Sure," Kalli said with a nod as she slipped on her cloak, Josh doing the same before leading his girlfriend out of the great hall. "Don' worry, love. Ye didn' do anythin' wrong. They'll get o'er it. No' the first time someone's mentioned it," Liam said with a laugh. "No, but it's the first time a friend has," Drew reminded Liam with a small sigh as he ate his breakfast. --- "Maybe!" Leane laughed as she looked in the direction of Fynn's voice and added with a teasing smirk, "You plan on joining me or are you going to just stand there all day staring at bubbles?" |
"ARGH!" A loud 'bonk' resounded as Anna's forehead made contact with the table. "Stupid foot in mouth disease! I should just keep my mouth shut! It's not like he had his hand down her skirt - I've seen that happen plenty for me to dislike PDA, but still! That was completely uncalled for on my account - I just didn't realize that Kalli would take it to heart so badly; I just... I don't... GAH." Another 'bonk' resounded, and Anna kept her forehead on the table as she continued to curse herself in Dutch - and curse Kalli for not understanding her apology in the way she'd meant it.
- - - - "I would, if these bubbles didn't make the actual bath tub near invisib-aaaaaaaaaaaaal." Coming into the pool-like bath with a loud splash, Fynn was immediatly wet from top to bottom, having slid into the bath a couple of feet away from Leane's position. |
"Kalli's our... complex case. It's not so much she cares what everyone thinks, but more that she's afraid she's not good enough. She's not the best in a lot of her classes, but she's a very bright girl. She's more muggle-like than she is witch, which makes her self-conscious because she can't do a lot of spells properly. That self-consciousness tends to come out in everything, including how we all view her. She's afraid we'll have a low opinion of her and we'll grow to dislike her," Drew explained softly as he gently rubbed Anna's back.
"Don't worry, she'll be alrigh'," Liam said with a warm smile, "She knows ye weren't tryin' t' be mean." ----- "Kal, come on.. Please? For me?" Josh said softly as he caressed her cheek, holding her close as they sat beneath the tree waiting for the rest of the group to go to Hogsmeade. Offering a small smile, Kalli tried to look happy as he had asked. "That's not happy," Josh said with a frown before holding her against his chest, his fingers running through her long hair as he murmured softly. "You know very well no one has a problem with us, nor do they think poorly of you. Has Saiyuri ever yelled at you for snogging too much?" "No.." "Has Lee?" "No.." "Drew or Liam?" "No.. and no.." "So that leaves just Anna, and she'd against PDA to begin with, so her opinion doesn't really count. Especially since she's new to the group. She's just not used to PDA yet," Josh explained softly. "I know.. but.." "But nothing. Don't make me have to get Leane after you," Josh teased as he lightly tickled Kalli's sides, making her smile again. ----- Turning the faucets off, Leane laughed as she moved towards the sound of Fynn's splash. Finding him, Leane brushed the bubbles from his face and placed a tender kiss upon his lips. "Found you." |
"I really wasn't," Anna sighed sadly, feeling so much better by their words and the patting on her back that she lifted her head from the table and sat normally again. "I'll keep her insecure streak in mind from now on." With a final sigh, Anna decided to stop feeling horrible about it - for now - and go back to enjoying her day.
So instead, the brunette smiled gratefully at the boys beside her, each in turn, and said, "Thanks for the help, guys." Cheerfully, she grabbed each of their hands and nuzzled them, again in turn. "You guys are the best." - - - "PFffffffffr~" A small fountain of soapy water left Fynn's mouth in a nice little curve, after Leane's kiss. "Guh, this tastes absolutely foul," the Gryffindor shuddered, trying to scrape off the taste with his nails as he watched Leane's amused expression with a resigned smile. "But yes, you found me, alright." |
"Of course we are, we're the geniuses of the group," Drew said with a cocky grin before poking her nose and giving her hand a gentle squeeze.
Placing a light kiss on Anna's cheek, Liam murmured softly, "Yer welcome. Now, ready t' get some breakfast into ye 'n' enjoy our day?" --- "Of course it does! It's not edible and flavored," Leane laughed as she nuzzled her nose against his gently, "You're not supposed to drink the water, you're supposed to relax in it." Reaching out of the tub, Leane grabbed her wand and conjured a small goblet of pumpkin juice. Handing it to Fynn, Leane shook her head lightly, her long hair twisted over one shoulder and resting damply against her chest. "Drink this, maybe it'll get the taste out of your mouth," Leane teased as she placed a tender kiss upon his cheek. |
Very much back on her way to being blissfully happy, Anna grinned slyly as she turned her head towards Drew. "Geniuses? Just because the founder of your house was a genius, doesn't mean you've inherited the trade, Drewey."
Slyly, Anna then leaned her shoulder against Liams, closing the distance between them. With his warmth seeping through her skin, she tilted her head up, catching his eyes with hers and smiling softly as she closed the distance between them even further. Rather then going for his lips, she went for his ear, however, and slowly whispered into it,"I think I'm already so full on love that it'll last me a lifetime." - - - "If you kiss me here," Fynn mock-growled while tapping his finger against his lips, "I'm sure I can find a more pleasurable way to get rid of the nasty taste." |
Liam blushed a deep scarlet and wasn't able to utter a sound as he shoved a fork full of eggs into his mouth.
Drew laughed as he pinched Anna's raised bottom with a teasing smirk, "Hey there, missy, just because you're jealous of my brains, doesn't mean you can dis them. You're just angry 'cause you're not smart enough to be a Ravie, and have to be stuck in that horrible Gryffie house instead. We all know very well you'd rather be a Ravie so you can spend even more time with your precious Liam," Drew added with a teasing wink, making Liam's blush deepen. ---- "Mm, but then I'd have to taste the disgusting water you drank on your tongue. Not exactly your most brilliant idea," Leane teased with a wink as she tapped the cup with a grin, "I won't kiss you until you get something tastier on that tongue of yours." |
"Oh shush, you," Anna laughed as she swatted at Drew's naughty hand, feeling thriumphant over causing Liam to take on such a nice shade of crimson and being in the best possible mood ever. "I'm perfectly happy up in that tower," she replied to his teasing, grabbing his nose and tugging at it lightly before releasing it again. "I'm smart enough to join in with all of you brainiacs in any discussion you would want - I just decided that being gutsy was more important during my time here. And there's one thing you can't say about me..." Grinning still, Anna leaned towards Drew, creating a suspensefull pause before finishing with too precise articulation, "and that is that I don't have s.p.u.n.k. ."
- - - - Going back to what would be tasty on his tongue would be a stretch, Fynn thought, so instead he silently complied to his girlfriends' wishes and waded over in order to pick up the goblet of pumpkin juice. As he sipped it, a curious question arose in his mind, and he mulled it over a couple of times as he continued to sip, before randomly inquiring - after swallowing - , "Hey Lee? What do you -want- my kisses to taste like?" |
"Hmm, you may have spunk, but you're still a pain in the behind," Drew teased as he pulled on her nose as she did to him. "Oh and I'm sure you're happy in that tower, you get to play the damsel in distress so Liam can be your perfect knight in shining armor. Isn't that right Liam?" Drew added with a laugh, earning him a smack in the back of the head.
"Heyy, I was only saying the truth," Drew said with a mock frown as he rubbed the back of his head. ---- "Hmm, that's a tough question. I love all of your flavors of kisses; I can't really think of one I like more than the others right now," Leane said with a warm smile as she wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning into him as she added with a laugh, "I guess I just don't want them tasting bubbles and bath oils?" Twirling one side of his bangs around one of her fingers, Leane leaned in and placed long, soft kisses upon Fynn's lips. |
Laughing merrily at the men's antics, Anna rose from her seat and stepped with one leg over the bench, body turned towards Drew so that she could lightly swat at his head in reply to his comment. "I'm not the kind of damsel who'd stay in my tower, mister," she boasted brightly, placing her fists in her hips and striking a pose befitting Batgirl. "I would get my butt out of that tower and rescue my prince, instead - no matter who it is. Now c'mon, you two."
With that, Anna hop-skipped a bit to the side in order to get her other leg over the bench, trying her hardest not to bump into anyone. When, finally, she stood with both feet back on the ground, she adressed the boys with her can-do attitude and an amused grin, "Are you going to continue to fight over me, or is one of you going to actually try and win me, hmmm?" - - - - "Hmmmm..." Fynn sighed happily into the soft kisses, wrapping his arms around Leane's waist and pulling her into his - quite naked - lap. "I think-" he started, interrupting his own monologue with a kiss on Leane's cheek, and continued to do so along the rest of his speech with small kisses all over her face, "that these bath oils - are really quite horrible. They smell so nice - you would think they would - taste nice too." |
Drew laughed as he poked her stomach, "You wish you were special enough to be fought over."
Liam grinned as he stood and picked Anna up, swinging her around once before placing a light kiss on her nose, "I think I won, wha' say you?" -- Leane laughed as she leaned into his kisses. "Mmm, but then we'd eat them instead of relaxing in them. Wouldn't that sort of defeat the purpose?" Leane asked softly before placing a long, tender kiss upon his lips, her tongue brushing against his teasingly as she leaned into his embrace, her arms wrapped around his neck as she leaned him back against the edge of the tub. |
With a giggle, Anna admitted, "You won by forefeit," before slapping Liam lightly on the arm for whirling her around. "I think you flashed my panties for the entire Great hall, by the way."
- - - Fynn took his sweet time in responding to her kiss, letting Leane's tongue do it's magic before replying with his own 'magic'. When both of their magics had ended, he then jokingly suggested, "You could eat and bathe at the same time - since when is multi-tasking a bad thing?" |
"Forgive me, love," Liam laughed as he punched her bottom lightly, "We don' wan' tha' now do we."
"Hey Liam, if you're not careful, I may steal your girlfriend from you," Drew teased with a wink before darting out of Liam's reach and out of the Great Hall, heading out to join Josh and Kalli in the courtyard. ---- "Since food being dissolved by the water you're soaking in is the worst possible thing you could imagine," Leane said disgustedly as she shuddered at the thought. "As long as you're in this tub with me, there'll be no eating," Leane teased with a wink as she rested her forehead against his. |
"What is it with you two, anyway?" Anna asked cheerfully, watching Drew run off with a grin before whirling around and looking up at Liam. "You seem to have a great relationship, and yet you bicker like no other."
- - - Fynn could easily say that he hadn't thought that far, and when Leane offered her explanation... he shuddered with disgust. "Right. No food. Check." With their foreheads rested together, the young man closed his eyes in utter relaxation, and lightly rubbed his nose against Leane's. "You know... I don't usually like takin' a bath, but... bu' this is nice." |
"He's like me lit'le brother," Liam explained with a warm smile, "We've been through thick 'n' thin with each other, 'n' we both love Saiyuri 'n' protect 'er as best we can from th' world. Guess we jus' make a pret'y good team," Liam added with a laugh before taking her hand in his, linking their fingers together. "So, ye ready t' shove off?"
---- "Of course it is," Leane whispered against his lips before placing a chaste kiss upon them. Sliding down a bit as she laid against him, her face burying in his neck as her cheek rested against his shoulder. "You have a beautiful, naked girl sitting in your lap. Are you trying to tell me you thought this would be a bad thing?" Leane asked with a teasing grin before beginning to slide out of his embrace, "If so, I can always move..." |
"As ready as I'll ever be," Anna agreed, blushing lightly at their joined hands. With a look up at Liam's green eyes, she then smiled warmly before squeezing his hand. "Are you ready for my 'offensive', though?"
- - - Making a small sound of alarm, the young Gryffindor prefect tightened his hold around the Slytherin's slippery form, forcing her to stay into place. "You're not going anywhere," Fynn murmured against her skin, and he placed his hand on Leane's head to manouver her face back into the crook of his neck - exactly where he liked it. Once they were back in the nice and comfortable position that he enjoyed, he couldn't help but tease her a bit, by saying, "Which naked, beautiful girl are you talking about, though? I just see you being naked~" |
"Offensive?" Liam asked softly, clearly confused by her statement. "On th' offense o' wha'?"
--- Having been nibbling lightly on his neck between kisses after they were back into their comfortable position, Leane's head shot up with a scowl as she looked up at her boyfriend. Leaning back so that there was a good foot between their chests, Leane glared at her boyfriend. If looks could turn him to stone, he would surely be marble by now. "Fynn Leith MacMillan, you had best take that back right now," Leane said before her scowl turned into a smirk. "Although, if you feel that way. Wouldn't you rather make love to a beautiful girl, rather than settle with me? I guess I'll just have to find someone else who loves me and thinks I'm beautiful," Leane said with a wide grin as she slipped from his embrace and laid back in the water. "Know of anyone who fits that criteria?" |
Anna's smile widened at his clueless expression, and it prompted her to flirtily say, "On the offensive in the battle for your heart, Liam," before pulling him towards the door. "You won't know what hit you, I promise you that."
- - - "I can probably name a couple," Fynn smirked a bit nervously, immediatly closing the distance between them again out of fear of taking his teasing too far. Tenderly, he brushed his lips against her collarbone, moved down to the little valley between them, and slid over to the end of her other collarbone. "However," voice thick with emotion, the Gryffindor Prefect spoke lowly as he waded after her, mumbling, "there's only one person who can make you happy forever - and that's me." |
Liam blushed a dark scarlet as he followed Anna willingly. "Yer th' only competitor, love. I think ye'll 'ave an easy win," Liam said with a warm smile as he looked down at Anna.
--- "Mmm, you sound so sure of yourself," Leane murmured softly as she wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning into his form with a warm smile as she captured his lips in a soft, sensual kiss. "How can you be so sure you'll make me happy forever?" Leane murmured with a sly grin as she lightly brushed her nose against his. "Forever's an awfully long time, you know. How do you know you won't get sick of me before forever's through?" Leane added with a teasing wink. |
With a quick push of her buttocks, the brunette manouvered the door open while walking backwards, pulling them both through it and out into the open air outside of Hogwarts. Still confidently grinning, she turned away to look at the sea of pupils waiting to head to Hogsmeade, hoping to catch Kalli and apologize to her. Liams' hand was clutched warmly between her hands, and as she continued to walk ahead, she held his hand against her lower back, letting his palm rest against her body as her hands protected his from the cold.
- - - "I've got a good source," Fynn whispered confidently, smiling at her teasing wink. As his hands slid up her body to take hold of her head, he leaned further against her body, his slightly parted lips pushing against hers in a sensual caress. |
Liam smiled at Anna's boldness. Sneaking a soft kiss on her cheek, Liam grinned as he whispered softly in her ear, "Today is going' t' be load o' fun." Seeing Drew and the gang waiting in their usual spot, Liam waved and lead Anna over to them.
"So gang, ready fer a day o' freedom from th' castle?" Liam said with a grin. "I suppose, though it'll be hard enjoying anything with you two carrying on the way you do," Drew said with a teasing smirk and laugh, learning a smack upside the head from Josh. "Drew, behave," Josh said with a laugh. "I take it Lee's no' comin'?" "Not that we can see. She's probably still with Fynn," Kalli said softly with a blush. ---- "Your source knows me well." Getting lost in his kisses, Leane's response was hardly audible as her fingertips buried into his hair and back, pulling him closer as she deepened their kisses, her tongue caressing his with each kiss. "I love you Fynn," Leane murmured breathlessly through their kisses, her thoughts a jumbled mess from his caresses and kisses. |
She'd blushed at Liams' whisper, and had barely managed to keep from giving an adoring glance up at him as they headed towards the group of his - their - friends. At Drews' comment, however, she immediatly released the Irishmans' hand and stepped away from him a bit.
"And just for that," Anna cocked her head up smugly, making a joke out of it and playfully swatting at Drew as she walked past him, "I'm going to steal Kalli away from Josh and have him punish you during the entire way down to Hogsmeade." Once she was standing in front of the blonde Hufflepuff, the relatively confident 15 year old smiled shyly and apolegetically, and added softly, "That is, if she wouldn't mind walking with me for a moment, so that I can properly apologize." - - - "And I love you," he sighed pleasantly, easily learning to love it when she gave into his kisses. His tender touches spread to other areas of her body, and while enveloped in the soothing warmth of the bath water, he explored her mouth with his tongue, as he explored her body with his fingers. He continued to do so, until they were both breathless, and much hotter than the water around them could ever be. Fynn breathed out slowly and shakily, his eyes closed as he rested his forehead against her cheek, waiting for his heartbeat to calm down long enough for him to no longer require a cold shower. |
