Eva watched Alka get his first pokemon. Wow, a bulbasaur! she thought to herself. "My turn Ash!" She said, looking at him, full of hope. She was excited to see what pokemon she would be starting her adventure with. "Charmander?" She said excitedly, "Squirtle?" She had no idea. "Well little lady," Ash said, turning to his desk and opening a drawer. He took out a pokeball that looked like it hadn't had much use. "Here you go, send him out for yourself." He said, tossing the ball to Eva. She lunged to catch the ball, almost falling to the floor. She held the pokeball for a second, smiling, wondering who was in it. "GO!" she said loudly, throwing the pokeball infront of her. There was a quick flash of yellow light, followed by a squiky voice, "Pika!" Eva jumped in the air, "A pikachu!" She was so excited, "Ash, thank you so much!" She ran over to the pikachu, picking it up in her arms.
Now it was time to train. Eva & Alka said goodbye to Ash as he wished them luck on their journey. Before leaving Pallet, the two decided to part, and get to know their first pokemon. Eva went north of Pallet, and Alka to the south.
