'I'd like to be Neptune Graymonte. Same last name as when human and Neppy for short.' I smiled.

New names! So they had been right. Kali was so happy with her new name, and to be free from her old. She truly felt that everything which tied her to her over-religious parents and her old life had gone... all thanks to the crescent moon on her forehead.
"I will show you your dorm room," said Selena, "And then it will be about time for breakfast."

It would take a long time to get used to having the days flipped reversed.

Zephy had already been living in a revers life... kinda... well she didnt sleep so itd be good to finaly get some sleep.
She rubbed her eyes whom were sore with tiredness and constantly red.
"What are the dorms like?" she asked selena.

Selena smiled. "I'm sure you'll find them to your liking. They are simple, but should have everything you require. You three will be sharing one room. And here we are."
They stopped in front of a door, and Kali hopped forward to open it and go inside.

"OMG a flat screen TV?! AAAH i think im going crazy... you mentioned simple? this is luxurious...!!" Zephy exclaimed.
"Calm down dear, you will be sharing this with other female fledglings." Selena laughed.

Zephy wasn't the kind to share but she had no choice. "We dont share bathrooms do we?"

"Wel yes and no, yes you share the bathroom between the three of you but no you dont share it with everyone!" Selena laughed again and led the three girls to their room which was on the first floor. "there you are girls, i'll leave you to settle in."

Kali leaped onto her bed, leaving her bag on the floor. "Wow! It's so comfy!" She resisted the childish urge to jump on the bed. "We get to live here? This is gonna be the BEST!"

I didn't resist the urge and gave a few small jumps and landed on the bed. 'This is going to be a lot better than I thought.' I smiled.

Zephy entered the room last and from no where a hissing cat jumped on her, scratched her and went straight to Kali.
"Ok uhm that last scratch wasnt me who did ok? you were witnesses!" Zephy laughed then threw herself on the bed... she couldnt wait til her first horse riding lesson. Before Selena left she said, "Kali, that cat has chosen you it will guard you, let it roam free. i suggest you read "Herding Cats" by T.K Lopsided. Itl help you understand the whole HoN cat thing." Selena turned to go to the door but Zephy couldnt resist and asked " Selena? Who is the horse Instructor?"

Selena replied, "Your time will come my dear Zephyr." Selena left...

She turned to her friends, "What does she mean with that?"

The cat immediately lay down on Kali's bed and curled up, asleep.
Kali picked up her bag and started picking through her things, putting her clothes in the wardrobe. "I'd heard that vampyres kept cats... I thought it was just a rumour."

'Oooo, I wonder if we'll all get cats. That would be awesome.' I said just as a black streak came out from under my bed and sat on my face.

Zephy looked at Neppy's cat, she was sure it gave her the evils... hmm i dont think cats like me... o well.
"i dont want a cat.... they hate me... lol proof is ur cat and ur cat." she pointed to kali's cat and neppy's cat.

'M m m m m m m m?' I said through my new cat. 'Plech.' I ssaid geting him-I checked and it was a him- off me. 'I said what do you think I should call him?' He stared at me with his large lime green eyes.

Zephy laughed at Neppy struggling with her cat, "hmmm how about.... WugglesBum... hehe!!!" she laughed.

Someone knocked on the door.

"Well this is Coatlique," said Kali. "You know, that evil Aztec goddess?"
She jumped up to open the door...

The girl at the door swept into the room without being invited as if she owned the place. She wasn't hideous, Kali thought, but would look a lot prettier if she didn't look so high and mighty.
"So you're the new girls? I'm Marianne King, one of the student council." She looked at them all, as if expectign them to applaud or bow. Kali barely suppressed a giggle.

'I'm Neppy Graymonte and this is Zephy and Kali.' I said indicating my to my roomates. I was trying to be civilised, but it was really hard to force the smile on my face.

"Go on miss... continue ur pep talk... or what? wait are you expecting us to bow to you?" zephy couldn't help but giggle at her own words, "Sorry Marianne, i'll take the timetables, thanks, bye bye" and before Marianne could say anythin more Zephy had closed the door on her.
"Phew... i hope they're not all like that!" She laughed and handed the timetables to her friends, it was clearly indicated which subjects you had a choice in...

"Music, drama or art," said Kali aloud. "I think I'll do drama. But wait!" She looked down at her timetable again. "Fencing?! With swords?! No way!"
