This is a thread for Rhyme and myself for our empowered RP. Feel welcomed to read along with us. ^_^
Silver hues watched the area around her. She lived in a world of magic, pretty literally. As of the past century or so, all sorts of magic came into life. The magical beings came into view and humans could harness similar abilities. The world seemed more at peace, less destruction to nature... The world seemed magical, though still having the technology of the modern times.
She was a fire spirit. Almost of the elven kind. The element spirits were once elves, but split off to harness stronger abilities in their element. Being a natural born fire spirit, she had long, flowing red hair, bright colored eyes, and a soft tan, though she was lighter than most.
She was wondering around a forest, kind of lost. She took a sharp intake of breath as she stepped through a brier bush, having to ease the bottom of her torn-skirt (its supposed to be torn, its the design ^_^) off the briers so that it didn't get ruined.

Loneliness was, to Seth, a very strange feeling, he discovered that morning.
Not that he had ever felt it before. The lesser demon had never really been on his own; the herds of mythical beings and humans alike surrounding him he had always taken for granted, to the point he had found it annoying and wished he could curl up and hide himself from the rest of the world. For a year he had spent his time in a small house dotted along the busiest street he knew, with stalls opening every Saturday. His mind had always been overwhelmed by the faint voices outside until yesterday, when Seth had decided to stray into the forest nearby.
So now he was lost, slumping down against the nearest tree with no idea what to do. Screwing his violet eyes shut whilst heaving the deepest sigh he could muster, the male brought up his hands to his head, ruffling his wild black hair which concealed a pair of grey horns curling around his ears. Brushing his fingertip across the left one, he allowed himself a small smile. He wasn't completely done for. After all, he could manipulate air a little, which would help him a lot finding his way back.
Mouth stretching in a wide yawn, Seth got up, wandering to his right like he had been doing all morning. Which was when he heard a twig snap. Holding his breath he ducked behind a rock, sending autumn leaves scattering. With mild curiousity he watched what seemed like a female elven creature, wishing she could tell him directions back to his town yet at the same time hoping she wouldn't spot him.

"Ugh, pain in the...." She yelped as she pricked herself. She waved her hand out and singed the thorn that poked her. Huffing, she stepped from the bush, making sure there were no thorns in her skirt. She brushed her hair behind her pointed ears.
"Can't believe I'm lost... Goddess, help me!..." She pouted as she wandered around. She wondered if there was anybody to help her, she was pretty sure the Goddess of Flame wouldn't help right now. She'd not really kept favor, as to why she was lost.
"Guard of the Fire Spirits... Can't take a joke." She stuck out her tongue at the direction she came from.

Cocking an eyebrow, Seth shifted position slightly to get a better view, squinting quizzically at the elf. Was it him or had was the thorn that had pricked her now burnt? A wave of fear washing over him the demon held his breath. If the girl was one of the more arrogant elves and she would catch him watching, he'd be toast. Literally.
Slowly creeping to the tree he had slumped against, Seth immediately put his foot in a small hole made by a bird of some kind, heaving himself up on one of the lowest branches. Rippling his fingers in a wave, Seth was pleased to see air gather up below him, ready to give him the push he needed to reach one of the stronger ones.
Unfortunately for him air was one of the more playful elements, thus the push he had wanted was a little too helpful. Hissing in surprise the demon was catapulted upwards as he desperately thrust out his arms to hang on to something. Scrambling to balance himself Seth sat, hoping the wood wouldn't creak in protest under his weight and give him away. "Thanks a lot," he growled softly, rubbing his temple as if this would clear his increasing headache. The breeze seemed to laugh childishly in reply.
