"You move diagonally, so you always stay on the same color..The point of the game is to get rid of all of your opponent's pieces.When there is a piece, then the other colored piece, then a space, you can jump over that other colored piece and take it.You can't move backwards, unless you make it all the way to the edge of your opponent's side, then you use one of these extra pieces of your color that I have here, put it on top of the piece that crossed to the other side, THEN you can move forward and backwards, but only with that piece." Kyrie said, smiling cutely.

Alec nodded his head, it sounded simple enough he supposed. “Okay, I think I get it,” he said.

"I think that's pretty much it.." Kyrie said, cutely trying to think of if there were any more rules.

“Who goes first then?” he asked looking down at the board and then back up at Kyrie.

"Um..I don't know.Err..How about you start?" Kyrie said, giggling."I don't remember if it has to be a specific color that starts.."

Alec giggled slightly. “Well I doubt it’d matter,” said Alec even though he was one of those people that almost always had to follow the rules to a ‘T’ he supposed in this case it really wouldn’t matter. He picked up a piece and moved it.

Kyrie picked up one of his pieces and moved it."It goes a bit slow for a while, but it's fun when the pieces get closer to each other.

Alec had a hard time understanding the game at first but after they got into it he started doing a little better but out of five games that they played he only won one. “Okay I’m not so good at this game,” he admitted with a light laugh.

"You'll get better.You just have to take more time when making your moves, so you don't move right into a position where I can jump you." Kyrie giggled.

Alec nodded his head slightly, that had seemed to have been what was going on whenever he moved Kyrie always seemed to jump him. “You’re right,” said Alec with a light laugh.

"Need to defend your pieces with another piece, so I can't jump 'em." Kyrie smiled cutely.

“Oh? Yeah that would make sense,” said Alec with a slight laugh. He supposed he wasn’t too good at tactics when it came to this game.

"Yup.You'll get better, eventually." Kyrie giggled."It takes some practice."

Alec nodded his head lightly. "If you say so," said Alec not being sarcastic at all, though those words were generally used in a sarcastic manor by the little angel that was not always so.

"So..You wanna do something else, or do you want to keep playing?If you want to talk more,I can tell you pretty much anything you need to know about down here, I can problably answer any questions you have still." Kyrie giggled.

"I'm not sure what even to ask," said Alec with a small shrug. He was sure he had plenty of questions but he was the type of person that couldn't think of any questions to ask until he needed to know the answers. "What else is there to do?"

"Not much really, It's kinda boring until Lucy comes home, since he only works part-time, he's only gone for four or five hours." Kyrie giggled."Then I talk with him and stuff."

"Oh..." Alec paused a moment in thought before asking Kyrie, "what is it that Lucy and Nero do, or do you not know?"

Kyrie shrugged."I don't know..Never have really cared, really..Been too busy cuddling Nero whenever he's home, never really thought of asking.." the little fallen angel blushed.

“Oh okay,” said Alec with a light shrug. It wasn’t really important, in fact he might not really want to know what they did; it had just seemed like something to ask.

"Sorry..I would know more, but whenever Nero comes home he insists on kissing me, and that gets me in the mood of cuddling, and we never get anywhere conversation-wise, I just end up in one of his shirts laying on his chest..Not that I mind, but still.." Kyrie blushed more."Soon I have a feeling Lucy will be the same, with you.."

Alec sighed slightly, not like he had ever been one for stimulating conversation himself it just didn’t seem like his kind of thing. “Maybe…” said Alec before he realized the word had crossed his lips.

"He really likes you..Your so lucky..Nero loves me, too, so we're BOTH lucky." Kyrie giggled."Eventually you'll realize how great love is..Even between an angel and a demon, love is such a beautiful thing.."

Alec still didn’t want to believe it. He shook his head slightly. “I just don’t know.”

"I know it's kinda scary at first.. but they really are good people..Just misunderstood." Kyrie smiled."Some demons are really scary..but I've met many who are nice..Especially Nero and Lucy, anyone loved by them are very lucky."
